从人的安全行为和物的安全状态两维度构建安全绩效测量指标体系,测算安全绩效,并采用三阶段数据包络分析(DEA)方法,在控制环境因素及随机误差的基础上,测度了2017年广东省各地市商业企业物流安全投入效率.研究发现,各地市烟草商业企业物流安全投入效率差异较大,且安全管理水平较低的地市往往规模效率也相对低下.环境因素对安全投入效率存在明显影响,其中物流基础设施水平和员工素质对安全投入效率产生正向作用,而车辆使用年限对效率有显著负向作用.研究结论为烟草商业企业提升安全投入效率提供了启示.
A four-layer structure model of logistics management integrated with TRIZ was constructed to address issues such as lack of system improvement tools. Five general parameters for describing lean improvement conflict were presented, and conflict matrix was used to realize lean improvement tool. Tobacco company, code named A, was taken as an example, and its logistics service was improved to validate effectiveness of the model. It was concluded that the model can improve efficiency and upgrade lean management.
针对U型轨道式堆垛机自动化立体仓库复合出入库作业调度,提出采用集中巷道作业、优化出入库调度的策略.首先,建立了改进的指派问题优化模型以减少堆垛机在U型弯道处的行走次数及作业时间;接着,指出采用匈牙利算法求解改进的指派问题模型;最后,建立了eM-Plant仿真模型进行仿真验证,仿真结果表明,与动态规划优化策略相比,采用提出的策略更能减少堆垛机工作时间,降低堆垛机的空载率,同时出入库台的堵塞率也能得到一定程度的降低.
In this paper, on the basis of the panel data of 52 logistics enterprises in China for the period between 2005 and 2011, we analyzed empirically the relationship between the market structure, efficiency and performance of the logistics industry and its sub-sectors in China, compared the finding with the relevant theoretical hypotheses, and at the end, proposed the corresponding suggestions to improve the performance of the logistics industry.
Considering a two-echelon supply chain consisting of a risk-neutral supplier and a downside-risk-averse retailer,a Stackelberg game model in which supplier is a leader is established with buyback contract,and the equilibrium solutions are gained.The influence of the retailer's downside-risk value on Stackelberg game decision is discussed.The study shows that when retailer's target profit is big,the buyback contract mechanism with downside-risk constrain is no longer effective,and the bigger the target profit is,the smaller supplier and retailer's profit is,the findings are illustrated by a numerical example.
We construct a two-level dual-sourcing supply chain model in traditional supply chains and B2B electronic markets,where traditional supply chains are susceptible to disruption risks.The different procurement models are compared and the analytical conditions of optimal procurement strategies are obtained.We also analyze the effects of disruption probability and market liquidity on procurement strategies.The results of our analysis show that significant profit improvement can be achieved in B2B electronic markets and the third-party B2B markets procurement model is the best.
To study the problem of conflict between the temperature controlled cost and the profit,a combined contract named buyback with sale rebate and punish(BSRP) was proposed.The combined contract is based on Newsvendor model in the condition of supplier-distributer channel and taking the temperature controlled cost into account.The results show that under the combined contract,the members in decentralized supply chain can behave as well as the integrated one.Besides,both supplier’s and distributer’s profit is affected by the sales target.Then using the bargaining model,the paper proves that there exist effective sale target values that can make both parties’ profit increase.And by Arrhenius equation,the paper finds that distributer is willing to lower the temperature,have products in better condition.

This paper analyzed the disruptions which were caused by disruptions in the supply chain operation,and established a two-echelon supply chain Stackelberg model which included one supplier and one retailer.The demand function was exponential,and the production cost was strictly convex function with two variables which included order quantity and some other disruption factors that impacted product cost.At last,this paper advanced the pricing strategies under different circumstances in the supply chain,and analyzed the results.The conclusions show that,under disruptions,the pricing and order strategy and the income of supply chains will be changed.A part of the cost which is brought by the disruptions will be transferred to consumers.Suppliers and retailers need to re-establish new contracts to operate supply chains smoothly.
This article discusses the key technologies of container terminal logistics system simulation based on Anylogic. After some fieldwork, data fitting and logistics process analysis, uses the Anylogic simulation technology on a port in the Pearl River Delta, to get the utilization rate of the berths. It provides the foundation and support to the terminal logistics process optimization in the future.
This article proposes a VMI operation mode from the perspective of third-party logistics, in which the operator is TPL. In the previous researches, TPL has always been taken as a supporter in the implementation of VMI. However, when TPL provider carries out VMI strategy for suppliers and manufacturers, VMI strategy will maximize its strengths and minimize weaknesses. In this article, the concept of VMI service mode will be detailed including the operation mode and basic working flow. Moreover, we will discuss the advantages of this mode compared with the traditional VMI model.
External environment changes(e.g.mass customization,shorter time-to-market and outsourcing) have made product inventory management an important topic.Economic order quantity model(EOQ) is a classic inventory management model that has been widely used to address inventory problems.Although EOQ is a useful model,its practical applications are less useful because the model has the assumption that product quality is perfect.In reality,production systems are not perfect and are susceptible to many uncertain factors,including natural disasters,damages or breakages in transit,and defective products.Therefore,the traditional ordering strategy based on EOQ is not effective at determining the optimal order point and order quality.This paper develops an inventory model for products which contain defects and backorders,and uses two methods to determine the optimal ordering strategy.First,we establish the expected total profit expression per unit time by the traditional method and obtain optimal solutions to project inventory problems.Second,we introduce the renewal reward process theory.The optimal reorder point and order quantity are determined according to the theory.The optimal ordering strategy and the expected total profit per unit time are different,but both of them can be reduced to the same equations as those of classical EOQ model.After comparing different ordering strategies computed by these two methods,we discuss the influence of parameters and variables on optimal ordering and backorder quantity.Traditional factors,such as holding costs per unit time and fixed ordering costs,can affect the optimal ordering quantity.In addition to these traditional factors,backorder costs per unit time,demand rate per unit time,random number of defect items and screening rates per unit time can also affect the optimal ordering quantity,thereby affecting the formulation of an optimal ordering strategy.Optimal ordering quantity computed by these two methods will decrease when backorder costs per unit time(b) increase.This finding is consistent as that of the classical EOQ model.Another finding based on the renewal reward process method also shows that optimal ordering quantity will decrease when the variance in random percentage of defective items(p) is increased.This finding confirms with that of Markowitz portfolio theory.A series of simulation experiments are performed based on numerical examples to validate some results.The influences of different E [p]and Var [p]on the results of traditional method and renewal reward theory method are investigated.This investigation is conducted based on the assumption that the random defective fraction of each lot(p) has a uniform distribution.These numerical simulation results show that,if employed by the traditional method,the expected total profit per unit time will decrease,and the optimal order quantity and the optimal shortage will increase when the average value is E [p].In contrast,if employed by the renewal reward theory method,the optimal order quantity will increase,but the optimal shortage and the expected total profit per unit time will decrease.A further investigation shows that if employed by the traditional method the expected total profit per unit time will increase when the variance value Var [p]and the optimal order quantity decrease,and the shortage remains unchanged.If employed by the renewal reward theory method,the optimal order quantity and the corresponding expected total profit per unit time will increase;however,optimal shortage will remain unchanged.All these findings indicate that the renewal reward method is more effective than the traditional method at predicting the expected total profit per unit time,but not at the optimal order quantity.The effects of holding cost and screening rate on the optimal order quantity,optimum shortage and expected total profit per unit time are analyzed.In conclusion,the proposed model possesses more practical value than the classical EOQ model because our model can address issues related to the random percentage of defective items.
This paper studies the coordination of a two-level supply chain facing stochastic demand which is dependent on both retail price and sales effort. Since single buy-back contract or sales rebate contract fails to coordinate such a supply chain, we combine the two types of classic contracts and create four new types of combined contracts. Then we respectively analyze the conditions that parameters of each combined contract should satisfy to achieve supply chain coordination. We prove that only partial buy-back and target rebate contract with reasonable parameters can coordinate the supply chain and allocate supply chain's profit arbitrarily by adjusting the parameters.
Considering the study of is concentrated in product supply chain,and the characteristics of service differs from product,such as intangibility,the paper proposed the possibility to study bullwhip effect by simulating product inventory as service capacity.Established the conception mode of LSSC,then proposed four root causes of bullwhip effect in LSSC.Structured the functions of cost and watting time in a three-stage LSSC based on the capacity allocation strategy between upstream and downstream.Used the simulation software Anylogic for empirical analysis and optimization.The result proves that bullwhip effect indeed exists in service supply chain,which causing the low capacity utilization and waste of resources.The experiment also shows the feasibility to study by simulating product inventory as service capacity.
This paper first reviews a traditional three-level supply chain with revenue sharing contract which can coordinate the entire supply chain, then studies a revenue sharing contract with consideration of the influence of order time with the profit maximization as its decision-making optimizing targets. Meanwhile, manufacturer, distributor, retailer and the whole supply chain's profit model have been established. We analyze the optimality and equilibrium of this model and demonstrate the availability of channel coordination in a three-level supply chain with revenue sharing contract. Finally, through numerical analysis we discuss the impact of the changes of ordering time, salvage value and the mean of market demand on the optimal order quantity and profit of the supply chain system.
A buyback contract between a upstream supplier and a downstream retailer in a two stages supply chain model with downside-risk control is designed and modeled, both of whom are risk-averse, and the retailer's risk aversion structure information is uncertainty for the supplier, who only have a prior probability distribution. The supplier's optimal contracts under full information and asymmetric information are derived and compared to investigate the impact of risk aversion and information asymmetry on supply chain performance. Accordingly, channel coordination would be proposed to achieve the optimal solutions of the system and new contracts are developed. Finally, an example verifies the effectiveness of the results.
Supply chain risk preference is the current research focus.When the former scholars studied the supply chain coordination strategies,most of them just took account of the situation that the supply chain members were risk neutral and did not consider the situations that the supply chain members were risk aversion or risk chasing.Based on the summarization of the previous studies,this paper establishes a supply chain model which includes one supplier and one retailer.Both the supplier and the retailer constitute a Stackelberg model.Under the condition of stochastic market demands,this paper uses supply chain return policy and buy back contract to study the supply chain coordination policy when one of the supply chain members is risk chasing and the other is risk neutral.And then this paper analyzes the result with the situation when supply chain members are risk-neutral.At last,this paper gets the supply chain coordination strategy under various risk attitudes portfolios and gets a conclusion that regardless of the risk preference of the supply chain members,when supplier adopts the supply chain return policy and buy back contract together,the supply chain can achieves coordination without changing the buyback price.

The general structure of the Multi-echelon inventory in cold-chain logistics is analyzed in this paper. It is divided into three levels: production cold storage, cold storage centers and sales cold storage, which is a confluence-branch structure. A Multi-echelon inventory model of cold-chain logistics on random demand is put forward. The objective of the model is to meet the marker demand as much as possible within the lowest cost of building and operating cold storages. In the case of random customer needs, each level of the cold-chain requires to decide the scale of cold storage according to the market demand cover rate, so as to avoid the cold storage vacancy that lead to a surplus of building costs and operating expenses.
Through formulating the production function of the logistics industry,the paper studies empirically and quantitatively the input-output relationship of the industry,uncovers the influence upon and contributions to the output of the industry in China by the different input factors from the year 1991 to 2008,and,based on the data obtained,divides the period into stages of initial take-off,rapid and stable growth,and fluctuant development,with the growth patterns of the three compared.Based on the findings,the paper holds that the logistics industry of China has yet to reach economy of scale and is still faced with imbalance between input and out and the task of constructing the logistics information and standards system and introducing and training logistics personnel of different levels in order to invigorate the industry.
