In order to screen the functional Bacillus that antagonized Clostridium perfringens S87, the chicken faeces of fresh healthy chickens was collected for 80 ℃ water bath treatment, agar punching diffusion method and other methods for screening, and the strain with the largest inhibition zone diameter was selected for slant preservation. It was then sent to the Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences for identification. The results showed that a strain of Bacillus B-20-81, which antagonized Clostridium perfringens S87, was screened out.It was identified as Bacillus velezensis, and the diameter of its inhibition zone was up to 22.4 mm, which provided a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of poultry necrotizing enteritis without antibiotics.
试验旨在研究饮水中添加不同水平的解淀粉芽孢杆菌B-4M-6发酵液对肉鸡生长性能、肠道菌群、消化酶活性、血清生化、免疫指标的影响.选用1日龄健康肉雏鸡240只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡.对照组饮水中不添加任何药物,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别在饮水中添加0.1%、0.3%、0.5%菌含量为1.0×109 CFU/mL的解淀粉芽孢杆菌B-4M-6发酵液.试验期42 d.结果显示,与对照组相比,全期试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组肉鸡平均日采食量均显著提高(P<0.05),料重比均显著降低(P<0.05);各试验组肉鸡的死亡率显著降低(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组肉鸡肠道双歧杆菌的数量显著提高(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组的乳酸菌含量显著增加(P<0.05),沙门氏菌含量显著降低(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组肉鸡胰脏中胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),十二指肠中胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组空肠中脂肪酶活性显著提高(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验第42 d,各试验组粪便中粗蛋白含量均显著降低(P<0.05).与对照组相比,21日龄、42日龄各试验组肉鸡血清总蛋白含量均显著提高(P<0.05);21日龄时,试验Ⅲ组肉鸡血清葡萄糖含量显著提高(P<0.05),尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05),血清谷丙转氨酶活性显著降低(P<0.05);42日龄时,各试验组肉鸡血清高密度脂蛋白含量明显提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组谷草转氨酶活性显著降低(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组21日龄和42日龄肉鸡血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白(IgM)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量显著提高(P<0.05).研究表明,饮水中添加0.5%的解淀粉芽孢杆菌B-4M-6发酵液可提高肉鸡生长性能及免疫功能,改善肠道健康.
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of compound probiotic fermented feed on growth performance,blood routine indexes and serum immunity and antioxidant indexes of nursing lambs. Forty-eight healthy 15-day-old Hu lambs were randomly divided into 4 groups with 12 replicates in each group and1 lamb in each replicate. All lambs were lactating with their mothers and supplemented with pellet feed,the pellet feed of the control group did not contain fermented feed,and the pellet feed of experimental groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢcontained 5%,10% and 15% fermented feed,respectively. The pre-feeding period was 5 days and the experimental period was 40 days. The results showed as follows:1)the final body weight of experimental groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the average daily gain of experimental groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).2)The white blood cell count of groupⅡwas significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the red blood cell count of experimental groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the hemoglobin content of experimental groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). 3)The serum malondialdehyde content of experimental groupⅢwas significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the serum total antioxidant capacity of experimental groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum glutathione peroxidase activity of experimental groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). 4)The serum immunoglobulin G content of experimental groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the serum tumor necrosis factorαcontent of experimental groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum interleukin-6 content of experimental groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). 试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平的益卵千金粉对太行鸡生产性能、蛋品质、免疫功能的影响,选用57周龄健康状况良好、体重及产蛋率相近的太行鸡450只,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只鸡,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,4个试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.3%、0.6%、0.9%和1.2%益卵千金粉的试验饲粮,预试期7 d,正试期14 d.结果显示:①与对照组相比,0.6%益卵千金粉组的产蛋率和日平均采食量均显著升高,分别提高了3.18%和6.89%(P<0.05),平均日产沙皮蛋数明显降低,降低了54.79%(P<0.05);②与对照组相比,0.6%益卵千金粉组综合蛋品质最优,可提高蛋重、蛋壳强度、蛋黄颜色以及哈氏单位,分别提高了7.02%、3.39%、9.54%和3.65%(P<0.05),但对蛋壳厚度和蛋形指数均影响不显著;③与对照组相比,4个试验组均可显著提高血清中的IgA、IgM和IgG含量(P<0.05),1.2%益卵千金粉组血清中的IgA、IgM和IgG分别提高38.02%、17.18%和47.03%(P<0.05),0.9%益卵千金粉组血清中的IgA、IgM和IgG分别提高33.54%、15.94%和42.20%(P<0.05),0.6%益卵千金粉组血清中的IgA、IgM和IgG分别提高22.00%、14.91%和32.33%(P<0.05).综上所述,结合试验效果和经济效益推荐饲粮中添加0.6%益卵千金粉,能够显著提高太行鸡的产蛋率,改善蛋品质,并能增强机体的免疫功能.
文章旨在研究胍基乙酸、γ-氨基丁酸和维生素E对育肥猪生长性能、胴体性状和肉品质的影响.试验选取128头健康、采食量正常、平均体重60?kg左右的"杜×长×大"育肥猪,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复8头猪,公母各半.第Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;第Ⅱ组饲喂添加600?g/t胍基乙酸的基础日粮;第Ⅲ组饲喂添加200?g/t?γ-氨基丁酸的基础日粮;第Ⅳ组饲喂添加200?g/t维生素E的基础日粮.试验为期60?d.结果表明,日粮添加600?g/t胍基乙酸能显著提高育肥猪平均日增重(P<0.05),同时对背膘厚、滴水损失和肌间脂肪也有显著影响(P<0.05);添加200?g/t?γ-氨基丁酸对育肥猪生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05),但对屠宰率、背膘厚、眼肌面积、滴水损失、粗蛋白质含量和肌间脂肪含量有显著影响(P<0.05);添加200?g/t维生素E对育肥猪生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05),但猪肉粗蛋白质含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05).综上所述,在本试验条件下,日粮中添加600?g/t胍基乙酸可提高育肥猪平均日增重;添加200?g/t?γ-氨基丁酸可提高育肥猪的屠宰率、眼肌面积、粗蛋白质含量和肌间脂肪含量,降低平均背膘厚和滴水损失.
文章旨在研究在妊娠和泌乳母猪日粮中添加不溶性膳食纤维(ISF)对母猪生产性能、繁殖性能、大肠微生物菌群及仔猪生长性能的影响,以期为ISF在猪生产中应用提供理论依据.试验将64头长大二元杂交母猪随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复4头母猪.第Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;第Ⅱ组饲喂添加1%ISF的基础日粮;第Ⅲ组饲喂添加3%ISF的基础日粮;第Ⅳ组饲喂添加5%ISF的基础日粮.试验期为配种至断奶结束.试验期间分别称量和测量母猪初始、妊娠107 d、分娩后和断奶后的体重和背膘厚,用于分析母猪体重和背膘厚的变化;记录母猪产子数、产活仔数、死胎数、畸形数、初生重、产程和断奶至发情的间隔时间,用于分析母猪繁殖性能;分别记录仔猪初生重、断奶重、初生窝重和断奶窝重,用于计算平均日增重和平均窝增重;分别于每天7:00和14:00观察母猪排便情况,根据粪便评分标准进行评分和记录;于母猪产后3 d采集粪便,用于分析大肠微生物.结果表明,与对照组相比,日粮添加3% 和5%ISF均可显著降低母猪泌乳期失重和泌乳期背膘损失,提高初生窝均重,缩短产程和断奶至发情间隔(P<0.05),显著降低母猪产前7 d粪便评分及大肠杆菌数量(P<0.05),可显著提高仔猪断奶个体均重、平均日增重、断奶窝均重和平均窝增重(P<0.05);同时添加1% 和3%ISF还可显著降低大肠产气荚膜梭菌的数量(P<0.05).结论,在母猪日粮中添加ISF对母猪生产性能、繁殖性能、大肠微生物菌群及仔猪生长性能均有一定改善.在本试验条件下,结合经济效益分析发现添加3%ISF效果最好.
为了建立黄芪益丹合剂组分的检测方法,为产品提供稳定可靠的检测依据,试验采用了薄层色谱(TLC)法对黄芪益丹合剂中的肉苁蓉进行定性鉴别;采用了高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对制剂中的黄芪、当归和黄柏进行含量测定.结果 显示:肉苁蓉以松果菊苷作为定性鉴别指标,斑点清晰,与对照品匹配度高;黄芪、当归和黄柏含量检测条件:C18色谱柱,4.6mm×250mm,5μm,流动相采用乙腈与0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,DAD检测器全波长扫描,同时测定毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、阿魏酸、盐酸小檗碱的含量.研究表明:检测方法专属性高、准确可靠,可为黄芪益丹合剂提供有效的质量控制方法.
为了筛选蛋鸡输卵管炎造模方法,采用30%苯酚胶浆和大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌混合菌液分别对健康蛋鸡进行造模,通过观察造模后蛋鸡的精神状态、输卵管病理切片、酶联免疫吸附法检测炎症因子IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ的含量对造模效果进行评价.结果 表明,30%苯酚混合明胶、甘油注入蛋鸡子宫部可造成输卵管炎,表现为不安,喜卧,站立不直,被毛凌乱,产蛋困难,黄白色分泌物增多;其所产的鸡蛋蛋壳表面出现血迹,有大小不等的颗粒;输卵管被覆上皮增厚,嗜中性粒细胞浸润,并有弥漫的趋势;血清中IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α和IFN-γ的含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);而大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌混合菌液造模不会导致输卵管炎,与对照组相比无差别.本试验结果显示,30%苯酚胶浆导入输卵管子宫部可以建立良好的输卵管炎模型,优于大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的混合菌液模型.
为了筛选功能性芽孢杆菌,从鸡粪中利用病原菌拮抗法筛选拮抗致病性大肠杆菌的芽孢杆菌,并进行酶解圈的试验,判定是否产酶和产酶能力大小;通过菌落及菌体形态观察、生理生化特性、16S rDNA序列系统发育树相结合的方法鉴定供试菌种属.结果 表明,通过筛选得到一株最优抑制大肠杆菌的芽孢杆菌,命名为B-4M-6,其发酵上清液抑菌圈面积可达237.6 mm2,并且具有最佳产淀粉酶、蛋白酶和纤维素酶的能力,酶解圈面积分别可达到327.22 mm2、290.25 mm2、356.20 mm2;经鉴定该菌株为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefa-ciens).本实验所筛选到的1株芽孢杆菌具有进一步开发为益生菌的可能性,为进一步研究该类细菌的生物学特性奠定了基础.
为了提高解淀粉芽孢杆菌B-4M-6菌株胞外产抗菌蛋白的能力,以抑制大肠杆菌的能力为检测指标,优化该菌株胞外产抗菌蛋白的发酵条件.通过单因素试验选择B-4M-6菌株产抗菌蛋白培养所需的最佳碳源、氮源、无机盐种类;通过正交试验法对该菌株产抗菌蛋白的培养基配方和培养条件进行优化.研究表明,B-4M-6菌株产抗菌蛋白最优培养基组成为糊精4%,蛋白胨2.5%,ZnSO40.09%,MgSO 40.05%,初始pH值为5.0;最优培养条件为种子液按8%的接种量接种于70 mL/250 mL的锥形瓶中,26℃、180 r/min,培养24 h.优化后,胞外产抗菌蛋白相应的抑菌圈面积增大至404.15 mm2,与优化前相比增幅达2.26倍.说明通过发酵条件优化,获得了B-4M-6菌株发酵产抗菌蛋白最佳培养基组成和培养条件,抗菌蛋白产量得到了明显提高.
畜禽肠道内产生的气体主要有甲烷、氢气、硫化氢和二氧化碳等,主要来源于肠道内的微生物发酵.肠道微生物的种类和数量与肠道健康密不可分,饲粮的营养代谢又会影响微生物的定植与数量.因此,饲料结构的变化会影响畜禽肠道气体的组成和分布,从而可以通过肠道气体的变化来反映畜禽肠道微生物的活性及健康水平.本文通过探讨不同的肠道气体与畜禽健康的关系,为更好地理解肠道微生物的作用机制,提高畜禽的料肉比和健康水平,降低废气排放对环境的污染提供一些思路.
本试验通过给散养鸡额外添加营养型啄砖,考察啄砖对散养鸡生产性能和预防啄癖效果的影响.试验结果表明,试验组增重比对照组明显增加,差异极显著(P<0.01),额外使用啄砖后,散养鸡啄癖率明显降低,试验组比对照组降低了30.37%,差异极显著(P<0.01);死淘率也明显降低,试验组比对照组降低了19.42%,差异极显著(P<0.01).说明将多种复合维生素、微量元素、 含硫氨基酸等按照合理的组方标准制成一定硬度的砖体形状的啄砖对于提高散养鸡生产性能和预防啄癖的发生有一定的效果,给临床生产带来指导意义.
本试验通过在霉变饲料中添加不同浓度的葡萄糖氧化酶,研究葡萄糖氧化酶对肉鸡生产性能、肠道pH值、肠道微生物、肝脏丙二醛含量的影响.从而探讨葡萄糖氧化酶缓解霉变饲料慢性中毒的作用.试验结果表明,添加不同浓度的葡萄糖氧化酶能改善肉鸡生产性能,各组之间差异不显著;肠道中大肠杆菌数量各试验组与对照组相比均有降低,分别降低了311.53(P<0.01)、20.94(P<0.01)、20.64%(P<0.01),差异均极显著;肠道中乳酸杆菌数各试验组均比对照组有所增加,分别增加了13.86%(P<0.01)、17.70%(P<0.01)、17.40%(P<0.01),差异均极显著.肉鸡肝脏中丙二醛含量试验组较对照组均有所降低,分别降低了5.17%(P<0.05)、17.59%(P<0.01)、13.45%(P<0.01),其中试验1组差异显著,试验2组和试验3组差异均极显著.说明葡萄糖氧化酶能够促进肉鸡生产性能,对肉鸡肠道发育有促进作用,且能够有效控制霉菌毒素对肉鸡的侵害.综合本次试验结果及实际生产利益,在被污染日粮中添加400g/t葡萄糖氧化酶性价比最高.
本试验旨在研究饲料中同时添加微生态制剂与酶制剂对蛋鸡生产性能和肠道健康的影响.结果 表明:试验各组相比对照组,对蛋鸡生产性能有所改善,差异不显著;对蛋品质方面,试验各组均有不同程度改善.蛋壳厚度生态宝组降低了8.06%(P<0.05)差异显著,添加剂组降低了10.42%(P<0.01),差异极显著.蛋黄比率生态宝组比对照组提高了13.77%(P<0.01),差异极显著;蛋壳厚度抗生素组比对照组提高了9.18%(P<0.05),差异显著,生态宝组比对照组提高了14.79%(P<0.01),差异极显著.哈氏单位各组比对照组分别提高了10.14%(P<0.01)、13.71%(P<0.01)、11.57%(P<0.01)差异均极显著.蛋黄颜色与对照组相比,分别提高了8.72%(P <0.05)、17.20% (P<0.01)、14.62%(P <0.01).十二指肠绒毛高度试验各组均高于对照组,分别提高了3.47%(P>0.05)、13.33%(P<0.01)、9.43%(P<0.05),生态宝组差异极显著;空肠绒毛高度试验各组均高于对照组,生态宝组较对照组提高了26.67% (P<0.01),差异极显著,回肠绒毛高度试验各组均高于对照组,分别提高了14.77%(P<0.01)、20.63%(P<0.01)、24.69%(P<0.01),差异均极显著.因此加酶微生态制剂通过调整日粮结构及消化道系统,内外兼备,使蛋壳结构更加致密,蛋白浓度更加浓稠,并通过增加肠绒毛高度增加对营养物质的吸收,从而提高蛋鸡养殖的经济效益.
120 1-day-old Taihang layers and 120 1-day-old Hy-Line layers were randomly allocated two groups for four replicates with 30 each.On 5,9,14,21,28,35,42,49,56,63,77 and 91 d,activities of amylase,lipase,trypsin and cellulase in intestinal contents were measured.The results were as follows:(i) By contrast with Hy-Line layer,digestibility of fat,crude protein,Ca and P in Taihang layer decreased by 2.50%,8.99%,8.40% and 10.90%,respectively;(ii) Activities of digestive enzymes in intestinal contents in Taihang layer and Hy-Line layer increased with age.In Taihang and Hy-Line layers,duodenum maximal values were attained on 35 d for amylase,35 d for lipase,and 42 d for trypsin.In Taihang layers,jejunum maximal were attained on day 21 d for amylase,35 d for lipase,and 35 d for trypsin,In Hy-Line layers,jejunum maximal were attained on 28 d for amylase,35 d for lipase,and 35 d for trypsin.In Taihang and Hy-Line layers,Caecum maximal were attained on 49 d and 56 d for cellulose respectively;(iii) As to layer breed,Taihang layer had a lower activities of amylase and lipase in duodenum and jejunum,but had a higher activities of cellulose in cecum;(iv) As to intestinal,activities of amylase,lipase and trypsin in Taihang and Hy-Line layer jejunum were 9.2,5.3,2.0-folder and 8.2,5.3,2.0-folder greater than that in duodenum,respectively.
Taihang and Hy-Line layers of ninety-one days age were killed at 4,8,14,18,24,28,32,34 h,respectively,after they were gavaged.The differences of body weight(BW),intestinal weight between the two breeds were measured.Effects of different fasting time on the residual contents of digestive tract,emptying rate and free rate of different parts of digestive tract were studied.The results indicated that BW,crop,proventriculus gizzard relative weight of Taihang layers were less than those of Hy-Line layers,small intestine,rectum relative length of Taihang layers were less than those of Hy-Line layers,the relative length of the cecum was higher than that of Hy-Line layers.With the extension of fasting time,chyme′s emptying curves of Taihang and Hy-Line layers were the same basically;the emptying rate of craw,glandular stomach and gizzard,small intestine,total intestine of Taihang layer were higher than those of Hy-Line layers,whereas rectum,caecum were lower.The clearance time of feed residues of Taihang was faster than that of Hy-Line layers.
In this study one hundred and twenty 1-day-age Taihang layers were selected(60 male and 60 female).pH of each segment of digestive tract,amylase,lipase,trypsinase levels in duodenum and jejunum,and cellulase level in caecum were measured at 5,9,14,21,28,35,42,49,56,63,77,91 days age,respectively.The results showed that changes of pH value in each segment of intestinal were not significantly affected by chicken age.Digestive enzymes gradually increased with ages at first,and tended to stable after reached the peak value.Amylase,lipase,trypsinase levels reached their peak value in duodenum at 35,35,42 days and in jejunum at 49,35,35 days,respectively.Cellulase level in caecum reached its peakvalue at 42 days.Amylase,lipase,trypsinase levels in jejunum were 9.2 times,5.3 times,2 times higher than that in duodenum respectively.
本试验旨在比较分析太行鸡与海兰灰蛋鸡盲肠主要消化生理特性及菌群的变化。选择1日龄太行鸡和海兰灰蛋鸡各120只,分为两组,每组设4个重复,每个重复30只,公母各半。分别于1~9、11、13周龄测定盲肠相对长度、相对重量、pH值及其内容物的大肠杆菌、双歧杆菌、乳酸菌数量、纤维素酶活性。结果表明:(1)太行鸡盲肠相对长度和相对重量均高于海兰灰蛋鸡。其中3、4、5、6、7、9、13周龄,太行鸡盲肠相对长度显著高于海兰灰蛋鸡(P<0.05);太行鸡盲肠相对重量4周龄时极显著高于海兰灰蛋鸡(P<0.01),5、9、13周龄时显著高于海兰灰蛋鸡(P<0.05);(2)太行鸡盲肠纤维素酶活性极显著的高于海兰灰蛋鸡(P<0.01)。(3)各阶段太行鸡盲肠pH值均低于海兰灰蛋鸡,但差异不显著。(4)太行鸡盲肠大肠杆菌数量低于海兰灰蛋鸡,乳酸菌和双歧杆菌高于海兰灰蛋鸡。4、5、6、8、9周龄时,太行鸡盲肠大肠杆菌显著低于海兰灰蛋鸡(P<0.05);太行鸡盲肠乳酸菌6周龄时极显著高于海兰灰蛋鸡(P<0.01),3、4周龄时显著高于海兰灰蛋鸡(P<0.05);太行鸡的盲肠内双歧杆菌数量,1、2、3、6、11周龄时,极显著高于海兰灰蛋鸡(P<0.01),7周龄时显著高于海兰灰蛋鸡(P<0.05)。试验结果表明:太行鸡较海兰灰蛋雏鸡的盲肠消化能力强。
研究日粮中添加叶黄素和VE对蛋鸡生产性能和抗氧化能力的影响.150日龄海兰灰蛋鸡576只,随机分为16个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复12只鸡.采用4×4完全随机试验设计,日粮叶黄素的添加量分别为0,60,120和240 mg/kg,VE添加量为0,50,100和200 U/kg.结果表明:叶黄素和VE及其互作对蛋鸡采食量、料蛋比、产蛋率和平均蛋重无显著影响(P>0.05).120和240 mg/kg叶黄素组血清超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性较未添加组分别提高了20.92%(P<0.05)和20.67%(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量分别降低了20.61%(P<0.05)和24.66%(P<0.05);100和200 U/kg VE组显著提高血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和SOD活性(P<0.05),降低MDA含量(P<0.05).互作极显著提高血清GSH-PX活性(P<0.01),表明日粮中另外添加叶黄素(120 mg/kg)和VE(100~200 U/kg)有利于提高机体的抗氧化能力.
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Lentinus edodes polysaccharide (LEP) on growth performance, some serum hormone and some immune indices in piglets.One hundred and twenty pigs (Landrace × Large White) with an initial body weight of (11.34±0.62) kg were randomly allotted to four groups,each group contained five pens and each pen contained six pigs.Pigs were raised for 28 days.Group Ⅰ was fed control diet,and LEP was supplemented at 150,300 and 450 mg/kg based on control diet for group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ,respectively.The results showed that the ADG of pigs in group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ was significantly increased (P0.05) in the period of 0~14 d, 14~28 d and 0~28 d;ADFI was also significantly increased (P0.05) in the period of 0~14 d and 0~28 d;but no difference was found in F/G (P0.05).The occurrence rate of diarrhea in group Ⅱ was decreased by 23.08% compared with that in control group (P0.05);meantime that in group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ was also decreased by 53.85% compared with that in control group (P0.01).GH,T_3 and T_4 were increased while cortisol was decreased along with the supplement of LEP, GH and T_3 in group Ⅳ were increased (P0.05) while cortisol in group Ⅲ was decreased (P0.05).IgM in group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ was slightly increased,but only IgM in group Ⅳ was significantly increased (P0.05).However,no difference occurred for the IgG and alexin C_4.It was concluded that supplement of 300 mg/kg LEP improved the growth performance and hormone indices in piglets.
