围绝经期抑郁症是围绝经期妇女常见病,严重影响患者身心健康,降低其生活质量.中医治疗围绝经期抑郁症的特色鲜明,疗效显著,副作用少,具有明显优势.本文从专药专方、针灸疗法和联合治疗三方面对围绝经期抑郁症的中医治疗进展进行综述.

目的:比较后循环缺血性眩晕痰湿证不同兼证之间血浆超敏C反应蛋白和纤维蛋白原水平.方法:选择2016年6月至2017年7月96例后循环缺血性眩晕住院患者,其中痰湿兼肝火证32例,痰湿兼血瘀证31例,痰湿兼脾虚证33例;另选择门诊健康志愿者10例.测体质量指数,检测血生化指标及超敏C反应蛋白和纤维蛋白原.结果:后循环缺血性眩晕三组之间,痰湿兼血瘀证低密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于痰湿兼肝火证(P<0.05).各组之间体质量指数、血尿酸、胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).痰湿兼血瘀证、痰湿兼脾虚证两组超敏C反应蛋白均高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),痰湿兼血瘀证组超敏C反应蛋白明显高于痰湿兼肝火证(P<0.01).痰湿兼血瘀证、痰湿兼脾虚证纤维蛋白原均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)和痰湿兼肝火证(P<0.01),痰湿兼血瘀证纤维蛋白原明显高于痰湿兼脾虚证(P<0.01).结论:后循环缺血性眩晕痰湿兼血瘀证、痰湿兼脾虚证超敏C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原均有不同程度的升高,而痰湿兼血瘀证升高尤为明显,可为中医辨证提供一定的依据.

黄褐斑是一种因皮肤色素改变而致面部呈现局限性褐色斑的皮肤病,属中医学“黧黑斑”的范畴.本病多发于女性,以淡褐色或黄褐色斑片对称分布于眼眶、两颊、额部、口角等处,且皮损无自觉症状为特征.因其属损容性皮肤病,患者往往在精神及心理方面承受很大的痛苦.西医对本病的发病原因尚不明确,且其治疗方法局限、疗效不确切.中医通过辨证施治治疗本病,治疗手段多样、毒副作用小,现将其研究进展综述如下.

围绝经期综合征主要是指女性在绝经前后这一段时间内出现的临床综合症候群.气血是人体能够赖以生存的关键物质基础,贯穿于女性的全部生理活动.本文主要从气血概述、气血与脏腑的关系以及气血与女性围绝经期生理病理的关系展开详细的探讨.总结出女性围绝经期的生理病理特点主要是肝肾气血亏虚,进而导致肝气不舒、血瘀,出现经行紊乱、情志抑郁、食欲不振、失眠等症状.

Warming method in Essentials from the Golden Cabinet is applied to deficient cold syndrome,including methods of warming the middle energizer and astringing intestine,warming the middle energizer and checking pain,warming the middle energizer and promoting defecation.Clinically,these methods can be applied based on syndrome differentiation.According to Essentials from the Golden Cabinet:Diseases of the five zang-organs can be cured when the therapy is accorded with the feature of the specific organ.Therefore,the application of middle-energizer warming method should obey the physical features of the spleen and stomach;formulas and drugs should be prescribed according to the deficiency or excess of the syndrome as well as the physical features of the viscerus.Besides,in the treatment of various cold syndromes of the heart,liver,lung and kidney,middle energizer warming method can also be applied,which stresses the importance of the spleen and stomach in the treatment of diseases and reflects the idea of "regulating the middle energizer,tranquilizing the five zang-organs",providing references for clinical practice.

随着社会的发展、医学模式的转变,心身医学越来越受到重视,这是一类因心理因素起主要作用而导致的躯体疾病,典型的心身疾病有冠心病、消化性溃疡、肿瘤等.“心身相关”的观点与中医学的“天人合一”、“形神合一”观点基本一致.心身疾病属中医“情志病”范畴.情志,泛指人的情感、情绪,也是人的心理活动.狭义来说,即喜、怒、忧、思、悲、惊、恐七种情绪,简称“七情”.

围绝经期失眠症是妇女在围绝经期出现的以失眠为主要症状的一种病症,影响患者的身心健康和生活质量.中医治疗围绝经期失眠症的手段多样,大致包括内治法、外治法和综合治疗.相比西医而言,中医治疗的疗效确切,安全可靠,是中医优势和特色所在.

目的:研究清代医籍《辨证录》从心论治男科病的用药规律,以此指导临床组方,提高中医疗效.方法:整理出《辨证录》中从心论治男科病的全部方剂,运用频数法分析高频药物、单味药的功效类别以及性味归经,并对高频药物进行聚类分析.结果:共整理出方剂41首,含单味药70味,以药物功效分为15类中药,总频次442次.以高频药物分析,使用频率≥10%的中药有28味,前11味药依次为人参、麦冬、白术、酸枣仁、山药、当归、熟地黄、肉桂、五味子、茯神、巴戟天.以中药功效类别分析,使用频率≥10%的前3类药物依次为补虚药、清热药、安神药.补虚药中,补气药的使用频率、平均频次最高.以中药药性分析,使频率最高的前2种药性依次为平、温.以中药药味和归经分析,主味频次最高以及药味频率最高的前3位依次为甘、辛、苦;第一归经频次最高的前6位依次为心、脾、肝、肺、肾、胃经.药物归经频率从高到低排序依次为心、肾、脾、肝、肺、胃、胆、大肠、心包、小肠、三焦、膀胱经.通过对高频药物进行聚类分析,得出4类聚类方,总体以补心、清心为主,与肾、肝、脾的病理改变相互联系.结论:初步了解了《辨证录》从心论治男科病的用药规律,为临床组方用药提供了参考依据.

探讨《金匮要略》温里法的遣方制剂特色.于方证结合、药物配伍及剂型选择等方面,均突出“证”的核心地位;方剂常反佐配伍,组方严谨;汤丸散剂,各有所宜.

目的:对针灸治疗原发性高血压的选穴规律进行分析,找出临床上最常用最有效的穴位。方法:对重庆维普、清华知网、万方数据三大中文数据库进行检索,以"原发性高血压"、"针灸"、"针刺"为关键词,收集、整理搜索到的针灸治疗原发性高血压临床文献,运用Microsoft Excel分析整理后的数据。结果:从选穴角度分析,最常用于治疗原发性高血压的穴位依次为:涌泉、风池、百会、血压点、肝俞、心俞、曲池、太冲、足三里、内关。从归经角度分析,最常用于治疗原发性高血压穴位的归经为:膀胱经、胃经及督脉。结论:针灸治疗原发性高血压有确实的临床证据,针灸治疗原发性高血压应该是有效的。最常用于治疗原发性高血压的穴位是:涌泉、风池及百会;最常用于治疗原发性高血压穴位的归经为:膀胱经、胃经及督脉。

Objective:To analyze the distribution of TCM syndromes and symptons in hypertension patients for the first visit in community.Methods:To research general status and distribution of TCM syndromes and symptons in 200 hypertension patients for the first visit in community by clinical questionnaire,in order to have a general idea on the distribution rules of TCM syndromes and symptoms of hypertensive patients in community.Results:The main symptoms are vertigo,headache,fatigue,insomnia,fullness in headache,angriness,tinnitus,palpitation,oppression in chest.The higher occurrence frequency in TCM syndromes were syndrome of flaring up of liver fire,hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency,and the latter was stagnation of phlegm,while the number of patients whose TCM syndromes were syndrome of deficiency of both yin and yang was less.Conclusion:The main symptoms of hypertension patients for the first visit in community were vertigo and headache.The distribution rules of TCM syndromes in hypertensive patients we found this time were accordance with the general rules of hypertension in TCM,which were helpful to further study of the distribution of TCM syndromes and symptons in hypertensive patients.

在2010年初我国<中国高血压防治指南(基层版)>启动会上,我国著名心血管病专家、中国高血压联盟主席刘力生教授公布了全国高血压患病人数的最新数据:到2009年年底,我国高血压患病人数已突破2亿,而且还在以每年1000万的速度增长.因此关口前移、重心下沉,依托社区卫生服务开展高血压综合防治已成为慢性病管理的最佳选择.笔者根据近年国内外有关资料,对社区高血压干预的方法和途径综述如下.

Objective:To investigate the effects of hypertensives management with Integrative Medicine in Fenglin Community of Shanghai.Methods:Health education and guidance were given to Community groups with the thought of Chinese medicine prevention.Hypertensive patients in communities were discovered and regisered.Each registered Hypertension patient was given appropriate community health service with Integrative Medicine based on his/her blood pressure level and syndrome and had a following-up record.Results:Hypertension awareness,treatment and control rates were improved after 3 years of hypertensives management with Integrative Medicine,cardiovascular end points and new incidence of stroke were also induced.Conclusion:Integrative medical comprehensive intervention is an effective way in the community-based hypertension group interference.

Objective :To prolong life,improve the quality of life of the tumor patients through emotion transfer (Psychotherapy) and treatment,creating an ideal rehabilitation environment,helping patients adapting to the new role,improving the adaptability,and promoting the physical and mental rehabilitation. Method :Sixty gastric or colorectal cancer patients participated in this study. The 20 patients each were selected from the three different status of the just after operation,with chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatment,and without treatment in convalescent patients. The intervention of emotion transfer (Psychotherapy) and its importance of seven emotion transfer will be studied in the rehabilitation of these tumor patients. Result :The HAMD total effective rate is 88.33%,The SAS total effective rate is 86.67% (P0.05) .Conclusion :The intervention of emotion transfer (Psychotherapy) could help the patients to coordinate with the future treatment get rid of the unhealthy psychology,learn self-control,make self comfortable,improving the adaptability,promoting the physical and mental rehabilitation. The life quality of tumor patients had been significantly improved.
