By the influence of the gradually decreasing number of candidates year by year and the increasing number of the higher colleges and its enrollment expansion,the problem of students resource crisis grows.The crisis will not only bring the continuous decline of the comprehensive quality of students in private higher colleges,the relative increase in the cost of run-ning colleges and will speed up the survival of the fittest in private colleges.The development of private higher Colleges should constantly seek the method and strategy to deal with the students resource crisis from strengthen the connotation construction, establish their own brands,widening the source channel and improving the employment competitiveness of graduates and so on.

本文从四个方面分析了民办高校管理方面可能产生的风险,并提出了相对的防范意见,希望可以为民办高校有效预防管理方面可能出现的风险,实施可持续发展提供一定的参考.
