高职院校的学生评教出现了严重的异化现象,具体表现为目的异化、功能异化和过程异化.学生评教不但基本上没有达到促进教学质量提高的目的,而且反过来抑制了教师教学的能动性和积极性,使师生关系、师校关系变得不和谐,最终影响着高职教育人才培养目标的实现.本文认为应通过实施制度改革、优化评教指标体系和评教流程、科学分析评教数据、正确反馈评教结果等举措来修正学生评教中的异化现象,提高评教的建设性效能.
CVD diamond film material has many excellent properties including mechanics,thermotics,acoustics,optics,electricity,etc.In addition CVD technology can make up the application restricts of natural diamond caused by crystal size and impurities,thus it has vast development prospects in future.Combined with the Technical and economic problems in current application of CVD diamond film,some details which should be valued were discussed in future industrial application,including the quality improvement and production cost controlling.At first,design and manufacturing method level should be promoted to reduce the gap between us and foreign manufacturers,then,mechanical strength and the adhesive force between diamond film and substrate material should be pay more attention to.Moreover,reaction gases recycling,substrates and microwave power regulating are also worth noted.In the future,new application should be continually developed based on the outstanding physicochemical property of CVD diamond film.
Based on data in Shenzhen Statistical Yearbook, this paper analyzes the development of service industry in Shenzhen since 1979, including the boosting effect on economic growth, changes in labor productivity, leading role in employment, changes in internal structure, and uneven regional development.
The modern system of Shenzhen producer service industry has been basically formed,and now its pillar industries has prominent positions,new industries has rapid development,the internal structure keeps optimize,economic efficiency keeps grow.Based on objective data,this paper analyzes the current development and the existing problems of Shenzhen producer service industry,and gives some suggestions to accelerate its development from five aspects,such as coordinating the development of the secondary and tertiary industries,enhancing cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong,expanding development space,improving the social environment and intensifying policy support.
