Objective A supervised biochemical detection model for four different diseases has been established to evaluate its possible application value for diagnosis of disease.Methods The model of biochemical items of 113 samples of carcinoma of the lungs,breast cancer,carcinoma of the rectum and lymphoma were established by receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve and artificial natural neural network(ANN).Results The area under the ROC(AUC) of 31 detection items in carcinoma of the lungs,breast cancer,carcinoma of the rectum and lymphoma were 0.777,0.848,0.827 and 0.733,respectively.The AUC of optimal model of biochemical items in four diseases were 0.869,0.949,0.859 and 0.947,respectively.Conclusion The established optimal models of biochemical items in different diseases contribute to the enhancement of veracity and alleviation of hospitalization cost of patients.
The aim of the study was to evaluate the clinical significance of multiple tumor markers (CEA, AFP, CA72-4 and CA19-9) in patients with gastrocolic tumors by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and stepwise logistic regression (LR) analysis.
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic significance of serum protein markers in patient with lymphoma.Methods The sera of 81 patients with lymphoma and 86 healthy controls were analyzed by SELDI-TOF-MS and CM10 protein chips.The profiling was used for identifying the statistically significant peaks as well as for developing predictive model based on biomarker patterns software (BIAS) and artificial neural network (ANN).Results A total of 65 protein peaks were obtained and 39 differential peaks were selected (P<0.05).A diagnostic model constructed by BPS with proteins of m/z 4 359,6 673,8 978 and 15 190 could successfully diagnose lymphoma with sensitivity of 92.7% and specificity of 89.1%.The ANN model based on the four markers distinguishing lymphoma between healthy controls had a sensitivity of 87.8% and a specificity of 87.0%.Conclusions Using standard protein as a control material can improve the experimental reproducibility.This strategy is a potential method for rapid diagnosis of lymphoma.
Objective To identify serum protein markers for diagnosis of schizophrenia using surface-enhanced laser desorption-ionization time of flight mass spectrometry(SELDI-TOF-MS)and CM10 chip.Methods 66 patients with schizophrenia and 62 normal controls were included.Sample were randomly assigned into two subsets,the training set(n=60,30 in each),and the testing set(n=68,36 patients with schizophrenia and 32 normal controls).The training set was used for identifying the statistically significant peaks as well as for developing artificial neural network(ANN)model.And the testing set was used for blind test to validate the diagnostic efficiency of ANN model.The SELDI-TOF-MS and CM10 protein chips were performed to screen for differentially expressed proteins in serum from patients and mormal controls.Results Total 15 differentially expressed proteins between patients and controls were identified.Among them,five proteins(P10-4,m/z at 2820,3219,3317,4284 and 4347)were chosen to develop ANA based diagnostic model.The model was blindly tested with the testing set for diagnosing schizophrenia.The sensitivity and specificity was 91.7% and 93.8%,respectively.Conclusions The preliminary results suggested that patients with schizophrenia may have specific serum protein expression different from normal controls.These biomarkers may have the potential in diagnosis of schizophrenia.
Objective To analyze the serum level of procalcitonin(PCT)in children with bacterial or viral pneumonia,explore its diagnostic value in diagnosis of bacterial pneuminia in children,and so as to provide evidence for clinical use of antibiotics.Methods A total of 42 children with pneumonia(mean age was 5.6 yrs,including 24 boys and 18 girls)were divided into viral neumonia group(n=25)and bacterial neumonia group(n=17).Semi-quantitative solid-phase immunoassay was applied to measuring serum procalcitonin.There were four PCT grades:0.5 ng/mL,≥0.5 ng/mL,≥ 2 ng/mL and ≥10 ng/mL.χ2 test was performed.Results The serum level of PCT was more elevated in bacterial neumonia group than that of viral neumonia group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion As a sensitive marker of bacterial pneumonia in children,serum procalcitonin contributes to diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pneumonia in children,which may provide basis for clinical use of antibiotics.
Objective: To measure the concentration of inflammatory markers in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and explore its function in atherosclerosis(As)of coronary heart disease.Methods:The concentration of C-reactive protein(CRP) was measured with nephelometry,and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6) were determined with ELISA.Then the values of them were compared with that in normal controls.Results: The plasma CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 levels in patients with unstable angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction were markedly higher than that in patients with stable angina pectoris and normal controls(P0.05 or P0.01),but the concentrations of inflammatory markers were similar in group of stable angina pectoris and normal controls(P0.05).Conclusion: CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 interact,they may play an important role in occurrence and development of atherosclerosis in coronary heart disease.It is of great importance for coronary heart disease to monitor the concentration of inflammatory markers.
Objective:To explore the etiology and immunological changes of infant viral pneumonia in Luzhou area.Methods:Viral specific serum lgM antibodies of five kinds of virus (RSV、IFV、ADV、PIV、CMV)were detected by ELISA lgG、lgA、lgM and CRP were detected by rate scattered nephelometry. T lymphocyte subpopulations were detected by streptavidin-alkaline phosphates (S-A/AP)method.Results:Among 104 viral pneumonia there were75cases of single virus infection,successively they were RSV:21cases (20.1%), IFV:18 cases (17.3%), ADV:15 cases (14.4%), PIV: 11cases(10.6%), CMV:10cases(17.3%);there were 29 cases of mixed viral infection,successively they were IFV+PIV: 10 cases(9.6%), IFV+ RSV 6 caces(5.8%), ADV+PIV: 6 cases(5.8%), ADV+IFV 5 cases (4.8%), PIV+RSV:2 cases (1.9%).There were significant differences in CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8 counts(all P<0.05),there were not significant differences in immunoglobulin lgG、lgA、lgM (all>0.05)between viral group and controlled group.Conclusion:Viral infection was the main etiology,the majority was the single viral infection. The viral etiology was not equal to other area totally ,expressing the area discrepancy The immune function of viral pneumonia infant dedine,concretely expressing T lymphocyte subpopulation was disordery,CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8 all decline ,CD8 rise up ,while there was not significant change in humeral immunity.
【Objective】 To explore etiology,clinical manifestation and immunological changes of infant community acquired viral pneumonia. 【Methods】 Methods Five common viral specific serum IgM antibodies were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) from 325 cases of infant pneumonia blood.C-reactive protein(GRP),IgG,IgA,IgM were detected by rate scattered nephelometry.T lymphocyte subpopulation was detected by Streptavidin-alkaline phosphatase(S-A/AP).The compared group was local healthy infant in the same time and same age-stage. 【Results】 157 viral cases were detected from 325 cases of infant pneumonia,the viral infection rate was 48.3 %.There were 113 single viral infection cases,among them RSV 32 cases(20.4%),IFV 27 cases(17.2%),ADV 22 cases(14.0%),PIV 17cases(10.8%),CMV 15 cases(9.6%).There were 44 mixed viral infection cases,among them IFV+PIV:15 cases(9.6%),and they were the first.RSV pneumonia infants were seriously asthma and anoxia,ADV pneumonia infants were serious hyperpyrexia,poisoning symptom,IFV and PIV pneumonia infant coughed seriously,but asthma was slight,CMV pneumonia infant often accompany abnormality liver function besides common pneumonia symptom.There were not significant differences between three age-stage group(1~3months,~12months,~36months) of viral pneumonia and compared group(all P0.05).There was significant deference in T lymphocyte subpopulation between viral pneumonia group and compared group(all P0.05),concretely display CD_3,CD_4,CD_4/CD_8 all decline,but CD_8 rose up in the viral group. 【Conclusions】 Viral infection was the main pathogenesis of infant pneumonia.Each kind of viral pneumonia had its own clinical characteristics.Cellular immunity disturbance was the main mechanism of infant viral pneumonia's invasion.
目的:研究竹荪托盖液修复辐射损伤大鼠免疫功能的作用。方法:以60CO-γ线300CGY(55CGY/m in6′6″)一次性全身照射大鼠60只,随机分为5组,竹荪托盖液(大中、小剂量)组,贞芪对照组、空白对照组,照射后第二日开始进行灌喂试验,30天后一次性断颈处死实验大鼠,采血作免疫指标检测。结果:竹荪托盖液组与对照组免疫球蛋白、T细胞亚群、白细胞介素Ⅱ、NK细胞两两比较有显著差异,CD3+则无差异,CD4+/CD8+比值竹荪托盖液组1.60,贞芪组1.29,空白组1.37。结论:竹荪托盖液能修复辐射损伤最敏感的免疫活性T细胞,显著增加T淋巴细胞的数量,提高T细胞生长因子的指数,明显激活免疫调节细胞(NK)。其明显的增强细胞免疫作用可能是多糖与微量元素的双重效应结果。
[Objective] To explore immunological changes of infant with viral pneumonia, detecting the T Lymphocyte subpopulation and immunoglobulin in their blood. [Methods] The viral pneumonia infant were divided into four groups 1~3 months old, ~1 years old, ~3 years old and control. On the condition that serum virus specific- IgM was positive and CRP8 mg/L and there were no clinical or laboratory proof of other pathogeny infection. T Lymphocyte subpopulation was detected by Streptavidin-alkaline phosphatase (SAP) method. Immunoglobulin and C-reactive protein were detected by rate scattered nephelometry with specific protein analyzing instrument. The results were analysed with statistical T test. [Results] T lymphocyte subpopulation CD3, CD4 falls, CD8 rise, CD4/CD8 rate diminishs, there were obvious difference by comparison with control group (P 0.05). Serum immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA and IgM) have no obvious difference by comparison with control group (P 0.05). [Conclusion] Function of the body immune system of infant viral pneumonia has no obvious change. But then function of the cell immune system change is obvious.
[Objective] To investigate the effect of zhusuntuogai ye on immunity of damaged rats by radiation. [Medthods] 60 male rats were irradiated by 60co-γ 300CGY (55 CGY/min 6′6″). Then the rats were randomly divided into three groups: zhushuntuogai ye group, transfer factor group, vacanly control group, The rats were drended begin second day. After 30 days, The blood chest immune target, on the same time gland and spleen was detected. [Results] The chest gland and spleen of zhusuntuogai ye groups rats and transfer factor group are obvious increase. Zhusuntuogai ye group, vacancy conteol group and intransfer factor group have obviouse diversity (P0.01,P0.05), There were obvious difference between Zhusuntuogai ye group and intransfer factor group about IgA, IgG, IgM. CD3+, CD4+, CD16 (P0.05). There were not difference between Zhusuntuogai ye group and transfer factor group about IL-2. and CD8+, but the difference are signifant between Zhusuntuogai ye group and vacancy control group. [Conclusions] Zhusuntuogai ye can increase index of chest gland and spleen, on the same, it can increase immunity of damaged rats by radiation.
Objective To study the clinical significance of four acute phase proteins in patients with cancer complicated with infection. Methods The serum concentrations of C-reactive proteins(CRP)、serum amyloid A protein(SAA)、alphal-acid glycoprotein (AAG) and alphal-antitrypsin (AAT) 102 patients with cancer were measured by nephelometry immunoassay, and compared with white blood cell(WBC) counts. Results The abnormal rate of CRP、SAA、AAG、AAT and WBC are 35.3%、 37.3%、 17.6%、 18.6% and 22.5%, respectively, significant increases were noted the abnormal rate of CRP and SAA compared with AAG、AAT and WBC (P 0.05).Conclusion CRP and SAA were the sensitive markers compared with AAG、AAT and WBC, and it had the practical clinical importance for the patients with cancer complicated with infection.
目的:探讨前淋通栓与特拉唑嗪联合治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的疗效。方法:对60例BPH患者采用前淋通栓合用特拉唑嗪治疗。结果:患者经治疗2月后国际前列腺症状评分(I-PSS)、最大尿流率(MFR)、残余尿(R)有明显改善(P<0.01),前列腺体积(V)及生活质量评分(QOL)也有较明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:前淋通栓与特拉唑嗪联合治疗BPH疗效确切,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。
目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎(CBP)的疗效.方法:设观察组和对照组各30例.观察组用中西医结合治疗,中药用自拟通淋化瘀汤内服,同时给予前列安栓纳肛;西药用常规抗菌、消炎、止痛药物治疗.对照组单纯用西药治疗.两组治疗2疗程后进行疗效比较.结果:观察组治愈率和总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:中西医结合是治疗CBP的有效方法.
目的通过检测小鼠服用竹荪托盖液后的外周血象,研究该药物作为免疫增强剂对小鼠血液细胞的影响.方法2002-09/11对80只小鼠(大、中、小3个不同剂量组)用药前后及对照组进行血常规检测,统计分析检验结果.结果各用药组与对照组白细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜酸细胞、嗜碱细胞、单核细胞、红细胞和血小板数量比较,停药前后组间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05).结论竹荪托盖液对小鼠外周血液细胞无不良影响.
目的:观察蓝族阴洁康加消疣汤治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效.方法:70例患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例用蓝族阴洁康外涂并加服消疣汤,对照组30例以CO2激光治疗后加用干扰素患处局部注射.两组治疗3个月后进行疗效比较.结果:治疗组治愈率为92.5%,对照组治愈率为66.7%,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01).结论:蓝族阴洁康加消疣汤是治疗尖锐湿疣的一种有效的方法.
目的:观察慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)急性加重期患者治疗前、治疗1周和治疗2周后C反应蛋白(CRP)浓度的变化.方法:用散射免疫比浊法检测CRP浓度,并与正常对照比较.结果:COPD急性加重期患者治疗前和治疗1周后,CRP浓度明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);治疗2周后,CRP浓度接近正常.结论:CRP可作为估计肺部感染严重程度和抗生素疗效的有用指标.
目的:探讨通淋化瘀类中药治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法:采用自拟通淋化瘀汤(黄柏、红藤、萆、丹参、黄芪、山药等)配合西药(康诺美沙)治疗本病30例,并设对照组对照。结果:治疗组治愈率和总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。提示:本方法对本病有祛瘀化浊,利尿通淋的功效。
我们设计与制作了一种集采样、运输、检验和保存于一体的粪便标本收集管,经过20多个医院应用,得到了临床、检验工作人员和病员的充分肯定. 1设计与制作用食品级聚乙烯为原料,制作形状如图1所示.尖底管状结构,分为三个部件:尖底离心管、管盖和椎状小勺.小勺固定在管盖上.管高98 mm,最大管径15 mm,管内容积12 ml,椎状小勺容积0.1 ml,管璧厚度1 mm.见图1a.
近来的研究表明,神经激素-细胞因子系统的长期、慢性激活促进心室重构是导致充血性心力衰竭(CHF)不断进展的病理生理基础.由于初始心肌损伤(心肌梗死、血液动力负荷过重及炎症),引起心肌结构和功能的变化,最后导致心室泵血功能低下.细胞因子和感染物质在心力衰竭过程中起着重要作用.我们通过测定CHF患者白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和C反应蛋白(CRP)的浓度,探讨IL-6和CRP在CHF发病中的作用及临床意义.
