以自有品牌服装专业零售商(SPA)的服装回收供应链为研究对象,研究现实中存在的零售商回收和委托第三方以折扣券回收旧衣的场景,以及是否进行回收后的可持续投入,提出四种服装回收策略.考虑消费者可持续性偏好,建立了不同回收策略下的利润模型,并求解得到最优解.研究发现,当消费者可持续偏好较小时,零售商选择不进行可持续投入并委托第三方回收时利润最大;当消费者可持续偏好足够大时,零售商选择进行可持续投入并自主回收时利润最大.此外,零售商进行可持续投入以及自主回收,更能吸引消费者参与回收并购买该品牌的产品,并产生品牌溢价.相比第三方回收,消费者可持续偏好更能影响零售商自主回收下的零售商利润.
面向新时代物流人才需求,首先提出了物流专业产教融合人才培养体系.然后,提出了物流专业产教融合平台的实施模型和创新机制,该平台具有交流平台、资源共享平台、人才培养平台、课程创新平台、教师职业发展平台、科研协同创新平台和就业创业平台的集成功能.最后,介绍了西南交通大学依托两个国家实验室正在打造的物流专业产教融合平台,及通过平台实施产教融合人才培养的具体实践.
随着我国智慧物流的快速推进,物流领域"实践领先研究"的倒逼局面已经成为全国各高校物流类人才培养的普遍性问题.鉴于其典型的多学科交叉属性,构建了"实践+创客+竞赛"的物流跨学科创新人才培养模式,提出了支撑双创人才培养的改革思路与措施,为物流工程专业创新型人才培养提供一定的参考.
在互联网大数据时代背景下,信息化技术被引入教育领域,"互联网+"运用于高校大学英语听力教学成为一种新趋势.而受传统评价模式的影响,我国大学英语听力课程很多还采取以终结性评价为主的师评评价模式,这种单一的评价模式忽视学生的学习过程,难以激发学生的学习主动性和积极性,不利于学生听说综合能力的培养.本文基于互联网+的大背景下,探究形成性评价模式在大学英语听力教学中的应用,提高教师教学质量和学生的听力水平,以期为大学英语听力教学评价体系的构建提供一些建议.
结合"互联网+"时代下物流人才需求新特征,阐述了高校物流管理与工程类专业课程教学改革的思路.结合教学流程和活动设计视角,提出了深度学习目标下混合式学习模型,并从分析、设计、开发、实施和评价流程阐述了课程开展混合式学习的过程.最后介绍了正在开展的混合式学习实践,以期实现物流管理与工程类专业学生深度学习目标.
针对"菜贱伤农"与"菜贵伤民"这2个矛盾的社会现象,基于Stackelberg博弈,通过一个由零售商主导的农户、收购商、分销商、零售商4级农产品供应链网络进行解释,并尝试通过合作社策略构建一个双渠道模型来缓解矛盾.结果表明,农户参加合作社能够增加农户产量和实际收益,同时提高渠道总利润,降低市场价格,提高消费者总剩余,能有效缓解"菜贱伤农"和"菜贵伤民"之间的矛盾.此外,通过比对拥有不同渠道权力的农户采用合作社策略后的利润变化发现,农户在农产品供应链网络中的渠道权力越弱,其加入合作社的利润涨幅越大,其加入合作社的驱动力也就越强.
从供应链视角出发,比较分析了禀赋异质农户在合作社和传统分销渠道下的收益.结果表明:农户入社后收益都有增长,但禀赋差异性使生产更高效的“大农”获得的收益提升幅度和成本节约程度均比“小农”更高;合作社应给予“小农”的惠顾返还可能被占据控制地位的“大农”截留.这两方面的不平等导致合作社内部出现“大农吃小农”的现象,加剧了成员间的分化.
建立一个区域竞争环境下多个农户、多个合作社与多个农产品加工或零售企业组成的三级农产品供应链模型,比较农户分别由合作社联合共享和专属时,以产业福利最优为前提下农户容量与供应链成员绩效的差异.对比结果表明,联合共享下的企业总利润和总产出总是更高;在较大范围内,联合共享时的农户总利润和农户容量比专属时更大;而下游只有少数强势企业时,联合共享下的合作社总利润和产业福利高于专属.当面对强势企业,合作社横向联合共享农户能提升产业福利和供应链各级成员绩效.
The higher education field has always emphasized"deep learning".Based on the theory of deep learning, the idea of the professional talents cultivation in Logistics Management and Engineering Major has been put forward in this paper.The newly proposed "flipped learning"has deepened the concept of"flipping", and ultimately focuses on the promotion of deep learning.According to the deep learning route, the flipped learning model is proposed.Finally, this model is used to carry out the teaching practice.It is aiming to promote students in Logistics Management and Engineering Major to achieve deep learning based on deep learning route.
As a new type of retail business, chain convenience stores meet customers' convenience and quick demand for shopping. However, the store area is small, and the fresh food with short shelf life accounts for a large proportion. It is necessary to implement the low-volume, multi-batch, high-efficiency and low-cost replenishment strategy. Because the sales of fast food, rice balls, and other high-temperature foods are greatly affected by the weather, this paper takes the high-temperature food in chain convenience stores as the research object. The multi-period replenishment model is established with the goal of maximizing profit under the influence of weather factors. Finally, taking, a 7-ELEVEn convenience store as an example, the case studies are analyzed to discuss the replenishment strategies under different weather conditions and different sales periods.
针对我国农产品产销存在的因农户和合作社分散林立、混乱竞争而造成的农产品供应链成员利益受损等问题,建立了由企业主导的"农户+合作社+企业"型三级农产品供应链竞争博弈模型.在求解出水平Cournot数量竞争和纵向Stackelberg博弈均衡解的基础上,提出3种农户容量选择策略,并进一步探讨了下游成员参与博弈的竞争空间和供应链容纳能力.结果表明:合作社利润最优策略优于社会福利最优策略,供应链总利润最优策略在一定区间范围内优于合作社最优策略;下游成员参与博弈的竞争空间存在上界组合和下界组合,且上界组合是农产品供应链的均衡结构,也是供应链的最大容纳能力;合作社利润最优策略使企业有更大的竞争空间,社会福利最优策略使合作社具有更大的竞争空间.
构建了农民专业合作社和大型零售商对接的合作社渠道与传统分散农户通过中间商和零售商销售的传统渠道并存的双渠道农产品供应链模型.合作社渠道存在3种渠道权力结构,通过斯塔克尔伯格博弈刻画双渠道农产品供应链各参与者在3种渠道权力结构下的定价与决策过程.结果表明,合作社农户的议价能力和利润总是高于散户,且议价能力随渠道权力的增加而增强,合作社有助于提高农民收入.当合作社渠道达到垂直均衡时,农户总产量最高,市场价格最低,供应链总利润最大,此时供应链整体效率最高.当合作社渠道达到垂直均衡时,散户渠道各参与者利润均下降,说明合作社渠道的效率提升会对散户渠道造成负面影响.此外,不同渠道权力结构下选择参与合作社的农户数量不同,在垂直均衡情况下合作社农户占比最高.
In this paper, in view of the fact that the opportunistic behaviors under information asymmetry would cause pork quality related accidents, we studied the quality incentive and contractual governance of the live pig supply chain. First, through building the internal quality penalty model, external quality loss sharing model and internal/external quality loss sharing contractual model, we proved the validity of the quality incentive and contractual governance. Then through numerical simulation, we had a sensitivity analysis of the contract which concluded that the internal/external quality loss sharing contract could better fit the long-term development demand of the pork industry;when consumer claims were raised and if the quality marginal cost was relatively high, the internal quality penalty contract could be utilized to guide the quality behaviors of the supply chain enterprises; and the inspection accuracy of third party institutions would affect the effectiveness of the external quality loss sharing contract and the internal/external quality loss sharing contract.
运筹学是物流工程专业的基础核心课程之一,在物流工程专业本科生培养方案的课程体系中占据重要的地位与作用.为适应国家创新创业人才培养、物流工程专业人才应用实践能力培养的目标,可以通过分析面向物流工程专业开设的运筹学课程的教学现状与问题,从课程体系、激励机制、教学资源、教学方法等方面提出以学生为中心的运筹学教学改革思路.
随着各高校新生研讨课的开设与普及,多数高校都开设了专业认知、学术研究、通识教育等类型的新生研讨课,但以"适应大学学习、转变学习方式"为目标的新生研讨课,即适应性新生研究课还较少.文中以基于ADDIE的混合式教学为基础,提出适应性新生研讨课的教学设计模式,并在《智闻物流》课程中进行了教学实践.
In this paper, based on the definition of the general logistics alliance, we defined the logistics alliance in fresh farm produce distribution, and elaborated on the characteristics of its various life stage. Then with a supplier alliance as the main object, we built its benefit distribution model, where in the alliance between the supplier and retailer, the Nash negotiation model was adopted and in the alliance among the suppliers, the comprehensive benefit distribution model based on modified Shapley value was adopted. Through the analysis, we found that the distribution of the benefit depended on the effort level of the alliance members.
Based on the new characteristics of talent demands in internet plus era,the knowledge structure and ability structure for professional training of the logistics management and engineering major are discussed in the paper.The idea of constructing the teaching mode based on flipped classroom is proposed.Then the strategies of teaching,teacher-student interaction and students learning in flipped classroom teaching mode are expounded.Finally the evaluation system of the teaching mode is put forward.
物流需求的集成预测法是将多种预测方法按一定权重进行组合的综合预测方法.文章基于多元线性回归思路,提出一种求取权重的定量方法,并把权重广义化,使用系数替代权重,扩大了权重的取值范围,实现了定量求取系数的目的.并设计了一个实验,验证了提出的广义集成预测法提高了预测的精度.
In this paper,we analyzed the cost categories relevant to the positioning of the decoupling points of a garment supply chain,built the mathematical model to minimize the total cost of the manufacturer and retailer,studied the method to obtain the optimal inventory strategy at the decoupling points under uncertain demand,and at the end,designed the relevant model and algorithm.
In this paper, based on the multiple linear regression process and historical data and with the minimization of the sum of the total errors, we proposed a quantitative method to determine the weight of the different forecasting methods in the combination forecasting model, and then, in connection with an empirical case, proved the reasonability and superiority of the combination forecasting method based on multiple linear regression.
