在18~22℃冷泉条件下,进行了香鱼养殖试验.平均体重为2.65和0.73 g的两种规格香鱼苗种,经110 d饲养,平均体重分别达76.56和55.88 g;饲料系数分别为1.43和1.32,饲料系数与鱼不同阶段体重呈曲线正相关Y-0.9277-0.0029X+0.0002X2(R2-0.838,P<0.01);香鱼肥满度从投放鱼种(0.73g)时的0.901增加到实验结束时的1.368,肥满度在养殖后半程才开始显著增大,肥满度对体长的最优回归方程为线性方程Y-0.7054 +0.0428X (R2-0.505,P<0.01).鱼体重对体长的最佳回归模型为指数曲线模型Y-0.3647e (0326X)(R2=0.980,P<0.01).运用Bertalanffy、Gompertz和Logistic 3种非线性生长模型分别对香鱼的体重生长数据进行了拟合和分析.3种模型对香鱼体重生长均有很好的拟合度,其中,大、小规格香鱼鱼种生长的Gompertz模型拟合度(R2)分别为1.000和0.999;以该模型测算的生长参数拐点体重分别为43.866和40.014 g,最大日增重分别为0.914和0.781 g,拐点日龄分别在鱼种投放后的第72和89 d.
50 carps (Cyprinus Carpiovar Jian) with almost the same size and weight ( about 15 g) were selected and then divided into 5 groups (G1,G2,G3,G4 and G5) randomly,4 levels of adding rate of "HWBG" were used for tested groups ( 0.1%,0.2%,0.4% and 0.8%) , while G1 was used as a control. Two repetitions per group and 10 carps per repetition were performed. After 3 weeks of feeding trial, intestinal tract and liver of each carp were taken out for histotomy and the lengths of intestinal vollus were measured. The results showed that the intestinal villi of all tested groups with the different adding rates of "HWBG" were all higher than that of the control(P<0.01), the density of liver cytoplasm of all tested groups with the different adding rates of "HWBG" were all bigger than that of the control. As a conclusion, the optimal adding level was found at 0.4%.

The single factor test and the orthogonal test were used to optimize film forming technology of edible soy protein isolate on plastic board.The results showed that influencing factors of Abstract properties of the edible soy protein isolate films in order were as follows:amount of Glycerin>pH of film forming mixture>soy protein isolates concentration>drying temperature.The optimum film forming technology was:Soy protein isolate concentration 4 g/100 mL,amount of Glycerin(ratio of 2 to 1 for SPI and GLY),pH of film forming mixture was 9.The constant temperature 70 ℃ was used to dry for 6 h.The edible film with the best obstruct properties could be made.
The results of ecological experiments on adult Sipunculus nudus reveal that within 48hours,its tolerances of both temperature and salinity vary from 0~40℃,6~57 respectively.Its optimal tolerance ranges are 16~34℃,21~42 respectively.Fluctuations in both temperatures and salinities have no direct impact on the worm when two of them are in optimal threshold.Two ranges,high and low,for temperature and salinity tolerances are given,in which the changes in low ones with t=0~16℃,S=6~21 have positive relationship with the tolerances of this sipunculid worm,and variations of high ones with t=36~40℃,S=45~60 showing reverse relationship.In these two ranges,the worm is subject to variations in these two ranges,high or low,displaying abnormal physiological responses.High thermal threshold is 42℃ for the worm's mortality at a salinity of 32,and the high and low salinity thresholds are 60 and 3 respectively at a temperature of 26℃.Qualitative description and quantitative definition of relationships between the changes in both temperature and salinity and physiological responses and survival rates of the worm have profound implications in terms of its ecological theory and production practice.

The result manifestation: a white cell number in medium dose or low dose compared with blank have the difference(P<0.05),the spleen index in medium dose and low dose compared with blank have the difference(P<0.05).The result demonstration: the alcohol extract of pleurotus ferulae may influence immunity function of the small rat.
