目的 观察穴位推拿结合半刺疗法对产后72h内泌乳量及血清催乳素、雌二醇、孕酮水平的影响,观察其疗效并探讨其作用机制.方法 将2018年8月至2019年4月河北省石家庄市第六医院140例初产顺产妇采用信封法随机分为治疗组与对照组各70例.产后2h内治疗组采用穴位推拿结合半刺疗法,对照组为空白对照,检测两组产妇24h、48h、72h乳汁分泌量,72h血清催乳素、雌二醇、孕酮水平.结果 治疗后治疗组产妇泌乳量显著增加,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组产妇血清催乳素水平及雌二醇水平保持较高水平,血清孕酮水平保持较低水平,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 产后2h内采用穴位推拿结合半刺疗法作用于产妇体表能够显著增加催乳素及雌二醇水平,同时降低孕酮水平,从而起到促进初产妇早泌乳、多泌乳的作用.
Objective To observe the effects of moxibustion on central fatigue in rats subjected to different degrees of exhaustive exercise. Methods The exhaustive exercise model was established through repeated trials of swimming. Ninety-six male SD rats were randomly divided into the following three groups: a control group (n = 32) that did not undergo the exercise routine, an untreated group (n = 32) that received no treatment after exercise, and a moxibustion group (n = 32) that received a mild dose of moxibustion at "Shenque" (CV 8) for 15 min after exercise. Rats in each group were randomly and equally divided into 1st, 4th, 7th and 10th trial subgroups according to exercise duration. The levels of hippocampal tissue monoamine neurotransmitters 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), Dopamine(DA) and free radicals Malondialdehyde (MDA), Superoxide dismutase (SOD), Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were measured after the exhaustive exercise protocol for each group. Results The exhaustive duration of rats in the 4th trial untreated subgroup was significantly longer than the 1st trial untreated subgroup, while the 7th and 10th trial untreated subgroups were significantly shorter than the 1st trial untreated subgroup. The 7th and 10th trial moxibustion subgroups were longer than the corresponding untreated subgroups. Compared with the control group, the levels of 5-HT and MDA in rat brains for each untreated subgroup were higher and the GSH-Px levels in the 4th, 7th and 10th trial untreated subgroups were lower. The levels of brain DA and SOD in rats from the 1st trial untreated subgroup were significantly higher than controls and then decreased. The 7th and 10th trial untreated subgroups were significantly lower. Compared with the corresponding untreated subgroups, the levels of rat brain 5-HT in the 7th and 10th trial moxibustion subgroups were decreased, the MDA levels in the 4th, 7th and 10th trial moxibustion subgroups were decreased, and the DA, SOD, GSH-Px levels in the 4th, 7th and 10th trial moxibustion subgroups were increased. Conclusions Moxibustion relieved exercise-induced central fatigue in long-term exercise by reducing the levels of 5-HT and MDA while increasing the levels of DA, SOD, and GSH-Px, effectively extending the duration of the exhaustive exercise.
Objective To observe the effect of tuina exercise on simple obesity in college students. Methods Fifty-seven college students with simple obesity were divided into two groups according to the stratified randomization method. Twenty-eight in the tuina exercise group were trained in tuina exercise; while 29 in the auricular acupoint sticking group were treated with acuricular acupoint sticking. The tuina exercise group was trained once every other day, and 10 times made one course. The auricular acupoint sticking was replaced once every 4 d, and 5 times made one course. After 2-course treatment, the total therapeutic effect, weight, body mass index (BMI), waist and hip circumferences, serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were assessed. Results The total therapeutic effect was 86.2% in the auricular acupoint sticking group and 85.7% in the tuina exercise group. There was no significant difference between the two groups ( P >0.05). After treatment, the weight, BMI, waist and hip circumferences were decreased and the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). The waist and hip circumferences in the tuina exercise group were lower than those in the auricular acupoint sticking group, showing statistically significant differences (all P <0.05). After treatment, there were no significant intra-group differences in TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C in the two groups (all P >0.05), and the between-group differences were not significant (all P >0.05). Conclusion Tuina exercise has reliable effect in treating obesity. It can produce more significant improvements in waist and hip circumferences than auricular acupoint sticking. But no obvious effect is shown in blood lipid indicators.

目的 比较低频电针对男、女两组脾虚湿盛型单纯性肥胖症患者临床疗效的差异性.方法 纳入单纯性肥胖症患者共80例,男性37例,女性43例.两组均选取阴陵泉、三阴交、足三里、丰隆、曲池、天枢、中脘、水分、气海、关元等穴,采用低频电针治疗,留针30min,每天1次,10次为一疗程,治疗2个疗程.观察两组患者治疗前后及随访3个月的体重、BMI、F%、胸围、腰围、臀围、腰臀比的变化,评价两组临床疗效,并进行分析比较.结果 男性组临床显效率为21.62%,总有效率为97.29%;女性组分别为4.65%、86.04%,男性组显效率和总体临床疗效均优于女性组(均P<0.05),两组患者治疗后及随访3个月体重、BMI、F%、胸围、腰围、臀围、腰臀比较治疗前均有明显改善(均P<0.01),但男性组体重、BMI较女性组均降低明显(P<0.01);女性组F%、腰围、臀围较男性组均降低明显(P<0.01).结论 低频电针对男、女脾虚湿盛型单纯性肥胖症患者均有明显的减肥作用和疗效,并且两者存在着一定的差异性,在改善体重、BMI方面男性优于女性,而在改善F%、腰围、臀围方面则女性优于男性.
Objective To observe the protective mechanisms of Bushen Huoxue Recipe (BHR)on hippocampal neurons in vascular dementia (VD) rats.Methods Totally 70 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,i.e.,the sham-operation group,the model group,high and low dose BHR groups,and the nimodipine group,14 in each group.The VD rat model was prepared by blocking two blood vessels.Rats in the high dose BHR group were administered with BHR (10.14 g crude drugs/kg) by gastrogavage.Rats in the low dose BHR group were administered with BHR (5.07 g crude drugs/kg) by gastrogavage.Rats in the nimodipine group were administered with Nimodiping solution (11.06 mg/kg) by gastrogavage.Thirty days after administration,praxiological changes were detected by water maze.Ultramicrostructure of hippocampal neuron,gene and protein expression of BDNF mRNA and TrkB mRNA were also observed.Results Compared with the sham-operation group,the ability of learning and memory exploration were reduced in VD rats of the model group,manifested as escape latency period obviously extended,times for passing platform and detention time in platform obviously decreased (P <0.01),levels of mRNA and protein expressions of BDNF and TrKB in hippocampal neuron showing decreasing tendency (P <0.05,P <0.01),and the ultramicrostructure of hippocampal neuron obviously damaged.Compared with the model group,the ability of learning and memory exploration were improved in high and low dose BHR groups,manifested as escape latency period obviously shortened,times for passing platform and detention time in platform obviously inecreased (P <0.05,P <0.01),levels of mRNA and protein expressions of BDNF and TrKB in hippocampal neuron elevated (P <0.05,P <0.01),and the ultramicrostructure of hippocampal neuron obviously improved.Conclusion BHR could improve the expression levels of BDNF and its receptor TrkB,and protect hippocampal neuron,so as to improve the learning and memory ability of VD rats.
带下病是一种常见妇科病,发病率高,给女性身心健康带来很大的困扰.中医很早就有对带下病的理论和诊疗记载.近些年来,通过丰富的临床实践和研究,中医对带下病的理论认识更加深入,对病因病机和辨证分型的认识日趋完善,同时也开拓了更多有效的治疗方法,中药复方、外洗、脐疗、针灸等,疗效肯定,安全有效,发挥了中医药在治疗带下病方面的特色和优势.
目的:研究分析腹部推拿与功法训练治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效,为患者解除病痛.方法:本课题纳入原发性痛经患者26例,均为河北中医学院在校女学生,其中实证组13例(气滞瘀阻型7例、寒湿凝滞型6例),虚证组13例(气血亏虚型),采用腹部推拿与功法训练方法治疗原发性痛经3个疗程周期,观测治疗后的有效率,并应用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析.结果:实证组痊愈6例,显效4例,痊愈率46.15%,总有效率92.31%;虚证组痊愈1例,显效1例,痊愈率7.69%,总有效率76.92%, 实证组有效率明显高于虚证组(P<0.05).2组治疗后较治疗前疼痛症状积分均下降(P<0.05);治疗第1疗程后实证组疼痛症状积分下降与虚证组比较,差异不明显(P>0.05);实证组第2、3疗程疼痛症状积分下降较虚证组下降明显(P<0.05),差异有显著性.结论:腹部推拿与功法训练治疗原发性痛经疗效显著、安全.
Objective To observe different efficacies of low-frequency electroacupuncture (EA) on pancreatic endocrine system in male and female patients with simple obesity due to spleen deficiency-related dampness. Methods A total of 80 simple obesity patients were assigned to a male group ( n =37) and a female group (n=43). Both groups received a 30-minute low-frequency EA at Yinlingquan (SP 9), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Zusanli (ST 36), Fenglong (ST 40), Quchi (LI 11), Tianshu (ST 25), Zhongwan (CV 12), Shuifen (CV 9), Qihai (CV 6) and Guanyuan (CV 4). The treatment was done once a day, and 10 times made up a course of treatment. Patients in both groups were treated for 2 courses. Then the changes in body mass index (BMI), serum insulin, insulin antibodies and leptin level in the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results After treatment, the BMI, serum insulin, insulin antibodies and leptin levels were significantly reduced in both groups ( P <0.01 or P <0.05); the BMI and serum insulin concentration were more significantly reduced in the male group than those in the female group (both P <0.01); and the leptin level was more significantly reduced in the female group than that in the male group ( P <0.01). Conclusion EA can significantly regulate BMI and pancreatic endocrine system in both men and women with simple obesity; however, there is a gender difference: better effect for men in reducing BMI and serum insulin and better effect for women in reducing serum leptin level.

Objective To observe the difference of the effect of low-frequency electroacupuncture (EA) on blood lipids between male and female patients with simple obesity due to damp induced by spleen deficiency. Methods Eighty patients with simple obesity were recruited, including 37 males and 43 females, to receive low-frequency EA by selecting Yinlingquan (SP 10), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Zusanli (ST 36), Fenglong (ST 40), Quchi (LI 11), Tianshu (ST 25), Zhongwan (CV 12), Shuifen (CV 9), Qihai (CV 6) and Guanyuan (CV 4), with needles retained for 30 min. The treatment was given once a day, 10 sessions as a treatment course, for 2 courses in total. The contents of body fat percentage (F%), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low-density lipoprotein (LDL), blood glucose (Glu) and adiponectin (ADPN) in serum were observed to see the changes, and the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After the treatment, F%, and serum contents of TC, TG, LDL, Glu and ADPN dropped significantly in the two groups ( P <0.05 or P <0.01) and the serum content of HDL increased significantly in male group ( P <0.05). The decrease of F% in female group was more significant than that in male group ( P <0.01); the decrease of ADPN in male group was more significant than that in female group ( P <0.05). Conclusion EA can regulate the disordered blood lipids in male and female patients with simple obesity, with certain differences between genders. The decrease of subcutaneous fat content is more significant in females than that in males, while the decrease of ADPN is more significant in males.
产妇产后分泌的乳汁量少,甚或不分泌乳汁者,称为缺乳。本病属于中医“乳汁不行”或“乳汁不足”等范畴。产后乳汁分泌不足多发生于产后2天至2个月内,以初产妇为多见[1]。据报道产后缺乳、无乳者的发病率约为产妇的20%~30%[2],且呈上升趋势。产后缺乳做为当代临床常见病,病情复杂,已引起人们的足够重视。本文就中西医治疗产后缺乳的临床研究做一综述。
目的:探讨推拿功法少林内功和易筋经对在校大学生体质的影响。方法:以40名在校大学生为研究对象,按时练习少林内功和易筋经10周。比较其练功前后身体躯干柔韧度、握力、握力指数、腰背肌力、腰背肌力指数、背肌耐力、胸腹肌耐力、台阶试验指数、无氧阈值变化情况。结果:练功后大学生身体躯干柔韧度、握力、握力指数、腰背肌力、腰背肌力指数、背肌耐力、胸腹肌耐力、台阶试验指数、无氧阈值等体质指标均得到了增强( P <0.05或P <0.01)。结论:长期坚持练习少林内功和易筋经,能够提高在校大学生的身体素质。
Objective To explore the difference of low-frequency electroacupuncture in regulating serum leptin and neuropeptide Y (NPY) of male and female patients with simple obesity due to spleen deficiency and damp exuberance. Methods Eighty patients with simple obesity, including 37 males and 43 females, were included in this study. In both groups (male group and female group), Yinlgquan (SP 9), Sanynjiao (SP 6), Zusanli ( ST 36), Fenglong (ST40), Quchi ( LI 11), Tianshu (ST 25), Zhongwan (CV 12), Shuifen (CV 9), Qihai (CV 6), and Guanyuan (CV 4). were selected, and low-frequency electroacupuncture treatment was applied. Needles were retained for 30 min. The treatment was conducted once a day, and 10 times were considered as one course of treatment. Two courses were needed. The changes of weight, BMI (body mass index), F% (fat percentage) and serum leptin and NPY contents of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were observed and analyzed comparatively. Results After treatment, in male group, the weight lost ( 9.24 +/- 2.55) kg, BMI reduced by 4.19 +/- 2.30, F% reduced by 3.98 +/- 2.13, serum leptin level reduced by (0.66 +/- 0.23) ng/mL, and serum NPY level reduced by (18.56 +/- 2.89) pg/mL; in female group, the weight lost (6.77 +/- 2.31) kg, BMI reduced by 2.65 +/- 0.93, F% reduced by 4.98 +/- 2.30, serum leptin level reduced by ( 3.49 +/-.09) ng/mL, and serum NPY level reduced by (11.21 +/- 1.97) pg/mL. The results reduced significantly when compared with the level before treatment (P<0.05, P<0. 01). The loss of weight, BMI and serum NPY content in male group was more obvious than that in female group (all P<0. 01), and the loss of F% and serum leptin content in female group was more obvious than that in male group (both P< 0. 01). Conclusion Low-frequency electroacupuncture can significantly regulate the weight, BMI, F% and serum leptin and NPY contents of male and female patients with simple obesity, and there are gender differences. In terms of reducing weight, BMI and serum NPY content, the efficacy of low-frequency electroacupuncture in males is superior to that in females, while in terms of reducing F% and serum leptin content, the efficacy in females is superior to that in males.
目的:观察消痰化瘀中药对NAFLD大鼠脂质代谢和肝脏LXRα和CYP7A1mRNA表达的的影响,探讨其治疗NAFLD的作用机制。方法将60只雄性SD大鼠随机分正常组、模型组、东宝肝泰对照组以及消痰化瘀中药高、中、低剂量组,一边造模一边灌胃给予相应药物,用药8周后,检测各组大鼠血清TC、TG、HDL、LDL、FFA和肝组织中TC、TG的含量改变,并观察肝组织LXR和CYP7A1mRNA表达变化以及肝组织形态学的变化。结果消瘀化痰中药能降低模型大鼠TC、TG、FFA、ALT、AST的含量或活性,促使LXRα和CYP7A1mRNA的表达上调,改善肝组织的病变程度。结论消痰化瘀中药治疗NAFLD的作用机制可能与增强LXRα和CYP7A1mRNA的表达,促进脂质转运和胆固醇代谢、排泄有关。
探讨中药补肾固筋方对SD大鼠膝骨关节炎中IL-1、TNF-α的抑制作用.44只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、予生理盐水的模型组、美洛昔康组和补肾固筋方组,除正常组外均采用右后膝改良Hulth法造模,连续干预12周,取血清及股骨内髁关节软骨、滑液及软骨下骨,ELISA法检测IL-1(白细胞介素-1)、iNOS(诱导型一氧化氮合酶)含量.结果发现美洛昔康组关节间隙狭窄、关节面粗糙,骨赘明显重于补肾固筋方组;补肾固筋方组关节间隙稍窄伴轻微骨赘.模型组IL-1、iNOS含量较正常组升高(P<0.01);补肾固筋方组和美洛昔康组含量比模型组降低(P<0.01)且两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).提示补肾固筋方通过有效抑制IL-1、iNOS的分泌促进骨关节炎软骨修复.
Objective:to observe the curative effect of San Ao Tang with Lingguizhugan on facilitating expectoration, suppressing cough and relieving dyspnea. Methods:1) suppressing cough:the mice were divided into high and low dosage groups of combined for-mula, high and low dosage groups of Lingguizhugan Tang, high and low dosage groups of San Ao Tang, Guilong Kechuangning Cap-sule group, Kebiqing group and control group. Each group was given intragastric administration to observe the function of suppressing cough by mouse concentrated ammonia-induced cough. 2) facilitating expectoration:the mice were randomly divided into model group, high and low dosage groups of combined formula, high and low dosage groups of Lingguizhugan Tang , high and low dosage groups of San Ao Tang, Guilong Kechuangning Capsule group and NH4CL (ammonium Chloride) group. The function of facilitating expectora-tion was observed by mice trachea phenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity method. 3 ) relieving dyspnea: the preselected qualified sensitive guinea pigs were randomly divided into combined formula group, Lingguizhugan Tang group, San Ao Tang group, aminolhyl-line group and control group. Prepare water solutions of Lingguizhugan Tang and San Ao Tang , and mixed liquor of both solutions with the same volume. Except aminolhylline group with intraperitoneal injection, the others were administered with atomization, 15 min a day for three days. Mix the same volume of 2% acecoline and 0. 1% histamine phosphate to induce asthma so to observe the latency period in guinea pigs. Results:1) suppressing cough:the latency period in the high dosage group of combined formula was prolonged, compared with control group, with significant difference, P <0. 05;compared with both groups of San Ao Tang , the period was pro-longed without significant difference; compared with both groups of Lingguizhugan Tang , the period was prolonged with significant difference, P <0. 05. 2) facilitating expectoration:mice trachea phenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity detection showed that all the dosage groups could increase mice trachea phenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity with significant difference compared with control group, P <0. 05. And the combined formula group was superior to others. 3) relieving dyspnea:there was significant difference in the latency periods between the combined formula group and control and Lingguizhugan Tang groups, P <0. 05; compared with San Ao Tang group, the difference was significant, P <0. 05. Conclusion:the combined formula of San Ao Tang with Lingguizhugan can sig-nificantly suppress cough, facilitate expectoration and relieve dyspnea, which is superior to San Ao Tang or Lingguizhugan Tang , with dose-effect relationship.
目的 观察消痰化瘀中药对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)大鼠脂代谢和肝脏肝X受体α(LXRα、固醇调节元件结合蛋白1c(SREBP-1c)表达的影响,探讨其治疗NAFLD的作用机制.方法 将SD雄性大鼠60只随机分为正常组,模型组,阳性药对照组以及消痰化瘀中药高、中、低剂量组,采用喂饲高脂饲料的方法复制NAFLD大鼠模型,造模成功后,用药治疗4周,取材检测各组大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)和肝组织中TC,TG的含量或活性改变,并运用RT-PCR法观察肝组织LXRα和SREBP-1c mRNA的表达,运用HE染色法观察肝组织形态学的变化.结果 消瘀化痰中药能明显降低模型大鼠血清和肝脏组织中TC,TG,FFA的含量,降低血清LDL含量以及肝组织LXRα和SREBP-1c的表达水平,改善肝组织的病变程度.结论 消痰化瘀中药对NAFLD的治疗作用可能是通过对LXRα/SREBP-1c这一通路的调控来改善脂代谢紊乱而实现的.
This study was aimed to observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)Bu-Shen Gu-Jin Prescription (BSGJP) on the expression and action mechanism of interleukin-1 (IL-1) and tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) in knee osteoarthritis (KOA) rabbit model. A total of 76 8-month healthy male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into the control group, model group, TCM BSGJP group and western medicine group, with 19 rabbits in each group. Except the control group, improved Hulth modeling method was used in the animal model establishment. After 8-week consecutive medication, the serum, part of the synovial membrane tissues on the anterior side of the knee joint, articular cartilage and subchondral bone of the medial condyle of the femur were collected. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used in the content determination of IL-1 and TNF-α. The results showed that the narrowing of the joint space of the western medicine group were in between the model group and the TCM BSGJP group with obvious osteophyte formation. The TCM BSGJP group had slight narrowing of the joint space, mild rough of the articular cartilage surface, and slight osteophyte formation. The contents of IL-1 and TNF-α in the model group were higher than than of the control group (P < 0.01). Both medication groups were lower than the model group (P < 0.01). There was no significant difference between the two medication groups. It was concluded that BSGJP effectively reduced the secretion of IL-1 and TNF-α, delayed the deterioration of cartilage, which provided scientific experimental evidences for the clinical applications.
Objective:to observe the effect of Chinese Xiaotan Huayu medicine on LXRαmRNA and ABCAI expressions of rats with NAFLD, and to explore its mechanism. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, Dongbao Gantai group, high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose Chinese medicine groups, administrated with corresponding drugs while models being in-duced. 8 weeks later, detect TC, TG, HDL, LDL, FFA in serum and TC, TG content in hepatic tissue, and observe LXRαmRNA and ABCA1 expressions, and the changes of hepatic histomorphology. Results:Xiaotan Huayu medicine could decrease the content or activity of TC, TG, FFA, ALT and AST, facilitate the LXRαmRNA and ABCA1 expressions increasing, and improve the pathological changes of hepatic tissues. Conclusion:Regulating related gene of LXRα/ABCA1 access and promoting hepatic lipid metabolism may be one of the target points of treating NAFLD with Chinese medicine.
