微课是新的教育教学手段,在高职院校开展比较多的是微课比赛,在教学实践中应用较少.笔者针对蔬菜生产技术的学科特点,选取蔬菜生产教学中的重要技能点如蔬菜嫁接技术、苗床播种育苗等,以及教学中知识难点、习题及课外训练内容制作成微课,并在蔬菜生产技术课程教学中进行实践,取得了较好的教学效果.既促进了学生对重要技能点、知识难点的掌握,又容易吸引学生的注意力,引发学生对学习的兴趣,提高学生自主学习能力,并在一定程度上扩展了学生的知识面.
简述了西瓜起源与演化的研究进展,结合板块学理论、细胞学标记、形态学标记、生化标记、分子标记等方法对西瓜的起源与演化中心进行推测和论证,得出西瓜起源中心为非洲,西瓜的演化中心在亚洲的结论.分析表明分子标记为西瓜起源与演化研究的重要方法,是西瓜不同品种间亲缘关系的最直接反映,另外应综合多方面、多学科知识分析才能获得更准确的结论.阐述西瓜的起源与演化,对于西瓜种质资源的收集与利用,培育高产、优质、抗病新品种具有重要的意义.
为了有效提高学生理论和实践操作水平、创新能力,达到高技能人才培养目标,探讨如何开发优秀高职实训课程信息化教学设计.文章以全国多媒体课件大赛一等奖课件为例,介绍开发高职插花技艺实训课程信息化教学设计的经验.主要经验有:利用视频激发学生艺术灵感、动画演示解决教学重难、“玩中学,学中玩”营造轻松学习气氛、丰富的教学资源方便学生学习和知识拓展.课后,借助课程网站、任课教师QQ、QQ空间、博客、微信等互联网络平台,建立网上的学习与交流环境.效果:师生认可本课例教法新颍,每年受益学生达1000人以上,教学效果显著.启示:继续深化理实一体的教学模式;以“先进的信息化教育技术学段”优化教学过程;重视组建高效、互补、默契的开发团队.
以小菊“东莞红”为试验材料,用0、50、100、200、500和1000μmol·L-1不同浓度外源H2O2对小菊插穗处理,观测插穗生根的发生和生长,测定叶片过氧化物酶(POD)和多酚氧化物酶(PPO)活性的变化.结果表明:外源过氧化氢处理对小菊插穗生根有明显的浓度效应,适宜浓度的外源过氧化氢能促进小菊插穗生根以及根的生长,过氧化氢浓度在50-500μmol·L-1的处理能促进插穗生根和根的生长,降低叶片POD活性,提高PPO活性,其中200μmol·L-1为最适宜浓度.
[Objective]The study aimed to effectively and timely control the occurrence and damage of Rhynhophorus ferrugineus Fabricius in Nanning City,Guangxi Province.[Method]The investigation on the distribution and damage of R.ferrugineus was conducted in Nanning City,Guangxi Province.Its transmit ways were checked,light trapping experiment,combination of artificial and chemical control,and chemical control were conducted.[Result] The investigation indicated that there had distribution of R.ferrugineus in 70% plant nurseries and the scenic areas in Nanning City.Among the planted Hemp palm plants,the damaged varieties were up to 80%.The output of palm seedlings which had carried with pests was the main approach for spread and damage of R.ferrugineus.It was effective and feasible to use frequently vibration trapping light to trap adults.Pesticides were sprayed on the bellmouth of host(central leaf),then aging leaf sheaths or agricultural film was used to strap tender leaf sheath in stalks,which could achieve the purpose of controlling R.ferrugineus.[Conclusion] The control strategies of R.ferrugineus should be focused on controlling seedlings and the plants with tree age less than ten year;the plants with long tree age and the tall plants should adopt selection control if it was necessary,and the integrated control should be implemented on the prevention measure.

[Objective] The morphology observation and investigation on occurrence and damage condition of Rhynhophorus ferrugineus were conducted.[Method] The samples of R.ferrugineus at different instars were collected from the nurseries in Nanning City,and morphological observation was carried out under the entity microscope,and their characteristics were described.In Nanning City,with Palm plants as the investigation object,the random sampling investigation was conducted in damage peak period of R.ferrugineus,the total number of investigated plants and the number of damaged plants was recorded.[Result] The size,shape and arrangement of droplet-shaped spots in adult pronotum of different individuals of R.ferrugineus are inconsistent,the morphological characteristics of larvae in different host are the same,while the sizes of insect bodies of the same instar are different.The pests mainly distribute in part of nurseries and the concentrated cultivation places of palm trees in Nanning City,which mainly damage the palm plants such as R.rivularis,W.filifera,P.canariensis,B.nobilis and P.x loureirii,etc.within Nanning City.[Conclusion] The study laid the foundation for the research on the occurrence law and the control technique of R.ferrugineus in Nanning City.
The effect of temperature on the growth and development of Rhynchophorus ferrugineus Fabricius was studied.Linear regression indicated that the threshold temperatures for preoviposition,eggs,larvae and pupae,and from preoviposition to pupation,were(16.11 ± 1.44),(14.10 ± 0.56),(15.28 ± 0.21),(14.89 ± 0.24) and(14.15 ± 0.54)℃,respectively.The effective accumulated temperature for the above stages were(31.86 ± 1.65) degree days,(748.60 ± 15.79) degree days,(417.94 ± 20.80) degree days and(1215.50 ± 28.56) degree days,respectively.The developmental duration of each developmental stage,and from preoviposition to pupation,decreased with increased temperature.The developmental duration of a single generation was fitted with the index function:y = 3343e-0.1279x.

[Objective] Correlation of microstructure of leaf sheath epidermis and nutrient composition of palm plants with the damage degree of red palm fiber elephant in four kinds of plants in Nanning were analyzed in order to control the occurrence and damage of this insect in Nanning. [Method] Taken 4 kinds of Palmae plants in Nanning including Ravenea rivularis, Washingtonia filifera, Phoenix canariensis, Roystonea regia (HBK.)O.F.Cook as materials, damage situation of the red palm fiber elephant was investigated, microstructure of leaf sheath epidermis and nutrient composition of palm plants were analyzed and determined. [Result] The results showed that there was direct correlation between the microstructure of leaf sheath epidermis and nutrient composition with the physical resistance of palm plant against red palm fiber elephant. The extend of damage from red palm fiber elephant had negatively relation with the thickness of corneum and leaf epidermis. The damage degree caused by red palm fiber elephant increased with the content of crude protein, crude ash and nitrogen free extract increasing, also increased with the content of rude fiber decreasing. [Conclusion] The damage degree of red palm fiber elephant had a relationship with microstructure of leaf sheath epidermis and nutrient composition of palm plants.
[Objective]The aim of study is to discuss the fresh keeping effect of Different Fungicides on cut rose.[Method]The cut rose is treated in the pretreatment solutions with three different fungicides so as to study the freshness-keeping effect of different fungicides on cut roses.[Result]all three pretreatment solutions can prolong the vase holding time of cut rose,increase the fresh weight and flower diameter,accelerate blooming,inhibit loss of water,reduce and maintain the stability of membrane to different degrees.The best ornamental quality is observed in the pretreatment solution:2% S (sucrose)+100 mg/LCa(NO3)2+200 mg/L 8-HQ+1000 ml/L C7H5NaO2(sodium benzoate).
Flower species in festival flower beds in Nanning were investigated.The results showed that the main plant species used in flower beds,Nanning City were the biennial herbaceous flowers,perennial flowers and a small amount of woody plants,bulbs and flowers,a total of 19 branches,38 species,60 varieties.The application status of the flowers in festival flower bed was summed up in Nanning in recent three years.Feasible suggestions of the application of the current type of flower bed flower were given.
[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of cutting times on yield and quality of Lolium multiflorum.[Method] With L.multiflorum planted in field as the tested material,it was cut with different cutting times(①:cutting 1 time;②:cutting 2 times;③:cutting 3 times;④:cutting 4 times).The yield,regeneration ability and nutritional quality(contents of crude protein,crude fat and crude ash) of L.multiflorum in different treatments were compared.[Result] The yields of fresh grass,dry grass and crude protein of L.multiflorum in treatment ③ were the highest(being 80.3,9.80,2.40 t/hm2 resp.),being 2.18,1.02,1.21 times,2.28,1.24,1.47 times and 2.79,1.24,1.30 times of those of L.multiflorum in treatments ①,②,④.The regeneration ability of L.multiflorum in treatments ② and ③ were stronger.The nutritional quality of L.multiflorum in treatment ③ was the best with contents of crude protein,crude fat and crude ash of 24.469 7%,6.128 3% and 14.910 3% resp.[Conclusion] The yield of L.multiflorum which was cut 3 times was the highest with the best nutritional quality.
浅述及分析我国桃花的资源、桃花在园林中的应用特性及应用的现状,展望桃花产业前景,既对前人已有的宝贵经验进行归纳总结,也为桃花产业的健康、持续和快速发展提供参考。
This article describes Rhyncnophorus ferrugineus Fab.and characteristics of hosts,which harmed by adult and larva in brief.According to investigation of nurserys,pathes and parks,sevent hosts were found in nanning.The nurserys were to be affected severity than any others.The article discuss the result of investigation and gave three aspect measures,which including plant quarantine,usually management and so on.
[Objective] The research aimed to study the biological characteristics of palm Rhynhophorus ferrugineu Fabricius.[Method]The method of combining inside observation and outside survey was chose to made the test.[Recult]The palm Rhynhophorus ferrugineu Fabricius has 3 generations each year in Nanning,and the mature larva,the pupae and the adult wintered inside the host plant tissue.Its dults are made the more strongly taxis to the yellow light lamps and frequency trembler lamps.Its eggs are laid sparsely and mainly laid inside tender sheath tissue of host plant.In the conditions of constant indoor temperature an average female produces(370.67±0.8)eggs,the larvas are common of 13 ages at the constant 26 ℃.Each generation of larva occurred from the second ten days of March to May,form May to September,from July to March in coming year during a year.Adults and larvas all could damage central leaf and stem tissue of host plant.Rhynhophorus ferrugineus Fabricius mainly hazarded king coconut,Washingtonia filifera,Phoenix canariensis and Bismarckia nobilis and so on in Nanning City.[Conclusion] The study can provide the basis for the prevention and control of palm Rhynhophorus ferrugineu Fabricius.
[Objective] The study aimed to choose the best medicament to control Rhynchophorus ferrugineus Fabricius. [Method] 5 treatments were set up, 3 repeats, the field control and indoor control were conducted by the method of trickling the medicament on the plants, at the same time, medicaments were sprayed on Ravenea rivularis, Roystonea regia, Phoenix canariensis, Washingtonia robusta H. Wendl, the security of each medicament to palmaceous plants were determined after 10 days. [Result] The control effects of 4 treatments reached above 65%. Among them, 500 times liquid of 3% emamectin-benzoate had the best control effect, the effect of field control and indoor control were 93.35%, 100%, respectively; secondly for 500 times liquid of 45% malathion, control effect were 84.45%, 89.7%. And 4 medicaments were safe to palmaceous plants. [Conclusion] 500 times liquid of 3% emamectin-benzoate had the best control effect.

结合我院重点专业核心建设课程教学的改革实践,介绍观赏植物栽培课程的改革应从理论教学内容、实践教学方法和考试方式等方面入手,建立教学内容、教学手段优化的的教学模式;加大工学结合力度,增加实践教学环节,提高教学效果;采取多种考核方式,着重考核学生分析和解决问题的能力。
