By analyzing the influencing factors of wind load, taking the 110kV transmission tower in Zhongshan area as an example, a new wind resistance reinforcement scheme is designed for the tower. Taking the steel structure reinforcement scheme as an example, the reinforcement effect of the new "exoskeleton" reinforcement scheme is analyzed, and different material wind resistance reinforcement schemes are comprehensively analyzed to improve the safety of the tower.
Through the comparative analysis of the site selection, battery, fire protection and cold cut system of the energy storage station, we put forward the recommended design scheme of MW-class containerized, and carried out the design of battery, energy storage inverter (PCS), cold cut and fire protection system scheme of the energy storage station system as an example of a 50MW electrochemical energy storage station in Jingmen City, Hubei Province, China, which provided the basis for the engineering construction.
Energy storage technology is a key link in the future energy system. Pumped storage power stations and electrochemical energy storage power stations, as concrete examples of energy storage technology, are the trend of future technological development. How to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the two provides a reference for selecting feasible solutions in feasibility studies. This article uses the improved Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of two energy storage schemes for pumped storage power plants. Based on the coupling relationship between indicators at all levels, a comprehensive AHP evaluation model with three levels of scale is established for pumped storage power plants. The “sum product method” is used to calculate the weights of indicators at all levels; Establish a fuzzy relationship discrimination matrix for each factor based on fuzzy mathematics theory, calculate the evaluation vectors for each matrix, and ultimately obtain the indicator scores and overall scores for each scheme. The comprehensive evaluation results show that the overall score of the electrochemical energy storage power station scheme is 76.12 points, slightly higher than the 75.83 points of pumped storage. It has advantages in economic benefits and environmental protection. With the continuous change of energy storage technology, this gap will continue to widen. This analysis mode and research results not only have reference value for the optimization and comprehensive evaluation of pumping storage power stations, but also provide ideas for solving other similar complex practical problems.
利用ArcGIS核密度分析法,对湖北省国家湿地公园发展现状和空间分布特征进行了分析.结果 表明:①湖北省湿地资源极其丰富,对国家湿地公园的申报积极性也较高,已获批建设66家国家湿地公园,其数量居全国第3.②湖北省17个地市中,黄冈、宜昌的国家湿地公园数量最多,分别为9个和8个,武汉、荆州、襄阳、咸宁、十堰并列第三,数量均为6个,这些地市的国家湿地公园总数达全省的71.21%;鄂州没有湿地公园分布,神农架、恩施、仙桃、天门、潜江国家湿地公园数量均为1.③湖北省国家湿地公园具有较明显的空间集聚特性,在武汉长江形成全省唯一的高密度热点区域,在襄阳汉江、荆门漳河、咸宁陆水湖、黄冈赤龙湖形成4个中密度热点区域,而恩施地区核密度极低.④恩施水资源丰富,国家湿地公园建设还有较大发展的空间.
2018年4~8月在烟台市福山门楼镇东陌堂村和青岛农业大学胶州实验基地苹果园释放不同密度金纹细蛾信息素,研究迷向法防治金纹细蛾的技术和方法.结果表明,在烟台市每公顷施用信息素散发器1 500粒/hm2、4 500粒/hm2、9 000粒/hm2的区域,对金纹细蛾的平均迷向率分别达到71.2%、82.4%、89.6%,叶片平均被害率分别为14.51%、9.53%和3.11%,防治效果分别为49.05%、66.54%、89.08%.在青岛市果园通过进一步降低释放密度,明确迷向效果,发现施用750粒/hm2信息素时,虽然金纹细蛾发生数量低于对照区,但迷向效果较差.综合防治费用与防治效果,建议按照4 500粒/hm2(2.57 g/hm2)释放性信息素迷向防治金纹细蛾.
Taking Baihetan—Jiangsu ±800kV UHVDC power transmission project as an example, the influence of tower foundation on land-use types and functions were predicted using ArcGIS platform and eCognition Developer. Through the construction of land-use transfer matrix analysis, the change of land-use transfer situation and structure were discussed. Our results showed that the forest transfer intensities ( R T ) of Tangya River Scenic spot and Three Gorges Scenic area were 0.64 and 1.49 respectively, the R T of bushes and grasses in Tangya River Scenic spot and Three Gorges Scenic area were 1.01 and 0.37. The R T of forest, bushes and grasses were both not high. The permanent occupation area of project was all transferred into building land, the construction land dynamics degrees ( K T ) of Tangya River Scenic spot and Three Gorges Scenic area were +0.40% and +0.031% respectively, which were both low. Thus we drew a conclusion that the project construction would have a slight impact on land use pattern and function and would not affect the overall ecological function and structure of landscape and famous scenery.
针对三相永磁同步电机驱动系统中的位置/速度传感器和电流传感器开路故障问题,提出基于滑模观测器的故障检测与系统容错方法.通过建立系统的滑模观测器模型,获得系统输出电流与速度信号的预测值,利用预测值与系统实际输出值的残差分析并检测系统的传感器故障,在故障被检测的情况下,针对电流传感器,提出了一种V/f控制算法以实现故障情况下系统的平滑切换;针对位置/速度传感器,提出一种反电动势直接计算法以实现故障情况下系统的平滑切换,实验结果表明:所提出的算法能够在线检测故障并实现故障前后系统平滑切换与容错控制.
工程水土保持管理工作是提高工程建设质量,充分发挥出工程投资效益的重要内容.根据国家发改委、水利部颁布的各项工程水土保持管理规定,制定科学的管理措施,积极应用新技术是电力企业对输变电工程水土保持管理工作的重要内容.本文主要围绕输变电工程水土保持管理议题进行探讨,首先概述了输变电工程水土流失的特征,分析了输变电工程水土保持管理地措施,最后围绕卫星遥感技术和无人机遥感技术在输变电工程水土流失防治中的应用进行了论述,旨在推动输变电工程水土保持管理工作水平提升,更好地发挥出输变电工程项目的综合效益.
[目的]明确粗放管理的苹果园系统内金纹细蛾Lithocolletis ringoniella发生为害动态规律、其寄生蜂种类和对金纹细蛾的控害作用,为金纹细蛾生物防治提供理论依据.[方法]试验于2018年在烟台福山区管理粗放的苹果园内,通过系统调查和实验室解剖对金纹细蛾的发生及其寄生蜂种类进行调查.[结果]在粗放管理的苹果园系统内,5月中旬-6月中旬是金纹细蛾成虫发生的全年最高峰,幼虫发生的两个高峰期分别在5月底和6月中下旬,而田间叶片被害率在6月中旬以后明显升高,7月初出现大量落叶.在自然生态系统下,共调查发现金纹细蛾姬小蜂Sympiesis laevifrons Kamijo、金纹细蛾绒茧蜂Apanteles theivorae、金纹细蛾跳小蜂Ageniaspis pestacsipes Rate、金纹细蛾羽角姬小蜂Eulopaus longulus Zett、柠黄姬小蜂Cirros-pilues ogimae (Howard)5种寄生蜂;在5月底至6月初和7月下旬出现2个寄生高峰,其中6月底以前,金纹细蛾姬小蜂、金纹细蛾绒茧蜂寄生率高,分别达到33.69%和29.48%,是优势种寄生蜂,7月份以后金纹细蛾跳小蜂是优势种寄生蜂,平均寄生率为38.54%,最高达71.72%.[结论]在粗放条件下,金纹细蛾寄生蜂自然寄生率高,不同时期优势种寄生蜂不同,应注意保护天敌,充分发挥寄生蜂对金纹细蛾的控害作用.
Two-level three-phase inverters are widely applied to industrial automation, utility systems, transportation and aerospace as motor drives and energy conversion for their high efficiency and outstanding control performance. Their reliability such as open-circuit fault had attracted considerable attention in the past decades because of performance reduce and high maintenance cost, however, no universal theory and methods had been proposed. Considering that the topology is extremely symmetrical and it is composed of the same semiconductor devices, such as semiconductor or diodes. In healthy condition with no open-circuit transistor in the topology, the topology is symmetric and three phase currents are similar, in faulty condition, the symmetry is broken and three phase currents are not similar again, similarity measurement algorithm based on residuals of current ordered-sequence Mannharden distance are proposed to detect and locate the open-circuit faults. Experimental results show high efficiency and merit of the proposed fault diagnosis method.
