通过省级化学实验教学示范中心的建设,在深化实验教学改革,创新实验教学体系,培养创新型人才等方面进行了全方位的探讨.采用改革实验内容、网络信息化管理、开放实验室、创新队伍建设等措施,建立了一套科学化、规范化、信息化、全面开放、高度共享、不断创新的实验教学管理模式,形成以学生为主体,教师为主导,注重培养学生实验技能、科学研究能力和创新能力的实验教学体系,有利于激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的综合实践能力,全面提高实验教学质量,培养高素质的创新人才.
近年来,西安交通大学化学实验中心在大型仪器设备安全有效使用方面做了一些有益的探索和实践.从提高技术人员的业务素质,开设安全课程,开展岗前培训和组织技术讲座等方面为仪器的安全使用提供了保障.通过建设共享平台,开展开放性实验,加强学院间、校间及校企间合作交流等途径有效提高了仪器的使用率.为解决大型仪器设备使用过程中存在的使用率低和损坏率高的问题提供了可行的思路.
This paper explores how to improve the utilization ratio of instruments,and constructs a mechanism for all-weather open use in our university,that is scientific management,sharing resources.online booking,training assessment,independent operation and opening use,which can play an important role in personnel training and scientific research,and yield the greatest benefit on instruments.
Various measures,including carefully choosing experiment contents,playing teachers' leading role and collecting feedback information,were taken in our teaching process to innovate the teaching of analytical chemistry experiments.Practice has proved that the measures mentioned above are effective both in inspiring students' interest in experiments and in cultivating their creative ability.
A new type of spherical cellulose-ZrO2 matrix was prepared by wrapping ultra-fine ZrO2 particles with cellulose pulp.The optimum process conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments.The properties of the composite spherical cellulose were comprehensively studied.The results indicates the spherical cellulose prepared with this method has 82% of the moisture content,most particle size ranges from 90 μm~200 μm with a great specific surface area of 159.4 m2/g.Moreover,the product has satisfactory resistant ability to acid and alkali. And it also indicates that the use of ultra-fine ZrO2 particles is of benefit to the activation reaction by epichlorohydrin,restrains the swelling effectively and strengthens mechanical intensity of the matrix.
OBJECTIVE:A new method was established to determine the formononetin content in Trifoblium pratense L.METHODS:Effects of fluorescence intensity, as well as its precision, repetition and recovery efficency were studied.RESULTS:The linear relationship was y = 1440 x -0.263, r = 0.999, the detection limit was 1.50 x 10(-9) mol/L, the relative deviation between this method and HPLC method was 1.65%.CONCLUSION:The study indicated that this method was viable, and could be used in both scientific research and industrial production.

By using dithiolate oxido system on some condition, we can get poly(diallyldimethylamoniumchloride)(PDADMAC), which is a versatile ionic functional polymeric material. It can be used on medical biological technology as a biological polymeric material and forms complex with bovine serum albumen(BSA). Ultraviolet absorption spectrum is used to measure the ratios of polymer and bovine serum albumen in the complex. In some environment, we also get the knowledge of the affection of pH values and ionic consistency to the complex.
