To improve the efficiency of animal production-place quarantine,the new model of“owner declared com-mitment + village-level animal disease prevention worker assists in quarantine + official veterinarian’s quarantine and certification”was set up in Fusui County by improving the animal quarantine declaration form,integrating the human resources of official veterinarians and village-level animal disease prevention workers and optimizing the quarantine pro-cess. The pig production-place quarantine rate in Fusui reached to 98% in 2014,an increase by 242% compared with 2012,and meanwhile the animal products could be traced and the image and the prestige of the animal quarantine was promoted.
随着畜牧业的迅速发展,畜产品市场日益丰富,畜产品数量供不应求的问题早已成为历史,代之而来的是对畜产品安全的担忧,畜产品安全也成为社会关注的焦点。提高畜产品的安全水平,是促进畜牧业发展、保护人民身体健康的必然要求。经过调查,笔者认为我区畜产品安全形势仍不容乐观,有必要深入分析原因、提出建议,确保我区畜产品质量安全,促进全区畜牧业健康发展。

最近,墨西哥、美国等国暴发人感染甲型H1N1流感疫情,引起了全世界的高度关注.我国也已确诊四川发现一例人感染甲型H1N1流感病例.目前,虽然在猪群内未监测到类似病毒的流行,但全球人感染甲型H1N1流感的疫情继续蔓延.根据世界卫生组织5月11日统计,已经确认全球30个国家和地区发现4 379例确诊病例,确诊甲型H1N1患者死亡人数多达53人,而美国确诊患者上升至2 532人,为全球最多.全区水产畜牧兽医系统按照国家农业部和自治区党委、政府的要求,迅速行动,周密部署,全力做好甲型H1N1流感防控工作.
2008年,根据<农业部关于开展全国动物卫生监督执法规范年活动的通知>(农医发[2008]6号)要求,我区及时启动实施动物卫生监督执法规范年活动(以下简称执法规范活动)仪式.迅速成立领导机构和工作机构,制定具体工作实施方案,认真组织抓好我区执法规范年活动各项工作的落实.圆满完成了各项目标任务,取得了较好成效,得到农业部考核验收组的肯定和好评.
应用不同的FSH及PGc、LHRH-A3、LH等激素,分6种组合方式对35头河流型奶水牛进行超数排卵对比试验。结果表明:超排有效率为97.14%(34/35),头均有成熟卵泡8.71个(296/34),头均黄体数5个(170/34),平均排卵率57.43%(170/296),头均获取胚胎数2.72枚(49/18),头均获可用胚胎数1.33枚(24/18),回收率39.84%(49/123),可用率48.98%(24/49)。Ⅱ组头均黄体数最高(6.86±5.96个),Ⅵ组排卵率最高(76.92%),使用LHRH-A3处理比不用促排组排卵率高12.12%,比使用LH组排卵率高28.62%。
Transvaginal ultrasound-guided ovum pick-up(OPU)was performed on 40 Nili-Ravi and Murrah buffaloes for consecutive 3 times each,at an interval of 3 days.A total of 935 follicles were aspirated,643 oocytes were retrieved,while 456 oocytes of them were usable.The recovery rate was 68.77%(643/935),and the percentage of usable oocytes was 70.92%(456/643),an average of 3.80±0.23 oocytes were usable for per buffalo.The number of usable oocytes for the first,second and third OPU was 3.82±0.50,3.82±0.35,4.05±0.43,respectively,the difference among them was not significant(P0.05).After in-vitro maturation(IVM),in-vitro fertilization(IVF)and co-incubation with single layer of granular cells,the cleavage rate was 56.36%(257/456),blastocyst formation rate was 20.39%(93/456).There's no significant difference between the two breeds on aspirated follicles,recovery rate of oocytes and blastocyst formation rate of per buffalo.The results proved the feasibility of in-vitro embryo production of oocytes obtained by transvaginal ultrasound-guided consecutive OPU.
试验应用GnRH结合PGF2α法处理水牛进行同期发情试验的研究,应用于水牛胚胎移植的实践中,并取得较好的效果.为建立最佳的同期发情方法和为胚胎移植的产业化奠定理论和实践基础,现将试验报道如下.
The main objective of this study was to compare pregnancy and calving rates following transfer of in-vitro-produced fresh river and F1 (river x swamp) buffalo embryos in recipients synchronised by Ovsynch protocol or following natural oestrus. River embryos were produced from cumulus-oocyte complexes (COCs) derived by ovum pick up (OPU) on 40 Murrah and Nili-Ravi donor buffaloes over a twice-weekly collection schedule for 120 single OPUs. F1 embryos were produced by fertilisation of swamp COCs recovered from abattoir ovaries coincubated with river sperm cells. Both groups of embryos were produced following the same protocol for in vitro production. With regard to the OPU source of COCs, 923 antral follicles were punctured and 647 COCs were recovered (70%). From 462 selected COCs for IVM, 257 (55.6%) cleaved zygotes were recorded leading to 93 blastocysts (20.1%). In total, 590 swamp COCs were aspirated from abattoir ovaries and 476 were selected for IVM leading to 270 (56.7%) cleaved zygotes and resulting in 137 blastocysts (28.8%). River and F1 embryos were transferred between Day 6 to 7 of in vitro development, corresponding to blastocyst-expanding blastocyst, into F1 recipients synchronised by Ovsynch and swamp buffaloes following natural oestrus, respectively, each of them receiving two embryos. According to palpation per rectum of the ovaries at the time of embryo transfer, 26 of the 47 (55.3%) F1 recipients synchronised by Ovsynch were considered suitable for transfer, resulting in seven pregnancies (26.9%) and four calvings (15.3%) owing to three abortions occurring between 2 and 3 months of pregnancy. In total, 29 swamp recipients following natural oestrus were judged suitable as recipients, resulting in 12 pregnancies (41.4%) and 10 calvings (34.5%) owing to two abortions at 2 and 3 months of gestation respectively. Pregnancy and calving rates following transfer of river and F1 embryos were similar. Likewise, weight at birth of calves derived from transfer of river and F1 embryos was not different: 30.5 +/- 1.4 and 32.9 +/- 2.4 respectively. Pregnancy and calving rates following AI in a group of river and swamp buffaloes considered for reference in this study were similar to recipients carrying in-vitro-produced embryos. Collectively, no apparent postnatal complications were recorded in resulting live calves.
The present study was carried out to investigate the effect of different breeds,hormone medicines,administration methods,seasons,spontaneous estrus and synchronous estrus on conception rates in buffalo to find an efficient synchronization way suitable for buffalo.The experiment was designed into five groups by selecting 102 local buffalo,129 Murrah buffaloes,98 Nili-Ravi buffaloes and 326 crossbreed buffalo.The results indicated that the synchronization and conception rates of River buffalo(Murrah and Nili-Ravi) were higher than those of crossbreed and local buffalo(P0.05),but no significant differences was observed between Murrah and Nili-Ravi buffalo(P0.05),and the synchronous estrus and conception rates were the lowest in local buffaloes,which were 74.5% and 30.9%,respectively.The synchronous estrus and conception rates in the group treated with GnRH+PGF2α+GnRH were the highest among different hormone treatment groups,which were 88.46% and 46.38%,respectively and the synchronization rate was significantly higher than those of other hormone treatment groups(P0.05).However,the synchronization rate and conception rate in the group treated with PGC was lowest,which were 79.10% and 33.21%,respectively.Compared with other groups,the effect of the group treated with PMSG(muscle-injection)+PGc(uterine-injection) was the best and showed a significant improvement compared with other groups(P0.05);the group treated with PMSG(muscle-injection)+PGc(muscle-injection) was good;while the effect of the group treated with PGc(muscle-injection) was worst.The synchronization and conception rates in winter were the highest among different seasons,which were 83.75% and 43.28%,respectively.The conception rates of artificial insemination(AI) and embryo transfer(ET) in spontaneous estrous buffalo was significant higher than those in synchronous estrous buffalo(P0.05).
The buffalo oocytes were derived from abattoir ovaries,the effects of IVF of oocytes in different seasons were compared.The experiment has been lasted for two years,the data were divided into tree groups and statistically analyzed according to the oestrum cycle in buffalo.The results indicated that an average of 3.66 usable oocytes were derived from an ovary in oestrum season(Aug-Nov) which was significant higher than those in Mar-Jul and Dec-Feb(2.76 and 3.07 respectively,P0.01).The cleavage rate and blastocyst rate of IVF oocytes obtained in different season showed no difference(P0.05).
试验选用波尔山羊杂交F1、F2代和本地山羊共110头,分三批次分别在夏季、秋季期间,利用PG法和CIDR+PMSG法进行同期发情试验研究.结果表明:应用CIDR+PMSG法处理,同期发情率明显高于PG法(P<0.05),平均同期发情率分别为80.6%和62.5%;而用同一方法(CIDR+PMSG法)在不同季节处理时,发现秋季处理的同期发情效果优于夏季(P<0.05),同期发情率分别为87.5%和73.7%.
利用FSH+CIDR方法对6只波尔山羊进行了超数排卵的试验研究.结果表明:有5只羊出现超排反应(83.3%),共收集胚胎40枚(8枚/只),其中可用胚为35枚(7枚/只).单或双鲜胚移植受体母羊25只,其中有12只母羊怀孕(48%),妊娠期间有1例流产, 最后产羊羔12只(其中1例为双羔),产羔率为48%.
文章测定了 12、18、24 月龄杂交水牛 23 项血液生理生化指标及 3 项生理指标,并与牦牛、黄牛的相同指标进行对比,为杂交水牛的基础研究提供参考.
Fasting metabolism of 18 months old female buffaloes was studied by traditional open-circuit respiration hoods. The result showed that the Fasting Heat Production(FHP) of 18 months old female buffaloes was 328.55 kJ/(kgW 0.75 ·d). Endogenous Urine Nitrogen(EUN) excretion per day was 33.19 g;EUN excretion of per unit metabolic body weight per day per head was 0.46 g;There was 16.46% protein catabolic Heat Production in Total Heat Production. The ratio of EUN to FHP was 1.46 mg/kJ.The result also showed that the requirement of maintenance net energy at 18 months old female buffaloes was NEm=410.69 kJ/(kgW 0.75 ·d).

The ratio of EUN to FHP was 1. 60 mg/KJ. The result also showed that the net energy requirement for maintenance of 12 month-old female buffaloes was NEm = 400. 836 KJ/ w0.75d.
