绿佳人来源于野生软枣猕猴桃资源,属于中熟品种.果实倒卵形,果皮深绿色,光滑无棱,果皮呈深绿色,果肉为黄绿色,硬溶性质,果实外观和品质都属上乘;平均单果质量17.6 g,最大单果质量25.6 g,果形指数在1.37左右,每个果实内含有种子数量100~140粒.平均可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)18.1%,最高可达22%,总酸含量1.07%,糖酸比为16.9,每kg鲜果含维生素C 1100 mg.从坐果到果实成熟约100 d,丹东地区(E 124°23',N 40°07')成熟期为9月10日前后;每个果序有1~3个果.萌芽率为60%~80%,结果枝比率为50%~70%.该品种对蝇粪病和煤污病的抗性较强.常温条件下,其货架期较长,最多可达10d,而在温度1~3℃条件下,至少可贮藏8周.适合无霜期在120 d以上、生长季没有晚霜和强风危害、年平均降水量450~1200 mm、休眠期最低气温不低于-30℃、有效积温超过2500℃的地区栽培;土壤要求排水良好、pH值6.5~7.0的壤土或沙壤土.
Four kinds of mycorrhizal fungi were inoculated in the seedlings of blueberry to investigate the coloniza-tion and the influence on low temperature-stressed in vitro branches 90 days later. All four mycorrhozal fungi colonized in blueberry in vitro branches;Coprinus sp. showed the highest colonization rate, and Tricholoma sp., the lowest. Under low temperature stress, the activities of SOD, POD and CAT were increased in mycorrhizal fungi-inoculated blueberry;the highest enzymes activities were presented in Boletus sp. treated blueberry, and the lowest, in Tricholoma sp..
[目的]了解不同栽培方式条件下蓝梅根际土壤线虫群落数目和生态类群分布.[方法]采用线虫营养类群组成、c-p类群结构及营养结构特征功能指数等分析蓝莓土壤线虫群落功能结构及其特征.[结果]3种栽培方式下的蓝莓样地共分离得到土壤线虫15科26属.不同栽培方式下蓝莓根围土壤线虫群落营养类群组成及分布特征存在一定的差异,其中食细菌类群线虫是调查区域的主要营养类群,植物寄生类群线虫是调查区域的次要营养类群.c-p类群组成结构特征结果表明:在温室栽培方式下c-pl类群和c-p2类群的个体密度较高,c-p3~c-p5类群个体密度最低;温室MI值最低,其受扰动的影响程度大于其他栽培方式.[结论]通过蓝莓根围土壤线虫的MI值、PPI/MI值及cp3~cp5类群个体密度值的分析结果表明,温室栽培方式下蓝莓土壤的生态系统成熟度和稳定性均低于其他两种栽培方式.
采用国际通用的鉴别寄主法,鉴定连作条件下大庆和安达大豆胞囊线虫天然育种病圃生理小种和HG毒力类型.结果表明:生产条件下安达地区大豆胞囊线虫优势小种为毒力较强的14号生理小种,大庆地区为3号生理小种.室内盆栽鉴定安达试验基地HG类型为1.3.4.7,大庆试验基地HG类型为7.由于大豆胞囊线虫生理小种和毒力类型的组成日趋多样性,迫切需要发掘新的抗源和加紧培育水平抗性品种.
Fifteen organic acids from commercial sources were assayed against Meloidogyne incognita to compare their nematicidal activity.The LC50 parameter was applied to evaluate their nematicidal activity.The present study showed that formic acid and propanoic acid had the highest corrected mortality and incubation inhibition ratio,but the bioactivity of abamectin was better than that of formic acid and propanoic acid.Through analyzing compound structure and its bioactivity,we found that the compounds with small molecular volume had more excellent activity than the others.
根结线虫(Meloidogyne spp.)是植物根系定居性内寄生生物.近年来,随着保护地栽培面积迅速增加,导致土壤中根结线虫积累增殖,给黄瓜等作物造成巨大损失.自从Berkeley(1855)在黄瓜上发现根结线虫以后,人类便开始对植物根结线虫及其所致病害进行研究.
The resistant and susceptible varieties of HuipizhiHeidou(ZDD2315) and Liaodou 15 were tested against soybean cyst nematode(Heterodera glycines,SCN).The plants were inoculated with eggs of SCN and the samples of roots were obtained 5,10,15,20,25 and 30 days later.The contents of MDA,soluble sugar and soluble protein in the roots were measured in order to reveal the physiological mechanism of HuipizhiHeidou resistant to race 3 of SCN.The results showed that the contents of MDA and soluble sugar in HuipizhiHeidou were less than that in Liaodou 15,and the content of soluble protein in HuipizhiHeidou was more than that in Liaodou 15 after inoculated with SCN.
