科技创新是高等职业学校高质量发展的引擎.高等职业学校与市场(或政府)、企业及其他高校协同科技创新,充分释放科技创新活力,驱动经济社会高质量发展,应明晰其在科技创新中的功能定位及活力表现,并从科技创新活力的源泉入手,系统化构建科技创新政策,完善有机模式的组织创新生态系统,提升"双师"素质教师的知识整合能力,多措并举推动组织及其成员在企业,特别是中小微企业的技术升级和产品研发活动中充分释放管理创新、知识创新和技术创新的活力.高等职业学校科技创新可以促进科教、产教深度融合,从而增强校企双方科技创新的活力和实力.
为弥补欧盟职业教育和培训质量保障参考框架实施过程中在学习成果、利益相关者、基于工作的学习和透明度等方面的不足,在多项政策推动下,欧盟于2020年对其进行了修订.修订的框架体现了成果导向理念、强化利益相关者参与、重视数字教育保障、可持续发展和试行同行评议的新动态.借鉴欧盟的经验,我国应从关注学生的学习产出,促进利益相关者合作,提升数字教育保障水平,以可持续发展目标为导向培育绿色技能,完善同行评议制度来提高质量保障成效.
In the process of acquiring “two kinds of resources and two kinds of markets” through “going out”, Chinese enterprises have experienced a lot of country risks. The evaluation methods of country risk faced by overseas investment of China are explored, and the evaluating system of country risk of overseas investment is established, which includes 3 first-level indicators of political risks, economic risks, financial risks and 22 second-level indicators. After integrating the judgments on the status quo of domestic experts through expert scoring, the weights of first-level and second-level indicators are decided by applying the thoughts of analytic hierarchy process. The scores of country risks of 140 countries and regions are calculated by using the original data of ICRG in January, 2014, and conclusions are drawn with practical significance to Chinese enterprises. The level of country risks of Asian countries and regions is irregular, the level of country risks of European countries and regions is the lowest, the level of country risks of Africa countries and regions is the highest, and the level of country risks of American countries and regions is stable; the low risk countries and regions are mainly in Asia and Europe, including 67% developed countries and regions and 33% developing countries and regions. Finally, suggestions are proposed on overseas investment of Chinese enterprises.
文章在概述装备制造业研发中心引进人才的基本情况的基础上,分析我国招商引"智"的经验,指明地方政府在研发中心招商引"智"的重要作用。结合目前沈阳铁西区装备制造业招商引"智"的各方面的数据,分析沈阳市招商引"智"所欠缺的条件和原因,然后有针对性的提出引进人才的策略。
The Hseries salt-tolerant rice varieties and Liao xing 1(C6) in growing period of seedling were treated with different concentrations of NaCl(0,0.3%,0.6%,0.9%).Malondlaldehyde(MDA),proline(Pro),superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities and palnt height in the third leaf stage(20d) were measured.The results showed that the MDA contents of H5 and H6 were 27.27% and 31.31% lower than control(C6) of 0.6% NaCl salt treatment.The relative conductivities of H5 and H6 were 10.24% and 6.67% lower than control(C6) of 0.6% NaCl salt treatment.The Pro contents of H5 and H6 were 135.48% and 49.29% higher than control(C6) of 0.9% NaCl salt treatment.The soluble suger contents of H5 and H6 were 11.92% and 20.76% higher than control(C6) of 0.9% NaCl salt treatment.The SOD contents of H5 and H6 were 2.58% and 4.38 % higher than control(C6) of 0.6% NaCl salt treatment.The palnt heights of H5 and H6 were 44.29% and 67.14% higher than control(C6) of 0.6% NaCl salt treatment.So the that H series salt-tolerant rice varieties selected from field screening were stronger than that of C6.
[Methods] the toxicity,lethal time,movement,individual development and body fluid exosmosis of nematode of three organic acids to the second instar larvage of Meloidogyne incognita were tested in vitro bioassay.[Results] The toxicity sequence to second instar larvage was HCOOH C2H2O4 C6H8O7.lethal time sequence was HCOOH C2H2O4 C6H8O7.the movement and individual development of nematode were inhibited,with body fluid exosmosis promoted.[Conclusions] Nematode mortality was accelerated due to normal metabolize function destroyed with the movement,individual development inhibited and body fluid exosmosis promoted by 3 organic acids.
Fifteen organic acids from commercial sources were assayed against Meloidogyne incognita to compare their nematicidal activity.The LC50 parameter was applied to evaluate their nematicidal activity.The present study showed that formic acid and propanoic acid had the highest corrected mortality and incubation inhibition ratio,but the bioactivity of abamectin was better than that of formic acid and propanoic acid.Through analyzing compound structure and its bioactivity,we found that the compounds with small molecular volume had more excellent activity than the others.
The nematicidal activity and control effects of 6 phytochemicals against Meloidogyne incognita J2 were separately tested in glass culture dishes and greenhouse.The result showed that oxalic acid had the strongest inhibition activity,of which EC50 was 102.183 4 mg/L.According to the inhibition activity,the order from big to small was oxalic acidcrotonic acidtartaric acidmandelic acidmalic acidcitric acid.The result in greenhouse indicated that the control effect of oxalic acid(76.8%) was the most significant and citric acid the lowest(10.4%).And the control effect order of 6 chemicals against M.incognita in greenhouse was consistent with that of their nematicidal activity.
Three soybean varieties 'Liaodou 10','PI88788'and 'PI90763'were inoculated with different races of Heterodera glycine(race 1,race 3,race 14) at the same time.The dynamic changes of activities of Phenylalanie Ammonia-lyase(PAL),Peroxidase(POD),Polyphenol(PPO) and Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) in roots were analyzed.Results showed that activities of the four enzymes in roots of soybean cultivars 'PI88788'colonized by H.glycine race 3 and race 14 were higher than those in control roots;activities of the four enzymes in roots of soybean cultivars 'PI90763'colonized by H.glycine race 1 and race 3 were higher than those in control roots.It is concluded that the activities of the four enzymes had closely related to resistance to different races of H.glycine.

The resistant and susceptible varieties of HuipizhiHeidou(ZDD2315) and Liaodou 15 were tested against soybean cyst nematode(Heterodera glycines,SCN).The plants were inoculated with eggs of SCN and the samples of roots were obtained 5,10,15,20,25 and 30 days later.The contents of MDA,soluble sugar and soluble protein in the roots were measured in order to reveal the physiological mechanism of HuipizhiHeidou resistant to race 3 of SCN.The results showed that the contents of MDA and soluble sugar in HuipizhiHeidou were less than that in Liaodou 15,and the content of soluble protein in HuipizhiHeidou was more than that in Liaodou 15 after inoculated with SCN.
The second stage juveniles(J2) and eggs of Meloidogyne incognita were treated with Fusarium strains to evaluate its nematocidal ability on Meloidogyne incognita.452 Fusarium strains were isolated by dilution from soil samples collected in Northeast and North China.14 Fusarium strains were obtained which were demonstrated to be with higher nematocidal activity against Meloidogyne incognita.The suspensions of strain Snef242 and Snef332 were significantly effective against the second stage juveniles(J2),the corrected mortality rate reached 91.99 and 91.35%.The fermentation filtrates of strains Snef332,Snef242 and Snef143 possessed effective with higher suppressive percentages of 86.61,86.19 and 85.36% on the hatching of egg capsuLe;The fermentation fi ltrates of strains Snef109,Snef332,Snef408 and Snef143 possessed effective against the second stage juveniles,and the strain Snef109 possessed the highest corrected mortality rate 94.70%.The strain Snef332 demonstrated to be with higher genetic stability and higher potential on controlling Meloidogyne incognita.

Through ethanol deposition,organic solvent extraction,then active carbon,732 positive ion-exchange resin and silica gel columniation chromatography,cream nematocide substance have been obtained. Inspection the substance by TLC,UV-Visible Spectrophotometer have been deduced singleness component,and it's pure 97.38% by HPLC. The substance could use for structure analysis and character identify.
