目的 比较低频电针对男、女两组脾虚湿盛型单纯性肥胖症患者临床疗效的差异性.方法 纳入单纯性肥胖症患者共80例,男性37例,女性43例.两组均选取阴陵泉、三阴交、足三里、丰隆、曲池、天枢、中脘、水分、气海、关元等穴,采用低频电针治疗,留针30min,每天1次,10次为一疗程,治疗2个疗程.观察两组患者治疗前后及随访3个月的体重、BMI、F%、胸围、腰围、臀围、腰臀比的变化,评价两组临床疗效,并进行分析比较.结果 男性组临床显效率为21.62%,总有效率为97.29%;女性组分别为4.65%、86.04%,男性组显效率和总体临床疗效均优于女性组(均P<0.05),两组患者治疗后及随访3个月体重、BMI、F%、胸围、腰围、臀围、腰臀比较治疗前均有明显改善(均P<0.01),但男性组体重、BMI较女性组均降低明显(P<0.01);女性组F%、腰围、臀围较男性组均降低明显(P<0.01).结论 低频电针对男、女脾虚湿盛型单纯性肥胖症患者均有明显的减肥作用和疗效,并且两者存在着一定的差异性,在改善体重、BMI方面男性优于女性,而在改善F%、腰围、臀围方面则女性优于男性.
OBJECTIVE:To observe the influence of electroacupuncture (EA) intervention on hippocampal glutamate (Glu) and Ca2+ contents, and expression of Glu-N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor(NMDAR) and the learning-memory ability in vascular dementia (VD) rats, so as to reveal its mechanisms underlying improvement of VD.METHODS:SD rats were rando-mized into sham operation (sham) group (n=9), model group (n=11) and EA groups (n=10). The VD model was established by repeated bilateral common carotid arteries occlusion and reperfusion plus intraperitoneal injection of sodium nitroprusside. EA (2 Hz, 2 mA) was applied to "Baihui" (GV 20)-"Housanli" (ST 36) and "Geshu" (BL 17)-"Dazhui" (GV 14) for 10 min, once a day for 15 consecutive days. The neurological function was assessed by using stroke index (0-10 points) and neurological deficit scaling(0-10 points). The learning-memory ability was evaluated by using step-down tests. The contents of Glu and Ca2+ in the right hippocampal tissue were determined by using aspectrophotometer and the expression of NMDAR protein in the right hippocampus was detected by immunoblotting.RESULTS:Compared with the sham group, the stroke index and neurological deficit scores, and the reaction latency and the error times of step-down tests, as well as the contents of Glu and Ca2+ and the expression level of NMDAR in the right hippocampus were significantly increased in the model group (P<0.05, P<0.01), while the step-through latency was considerably decreased (P<0.01), suggesting a neurological disorder and a cognitive decline. After EA intervention, the reaction latency and error times of step-down tests, the contents of Glu and Ca2+ and the expression level of NMDAR in the right hippocampus were significantly down-regulated, and the step-through latency was notably increased in comparison with the model group (P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS:EA intervention is able to improve the cognitive ability of VD rats, which may be associated with its effects in reducing the excitatory neurotoxicity of hippocampal Glu-NMDAR and lowering cellular Ca2+ load to resist neuronal injury.
目的:比较针刺干预对不同性别单纯性肥胖大鼠ee's指数和血、脑瘦素(Leptin)含量的影响,探讨针刺塑形效果与性别的差异性及可能作用机制.方法:采用谷氨酸钠和高脂饮食诱导法制造下丘脑性肥胖大鼠模型,随机分为模型雌组、雄组,治疗雌组、雄组,另设正常雌组、雄组,每组8只大鼠.治疗组毫针刺曲池、中脘、关元、后三里、丰隆、三阴交穴,每日1次,连续治疗28 d.观察治疗前后雌、雄两组大鼠Lee's指数和血清、下丘脑Leptin含量的变化,并进行统计比较.结果:与模型雌组、雄组比较,治疗雌组、雄组的Lee's指数和血清、下丘脑Leptin的含量均明显改善(P<0.01),且治疗雄组优于治疗雌组(P<0.05).结论:针刺对雌雄两性单纯性肥胖大鼠均可起到减肥作用,但在减肥塑形方面,对雄性的疗效优于雌性.
Objective To observe the effect of Weici combined with electric acupuncture on E 2 /P,prolactin(PRL), testosterone(T),ER expression and mammary gland tissue morphous in rats with mammary gland hyperplasia in order to explore its action mechanism .Methods The 40 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal control group ,model group,acupuncture group and tamoxifen ( TAM) group.The animal models with breast hyperplasia were established by intramuscular injection with diethylstilbestrol +progesteroner .The rats in acupuncture group were fixed and acupunctured (Weici) in the second pair of breasts,and connected with the electric acupuncture instrument for 30 min,moreover, Danzhong acupuncture point was acupunctured for 30min;the rats in TAM group were given tamoxifen 1.8mg/kg by gavage,once a day for 30 days,after last treatment,the serum levels of E2,P,PRL,T were detected,and the ratio of E2/P was calculated,the second pair of breasts were taken to be HE stained , then the changes of breast tissue morphous were observed under light microscope,and the expression levels of ER in breast tissue were detected by immunohistochemisty .Results After treatment, the ratio of E2/P in acupuncture group and TAM group was significantly lower than that in model group ( P <0.05 );the serum levels of PRL in acupuncture group and TAM group were obviously lower than those in model group ( P <0.05), moreover,there were significant differences between acupuncture group and TAM group ( P <0.05).The serum levels of T in acupuncture group and TAM group were significantly lower than those in model group ( P <0.05).The pathological changes of breast tissue in acupuncture group were similar to those in TAM group , however , which were obviously improved , as compared with those in model group .The expression levels of ER of breast tissue in TAM group were significantly decreased , furthermore,the AOD value was obviously lower than that of normal control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion Weici combined with electric acupuncture can decrease nipple height and nipple diameter , improve disorder state of E2/P, PRL, T and pathological morphous of breast tissue ,and reduce ER expression levels in breast tissue of rats with breast hyperplasia .
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) on superoxide (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity, contents of glutathione (GSH) and malondiadehyde (MDA), and expression of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) and apoptosis of Dopaminergic (DA) neurons in Substantia Nigra of rats with Parkinson's disease (PD). METHODS:Adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal (10 rats), model (11 rats), EA (11 rats) and medication (11 rats) groups. The PD model was established by i.h. of Rotenone (0.8 mg/kg) for 28 days. EA stimulation (2 Hz/80 Hz, 2 mA) was applied at "Baihui" (GV 20), "Sanyinjiao" (SP 6) and "Taichong" (LR 3) acupoints for 10 min, once per day for 14 times. For rats in the medication group, Madopar suspension fluid (1.67 mg/kg) was given by gavage for 14 days. Xanthine oxidase method and colorimetric ana- lysis method were used to examine the SOD, GSH-Px activity and contents of GSH and MDA in the Substantia Nigra tissue of the right brain, respectively. Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the TH positive neurons and TUNEL method was used to examine the apoptosis of DA neurons of the Substantia Nigra in the left brain. RESULTS:Following the intervention, the decreased SOD and GSH-Px activity, GSH contents, and the increased MDA content of the Substantia Nigra in PD rats were obviously reversed by EA intervention (P < 0.05) but not by medication except MDA content (P > 0.05). In comparison with the model group, the decreased TH immunoactivity, and the increased numbers of apoptotic cells of DA neurons were apparently suppressed in both EA and medication groups (P < 0.05), but without significant differences between the EA and the medication groups (P > 0.05). In addition, HE stain showed that EA intervention could improve PD-induced impairment of Substantia Nigra neurons (mild swelling of neurons with large nucleus and deranged fibers). CONCLUSION:EA intervention can reduce pathological changes of Substantial Nigra in PD rats, which is probably associated with its effects in up-regulating the SOD and GSH-Px activity, GSH contents, and down-regulating MDA level, and reducing the apoptosis of DA neurons of the Substantia Nigra, suggesting an anti-oxidative stress effect of EA therapy.
Objective To investigate the effect of semi-acupuncture plus massage for patients with postpartum hypogalactia of liver-qi stasis pattern.Methods Totally 120 patients with postpartum hypogalactia of liver-qi stasis pattern were randomly divided as semi-acupuncture group receiving semi-acupuncture at the acupoints in the chest and back in combination with massage on the local breast,and acupuncture control group receiving traditional filiform acupuncture at Shaoze,Neiguan,Taichong,Danzhong and Rugen points,with 60 in each.The amount of lactation,the levels of serum estradiol(E2) and prolactin were measured and compared before and after the treatment.Results After the treatment,the amont of lactation increased in both groups,but no statistically significant difference was found between the two groups over the same period(P 0.05).Serum levels of E2 and prolactin were significantly reduced,but no statistically significant difference was found between the two groups over the same period(P 0.05).Conclusion The semi-acupuncture plus massage,as compared with acupuncture therapy,is of less pain,good adaptability,and non-toxic side effects,being a green therapy.

OBJECTIVE: This work aims to observe the effects of electroacupuncture on brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) mRNA expression in mouse hippocampus following cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.METHODS: The models of mouse cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury were established. A total of 96 healthy mice were randomly assigned into 4 groups, namely, the sham surgery, model, model + electroacupuncture, and mode + hydergine groups. Mice in the model + electroacupuncture group were treated through electroacupuncture at the Shenshu (BL 23), Geshu (BL 17), and Baihui (GV 20) acupoints. Mice in the model + hydergine group were intragastrically administered with hydergine (0.77 mg/kg(-1) . day(-1)). The levels of BDNF mRNA expressions in the hippocampus were analyzed through a semi-quantitative reverse,transcription-polymerase chain reaction assay on days 1 and 7 after the surgeries.RESULTS: BDNF mRNA expressions in the mouse hippocampus of the model group on days 1 and 7 after the surgery were higher than those of the sham surgery group (both P<0.01). On days 1 and 7 of the electroacupuncture treatment, BDNF mRNA expression in the mouse hippocampus of the model + electroacupuncture group was significantly elevated compared with the model group (both P<0.01) or the model + hydergine group (both P<0.01). On days 1 and 7 of the hydergine treatment, BDNF mRNA expression in the mouse hippocampus of the model + hydergine group tended to increase compared with the model group; however, statistical significance was not achieved (both P>0.05).CONCLUSION: Electroacupuncture treatment enhances endogenous BDNF expression, which may improve the survival environment for intracerebral neurons and inhibit the apoptosis of hippocampal cells. 目的 观察围刺配合电针对乳腺增生大鼠血清性激素含量及雌孕激素比值(E2/P)、乳腺组织形态的影响,探讨其治疗乳腺增生的作用机理.方法 将40只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、针刺组和三苯氧胺组4组.采用己烯雌酚联合黄体酮肌注的方法进行造模,于末次治疗后测定血清E2、P、PRL、T含量,计算E2/P比值;取大鼠第2对乳房常规HE染色,光镜下观察组织形态表现.结果 E2:针刺组和三苯氧胺组均低于模型组,(P<0.05);针刺组和三苯氧胺组无显著性差异,(P>0.05).P:针刺组和三苯氧胺组均高于模型组(P<0.05);针刺组和三苯氧胺组无显著性差异,(P>0.05).PRL:针刺组和三苯氧胺组均低于模型组,(P<0.05);针刺组与三苯氧胺组相比,差异无显著性意义,(P>0.05).T:针刺组和三苯氧胺组均低于模型组,(P<0.05);针刺组与三苯氧胺组相比,差异无显著性意义,(P>0.05).E2/P:针刺组和三苯氧胺组均低于模型组,(P<0.05);针刺组与三苯氧胺组比较有下降趋势,更接近正常组,但差异无显著性意义,(P>0.05).乳腺组织形态:针刺组和三苯氧胺组大鼠乳腺组织的病理表现相似,与模型组比较改善明显.结论 围刺配合电针具有降低模型大鼠血清E2、PRL、T,升高P,调节E2/P紊乱,改善乳腺组织病理形态的作用.
Objective: To observe the effect of Xiaoyu tongluo san on the second pair of breast nipple diameter,height and serum E2/P ratio,PRL,T levels、breast tissue of the Mammary Gland Hyperplasia rats model,discuss the therapeutic mechanism of HMG.Methods: 40 Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups randomly:normal group,model group,TCM group and western medicine group.Combined diethylstilbestrol with progesterone by intramuscular injection to copy breast Hyperplasia rats model.TCM group were treated with self-Xiaoyu tongluo san 50mg/d,while western medicine group were treated with TAM 1.8mg/kg,gavage was both applied,1 time/d,30 days totally.Detected the second pair of breast nipple diameter,height and serum E2/P ratio,PRL,T levels before and after treatment,calculate E2/P ratio,The second pair of nipple were removed aseptically,stained HE,breast forms was observed under microscope.Results: After treatment,comparision of the second breast nipple diameter and height: TCM group and western medicine group were lower than model group(P<0.05);TCM group were lower than western medicine group(P<0.05).Comparision of serum levels of the hormone: TCM group and western medicine group were lower than model group(P<0.05),compared TCM group with western medicine group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparision of breast tissue pathological forms: The pathological forms in TCM group were similar to those in TAM group,but they were both better than that in model group,and similar to the normal group.Conclusion: The self-Xiaoyu tongluo san has effects on reducing nipple diameter,height and regulating the dysfuction of serum E2/P ratio,PRL,T and improve the breast tissue pathological forms of Mammary Gland Hyperplasia rats.
[目的]观察自拟消瘀通络散对乳腺增生大鼠乳头高度、直径的动态变化、血清E2、ER蛋白表达水平及病理组织形态的影响,探讨其治疗乳腺增生的作用机制。[方法]将40只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、中药组和西药组4组。采用己烯雌酚联合黄体酮肌注的方法进行造模。中药组予自拟消瘀通络散50mg/d,西药组予三苯氧胺1.8mg.kg-1,均灌胃治疗,1次/d,共30d。用精密游标卡尺于造模前后、治疗前、治疗10、20、30d分别测量大鼠第2对乳头高度和直径,测定血清E2水平及ER蛋白表达水平,取大鼠第2对乳房常规HE染色,光镜下观察组织形态表现。[结果]治疗前及治疗10、20、30d4组大鼠第2对乳头直径、高度的比较:造模成功后,中药组、西药组、模型组均高于正常组(P<0.05);治疗10、20、30d后,模型组明显高于正常组(P<0.05);中药组和西药组均低于模型组(P<0.05);中药组低于西药组(P<0.05);中药组与正常组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。E2含量比较:中药组和西药组均低于模型组(P<0.05),中药组和西药组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。ER蛋白表达水平比较:中药组和西药组均低于模型组(P<0.05);中药组低于西药组(P<0.05)。病理学比较:中药组和西药组大鼠乳腺组织的病理表现相似,与模型组比较改善明显,与正常组相近。[结论]自拟消瘀通络散具有缩小模型大鼠乳头直径、高度,降低血清中E2、ER蛋白表达水平和改善乳腺组织病理形态的作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of electroacupuncture (EA) on lipid metabolism in both sexes of obesity model rats. METHODS A total of 30 male and 30 female SD rats were randomized into normal control, model and EA groups respectively, with 10 rats in each group. EA (2 Hz, 1-2 mA) was applied to the ipsilateral "Zusanli" (ST 36)-"Sanyin-jiao"(SP 6) and bilateral "Fenglong" (ST 40) for 30 min, once daily for 28 days. In addition,"Quchi" (LI 11),"Zhongwan" (CV 12) and "Guanyuan" (CV 4) were punctured with filiform needles and stimulated by manipulating the needle for 1 min, separately. Obesity model was duplicated by subcutaneous injection of 15% glutamic sodium (0.2 mL/10 g) once daily for 5 days and by feeding the animal with high fat forage for 36 days. Lee's index was calculated, and plasma triglyeride (TG) concentration detected by glycerol-phosphoric acid oxidase-peroxydase method, total cholesterol (TC) detected by cholesterol oxidase method, and plasma low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) contents were assayed by one-step method, respectively. RESULTS In both male and female rats, compared to their own normal groups, the Lee's index, plasma TG, TC and LDL-C contents were increased significantly and plasma HDL-C contents decreased obviously in the model groups (P<0.01), while compared to their own model groups, the Lee's index, plasma TG, TC and LDL-C levels in the EA groups were down-regulated considerably and plasma HDL-C contents up-regulated remarkably after the treatment (P<0.01, P<0.05). The efficacies of the EA intervention were obviously better in reducing Lee's index for male rats, and in down-regulating plasma TG and TC contents in female rats (P<0.05). No significant differences were found between male and female rats in EA intervention for plasma LDL-C and HDL-C levels. CONCLUSION EA intervention can effectively regulate obesity rats' Lee's index and plasma TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C levels. The effects are different in male and female rats.
[Objective] Observing the influence of electroacupuncture on Leptin of both sexes in the hypothalamic obesity rats through the animal experiment.[Methods] Duplicated rat hypothalamic obesity model by injecting L-MSG under the skin of neck.They were randomly divided into model male groups,model female group,EA male group,EA female group and setting normal control male and female group.Electroacupuncture male and female groups were fellowed by switching WQ2F-type electroacupuncture.Measuring 6 rats weight,Lees' index,serum leptin and hypothalamic leptin.[Results] EA male and female groups of Lees index and serum leptin levels,respectively,and model male and female between the two groups were significntly lower(P<0.01),while hypothalamic leptin levels were significantly higher(P<0.01).EA Lees index of male group were significantly lower than the female group(P<0.05);EA female group of serum leptin levels lower than the EA male group significantly(P<0.05);EA female hypothalamic leptin levels were highter than the EA male(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Electroacupuncture of the male and female obese rats with varying degrees of weight loss,but the lower Lees index regulates lipid metabolism,both the existence of certain differences between the EA can significantly reduce the Lees index of male rats and adjust the Leptin.
目的:观察围刺配合电针对乳腺增生大鼠乳头高度、直径及血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、雌孕激素比值(E2/P)的影响.方法:采用己烯雌酚联合黄体酮肌注的方法进行造模.针刺组对大鼠第2对乳房围刺,针刺膻中穴后,电针刺激30 min,1次/d,共30 d.于治疗前、治疗10、20、30 d测量各组大鼠第2对乳头高度、直径、末次治疗后测定血清E2、P水平.结果:乳头高度、直径、E2、E2/P:针刺组和三苯氧胺组均低于模型组,P<0.05,P:针刺组和三苯氧胺组均高于模型组P<0.05.结论:围刺配合电针具有降低模型大鼠乳头高度、缩小乳头直径,改善血清E2、P紊乱状态的作用.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of encircled needling plus electroacupuncture (EA) of the second pair of nipples on hyperplastic mammary glands, serum estradiol (E2), progesterone (P), prolactin (PRL) and testosterone (T) contents, estrogen receptor (ER) expression of the mammary glands in mammary hyperplasia rats.METHODS:Forty Wistar rats were equally randomized into normal control, model, acupuncture and medication groups. Mammary gland hyperplasia model was established by intramuscular injection of diethylstilbestrol (0.5 mg/kg, once daily for 25 days) and progesterone (4 mg/kg, once daily for 5 days). For rats of the acupuncture group, 4 filiform needles were inserted into the surrounding tissues of the second pair of breasts, respectively, followed by giving the animal with EA stimulation for 30 min. Another one acupuncture needle was inserted into "Danzhong" (CV 17) and retained for 30 min. For rats of the medication group, tamoxifen solution (1.8 mg/kg) was given by gavage. Both medication and EA intervention were given once daily for 30 days. The diameter and height of the second pair of nipples were measured before and on the 10th, 20th and 30th days of the treatment. Serum E2, P, PRL and T levels were assayed by radioimmunoassay, and the tissues of the second pair of nipples were stained with H. E. method. Estrogen receptor immunoactivity of the breast tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry.RESULTS:The diameter and height of the second pair of nipples, serum E2, PRL and T contents, and breast ER protein expression level were significantly higher in the model group than in the normal control group (P<0.05), while serum P content was remarkably lower in the model group than in the normal control group (P<0.05). In comparison with the model group, the diameter and height of the second pair of nipples, serum E2, PRL and T contents, and breast ER protein expression level were considerably lower in both acupuncture and medication groups (P<0.05), and serum P contents were significantly higher in the latter two groups (P<0.05). In addition, H.E. staining showed that the numbers of the lobule, alveolus and ducts of mammary glands were significantly increased, and the expansion of the acinar lumina and ducts was found in the model group. These pathological changes were relatively milder in both acupuncture and medication groups.CONCLUSION:Encircled needling plus EA stimulation of the surrounding tissues of the nipples can improve the hyperplasic nipples and pathological changes of the breast tissue in mammary gland hyperplasia rats, which is closely associated with its functions in lowering serum estradiol, prolactin, testosterone contents and estrogen receptor protein expression of the breast, and in increasing serum progesterone level.
目的 探讨电针刺激对雌、雄两性实验性肥胖大鼠血清和下丘脑神经肽Y(NPY)调节的差异性及其可能作用机制.方法 采用谷氨酸钠和高脂饮食诱导的下丘脑性肥胖模型,随机分为模型雌组、模型雄组、电针雌组、电针雄组,并设正常雌组和正常雄组进行对照.电针雌组、雄组针刺后接通韩氏电针仪,采用2Hz同步疏密波刺激.观察电针干预前后雌、雄两组大鼠Lee's指数及血清、下丘脑NPY含量的变化,并进行比较.结果 电针雌、雄两组的Lee's指数及血清、下丘脑NPY的含量分别较模型雌、雄两组明显降低(P<0.01),电针雄组降低明显(P<0.05).结论 电针刺激对雌雄两性肥胖性大鼠均有不同程度的减肥作用,但在降低Lee's指数和血清、下丘脑NPY方面,二者间存在着一定的差异,电针干预对雄性大鼠的调节作用略明显.
Objective To observe therapeutic effects of acupuncture on the mouse of hyperlipemia and to explore the mechanisms. Methods One hundred and twenty Kunming mice, male, sanitary degree, were randomly divided into normal group (n=40), a model group (n=40), an acupuncture group (n=20) and a medicine group (n=20). Except the normal group, the mice were fed with high fat forage to prepare mouse hyperlipemia model. On the 15th day of modeling, serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) levels were detected in 20 normal mice and 20 model mice; electroacupuncture was given at bilateral Fenglong (ST 40), Quchi (LI 11), Sanyinjiao (SP 6) in the acupuncture group, once a day, for 10 consecutive days; in the medicine group, the mice were intragastrically administrated with Simvastatin, once daily, for 10 consecutive days. After the end of treatment, serum TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) contents and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities were detected in the groups. Results On the 15th day of modeling, in the model group serum TG, TC, LDL-C contents were significantly higher (all P<0.05) and HDL-C content was significantly lower (P<0.01) than those in the normal group. After treatment for 10 days, in the acupuncture group and the medicine group serum TG, TC, LDL-C, MDA and ET contents were significantly lower and serum HDL-C and NO contents and SOD activities were significantly higher than those in the model group (P<0.05, P<0.01), and the improving action in the acupuncture group was better than that in the medicine group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture can regulate fat metabolism, resist lipid peroxidation and protect vascular endothelial function in the mouse of hyperlipemia.
目的 探讨温针灸对慢传输型便秘大鼠肠道传输功能及结肠肌电的影响.方法 选用SD大鼠100只,随机取10只为正常组,其余90只造成慢传输型便秘大鼠模型,并随机分为3组,分别为模型组、针刺组和温针组.分别测定大鼠肠道传输功能及结肠肌电.结果 针刺组、温针组可明显缩短大鼠首粒黑便排出时间(P<0.01),且温针灸效果优于针刺组(P<0.05).慢传输型便秘大鼠结肠慢波频率减慢组,针刺和温针灸均能增加频率,降低振幅(P<0.01),且温针灸效果优于单纯针刺(P<0.01);结肠慢波频率加快组,针刺和温针灸均能减慢频率(P<0.05或P<0.01),且温针组亦优于针刺组(P<0.05).结论 针灸治疗慢传输型便秘有效,其作用机制与调节异常的结肠慢波频率和振幅有关;温针灸效果更好.
