奶水牛以其耐粗饲、耐湿热、疫病少和奶质优等优点正逐步受到养殖场(户)欢迎,在我国南方养殖规模已达10万头,主要集中在广西、广东、云南、湖北和四川等地区,已成为了南方的特色产业.但目前,奶水牛产业发展不够理想,规模数量已多年徘徊不前,原因有多种,其中机械挤奶普及率低是主要因素之一,必须加以重视和正确引导.
试验研究了在饲粮中添加不同水平的富硒酵母对泌乳水牛的泌乳性能、乳成分、体细胞和乳硒含量的影响.试验选择16头尼里拉菲水牛,随机分为4组.对照组、试验1组、试验2组、试验3组分别在饲粮中添加0、0.30、0.45、0.60 mg/kg DM的富硒酵母,试验期为61d,预饲期为7d,正式试验期为54d.结果 表明:饲粮中添加酵母硒对水牛乳的乳蛋白、脂肪、乳糖、非脂固形物无显著影响(P>0.05),整个试验期体细胞数正常;随着酵母硒添加量的增加,水牛乳乳硒的含量也随之增加.富硒酵母添加量为0.60 mg/kg DM时水牛乳中的乳硒含量最高,达到30.83 μg/L.
陆眠宁是一种广泛应用于各种动物临床手术的麻醉药,但未见用于奶水牛麻醉的报道.为了探索陆眠宁对奶水牛的麻醉效果,以0.2~2.0 mL/头的剂量用陆眠宁对8头奶水牛进行麻醉观察,大多数奶水牛在给药后5~15 min进入麻醉状态,麻醉期一般可维持2~4 h.在麻醉期内其他工作完成后,静脉注射2 mL肾上腺素或等量的速醒灵可在10~40 min内达到苏醒效果.通过利用陆眠宁在奶水牛麻醉效果使用,结果表明陆眠宁具有操作简便、用药量少、麻醉效果好、麻醉时间长、安全有效等优点,可在水牛麻醉手术中推广应用.
为了研究全混合日粮(TMR)对后备母水牛生长发育的影响,选择78头广西沼泽型水牛×摩拉×尼里-拉菲、摩拉和尼里-拉菲作为试验对象,试验Ⅰ 40头15 ~20月龄的后备母水牛,试验Ⅱ38头10~14月龄的后备母水牛,将试验Ⅰ和试验Ⅱ的试验牛随机平均分成2组,一组为对照组(传统饲养),另一组为试验组(TMR饲养),两个试验日粮相同,饲养管理相同,预试期30 d,正试期30 d,试验前和试验结束时分别测定各试验牛体重和体尺指标.结果表明:1)采用TMR技术饲养的15~20月龄和10~14月龄后备母水牛平均日增重分别为0.73 kg和0.87 kg,比相应对照组的平均日增重分别提高了14.06%和11.54%,但差异不显著(P>0.05);2)采用TMR技术对15~20月龄和10~14月龄后备母水牛的各项体尺指标均无显著影响(P>0.05),但试验组与相应对照组相比,日增体高、日增十字部高、日增腹围均有不同程度提高,日增胸围、日增尻宽相同.可见采用TMR技术饲喂15~20月龄和10~14月龄后备母水牛,有提高后备母水牛日增重和体尺的趋势.
试验旨在研究添喂植物甾醇对泌乳水牛产奶量及乳品质的影响.选择年龄、胎次、泌乳量基本一致的泌乳中期健康成年水牛24头,随机分为3个组.对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1、2组在对照组的基础上每头每天分别添喂3、5 g的植物甾醇(含植物甾醇≥15%).结果表明:添喂植物甾醇可延缓泌乳中期奶水牛产奶量的下降幅度,延缓幅度分别为14.29%和28.57%;添喂植物甾醇可提高水牛乳中乳蛋白及非脂乳固体的含量,与对照组相比,试验1组乳蛋白率和非脂乳固体率分别提高了4.45%和2.15%(P>0.05),试验2组则分别提高了5.39%和1.17%(P>0.05),而其它成分基本不变;添喂植物甾醇泌乳水牛每个泌乳期可增收550元.综上所述,植物甾醇可延缓泌乳中期奶水牛产奶量的降低幅度,从而提高产奶量,并可提高乳的品质.
The objective of this study was to investigate the potential for swamp buffalo raised as meat-providing animals.Six cattle and six swamp water buffalo in Guangxi region were selected for the meat quality analysis,respectively.The results showed that beef color scores of longissimus dorsi and beef tenderloin in water buffaloes were higher than in cattle(p < 0.05),though beef marbling,L*,a* and b* value of longissimus dorsi and beef tenderloin were not different between water buffaloes and cattle.Dry matter,protein and calcium percentage of longissimus dorsi in water buffalo were lower than in cattle(p < 0.05).pH of beef tenderloin in water buffalo lower than in cattle(p < 0.05),but there was no difference in longissimus dorsi between water buffalo and cattle(p > 0.05).All cooked meat percentage of longissimus dorsi and beef tenderloin in water buffalo and cattle were above 63%,even there were not statistically significant between water buffalo and cattle(p > 0.05).All fatty acids percentage of beef tenderloin showed no difference between water buffalo(p > 0.05)and cattle except that myristic acid of beef tenderloin in water buffalo was lower than in cattle (p < 0.05).Myristic acid,palmitic acid,linoleic acid concentration of longissimus dorsi in water buffalo were lower than in cattle (p < 0.05).However,stearic acid,oleic acid and linolenic acid concentration of longissimus dorsi in water buffalo were higher than in cattle(p < 0.05).Oleic acid percentage was the highest fatty acid both for longissimus dorsi and beef tenderloin in water buffalo and cattle.In conclusion,the beef color of longissimus dorsi and beef tenderloin in water buffalo was dark red which darker than in cattle.Most nutrient levels showed no difference between water buffalo and cattle except dry matter,protein,calcium,myristic acid,palmitic acid,linoleic acid (higher in cattle) stearic acid,oleic acid and linolenic acid percentage (higher in water buffalo).Water buffalo has the potential for meat-providing animals which similar to the cattle.
中国水牛资源丰富,在我国南方的畜牧业中水牛占有相当重要的地位。与普通牛奶相比,水牛奶营养价值高、香甜可口、风味独特,越来越受各地民众的欢迎。当前水牛奶业已发展成为世界各国乳业加工的热点,是不少地方农民增收致富的一大产业。奶水牛犊牛阶段的培育,是水牛奶产业中极为重要的一环,其培育结果的好坏将直接影响成年牛的体型结构和生产性能。因此,做好新生水牛犊的饲养管理与常见疾病防治工作,是发展水牛养殖业与奶业的基础。以下是笔者总结的几项技术措施,以供参考。
The invention discloses a feedstuff capable of improving an anti-oxidation function of a buffalo. 100 to 200 g/d vitamin E-containing cannabis oil is added on the basis of the conventional buffalo feedstuff, and the vitamin E-containing cannabis oil is obtained by adding 1.5 grams of vitamin E into every kilogram of cannabis oil. The feedstuff has the benefit that a feedstuff formula with balanced nutrition and high palatability and capable of remarkably improving the anti-oxidation function of the buffalo is provided.
为验证白酒糟替代部分能量蛋白类饲料对奶水牛的泌乳性能及乳品质的影响。试验选取24头泌乳中期奶水牛,随机分成2个试验组(精料中分别添加15%和30%的白酒糟)和1个对照组,每组8头,试验期40天(其中预试期10天)。试验结果,与试验前相比,试验期间对照组与试验组的产奶量均有所下降,且随着替代量的增加,产奶量的下降幅度亦随着增大,但差异不显著( p>0.05);试验组与对照组间的乳成分差异不显著(p>0.05),但总体品质有所下降,且下降幅度随替代量的加大而有所增大。结论:奶水牛精饲料中添喂白酒糟虽对乳品质有所降低,但对乳的产量及乳品质的影响均不显著(p>0.05),白酒糟可替代部分能量蛋白饲料应用于奶水牛饲养,但替代量不宜过大,应控制在15%左右。
以水牛奶为主要原料,研制保加利亚黄奶酪(Yellow cheese)。通过使用不同的菌种、添加物的不同水平及其组合的试验研究,结果表明使用酸奶菌种TCC-3或使用TCC-3与干酪菌种TA-071的混合菌种来生产较好;添加物的用量以0.02g/L凝乳酶和1.5%的菌种为好;由于水牛奶含钙量高,可以满足凝乳的需要,外源钙可以不添加。
广西现存栏水牛418万头,2005年杂交改良本地水牛约39万头,是我国水牛存栏数量最多及杂交改良做得最好的省份,挤奶利用头数也逐年增加.近年来,随着广西奶水牛养殖业的不断发展,奶水牛数量的不断增加,各地涌现了不少奶水牛养殖小区,对水牛奶业的发展起到了示范和推动的作用.
