Feline calicivirus (FCV) was a highly prevalent RNA virus causing upper respiratory tract infections in cats through the mouth and nose around the world, result in the death of cats especially under 1 year old with upper respiratory tract disease (URTD) and virulent systemic disease (FCV-VSD)[1]. Infected cats usually presented with mouth ulcers, salivation and gingivitis—stomatitis. Furthermore, both recovered cats and asymptomatic carriers can still carry and spread the FCV virus for extended periods of time, contributing to the potential for outbreak. This presented a significant threat to the health and lives of cats, and rare wildlife and took a heavy financial loss on the pet industry, making the prevention and control of the virus difficult. Hence, rapid identification of FCV in clinical samples was necessary to prevent the spread of FCV and avoid financial loss.
To comprehensively promote curriculum ideology and politics construction is the basic requirement for higher vocational colleges to carry out the fundamental task of moral cultivation.Curriculum ideology and politics is not equal to ideological and political curriculum.It is necessary to unify professional knowledge teaching and value guidance,and to integrate ideological and political elements into professional knowledge and ability training.As a core vocational course,pet surgery and obstetrics is an indispensable technical course for training pet talents.The course aims to cultivate high-quality technical talents who meet the needs of the society and the industry.This paper discusses the ideological and political objective,ideological and political elements,typical cases,ideological and political teaching practice and other aspects of the course,in order to provide some reference for the ideological and political construction of pet surgery and obstetrics courses in higher vocational colleges.
为了解我国宠物犬蜱媒病流行现状,为蜱虫及蜱媒病的防控提供研究基础,本调查从北京、上海、广州等20个城市122家宠物医院采集526份血液样品进行检测分析.应用商业血清检测试剂盒检测3种常见病,发现我国宠物犬莱姆病感染率为0.38%,埃里希体病感染率为1.33%,无形体病感染率为2.66%,感染率较高的是无形体病和埃里希体病.本课题组以自建的ELISA方法检测发现,宠物犬的田鼠巴贝斯虫感染率为19.57%,吉氏巴贝斯虫感染率为3.91%.结果表明,我国宠物犬蜱传疾病流行面广,种类较多,部分疾病(特别是巴贝斯虫病)感染率高,而且存在人犬共患风险,应引起临床兽医和公共卫生部门的关注.

信息化时代使线上与线下混合式教学得以顺利实施,线上学习具有众多优点,线上线下混合式教学是现代教育的发展趋势.以中国大学MOOC平台开展的"小动物影像技术"线上线下混合式教学为例,阐述了线上线下混合式教学的方法与体会.
1只11岁小鹿犬,就诊约4年前右上眼睑出现一个绿豆大小增生物,之后逐渐长大,就诊前近半个月时间犬抓挠致增生物表皮破溃,有血痂.通过病史调查、病理学检查、血液检查及细胞学分析等方法进行诊断,并根据诊断结果进行治疗.结果表明:患犬所患疾病为肥大细胞瘤,采取手术切除并行皮肤移植术的治疗方法取得了良好疗效,术后1年回访未见复发及其他异常情况.说明手术治疗方案对该病例具有较好的治疗效果.
猫自发性膀胱炎是临床最常见的猫病,发病率为50%~60%,公猫较母猫易发.临床表现为尿频、血尿、尿淋漓及频频舔舐生殖器等症状.本文介绍近期接诊的一例猫自发性膀胱炎的诊治情况并进行分析,供宠物临床同行参考.
近年来,粒细胞无形体病对人及犬猫的健康都造成了巨大的威胁,国外关于无形体病的研究开展得较早,在国内目前对犬猫无形体病还没有引起足够的重视.随着国内宠物数量的增加,宠物无形体病的病例也越来越多,宠物医生也需要更加了解无形体病的研究进展.文章从粒细胞无形体的病原特点发病机理、临床症状、诊疗及预防的现状等方面进行了综述.
弓形虫病是一种人畜共患病, 应引起宠物饲养者的重视.本试验采用时间分辨荧光抗体检测法对泰州地区采集的不同来源犬、猫血清样本进行弓形虫抗体检测.结果表明, 该地区宠物血清样本总阳性率为12.06%, 其中犬血清阳性率为8.31%, 猫血清阳性率为18.87%;并且农村散养与流浪的犬、猫弓形虫抗体阳性率最高.
猫肥厚性心肌病有遗传性,布偶猫、美国短毛猫、英国短毛猫、苏格兰折耳猫、缅因猫等品种的猫易发此病. 1 临床症状 病猫为苏格兰折耳猫,其走路不稳,后肢瘫痪,精神状态不佳,呼吸较为急促,呕吐. 患猫体温38.8℃,脉搏252次/min,呼吸频率28次/min,眼结膜发绀,心区有杂音. 2实验室检查 2.1 血常规检查 血常规检查未见明显异常. 2.2血气检查 血气检查提示患猫体内酸碱度失衡,通气过度.
宠物解剖课程是高职宠物医学的一门基础课程,是宠物医学课程体系的重要组成部分.加大对宠物解剖教学的力度,贯彻"以能力为本位、以岗位为目标、以就业为方向"的职业教育理论.积极与企业合作,针对解剖这门课程的特征,以实践为主,理论为辅.积极开发学生好潜能,激发学生的兴趣,锻炼学生的创造能力,丰富他们的理论知识,培养学生的团队协作精神,提高学生的人才培养质量,最终使学生能刚好的服务于社会,适应社会.

Objective Cisplatin(DDP)is widely used in the chemotherapy of lung cancer. However, cisplatin resistance represents a major obstacle in its effective treatment. Our preliminary work has demonstrated that inactivated Sendai virus(HVJ-E)shows that it induces apoptosis in murine melanoma cells(B16)and obviously inhibites the tumor growth in tumor-bearing BALB/c nude mice. This study aims to investigate whether inactivated HVJ-E has an effect of inducing apoptosis in cisplatin-resistant A549/DDP lung adenocarcinoma cells in vitro and in vivo. Methods HVJ-E and A549/DDP cells were co-cultured in vitro,and the effect of HVJ-E on the apoptosis in A549/DDP cells was detected by flow cytometry. In addition,HVJ-E was injected into the tumor in vivo, and its oncolytic effect was observed by TUNEL assay of tissue sections and measurement of tumor size. Results After co-cultured with HVJ-E for 12 h,24 h and 36 h, the apoptosis rate of A549/DDP cells in late stage detected by flow cytometry was 7.7%, 12.6% and 18.9%,respectively,showing a significant difference between 12 h and 24 h, and between 24 h and 36 h. TUNEL assay showed that there was more apoptosis in tumor cells in vivo in the experimental group than in the control group. Meanwhile, intratumoral injection of HVJ-E induced a significantly smaller tumor volume in the experimental group compared with the control group(P ﹤ 0.05). Conclusions Our findings indicate that inactivated HVJ-E can induce apoptosis in A549/DDP cells both in vitro and in vivo, and intratumoral injection of inactivated Sendai virus significantly reduces the tumor growth in vivo.
为了对临床接诊的一例宠物犬所患疾病进行诊治, 试验采用粪便寄生虫检查、血液学检查、影像学检查及抗原、抗体检查.结果表明:宠物犬所患疾病为弓形虫病, 采取综合防治措施对患病宠物犬进行治疗, 7 d后该患犬临床症状消失.
犬耳血肿病例在宠物临床时有发生,可由打斗、耳螨等多种原因引起,早期症状不明显,当血肿变大,可以看见患耳出现明显肿胀,对小血肿可以采取保守疗法,但对于保守治疗无效的小血肿,以及范围较大的耳血肿需要采用手术方法.实践表明:犬耳血肿通过手术均可治愈.
“宠物外产科”是宠物类专业重要的职业技术课程,“填鸭式”的传统教学方法已严重束缚了学生学习的积极性.为了培养学生自主学习能力及创新能力,提高其就业竞争力,实现高职人才培养目标,在“宠物外产科”教学中实施创新教学具有十分重要的意义.
为研究胰岛素样生长因子2基因(IGF2)多态性及其对鸡生产性能的影响,采用DNA测序、PCR-单链构象多态性(PCR-SSCP)技术分析基因单核苷酸多态性,并对鸡的生产性能进行相关分析。结果可知:共发现2个SNPs位点,P1位点对4周龄鸡体质量具有显著影响(P<0.05)。研究结果初步表明:IGF2基因可能是影响鸡生长繁殖性状的1个主效基因或是与其存在紧密遗传连锁的1个标记。

随着社会的发展和人民生活水平的逐渐提高,宠物已成为家庭成员的一份子。据不完全统计,目前,我国宠物饲养量达1×108多头份,宠物诊疗机构近10000家,2013年宠物行业年产值300多亿元。宠物行业的迅猛发展,必然要求更多的相关专业人才,因此,高职院校宠物类人才的培养显得尤为重要。作者就高职院校宠物医学专业教学方法进行了研究探讨,希望对高职院校宠物医学专业的教学与管理有所帮助。
犬作为伴侣动物而被人们所宠爱,甚至作为家庭一员,享受着衣食无忧的待遇.由于犬主的过分溺爱,造成饮食结构不均衡,营养过剩,再加上缺乏足够的日常运动,导致犬营养代谢性疾病的发病率逐年增高,其中犬糖尿病发病率增多明显.据我院临床统计,犬糖尿病病例从2010年占年总病例数的0.2%到2011年的0.6%,上升明显.由于犬糖尿病的早期症状轻微,即使出现了典型的多饮、多尿和多食症状,也易被犬主忽视,直至出现并发症或其他疾病后才送医院就诊,此时已错失治疗良机.为引起大家的足够重视,现就1例犬糖尿病合并乳腺肿瘤病例的诊治情况及体会详述如下,供同行及犬主参考.
