为研究东北虎的肺组织结构,采用常规解剖和石蜡组织制片(H-E染色)等方法,对东北虎肺进行组织结构研究.结果表明:东北虎肺胸膜较厚,表面有褶皱,膜内含较多的弹性纤维和胶原纤维,膜内侧有弥散淋巴组织.小支气管和细支气管内的混合腺呈岛屿状分布,肺内呼吸性细支气管较发达.肺泡管多且短,周围存在较多未充容的肺泡.
为了解犬急性胰腺炎流行病学和临诊症状的特征,并探讨犬急性胰腺炎临床中典型炎症细胞因子血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-o)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的变化对胰腺炎的预后判断及临床治疗方案的指导意义.通过对湖南贝斯特动物医院接诊的23例胰腺炎患犬的发病年龄、性别、体型、饮食习惯、品种、临诊症状、血常规及生化检查指标等进行统计分析,并对各年龄段健康和轻症和重症犬只血清中TNF-α和IL-6浓度进行检测.结果表明:短时间内暴饮暴食、长时间食入高脂肪食物和体型肥胖的犬易发该病;雪纳瑞、比熊和泰迪等品种发病率较高;TNF-α和IL-6的质量浓度与该病的病情严重程度呈正相关.
To explore the proliferation characteristics of duck hepatitis virus type 1(DHV-1) in duck embryo fibroblast cell line(DEF-h),DEF-h cells were inoculated with DHV-1 ZJ-08 strain.After passaged three times,CPE could be observed clearly at 36 hpi.The results of RT-PCR,IFA and western blot showed that virual proteins of DHV-1 were expressed well in DEF-h cells, and could reacted to the specific antibody against DHV-1.One step growth curve revealed that DHV-1 began to proliferate at 12 hpi,and reached a rapid proliferation stage at 36 hpi.The virus titre of DHV-1 reached peak at 72 hpi.This study provide some valuable information for further exploring the pathogenesis mechanism of DHV-1 and the vaccine production.
Sex identification of young pigeon is difficult from appearance shape. In order to identify the sex of young pigeons to reduce feed cost and raise economic benefit, the PCRtechnique was used to amplify the CHD1 gene of pigeon. Results showed thata DNAfragment(777 bp)was amplified fromfemale pigeons, none DNA fragmentwas amplified from the male.The results indicated the CHD1 gene was sex specific. For the identification of male and female of the pigeon, the PCR amplification results and the gonad morphological dissection of samples were completely accords. Eighty-seven unknown sex samples were successfully identified(25 females and 62 males). Sex identification by PCR technique was very importance for economic benefit in feeding pigeon.

The objectives of the present study were to clone and express the gene encoding NADH I of Schistosoma japonicum and evaluate its immunoprotection activity in mice.Sequence analysis showed that the ORF of SjNADH was 474 bp,encoding 157 amino acids.The recombinant protein was purified from E.coil BL21(DE3) with His·Bind resin,and showed good immunogenicity in mice.The contents of SjNADH in schistosomula and adult worm were similar as determined in Western blot.Mice vaccinated with recombinant protein showed a high level of specific antibody response,worm burden reduction rate of 20.13% and liver egg burden reduction of 23.06%.Results suggested that the recombinant pET28a(+)-SjNADH protein had the potential as a vaccine candidate against schistosomiasis.
To conduct the clinical about the effects of egg extract keratin and egg yolk on wounds healing.12 healthy domestic rabbits are randomly into A and B two groups of six each one.Two wounds,one is for testing,the other is for contrasting,are made in different parts of the same domestic rabbit.The tested wounds of group A are smeared with egg extract keratin,and the group B′s wounds are smeared with raw egg yolk,while the contrasting wounds of both groups deal with nothing.As the study shows,compared with the contrasting wounds,the tested wounds heal faster for 3 or 4 days.We can obviously see that either the speed or the effects of healing on tested wounds are better,and there is a fewer chance to get infected.The scars of wounds get thinner,and they look more beautiful and natural.The study show that these two substances work on cosmetology and scar dispelling.
As an additive of cryopreservation dilution,cryoprotectant can prevent and reduce the damage caused by the cells in freezing and recovery process.The mechanism and application of the cryoprotectants were reviewed.

The pig’s erythrocytes treated with α-galactosidase enzymes were transfused into canine. The clinical indices of canine were observed before and after transfusion, and the blood and urine indicators were tested. Then the second transfusion was conducted after dog’s urine and blood indicators returned to normal, to explore the possibility of heterologous transfusion. The results showed that the blood transfusion at two time did not result in abnormal clinical reaction. It is feasible that pig’s red blood cell could be transfused to dogs.
蜱,隶属节肢动物门蛛形纲蜱螨目,寄生于动物体表,以吸食动物血液为生.蜱广泛分布于世界各地,侵袭哺乳动物、爬行动物、鸟类,乃至两栖类等多种动物.蜱和其所携带的病原微生物,如螺旋体、巴贝西虫、贝纳柯克斯体等[1],对动物和人类的健康造成严重危害.肌动蛋白(Actin)是一类进化保守,在多数物种中存在的蛋白质超家族,其基因序列高度同源[2].Actin是细胞组成的基本单位,参与多种生理过程,如细胞运动、胞内运输、细胞质流动、内吞作用等[3].Actin基因及蛋白同时也是多数实验中的首选内参,对完善实验数据、数据分析和实验过程的逻辑性起到重要作用.目前少见对镰形扇头蜱成蜱、亚洲璃眼蜱和血红扇头蜱Actin基因的报道.据此,我们克隆了三种硬蜱的Actin基因,进行了序列分析.
The complete length of P gene from rabies virus was amplified by RT-PCR using a pair of specific primers designed according to the relevant sequences from GenBank.The PCR product was cloned into cloning expression vestor pGM-T to obtain the cloning expressed plasmid pGM-T-P.After double-digestion by NotI and EcoRI,the product was transferred into prokaryotic expression vetor pET-32a(+)to obtain the prokaryotically expressed plasmid pET-32a-P.The target gene was then expressed in the E.coli BL21(DE3) cell with IPTG induction.The highest expression of target protein was analysed by SDS-PAGE,and the good immunoreactivity to rabies virus antibodies was proved by Western-blot analysis.By using purified protein,the indirect ELISA assay for the detection of rabies virus antibodies in canine serum was applied after management of the optional working condition.

In order to clone and analyze the sequence of internal transcribed spacer 1(ITS-1) of Eimeria tenella,E.necatrix,E.acervulina,E.maxima,E.praecox and E.mitis from chicken in Shanghai,a genus-specific primers was employed to amplify the ITS-1 of six Eimeria species.The amplified products were cloned into pMD18-T vector and their nucleotide sequences were determined.The phylogenetic relations were analyzed by compared together with sequences from GenBank.The results showed that there were two amplified fragments for E.maxima and E.mitis respectively,and only one for others species.The length of amplified fragments were 547 bp and 422 bp for E.maxima,627 bp and 493 bp for E.mitis,and 668 bp,691 bp,507 bp and 541 bp for E.tenella,E.necatrix,E.acervulina and E.praecox,respectively.The sequence similarities of six species ranged from 34% to 52%.Phylogenetic tree showed that each species was at the same cluster with corresponding species which sequence downloaded from GenBank.
确定732型阳离子交换树脂分离松乳菇多糖中蛋白质的可行性,以及分离蛋白质的最适条件.以树脂对多糖和蛋白质的吸附量,以及多糖的纯度为指标,采用多耱和蛋白质静态和动态吸附实验研究多糖溶液pH值和洗脱流速对树脂分离蛋白质的影响.采用732型阳离子交换树脂分离松乳菇多糖溶液中的蛋白质是可行的,分离蛋白质的最适条件是pH=5,洗脱流速为1.0ml/min.分离蛋白质后多糖纯度可以达到90.1%.

According to GenBank of the rabies virus glycoprotein gene sequence,two pairs of specific primers were designed using Oliga software.Amplified the full-length cDNA fragment of GP gene of Flury strain by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and cloned into pMD-18T vector for sequencing.Sequence and homology analysis showed that the cDNA of RGP encoding 524 amino acids was consisted of 1 574 nucleic acids.The homologies of nucleic acid and amino acid sequences to those reported were 82.3%~96.3% and 88.4%~94.3%,respectively.
Drug resistance is one of the main obstacles for prevention and control of the Eimeria species through prophylactic chemotherapy.At present,the mechanism of drug resistance for chicken Eimeria spp.is still poorly understood.This papers reviewed the progress on techniques of random amplified polymorphic DNA,mRNA differential display,suppression subtractive hybridization,cDNA array used in reseach of the genetic variation,ATPase activity detection,and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,two-dimensional gel electrophoresis combined with mass spectrometry protein analysis uesd in reseach of protein differential expression of chichen Eimeria spp.related with drug-resistance.The research direction of genetic variation and protein differential expression of Eimeria spp.related with drug-resistance were also proposed.
Toll样受体(Toll-like receptors,TLRs)是天然免疫系统中一类重要的模式识别受体(Pattern recognition receptors,PRRs)。PRRs对病原体相关分子模式(Pathogen molecular patterns,PAMPs)的识别引起炎性因子、趋化因子、共刺激分子和MHC分子的表达,激发机体的免疫反应从而消除病原体的入侵。本文主要对鸡TLR家族组成及其生物学功能进行了简要的综述。
