最新的调查表明，目前，我国青少年存在着体育锻炼不足，体能素质下降、肥胖发生增加的状况。07年5月7日中共中央国务院发布了关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见，明确指出了增强青少年体质、促进青少年健康成长，是关系国家和民族未来的大事，要高度重视青少年进行体育锻炼。

"师徒结对"是我国中小学中采用的一种较为普遍的教师培训方式,具有简便、有效的优点,但也存在师傅权威徒弟被动、只重视新教师成长而忽视老教师发展的局限。当前,应该将"平等协商、合作共赢"的新理念作为"师徒结对"的指导思想。基于教师专业发展的"师徒结对"主张以满足师徒双方的自我发展需要为取向,遵循师徒自愿的双向选择原则,倡导师徒民主平等的对话、交流、合作,以相互听课、评课等日常教学活动及科研活动为形式,力求师徒双方共同发展的实效。
