建立以“预防为主”的储粮理念,了解仓房内粮堆各区域生态环境的不同,预置引风管网.在储存过程中,科学制定粮食检查方案,认真分析粮情,多维度、逐点对比粮情变化,将问题控制在萌芽状态.粮堆内90%区域在正常管理过程中相对稳定,只有10%的区域(通风死角与杂质聚集区)是管理的重点和难点.合理运用通风、空调等控温手段,在确保粮食安全的前提下,控制粮食水分减量.
通过对智能通风技术、控湿通风技术、保温隔热技术和粮面压盖技术的集成应用,降低粮食在储藏环节的数量损耗,降低粮食储藏成本,提高经济效益.
Grain overturn machine,solar energy and heat pump technology were introduced for in-store drying of high moisture cereals,thereby achiving the purpose of high efficiency,energy-saving,rapid and even during decreasing grain moisture.The results showed that the system was suitable for the large warehouses stored cereals with smooth surface,drying cycle could be less than 15 days,the range of decreasing moisture was about 1.5% and COP of the heat pump over 5.0.To some extent,the solar energy contributed over 20% to the whole system.
