目的 研究血清成纤维细胞生长因子21(FGF-21)和血小板衍生生长因子-BB(PDGF-BB)及外周血单个核细胞纤维化蛋白(FBRS)水平诊断慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者肝纤维化程度的效能.方法 2020年1月~2021年1月我院收治的CHB患者92例,行肝穿刺活检,采用ELISA法测定血清FGF-21和PDGF-BB水平,采用实时荧光定量PCR法测定外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)FBRS mRNA水平,使用Fibroscan行肝脏硬度检测(LSM).应用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线下面积(AUC)分析各指标诊断显著性肝纤维化的效能.结果 经肝组织病理学检查,发现非显著性肝纤维化(S0~1期)49例,显著性肝纤维化(S2~4期)43例;显著性肝纤维化组血清FGF-21水平为(228.8±52.6)ng/ml,显著低于非显著性肝纤维化组[(289.3±57.9)ng/ml,P<0.05],血清PDGF-BB水平为(84.7±32.9)pg/ml,显著高于非显著性肝纤维化组[(44.7±18.5)pg/ml,P<0.05],PBMCs FBRS水平为(8.7±3.2),显著高于非显著性肝纤维化组[(4.4±1.8),P<0.05],LSM为(15.6±3.9)kPa,显著高于非显著性肝纤维化组[(7.6±1.8)kPa,P<0.05];FGF-21、PDGF-BB、FBRS和LSM诊断显著性肝纤维化的最佳截断点分别为249.0(ng/ml)、63.5(pg/ml)、7.4和11.2(kPa),其AUC分别为0.800、0.714、0.690和0.960,诊断的敏感度和特异度分别为69.8%和79.6%、69.8%和69.4%、65.1%和73.5%及93.3%和98.0%,四项指标联合诊断的AUC为0.989,其敏感度和特异度分别为95.3%和63.3%.结论 联合应用血清FGF-21、PDGF-BB、FBRS和LSM可以提高诊断CHB患者肝纤维化程度的灵敏性,但特异性仍不高,需要进一步研究.
目的 探讨并评价SPRINTER XL/Europattern全自动荧光免疫分析系统检测血清抗核抗体性能验证方案.方法 根据WS/T 505-2017《定性测定性能评价指南》和《医学实验室质量和能力认可准则在临床免疫学定性检验领域的应用说明》的具体要求建立抗核抗体检出限、诊断符合率和精密度性能验证方案.结果 全自动荧光免疫分析系统检测抗核抗体最低检出限大于33.33IU/ml,该浓度阳性检出率为100%;检测系统诊断灵敏度=20/20×100%=100%,诊断特异性=20/20×100%=100%,诊断符合率=40/40×100%=100%;阴性样本、弱阳性样本、阳性样本批内精密度和中间精密度核型结果稳定,荧光强度一致,符合率为100%.结论 全自动荧光免疫分析系统检测抗核抗体检出限、诊断符合率及精密度性能稳定,能够满足实验室要求.
目的 探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)相关性肝癌(HCC)患者人类白细胞抗原(HLA)Ⅰ类(A、B、C)等位基因多态性分布特征.方法 用基于Illumina平台GenDx NGSgo分型方法对101例HCC患者(试验组)和186例健康者(对照组)进行HLA-Ⅰ基因分型,并进行统计学分析.结果 与对照组比较,试验组HLA-ⅠB*44:03基因频率(2.97%vs.0.81%)更高,HLA-ⅠA*02:01基因频率(5.45%vs.10.48%)和HLA-ⅠC*03:03基因频率(2.48%vs.6.72%)更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 携带不同HLA-Ⅰ等位基因与HBV阳性患者发展成为HCC有一定的相关性.
目的 观察姜黄素对糖尿病大鼠炎症反应的改善作用.方法 55只雄性Wistar大鼠分为对照组、糖尿病模型组、姜黄素组,检测各组大鼠体重、肾脏指数、血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-l)和24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率(urine albumin excretion ratio,UAER)水平.结果 与正常对照组比较,糖尿病模型组大鼠的体重减轻(P<0.01),肾脏指数、血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮、IL-6、TNF-α和MCP-1水平和24 h UAER水平显著升高(P<0.01);与糖尿病模型组比较,姜黄素组体重升高(P <0.01),肾脏指数、血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮、IL-6、TNF-α和MCP-1水平和24 h UAER水平显著降低(P <0.05或P <0.01);炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α和MCP-1水平和24h UAER有很好的相关性(P<0.01),相关系数r分别为0.727、0.687、0.632.结论 姜黄素对糖尿病大鼠炎症反应有显著的改善作用,其对糖尿病治疗作用机制可能通过降低血糖、抑制炎症反应有关.
Objective:To investigate the effects and the mechanism of renal protection of curcumin on oxidative stress and lipid metabolism in diabetic rats.Methods:60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group ( n=20) and diabetic model preparation group ( n=40). Rats in the normal control group were fed with normal diet, while rats in the diabetes model group were fed with high sugar and high fat diet. After 4 weeks of feeding, rats in the diabetic model preparation group were injected with streptozotocin (60 mg/kg) intraperitoneally once. A total of 35 rats were successfully modeled and then randomly divided into diabetic model group ( n=17) and curcumin group ( n=18). The diabetic model group continued to be fed with high sugar and high fat diet, and the curcumin group was given high sugar and high fat diet and 200 mg/(kg·d) curcumin (1% carboxymethyl fiber sodium prepared into suspension) intervention every day; while the normal control group and the diabetic model group were given 1% carboxymethyl fiber sodium of the same volume. The body weight, kidney index, blood glucose , serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, blood lipid and 24-hour urinary microalbumin excretion rate (24 h UAER) of rats in each group were measured. Superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and m-alondialdehyde (MDA) in serum and kidney tissues were measured. Results:Compared with the control group, the levels of the body weight, kidney index, blood glucose, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, triglyceride, total cholesterol and 24 h UAER in the diabetic model group increased significantly. The level of MDA in serum and kidney tissues increased significantly ( P<0.05), while the levels of SOD, CAT and GSH-Px activities in serum and kidney tissues decreased significantly ( P<0.05). Compared with diabetic model group, the levels of the body weight increased, while the kidney index, blood glucose, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen , triglyceride, total cholesterol and 24 h UAER in the curcumin group decreased significantly, the level of MDA in serum and kidney tissues decreased significantly ( P<0.05); the levels of SOD, CAT and GSH-Px in serum and kidney tissues increased significantly ( P<0.05) in the curcumin group. Conclusions:Curcumin may play a renal protective role in diabetic rats by inhibiting oxidative stress in serum and kidney and reducing blood lipid.
目的 探讨hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-18、TNF-α和TGF-β1在IgA肾病中的临床应用价值.方法 选取2010年6月至2013年11月肾穿刺活检确诊的IgA肾病患者71例,根据病理Lee氏分级的结果将IgA肾病组分为3个亚组,轻度组(Ⅰ级+Ⅱ级)32例,中度组(Ⅲ级)17例,重度组(Ⅳ级+Ⅴ级)22例;同时选取35例健康对照.检测各组血清Scr、Urea、CysC和尿UTP水平及血清炎症因子hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-18、TNF-α和TGF-β1水平,并比较各炎症因子与Scr、Urea、CysC和尿UTP的相关性.结果 IgA肾病患者各组血清hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-18、TNF-α和TGF-β1水平逐渐增高,与健康对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05);随着疾病进展,重度组各炎症因子水平与轻度组和中度组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);各炎症因子与Scr、Urea、CysC和尿UTP呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 炎症介质可以监测肾损伤程度,炎症损伤与IgA肾病进展有密切关系.
酶免疫分析法(简称酶免法)抗丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)抗体(简称抗-HCV)检测广泛应用于血液筛查.不同品牌试剂使用的HCV基因重组抗原质量及包被工艺有所不同,在检测特异性和灵敏度方面存在一定的差异,有可能导致检测结果不一致.病毒核酸扩增检测灵敏度高,使检测"窗口期"大大缩短,有利于实现HCV感染的早期诊断,避免传染性疾病的输血传播[1-3].本研究对酶免法抗-HCV检测临界值结果标本进行了核酸扩增微流芯片法、化学发光免疫分析法(CLIA)和胶体金法检测,并对检测结果进行了比较分析.现将研究结果报道如下.
目的:探讨尿胱抑素 C(Cys C)和嗜中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质转运蛋白(NGAL)联合检测在 IgA 肾病诊断中的应用。方法选择 IgA 肾病患者71例,Lee 氏分级为Ⅰ级12例、Ⅱ级20例、Ⅲ级17例、Ⅳ级13例、Ⅴ级9例;同时选取65例健康体检者为健康对照组。酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定尿 NGAL 水平,免疫比浊法检测尿 Cys C 水平。结果 IgA 肾病早期患者尿 Cys C 及 NGAL 水平升高,与健康对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着 IgA 肾病的进展,尿 Cys C 及 NGAL 水平逐渐增高,且各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);尿 Cys C 水平与血液肌酐水平呈正相关(r =0.782,P <0.01);尿 NGAL水平与血液肌酐水平呈正相关(r=0.701,P<0.01)。结论尿 Cys C 和 NGAL 水平不但可以早期诊断 IgA 肾病的发生,还可以监测 IgA 肾病的进展。
目的 评价VITEK2 Compact全自动微生物分析仪对黏液型和非黏液型铜绿假单胞菌药敏检测结果的准确性.方法 对某院分离的29株黏液型铜绿假单胞菌和30株非黏液型铜绿假单胞菌同时以VITEK2 Compact分析仪法及琼脂稀释法进行药物敏感性试验,以琼脂稀释法为参考方法进行统计学分析.结果 黏液型铜绿假单胞菌VITEK2 Compact分析仪法药敏结果的标准符合率(CA)为84.69%,严重错误率(VME)为3.20%,重大错误率(ME)为2.13%,一般错误率(MIE)为9.96%;非黏液型铜绿假单胞菌VITEK2 Compact分析仪法药敏结果的标准符合率(CA)为94.33%,严重错误率(VME)为0.67%,重大错误率(ME)为1.67%,一般错误率(MIE)为3.33%.两种铜绿假单胞菌VITEK2 Compact分析仪法药敏结果的VME,MIE,CA相比较,差异有统计学意义(x2=5.02,10.44,14.55,P<0.05).黏液型铜绿假单胞菌VITEK2 Compact分析仪法药敏结果的CA比非黏液型铜绿假单胞菌低,且<90%,而VME,MIE均比非黏液型铜绿假单胞菌高.结论 VITEK2 Compact全自动微生物分析仪对非黏液型铜绿假单胞菌药敏检测结果准确可靠,对黏液型铜绿假单胞菌药敏检测结果准确性较低,黏液型铜绿假单胞菌建议用其它方法做药物敏感性试验.
Objective To explore the changes of the glycated albumin (GA ) ,glycated haemoglobin (HbA1c) ,and their ratio (GA/HbA1c) in newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM ) .Methods Seventy inpatients and outpatients with newly diagnosed T2DM in the hospital were selected .All the patients were treated with metformin for 24 weeks .GA and HbA1c were measured before treatment and every four weeks after treatment .Results The level of GA decreased from (26 .1 ± 8 .3)% at baseline to the lowest value [(17 .3 ± 4 .5)% ] at eighth week after treatment ,the difference had statistical significance (P<0 .01) ,and the level of HbA1c decreased from (10 .1 ± 2 .4)% at baseline to (7 .5 ± 1 .0)% at 16th week ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .01) .The level of GA/HbA1c decreased from (2 .58 ± 0 .35) at baseline to the (2 .06 ± 0 .24) at eighth week ,however ,the ratio increased from (2 .06 ± 0 .24) at eighth week to (2 .31 ± 0 .31) at 16th week ,the differences were all statistically significant (P<0 .001) .Although the GA/HbA1c ratio at 16th week and 24th were significantly lower than that at baseline (P<0 .01) .The change of the GA/HbA1c ratio during 24 weeks (△GA/HbA1c) was negatively correlated with both HbA1c (r= -0 .657 ,P=0 .008) and GA (r= -0 .702 ,P=0 .002) at baseline .Moreover ,the △GA/HbA1c was positively correla‐ted with △GA (r=0 .813 ,P<0 .001) during 24 weeks ,but △GA/HbA1c was not correlated with △HbA1c .Conclusion In newly diagnosed patients with T2DM ,the GA/HbA1c ratio may be better than GA or HbA1c in reflecting the effect of hypoglycemic when the patients are treated with metformin .
目的:制备乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)抗体、人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体弱阳性对照复合质控血清,用于日常室内质量控制。方法用HBsAg、HCV抗体、HIV抗体阳性血清分别与健康人血清进行倍比稀释,选S/CO在2~3之间的稀释度制备室内质控血清。结果自制的复合质控血清变异系数( CV)在15%以内,有很好的稳定性、精密度。结论自制复合质控血清能作为HBsAg、HCV抗体、HIV抗体实验室检测的弱阳性室内质控血清。
Objective To investigate the effects of whole grain-bean mixed staple food on intestinal microecology,anthropometric,and metabolic parameters of obese people.Methods Totally 87 obese people were divided with random number table into whole grain-bean mixed staple food group (test group) and refined grains staple food group (control group).Body weight (BW),body mass index (BMI),waist circumference (WC),hip circumference (HC),waist/hip ratio (WHR),fasting plasma glucose (FPG),triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol (TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),and colony count of intestinal flora (bacillus bifidus,lactobacillus,clostridium perfringens,enterobacteria,enterococcus,bacteroides) were measured at baseline and 3 months after intervention.Results Ten people were excluded from this research,6 in the test group and 4 in the control group.Mter 3 months of dietary intervention,BW,BMI,WC,HC,and WHR were significantly lower in the test group than in the control group [(69.45 ± 7.07) kgvs.(72.42 ±5.79) kg,P=0.000; (26.08 ±1.48) kg/m2 vs.(27.27 ±0.81) kg/m2,P=0.000; (82.48±9.30) cm vs.(86.96±4.93) cm,P =0.000; (90.08 ±6.57) cm vs.(92.42 ±6.67) cm,P =0.000; 0.92 ±0.11vs.0.95 ±0.10,P =0.003].The levels of FPG,TC,and LDL-C in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group [(4.92 ± 0.75) mmoL/L vs.(5.41 ± 1.21) mmoL/L,P=0.037; (3.85±1.13) mmoL/L vs.(4.38 ±1.26) mmoL/L,P=0.046; (3.55 ±1.04) mmoL/L vs.(4.16 ± 1.40) rnmoL/L,P =0.033] ; the level of HDL-C in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group [(1.13 ± 0.37) mmoL/L vs.(0.92 ± 0.26) mmoL/L,P =0.004].The colony counts of intestinal bacillus bifidus,lactobacillus,and bacteroides in the test group were significantly higher than in the control group [(7.94 ± 0.58) lg CFU/g vs.(6.95 ± 0.38) lg CFU/g,P =0.000 ; (7.67 ± 0.46) lg CFU/g vs.(6.96 ± 0.57) lg CFU/g,P =0.000 ; (5.53 ± 0.44) lg CFU/g vs.(4.80 ±0.23) lg CFU/g,P =0.000],while the colony count of clostridium perfringens was significantly lower than in the control group [(4.40 ± 0.49) lg CFU/g vs.(5.11 ± 0.63) lg CFU/g,P =0.000].Conclusions In obese people,whole grain-bean mixed staple food can improve anthropometric parameters,some lipid metabolic parameters,and intestinal flora.The underlying mechanism may involve promoting the survival and proliferation of probiotics,thereby improving glucose and lipid metabolism.
Objective To investigate the value of KIM-1 and NGAL in predicting the early diabetes nephropathy(DN).Meth-ods 132 cases of type 1 and type 2 diabetic patients were recruited in this study,patients were divided into four groups based on the urine albumin/creatinine and serum creatinine levels,as follows:normal albuminuria group (45 cases),mi-croalbuminuria group (36 cases),clinical albuminuria group (30 cases),renal failure group (21 cases),65 healthy subjects were recruited as control group.Urinary KIM-1 and NGAL levels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results With the progress of DN,urinary KIM-1 and NGAL levels gradually increased (P<0.05),the urinary KIM-1/Ucr level was positively correlated with ACR (r=0.822,P<0.01),and the urinary NGAL/Ucr was positively cor-related with ACR (r=0.842,P<0.01).Conclusion The urinary KIM-1 and NGAL level can predict the occurrence of ear-ly DN,and also monitor the progression of DN.
Objective To investigate the correlation of urinary liver-type fatty-acid binding protein with progression of chronic kidney disease. Methods 149 cases chronic kidney disease patients without liver damage were recruited in this study. The patients were divided into five groups based on the estimation of the glomerular filtration rate. Urinary L-FABP was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA),while urinary creatinine,renal function, liver function, hemoglobin and urinary protein were measured by respective biochemical or immunological methods. Results With the progression of diabetic chronic kidney disease,Urinary L-FABP gradually increased( P 0. 01). Subgroup analysis showed that the urine L-FABP of CKD1 group was higher than that of healthy group( P 0. 05),the urinary L-FABP of CKD2 group was higher than that of group CKD1 group( P 0. 01),the urinary L-FABP of CKD3 group was higher than that of group CKD2 group( P 0. 01),the urinary L-FABP of CKD4 group was higher than that of group CKD3 group( P 0. 01),the urinary L-FABP of CKD5 group was higher than that of group CKD4 group( P 0. 01). The urinary L-FABP was negatively correlated with e GFR( r =- 0. 742,P 0. 05),and positively correlated with Scr( r = 0. 836,P 0. 05). Conclusion The urinary L-FABP could not only predict the occurrence of early chronic kidney disease,and also monitor the progression of chronic kidney disease.
Objective To explore the clinical distribution and antibiotic resistance of Ochrobactrum anthropi,direct the use of antibiotics and provide data of prevalence for Ochrobactrum anthropi infection.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the distribution of Ochrobactrum anthropi and antibiotic resistance to 12 antibiotics isolated from inpatients and out-patients in Shenzhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the First People's Hospital of Neijiang between January 2011 and December 2013.Results Two hundred and thirty one strains of Ochrobactrum anthropi were isolated from patients with septemia,mainly hospitalized in the Department of Infectious Diseases,the Intensive Care Unit,and the Department of Oncology.The drug resistance rate to piperacillin,aztreonam,cephazolin,ampicillin/sulbactam,piperacillin/tazobactam,and cefotaxime was up to 90%,while expressed a high sensitivity to cefepime,ertapenem,imipenem,gentamicin,ciprofloxacin and meropenem.The resistance rate of the antibiotics demonstrated an increase with time.Conclusion Ochrobactrum anthropi plays a role in patients with septemia.Accurately and persistently monitoring the characteristics of Ochrobactrum anthropi infection and antibiotic resistance can make a great difference in preventing and controlling the infection of Ochrobactrum anthropi.
本文阐述了番茄红素对高糖所致人外周血内皮祖细胞(endothelial progenitor cells,EPCs)功能障碍的影响,并探讨了其可能机制.EPCs分为空白对照组、高糖组、番茄红素10、30、50μg/mL低、中、高剂量和信号阻断剂(1 μmol/L SB203580)组,用33 mmol/L葡萄糖诱导EPCs损伤,分别采用MTT比色法、黏附能力测定实验、改良的Boyden小室检测EPCs黏附、迁移能力,Matrigel成血管网实验评价体外小管形成能力,Western-blot检测磷酸化和非磷酸化p38 MAPK蛋白表达量.实验表明番茄红素可改善高糖环境下EPCs黏附、迁移和体外小管形成能力,其机制可能与番茄红素抑制EPCs中p38 MAPK激活有关.
目的 了解医院痰标本黏液型铜绿假单胞菌的分离及耐药性,为临床抗感染治疗提供依据.方法 对2011年1月-2012年6月医院各病区及门诊送检合格的痰液标本1 947份进行分离鉴定,采用法国生物梅里埃公司VITEK-2系统进行细菌鉴定,用K-B法进行药敏试验,采用SPSS19.0统计软件对数据进行统计分析.结果 1 947份痰标本分离出铜绿假单胞菌292株,其中黏液型铜绿单胞菌60株,分离率为3.08%,占20.55%;黏液型铜绿假单胞菌对阿米卡星、哌拉西林、头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、氨曲南、美罗培南、替卡西林、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、亚胺培南的耐药率为0~10.00%,均比非黏液型铜绿假单胞菌(17.24%~48.27%)低(P<0.05).结论 黏液型铜绿假单胞菌体外药物敏感试验耐药性较弱,分离鉴定后结果及时报告临床,并提示临床医师这类菌株有可能形成生物膜,治疗要考虑生物膜因素.
Objective To investigate the relationship of urinary liver-type fatty-acid binding protein and progression of ne-phropathy in diabetic patients .Methods A total of 132 cases of type 1 and type 2 diabetic patients were recruited in this study , and were divided into four groups based on the urine albumin /creatinine and serum creatinine levels , including normal albuminuria group ( n =45), microalbuminuria group ( n =36), clinical albuminuria group ( n =30), and renal failure group ( n =21), Additional 65 healthy subjects were recruited as control group .The levels of urinary liver-type fatty-acid binding protein ( L-FABP) were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and serum creatinine, urine creatinine, Liver function, hemoglobin, glycated he-moglobin (HbA1c), albumin (Alb), and 24h urinary protein were measured by respective biochemical or immunological methods . Results With the progression of diabetic nephropathy , the level of urinary L-FABP was gradually increased ( P <0.01 ) , subgroup analysis showed that the level of urine L-FABP of normal albuminuria group was significantly higher than that of healthy group ( P <0.05 ) .The level of urine L-FABP of microalbuminuria group was significantly higher than that of normal albuminuria group ( P <0.01 ) .The level of urine L-FABP of clinical albuminuria group was significantly higher than that of microalbuminuria group ( P <0.01 ) .The level of urine L-FABP of renal failure group was significantly higher than that of clinical albuminuria group ( P <0.01 ) . The levels of urinary L-FABP was negatively correlated with estimated glomerular filtration rate ( eGFR) ( r =-0.812 , P <0.01 ) , was positively correlated with Scr ( r =0.901, P <0.01), and was no correlation with HbA1c ( P >0.05).Conclusions The uri-nary L-FABP level can predict the occurrence of early diabetic nephropathy , and also monitor the progression of diabetic nephropathy .
Objective To investigate the reticulocytes platelet changes and significance in chronic liver disease combined thrombocytopenia.Methods The IPF% and IPF absolute value of 117 patients with chronic liver disease,47 patients with ITP and 89 cases of normal control were measured by the XE-5000 automated hematology analyzer.The chronic liver disease group was divided into chronic liver disease associated with normal platelets group and chronic liver disease associated with thrombocytopenia group.Results The IPF% median of chronic liver disease associated with thrombocytopenia group was higher than that of the normal control group(P<0.01) and the chronic liver disease associated with the platelet normal group(P<0.01),and was lower than that of the ITP group(P<0.01).The IPF% median of ITP group and chronic liver disease associated with normal platelet group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The IPF absolute value median of chronic liver disease associated with thrombocytopenia group and the ITP group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference of IPF absolute value between the chronic liver disease group and the normal control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The reticulated platelets can reflect bone marrow megakaryocytes to produce platelets in chronic liver disease associated with thrombocytopenia,and it is helpful for diagnosing the causes of thrombocytopenia in chronic liver disease.
目的探讨五味消毒饮对甲氧西林耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)临床株生物膜形成及抗菌活性的影响。方法用溴化乙啶吞噬作为细胞膜通透性指示剂评价五味消毒饮对MRSA细菌细胞膜的作用效果;在0、50、100mg/mL3个不同质量浓度五味消毒饮与M-H琼脂混合培养基上用K-B法检测MRSA对不同抗菌药物的抑菌环直径。结果含五味消毒饮生物膜培养液其荧光强度不同程度增强;MRSA敏感的抗菌药物在含五味消毒饮的培养基中比不含五味消毒饮的培养基中抑菌圈直径比不同程度增大,MRSA耐药的抗菌药物抑菌圈直径未发生改变。结论五味消毒能在一定程度抑制细菌生物膜的形成,并可能是通过改变细菌细胞膜通透性而影响细菌对抗菌药物的敏感性。
