Results of experimental studies are reported that made it possible to establish decrease in sensitivity and the development of toxicological tolerance (addiction) to the anti-tuberculosis drug “Isoniazid” repeatedly administered to laboratory animals in toxic doses and to determine growth rate of the toxicological tolerance development, maximum and average life expectancy, severity of seizures .
The article reports results of experimental chronic toxicological investigations into the anti-tuberculosis preparation ISONIAZID permitting to prove toxicity lowering at its administration in the evening time.
This experimental study established DL50 (mg/kg), the degree of toxicity, and a hazard class for 17 antituberculosis drugs (OAO «Farmasintez», Irkutsk). Experiments were performed on experimental biological models: albino outbred rats (n = 3 400) and mice (n = 3 400). The incorporation of pyridoxine hydrochloride into combined antituberculosis drugs was found to considerably decrease their toxicity.
The article provides information on the efficiency of thermal injury healing in animals (rabbits) under light therapy with «Bioptron», «Ricta», «Azor», 0KN-11M, BOP-4. An analysis has been done of the results of the morphological and planimetric research within 5-15 days after wounding. The factual data received have led to the conclusion that it is advisable to combine different physiotherapeutic practices in wound treatment. Synchronization of processes of an epitelization and maturing of granulyatsionny fabric allowed to recommend for appointment different lengths of waves of optical range in a certain sequence, beginning from ultra-violet beams of short, average range, then laser radiation of an infrared, red range, and also their combination, then to continue influence by the polarized light through standard periods (courses).
Last time in modern antitubercular preparations began to include pyridoxine hydrochloride. Therefore there was a need in preclinical research of the given medicinal forms in comparative aspect. With this purpose we has been lead comparative preclinical research of two medicinal forms: «Protubetam» and «Protubetam Â6» on biochemical parameters.
The paper presents the data on the impact of the most possible concentrations of fluogermanate (GeF4) in the air of a working area with a pencil-beam irritant acting the respiratory organs and those obtained from chronic experiments. The most possible concentration is 0.2 mg/m3 (Class II hazard).
The article presents the results of research of liver morphological changes at the ethyl and propyl alcohol, glycol and their mixture acute poisoning. We ascertained that liver morphological changes at the acute poisoning with some substances and their mix distinctly differ. The mix of substances intensifies toxic injury that result in larger amount of animals' deaths and in deeper injuries of liver parenchyma right up to extensive necrosis. The morphological picture of liver at the poisoning with mix of substances compared the same at the CCI4 poisoning.
In this article the materials of researches of toxic influence of dicyclopentadiene on laboratory animals are presented. The aim is the revealings of features of the mechanism of its toxic action for further use in a scientific substantiation ofhygienic specifications in objects of an environment. The basic parts of biochemical damages are revealed on the level NaK of balance with displays of functional shifts on hygienic significant sizes of dozes and concentration.
Alteration character of metabolic state of rat peripheral blood leucocytes has been assessed, in inhalation exposure to germanium tetrafluoride (GeF4) in concentrations 5 mg/m3 and 10 mg/m3. The activities of alkaline phosphatase, myeloperoxidase, lactate dehydrogenase, acidic phosphatase and lysosomal cation protein content were determined. 1, 3 and 4 months after starting intoxications using cytochemical methods. Leucocyte response included, the decrease in the levels of alkaline phosphatase and. myeloperoxidase at the initial exposure period, with a following activation of these enzymes and with a previous decrease in intracellular cation protein contents. Lactate dehydrogenase and acidic phosphatase activities were found to be continually low during the experiment performed
