目的 研究小学生社会焦虑水平与其自尊、社会期望水平的相关性.方法 采用整群抽样的方法对长沙市某小学138名四年级学生、140名六年级学生进行儿童社交焦虑量表(SASC)、罗森伯格自尊量表(SES)、儿童社会期望量表(CSD)测评.结果 ①按照SASC量表总得分分组,总得分≥8分为焦虑组,总得分≤5分为对照组,焦虑组与对照组在社交焦虑水平上差异有统计学意义(t=-20.11,P<0.01).②焦虑组与对照组在自尊水平上差异有统计学意义(t=4.43,P<0.05),在社会期望方面差异有统计学意义(t=4.09,P<0.01).③252名学生的社交焦虑与自尊、社会期望水平分别呈负相关(r=-0.258,P<0.05;r=-0.347,P<0.05),社会期望水平与自尊水平呈正相关(r=0.287,P<0.05).结论 小学生自尊、社会期望和社交焦虑的关系密切.在儿童心理健康教育工作中关注小学儿童的自尊、社会期望状态,帮助其保持中等强度的自尊、社会期望水平,对降低小学儿童社交焦虑有积极意义.
OBJECTIVETo analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from the rhizomes and leaves of Pileostegia viburnoides var. glabrescens by GC-MS.METHODSThe volatile oil was extracted from the rhizomes and leaves of Pileostegia viburnoides var. glabrescens by steam distillation. The constituents of volatile oil were identified by GC-MS technology.RESULTS37 compounds were identified from the oil of rhizomes. 36 compounds were identified from the oil of leaves. The rhizomes and leaves volatile oil had 18 compounds in common.CONCLUSIONThis study is the first one to report the volatile components of Pileostegia viburnoides var. glabrescens. It can provide a scientific basis for rational use of the rhizomes and leaves of Pileostegia viburnoides var. glabrescens.
Objective:To analyse the chemical components for roots of Pileostegia viburnoides qualitatively.Methods:The chemical components from water extract,ethanol extract,petroleum ether extract of roots of Pileostegia viburnoides were identified respectively by the system preparative tests.Results:After a preliminary test,the initial judgment about the root of Pileostegia viburnoides is consisted of flavone,organic acids,amino acids,volatile oil and grease.Conclusion:The root of Pileostegia viburnoides contains many types of chemical composition,with further research and development potential value.
Objective To determine tea polyphenol(TP) in leaves of Pistacia chinensis Bunge.Methods Ferrous tartaric acid colorimetry was used to determine the content of TP at 535 nm according to the standard curve.Results Tea polyphenol had good liner relationship at 10-100 μg·L-1.The regression equation was as follows:Y=8.104X-0.000 9(r=0.999 8),the recovery was 96.5%,and RSD=2.1%(n=5).Conclusion The ferrous tartaric acid colorimetry method is sensitive and accurate,which can be used for the determination of tea polyphenol in leaves of Pistacia chinensis Bunge.
黄连木(Pistacia chinensis Bunge)为漆树科黄连木属植物,属于落叶乔木,因其木材色黄而味苦,故名黄连木或黄连树,又名楷木、楷树、鸡冠木、黄楝树、药木、黄华、石连、黄木连、木蓼树、洋杨、药树、烂心木、黄连茶等[1-3].
