《公司法》对公司的对外担保对象、作出担保决议的机关以及决议程序进作出了一系列可操作性的规定,解决了公司对外担保特别是为本公司股东提供担保的效力问题,同时也带来了加重担保相对人义务的问题.文章认为,公司对外担保存在不确定风险,公司应加强对对外担保的管控,以避免给公司带来法律和债务风险甚至危机.

针对目前事业单位年度绩效考核办法进行研究,以教学系为单位进行设置,采用Web的B/S模式,ASP.NET技术作为中间件,以ACCESS作为后台数据库,设计并实现年度考核投票系统的一般功能.文章对系统结构、功能模块设计、数据库设计及关键技术做了详细阐述,根据在线投票系统的安全需求,提出通过设计数据库的约束条件来保障投票合法性和有效性的方法.通过测试,该方法有效提高系统的健壮性和有效性.
Informal employment of rural migrant is an important way for rural labor force's transferring. In order to know well the influence factors to their earnings of informal employment,a cross-sectional survey was undertaken with random samples of rural migrant workers in Shandong Province. Totally,800 questionnaires were distributed, and 650 were collected and 479 were valid. The result of logistic regress analysis showed industries of migrant workers work in,ownership of the organization, distance from home,worker's age and gender influence worker's earning significantly;However,marriage,education level,and whether or not they had contract land haven't significant influence. Based on the above data,authors utilized descriptive statistic analysis to explore the deep reasons that the rural migrant workers' competition for jobs isn't strong. So,author suggested the following measures to increase migrant works earnings:relevant government department may collaborate social lectors and give migrant workers job training, enhance the industrialization of rural area, establish the job information platform and help the rural migrant workers found entrepreneur.
Informal employment is an important way for the rural labor to transferring. In order to know well the characteristics of the ru-ral migrant worker’s inrormal employment,a questionnaire survey was operated. Totally,800 questionnaires were distributed, 650 were collected,and 479 were valid. The analysis of rural migrant worker’s employment includes work time, distance from home, earning, work experience and contract land, and analysis methods includes t-test,Chi square test,and other descriptive statistics analysis. At last,several suggestions were proposed about how to enhance informal employment and increase earning of informal employment.
通过对国外常用的评价量表进行梳理,把当前常用的量表分为两大类:过程质量评价和结果质量评价量表,对两大类量表又进行了细化分类,并介绍了几种常用量表:医生沟通行为评价量表;沟通移情性评价量表;患者参与决策评价量表;心理状态改变评价量表;需求满足量表;患者决策评价量表.希望这些量表的设计方法、使用方法、量表内容所反映出的理念能对我国医患沟通的研究起到一定的借鉴和参考作用,进而设计出适合我国国情的医患沟通质量评价量表.

以翻坛五郎为主的"梅山祖师神"及其猖兵的信仰反映出瑶族与梅山文化之间以及瑶、汉梅山教仪式之间密切的文化关联。梅山教仪式及其音乐文本的建构都是共时性与历时性发展的时空背景中瑶、汉文化多维互动的结果,其仪式及音乐文本之间都或明或暗地存在一种结构性的"互文"关系,并体现出文本在瑶、汉民族文化间的"濡化"和"涵化"现象。瑶、汉梅山教仪式音乐文本的文化属性折射出梅山文化在其历史的变迁中逐步发展、嬗变为以农耕文化与狩猎文化二维并置的社会局面。

The Meishan religious sect in ancient Meishan cave area is a kind of tribal religion for the people of Han nationality in the central part of Hunan province,and it mainly believed in San Dong Meishan(three caves of Meishan),integrated Wu Dao Nuo with the Meishan folk songs as a whole,and its functions were Qu Nuo(an ancient festival to drive away the devil causing any plague),redeem a vow to a god,praying for children,and for seeking money.Selected its representative ritual of He Niangniang as an example,using of the research of ritual music with the theory of music morphology,this paper made analysis and description of it,the author put forward that the music text of He Niangniang ritual possessed the features of typical pluralistic integration,hierarchical structure,and structural pattern.
Currently,one of the most outstanding issues in Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN) is energy saving.The existing data transmission in WSN not only wastes lots of energy,but also makes the energy consumption of the whole network unbalanced.Based on the data transmission characteristics of WSN,an improved compressive censing(CS) algorithm is introduced here to WSN.Duing the process,the CS algorithm dramatically reduces the data transmission times and ensures the same transmission times for each sensor node in WSN.The CS algorithm reduces the energy consumption for each sensor node and keep the WSN's energy and more balanced.
