目的 探究晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)及其受体半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)与糖尿病肾病(DKD)的相关性及诊断价值.方法 选取2020年1月至2021年3月昆明医科大学第一附属医院收治的80例DKD患者为DKD组,选取同期60例原发性肾小球肾炎(PGN)患者为PGN组,30例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者为T2DM组,30例健康体检者为健康对照(NC)组,根据估算肾小球滤过率(eGFR)将DKD组分为G1~Gs期.回顾性收集四组研究对象的一般资料(性别、年龄)及实验室指标[血清尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、尿酸(UA)、空腹血糖(FPG)及尿白蛋白肌酐比(UACR)],计算eGFR,测定血清AGEs、Gal-3水平,分析比较四组患者及DKD组G1~G5期的上述研究资料水平,采用Spearman相关性分析及logistic回归分析探究上述指标与DKD的相关性及发生DKD的独立危险因素,绘制受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析血清AGEs和Gal-3单独及联合检测对DKD的诊断价值.结果 四组患者的血清AGEs、Gal-3水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DKD组的血清AGEs、Gal-3水平均高于PGN组、T2DM组及NC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).DKD组G1~G5期的血清AGEs、Gal-3水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);G1期的血清AGEs、Gal-3水平低于G3、G4、G5期,G2期的血清AGEs、Gal-3水平低于G5期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).DKD组的血清AGEs、Gal-3分别与BUN、SCr、UA、UACR呈正相关(P<0.05),与FPG、eGFR呈负相关(P<0.05);AGEs与Gal-3水平呈正相关(r=0.774,P<0.05).logistic回归分析显示,FPG(β=0.829,OR=2.290,95%CI=1.680~3.123)、AGEs(β=0.028,OR=1.029,95%CI=1.005~1.053)及 Gal-3(β=0.069,OR=1.071,95%CI=1.040~1.102)是 DKD 发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05).AGEs、Gal-3 单独用于诊断 DKD 的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.812及0.865,二者联合诊断的曲线下面积为0.870.结论 血清AGEs、Gal-3是DKD发生的独立危险因素且在DKD中高表达,随着肾功能减退逐渐升高,二者联合检测可提高DKD的诊断效能,具有较高的临床价值.
肾间质纤维化(renal interstitial fibrosis,RIF)是各种慢性进展性肾脏病发展为终末期肾病(end stage renal disease,ESRD)的主要病理基础及最终共同途径。缺氧被认为是肾间质纤维化过程中一个重要的微环境因素,而缺氧诱导因子(hypoxia-inducible factor,HIF)是调节氧代谢的关键因子。HIF-1α可以通过诱导细胞周期阻滞、上皮-间充质转化及与经典促纤维化信号通路串扰,从而调节纤维化过程。本文主要对HIF-1α与RIF间的关系及其作用机制进行综述,有助于进一步探讨靶向HIF-1α治疗RIF的可行性。
目的 初步探索POEM肌切开长度与临床治疗效果关系以及是否能运用术前X线食管造影、食管高分辨测压预测肌切开长度,为内镜医师选择肌切开长度提供参考.方法 回顾性分析2018年1月至2021年9月期间在昆明医科大学第二附属医院住院诊断为贲门失弛缓症接受POEM治疗的17例病例.根据肌切开长度分为A组(切开长度≥6 cm,n=11),B组(切开长度<6 cm,n=6),比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后相关并发症、住院时间、术后临床症状Eckard评分的差异.比较两组肌切开长度与X线食管造影所示狭窄长度、HRM所示LES长度的差异.结果 两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后相关并发症、住院时间、术后临床症状Eckard评分均无统计学差异(P>0.05).两组中肌切开长度与X线食管造影所示狭窄长度、HRM所示LES长度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组中有显著差异(P<0.01).结论 对于Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型贲门失弛缓症患者而言,较短的肌开术(<6 cm)的也能达到与较长肌切开术(≥6 cm)相似的临床效果.x线食管造影所示狭窄长度、HRM所测LES长度可以为POEM手术选择肌切开长度做出参考.
Background Patients with diabetic kidney disease (DKD) are more prone to anemia than those with non-diabetic kidney disease. Anemia quickens the progression of DKD, and is closely associated with cardiovascular disease and other complications. So studying the influencing factors of anemia in DKD is of great importance to the reduction of anemia incidence and the delaying of DKD progression. Objective To investigate the influencing factors of anemia in DKD. Methods Two hundred and fifty-four inpatients with DKD were selected from Department of Nephrology, First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2019 to September 2020. Data of them were retrospectively collected, including demographic information 〔gender, age, height, weight, blood pressure, duration of diabetes, calculated body mass index (BMI) , and smoke prevalence〕, and laboratory test indices 〔red blood cells (RBC) , serum hemoglobin (Hb) , total protein (TP) , albumin (ALB) , globulin (GLB) , alkaline phosphatase (ALP) , cholinesterase (CHE) , uric acid (SUA) , blood urea nitrogen (BUN) , creatinine (Scr) , cystatin C (Cys C) , retinol binding protein (RBP) , fasting plasma glucose (FPG) , calcium (Ca) , phosphorus (P) , magnesium (Mg) , zinc (Zn) , iron, unsaturatediron binding capacity (UIBC) , total iron binding capacity (TIBC) , ferritin, transferrin (TRF) , C-reactive protein (CRP) , and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) , glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) , UALB/CRE, 24-hour urine for microalbumin (24 h-mALB) , 24-hour urine for total protein (24 h-MTP) 〕 and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) . One hundred and sixteen cases were diagnosed with anemia, and 138 without (anemia was defined as serum Hb≤130 g/L for men, and ≤120 g/L for women) . Spearman rank correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to explore the factors associated with anemia in DKD. Results Compared with patients without anemia, those with anemia had higher systolic blood pressure, and longer duration of diabetes (P<0.05) . Moreover, anemia patients had lower levels of RBC, Hb, TP, ALB, GLB, CHE, eGFR, serum Ca, Zn, iron, UIBC, TIBC, ferritin, and TRF, and higher levels of BUN, Scr, Cys C, RBP, FPG, serum P, Mg, CRP, ESR, and HbA1c, UALB/CRE, 24 h-mALB, as well as 24 h-MTP (P<0.05) . Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that Hb was positively correlated with TP, ALB, CHE, eGFR, FPG, serum Zn, and iron, UIBC, TIBC, and ESR (P<0.05) and negatively correlated with SBP, duration of diabetes, BUN, Scr, serum Cys C, P, CRP, HbA1c, UALB/CRE, 24 h-mALB, and 24 h-MTP (P<0.05) . Multiple linear regression analysis showed that duration of diabetes (β=-0.060) , ALB (β=0.755) , CHE (β=1.512) , Zn (β=1.173) , and HbA1c (β=-5.766) in serum, and eGFR (β=0.341) were independently associated with serum Hb in DKD (P<0.05) . Conclusion Anemia in DKD may be associated with the duration of diabetes, serum levels of ALB, CHE, Zn and HbA1c, as well as eGFR. The above-mentioned influencing factors should be actively corrected to reduce the incidence of anemia and to improve the quality of life in DKD patients.
目的 探究miR-183通过对CAND1的调控机制影响前列腺癌的病理进程.方法 定量实时聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)检测前列腺癌患者及各株细胞系中miR-183表达量;观察前列腺癌患者临床病理特征及外周血中miR-183表达量;荧光素酶报告基因法分析miR-183与CAND1的调控机制;qRT-PCR及Western印迹检测miR-183与CAND1的调控作用;qRT-PCR检测CAND1在前列腺癌肿瘤组织中mRNA表达量;CCK8法、Transwell及流式细胞实验检测miR-183与CAND1的细胞增殖、迁移及周期S期相关性.结果 前列腺癌组织样本中miR-183表达量明显高于癌旁正常组织,前列腺癌细胞株(PC3、Tsu-Pr1、DU145、22RV1、LNCAP)的miR-183表达量明显均高于RWPE-1,不同Glcason评分、TNM分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移的患者比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);前列腺癌CAND1表达量明显低于癌旁正常组织,(PC3、Tsu-Pr1、DU145、22RV1、LNCAP)前列腺癌细胞株的CAND1表达量明显均低于RWPE-1,过表达miR-183抑制CAND1 mRNA和蛋白表达量,miR-183抑制物促进CAND1 mRNA和蛋白表达量(P<0.05);miR-183 mimic转染组PC3增殖、迁移及S期细胞数均明显升高,miR-183 mimic+CAND1转染组PC3增殖、迁移及S期细胞数均明显降低(P<0.05).结论 过表达miR-183能抑制CAND1而促进前列腺癌的发展,miR-183有可能成为前列腺癌诊断与预测的潜在生物标志物.
目的 探讨糖尿病肾脏疾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)患者红细胞分布宽度标准差(red blood cell distribution width-standard deviation,RDW-SD)、血小板/淋巴细胞比值(platelet to lymphocyte ratio,PLR)与左心室肥厚(left ventricular hypertrophy,LVH)之间潜在的联系.方法 选取2018年10月至2020年9月在昆明医科大学第一附属医院肾脏内科住院的符合临床DKD诊断标准的236例患者作为研究对象,采用彩色多普勒超声检测患者心脏结构改变,根据LVH诊断标准将研究对象分为非LVH组(125例)和LVH组(111例).比较两组患者一般资料和相关临床实验室指标,采用Spearman相关分析和多因素Logistic回归分析法研究DKD患者合并LVH的危险因素,绘制受试者工作曲线(receiver operating characteristic curve,ROC)分析RDW-SD及PLR对DKD患者LVH的预测价值.结果 相关性结果显示:血磷、尿酸、RDW-SD、PLR与左心室质量指数(left ventricular mass index,LVMI)呈正相关(r=0.187、0.149、0.332、0.445,P<0.05),淋巴细胞绝对值、总蛋白、三酰甘油、血钙、估算肾小球滤过率与LVMI呈负相关(r=-0.377、-0.175、-0.234、-0.245、-0.358,P<0.01).回归分析结果显示:RDW-SD>44%、PLR(per10)是DKD患者合并LVH的独立危险因素,OR值分别为2.417(95%CI 1.356~4.308,P=0.003)、1.190(95%CI 1.117~1.268,P<0.01).ROC曲线显示:RDW-SD、PLR、RDW-SD联合PLR是DKD患者合并LVH的预测因子(P<0.05),曲线下面积分别为0.777、0.804、0.826.结论 DKD患者RDW-SD、PLR水平的升高与LVH显著相关,二者联合可预测DKD患者合并LVH的风险,因此动态监测RDW-SD、PLR对DKD患者预防不良心血管事件的发生有一定临床指导价值.
Objective:To discuss the effect of rain classroom teaching pathway combined mind mapping method in the clinical teaching of urology.Methods:From July 2020 to July 2021, 40 five-year undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine who were experiencing internship training in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 20 in each according to their ID number. Experimental group were taught by rain classroom plus mind mapping method; control group were taught by classic teaching mode. Assessment and self-made questionnaire were used to evaluate the teaching effect. The results from two groups were analyzed by t test and the comparison of data from two groups was performed by χ2 test. Results:The scores of basic theory [(41.10 ± 4.46) vs.(37.65 ± 4.07)], medical record analysis [(22.28 ± 3.65) vs. (19.20 ± 2.88)] and total examination score [(80.95 ± 7.37) vs. (74.20 ± 6.24)] of the experimental group were all significantly higher than those of the control group (all P<0.05). The results of the questionnaire showed that scores in the experimental group are higher than that of control group in the following aspects: enhancing learning interest and initiative [(3.15±0.88) vs.(2.00±1.08)], improving learning atmosphere[(3.15±0.81) vs.(2.15±0.93)], improving learning efficiency [(3.00±0.79) vs.(1.80±1.20)], making knowledge visualization easier to understand and remember [(3.25±0.79) vs.(1.75±1.02)]and improving logical reasoning [(3.55±0.60) vs.(1.95±1.10)]. The difference were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusions:Application of rain classroom combined with mind mapping method in the clinical teaching of urology is helpful to promote students' mastery of knowledge and improve their learning ability.
目的 探讨乳腺动态对比增强磁共振成像(dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging,DCE-MRI)扫描背景实质强化(background parenchymal enhancement,BPE)程度与乳腺癌不同分子亚型间的相关性.材料与方法 回顾性分析2019~2020年在我院行乳腺磁共振检查患者的临床及影像学资料.选择DCE-MRI注射对比剂后第一期图像评价BPE.采用Spearman相关性检验比较BPE程度与临床各因素间的相关性;采用χ2检验比较BPE程度与乳腺癌不同分子亚型间、绝经与否的差异.结果 入组病例199例,包括Luminal A型32例,Luminal B型118例(其中HER-2阳性48例,HER-2阴性70例),HER-2过表达型24例,基底样型25例.BPE程度与患者年龄、体质量、体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)分层呈负相关(P<0.05);BPE程度与患者身高无显著相关性;BPE程度与患者绝经与否呈正相关(P<0.01),绝经患者BPE以极少或轻度强化为主,未绝经患者BPE以轻、中度强化为主,部分为重度强化,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).BPE程度与乳腺癌分子亚型存在相关性(P<0.05),但组间分析结果显示BPE程度在各分子亚型组间差异无统计学意义(P=0.162);将BPE程度合并后分为极少强化+轻度、中度+重度两组并观察组间差异,结果显示BPE程度在各分子亚型组间差异无统计学意义(P=0.298).结论 乳腺磁共振BPE程度与患者年龄、体质量、BMI、绝经与否具有相关性,BPE总体与乳腺癌分子亚型存在相关性,但分组后组间差异无统计学意义.
目的 探讨数字化乳腺断层融合X线摄影(DBT)、MRI及二者联合(DBT+ MRI)应用对乳腺疾病的诊断价值,对比三种影像检查方法的诊断效能.方法 搜集2019年6月至9月在本院经手术病理证实的乳腺疾病患者55例,共62个病灶,全部患者术前都行DBT和MRI两种检查.两名放射科医师依据乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS)对患者乳腺影像作出诊断分类,以病理诊断结果为金标准,评价DBT、MRI、DBT+ MRI对乳腺疾病诊断的准确率、敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及约登指数,并绘制受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析其诊断效能.结果 DBT的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.981 (0.955 ~1.000,P=0.000),MRI的AUC为0.966 (0.909 ~1.000,P=0.000),DBT+ MRI联合应用的AUC为0.987 (0.961 ~1.000,P=0.000).DBT诊断准确率90.3%、敏感度94.8%、特异度82.6%、阳性预测值90.2%、阴性预测值90.4%,约登指数为0.774.MRI诊断准确率93.5%、敏感度100%、特异度82.6%、阳性预测值90.7%、阴性预测值100%,约登指数为0.826.DBT+ MRI诊断准确率98.3%、敏感度100%、特异度95.6%、阳性预测值97.5%、阴性预测值100%,约登指数为0.956.结论 DBT+MRI联合应用对乳腺疾病的诊断效能最高,单独应用DBT的诊断效能略高于MRI,但差异无统计学意义.
目的 研究构建医学生教育活动体系推进三导向人才培养模式的方法.方法 将2018年6月—2019年6月期间,毕业的200名医学本科生作为研究对象,根据不同的人才培养模式分为两组:对照组100名,实施传统教学模式;观察组100名,实施三导向人才培养模式.对比两组的考研率及就业率,进行自我能力评价和三导向评分.结果 观察组考研率和就业率为34.00%、82.00%,对照组分别为31.00%、78.00%,组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05).观察组自我能力评价优良率为76.00%,明显高于对照组的54.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).相比于对照组,观察组在职业精神、执业能力、社会适应这三导向能力评分上更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在医学教学中,构建医学生教育活动体系推进三导向人才培养模式的应用效果显著,有助于提高医学生的自我评价能力和综合素养.
在"十一五"期间,我国针对加快高校教学改革问题明确提出了精品课程建设的设计,旨在将现代教育技术与现有的高校教学模式进行结合,加快高校教学方法改革与教学手段创新.该文主要通过对精品开放课程的模式、内容进行分析,归纳出更加科学、高效的教学模式.一方面,是为了提炼出高质量的高校教育教学新方法;另一方面,也是以此为契机,讨论当前的高校教学模式利弊,为日后的高校教学工程积累经验,提供可行的经验和指导.

贲门失弛缓症是一种特发性食管运动障碍,其主要的特征是食管体部正常蠕动消失和食管下端括约肌松弛不完全.目前的治疗方法只能缓解症状,但不能治愈疾病.POEM自问世以来,凭借其创新性、有效性、微创性已经成为治疗贲门失弛缓的一线治疗方式,POEM最大的优点在于肌切开长度是自由而可控的,可以根据实际情况调整切开的长度,因此,肌切开的长度自POEM用于临床开始一直是有争议的话题.
临床医学专业最需要的是应用型人才,要求学生毕业后可适应临床医学各个岗位,胜任各项工作.而对于临床医学专业应用型人才的培养,需结合临床医学专业人才培养状况,有侧重点地对人才培养模式完善、创新,为医学人才培养事业提供新的方向.该文对此提出具体的策略和建议.
结直肠癌的发病与许多危险因素有关,最近的研究表明细菌生物膜可能在结直肠癌发病过程中发挥着重要作用.生物膜是指附着在生物或非生物表面聚合物基质中的微生物群落聚合体,生物膜的形成可能通过增强细菌介导的基因毒性、增高宿主体内致癌代谢物及调节免疫炎症反应等机制促进结直肠癌发生及发展,细菌生物膜可以认为是健康和疾病的肠道之间的临界点.全文就近年来国内外关于细菌生物膜与结肠癌发生、发展研究的有关热点问题进行概述,为细菌生物膜相关研究和结肠癌的预防、诊断及治疗提供理论参考.
患者女,52岁,于4天前自行发现左乳肿物,约蚕豆大小,无红肿,偶伴刺痛,无乳头溢液,无头痛呕吐,无发热.专科检查:双乳位置、大小基本对称,乳晕区无色素沉着,无乳头内陷,无局部皮肤红肿、破溃,“橘皮征”(-),“酒窝征”(-).左乳12点钟方向可触及大小约1.6 cm×1.0 cm肿物,质韧,活动度尚可,表面光滑,边界清;右乳未触及明显肿物.双侧腋窝、锁骨上、颈部未触及明显肿大淋巴结. 超声检查:左乳12点钟方向实质低回声区,乳腺癌不除外,乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS) 4b类.
目的 评估基于深度学习的人工智能(AI)肺结节检测系统对影像实习生肺结节检出的敏感性和阅片时间的影响.方法 收集胸部CT平扫500例,比较A组(5名实习生)、B组(AI)、C组(5名实习生结合AI)对肺结节的检出率、假阳性率和平均阅片时间.结果 B、C两组的检出率相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组的检出率明显低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在不同位置结节检测方面,三组胸膜下结节检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组的外周性及中心性结节检出率明显低于B、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).对于不同大小结节的检测结果,三组大结节检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),B、C组中等结节及小结节检出率明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).B、C组平均阅片时间明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 AI能在短时间内有效检出肺结节,使用AI能显著提高实习生对肺结节检出的敏感性并缩短阅片时间.
目的 研究慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)患者血清中的缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factors-1α,HIF-1α)的表达情况,分析其与血清纤维化指标Ⅲ型前胶原氨基末端肽(typeⅢprocollagen amino terminal peptide,PⅢNP)、CKD患者临床指标的关系,探讨HIF-1α在CKD中的临床应用价值.方法 随机抽取63例CKD患者为研究对象,根据CKD分期对研究对象进行分组,CKD1~2期30例患者为A组,CKD3期17例患者为B组,CKD4~5期16例患者为C组,ELISA法检测入组患者血清中HIF-1α及PⅢNP的表达,同时收集入组患者的临床资料,包括姓名、性别、年龄、血常规、肝功能、肾功能、离子、24 h尿蛋白.结果 HIF-1α与PⅢNP、血肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)、血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-glutamyltranspeptidase,γ-GT)呈正相关(P<0.05),而与肾小球滤过率(glomerular filtration rate,GFR)、血红蛋白(hemoglobin,HB)、血钙呈负相关(P<0.05),与中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(neutropil-to-lymphocyte ratio,NLR)、血小板与淋巴细胞比值(platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio,PLR)、白蛋白(albumin,ALB)、血磷、24 h尿蛋白无相关性(P>0.05).结论 HIF-1α与血清纤维化指标PⅢNP、肾功能、CKD并发症相关,可能参与CKD疾病的进展,可作为评价CKD的指标之一.
目的 探讨PBL联合线上教学模式在医学影像诊断学见习教学中的应用效果.方法 选取昆明医科大学2016级医学影像技术学专业学生共91人为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组46人,试验组45人,对照组采用传统多媒体PPT的教学方法;试验组采用PBL联合线上教学方法.通过线上理论测评成绩、病例分析成绩、课后再检测成绩及问卷调查对两组学生的教学效果进行评价.结果 对照组与试验组的线上理论测评成绩分别为(90.21±3.50)分和(91.42±1.80)分(P<0.05);对照组与试验组的病例分析成绩分别为(88.93±4.06)分和(91.18±5.16)分(P<0.05);对照组与试验组的课后再检测成绩分别为(87.73±3.76)分和(92.97±2.53)分(P<0.05).另外试验组问卷调查结果显示PBL课堂联合线上教学模式提高了学生学习的自主性和积极性,通过同学与老师之间的互动和探讨,有利于知识点的巩固和拓展.结论 在医学影像诊断学中线上与线下混合式互动教学方法不仅能调动学生学习的积极性,更有利于培养学生的诊断思维和理论结合实践的能力,同时提高了教学质量.
AIM: To explore the correlation between corneal biomechanics and corneal densitometry.METHODS: Prospective study. Patients who examined before corneal refractive surgery in the Second People's Hospital of Yunnan Province from March 2019 to June 2019 were selected as research objects. Pentacam HR system was used to evaluate corneal densitometry. The corneal was divided into three areas around the corneal apex with diameters of 0-2mm, >2-6mm, >6-10mm,and the corneal thickness was divided into anterior, middle and posterior layers. The thinnest point thickness of cornea in Pentacam HR was selected to be included in the study. Corvis ST was used to measure the biomechanical parameters, including the first applanation length(AP1L)and applanation velocity(AP1V),the second applanation length(AP2L)and applanation velocity(AP2V),the highest concavity peak distance(PD),highest concavity radius(HCR)and deformation amplitude(DA). Pentacam & Corvis ST comprehensive diagnostic platform software was used to comprehensively analyze the examination results and obtain comprehensive corneal biomechanical parameters(CBI), as well as other independent parameters including stiffness parameters(SP), integrated radius(IR), Ambrosio relational thickness-horizontal(ARTh)and deformation amplitude ratio(DAR). Variance analysis was used for the difference of corneal densitometry in each region, the correlation between corneal biomechanical parameters and corneal densitometry was analyzed by Pearson or Spearman.RESULTS: The difference of optical density between different diameter ranges and different layers was statistically significant(F=35.101, P<0.01; F=1002.897, P<0.01), CBI was correlated with AP2L,AP2V,PD,DA,SP,IR,ARTh and DAR in the independent biomechanical parameters(rs= -0.502, P<0.01; rs=-0.457, P=0.001; rs=0.428, P=0.002; rs=0.539, P<0.01; rs=-0.687, P<0.01; rs=0.716, P<0.01; rs=-0.728, P<0.01; rs=0.750, P<0.01). CBI was positively correlated with optical density within the range of 0-2mm(r=0.343, P=0.015). The corneal densitometry within a range of 0-2mm is correlated with AP2L, IR, ARTH and DAR in independent biomechanical parameters(rs=-0.298, P=0.035; rs=0.368, P=0.009; rs=-0.419, P=0.002; rs=0.493, P<0.01).CONCLUSION: There is a correlation between corneal biomechanics and corneal densitometry in the central region of cornea, which has a more significant correlation with the biomechanics.
