目的:探讨健康教育方式对高血压患者健康知识及治疗依从性的影响。方法:将100例高血压患者(其中,冠心病27例,脑梗死46例,高血压病无冠心病、脑梗死等并发症患者27例)随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理及健康教育,实验组给予强化的健康教育及行为干预。结果:实验组比对照组高血压相关知识掌握情况明显提高,并且实验组明显高于对照组;实验组患者依从性情况明显高于对照组。结论:强化的健康教育及行为干预能有效提高患者治疗依从性。

Objective:To solve the problem of pressure sore of bedridden patients so that the treatment program could be smoothly fulfilled.Methods:A study was conducted on 40 patients suffering from pressure sore and nursed dialectically by using the theories of TCM(traditional Chinese medicine) in contrast with 40 pressure sore patients nursed conventionally.Results:There existed a high significance(P0.001) between the dialectically nursed group of patients and the conventionally nursed group.Conclusion:The principle of treating the same disease with different method was stressed in the dialectical nursing,and clinically the effect of nursing the same disease with different method was achieved.The compliance of the patients was improved and the treatment program was smoothly fulfilled,and the cooperation and understanding between the patients and the nurses were enhanced.

Objective:To explore the influence of mental intervention for nurses in order to promote skills of nurses and provide the basis for the effective use of social support.Methods:Applied social support revalued scale and simple coping ways questionnaire to 40 nurses to track measurement and analysis.Results:With regard to the influence of mental intervention for nurses coping ways and social support,methods and forms needed to be explored.Conclusion:Mental intervention would encourage nurses to take an active coping strategy and use of social support effectively.

Objective:To investigate risk factors and relative knowledge of paralytics and their sibs about apoplexy,and understand their demands of health education.Methods:A questionnaire was used to investigate the degree and content of patients and their sibs' demands for health education.Results:The results of investigationshowed that paralytics and their sibs are much less informed about health knowledge,especially devoid of dangerous factors of apoplexy and rehabilitation therapy.Conclusion:Health education is indispensable for paralytic therapy.

Objective To learn the family member's psychological hygiene situation in diagnosed cancer patient's family. Methods Adopt the SCL-90, SAS, SDC and self-made common situation investigation table to carry out the investigation of the family member's psychological hygiene situation in 63 cancer patient's families and compare results with the common model at home. Results The occurrence rate of family member's psychological problem in cancer patient's family is 100%, the type of serious psychological problem is forced, the relationship between persons is depression, anxiety and terror, and the occurrence rate of anxiety and depression above intermediate degree is 20.36% and 14.29% respectively. Conclusion The family member's psychological problem in cancer patient's family is serious, and they need psychology interference and health education.
