教研室是教师开展教学研讨活动的基层专业组织.尽管只是基层组织,教研室的作用却不容忽视,它的建设水平的高低直接影响教师的专业发展,也会影响学校的教学质量.然而由于受诸多因素的制约,当前广东工商职业技术大学的教研室建设困难重重,如何解决当前教研室面临的困境,使教研室最大力度发挥它的本质功能,已成为亟待解决的问题.专业学习共同体理论目前在教育界受到广泛的关注,它所倡导的学习理念具有很好的导向作用,能够为教研室的改革创新注入新的活力,也能为教师专业发展提供实践平台.为此,应从改变传统领导角色,充分赋权教师、培育教师间的合作文化、构建保障体系这些方面着手,着力建设专业共同体教研室.

高校思想政治理论课传统教学方式受时间、空间和大班级人数的限制,学生很少有机会直接主动参与课堂教学.利用网络技术,学生可以自主参与课程教学.教学中坚持教师主导与学生主体、共性要求与个性发展、理论教学与实践行动、民主教学与适度监督、过程性和多样性考核、课堂教学与网络教学结合的原则.采取建立教学信息收集和反馈系统,开展以任务驱动为目标的主题教学,组建课程教学网络参与平台,采用小组互助网络学习方式,形成实践考核为主的评价方式等策略,以期取得最好的教学效果.

探讨翻转课堂教学模式应用于高职院校思想政治理论课的可行性及实践路径,以切实增强思想政治理论课教学实效性.

多媒体网络互动教学模式既满足了网络信息时代下高校思想政治理论课教学改革的需求，又能极大提升一般互动式教学的功效。应用多媒体网络互动教学模式要遵循科学性与人文性、互动性与自主性、现实性与虚拟性、时效性与过程性等原则，采取主题差异、自主互动、网络协助、过程多元等教学策略。还要与其它教学方式方法结合使用，加强对教学者技能的培训，增加网络基础设施建设的投入，切实提高高校思想政治理论课教学的吸引力和效果。

There is a close contact between campus network and college students,universities,social,ideological and political education and the Internet.So,it is necessary to use campus network to carry out the ideological and political education of college students,which must be under the guidance of the education principles of setting a proper point between multiple thoughts and the mainstream,self-discipline and heteronomy,virtual and real,open and control.We should integrate education and thematic education,self-education and external education,virtual campus and real society,Internet democracy and Internet supervision,infrastructure and team construction to achieve its biggest effect.

Vocational education students integrity of important issues which our country higher vocational education faces,directly affect the building of spiritual civilization in China,higher education development and student healthy growth,so as to correctly analyze the status of vocational education students integrity,and the existence of the problem,to take self-education and external education,credit education and regulating education,campus positions and networks,social position,university management and the combination of social and family assistance measures such as improving educational results,develop the quality of vocational students in good faith.

Network impacts multimedia teaching of ideological and political courses, and attach groat importance to the network environment and multimedia improvements,pay attention to specific measures reflected in the emphasis of materials science and diversity combining, leading of teachers and students＇ body combined, collaborative teaching and group discussion topics with the reality of social network social integration, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of teaching, but also pay attention to strongthan the network hardware construction, improve the quality of teachers, integrated applications of a variety of teaching methods.
