盾构隧道穿越含气地层时,施工对地层的扰动易引发气体泄漏,气体易由盾构管片接缝处进入隧道内部,极易引发爆炸等灾害。依托穿越长江高压含气地层的苏通GIL综合管廊工程,较系统地研究了影响盾构管片接缝面气体泄漏的主要因素,并提出对应改进措施。通过接缝室内模型试验,分析了气压加载下接缝面气体泄漏的全过程,从而揭示了气体在不同泄漏阶段影响接缝面气密性的主要因素。建立了接缝数值模拟模型,研究了气压加载下,接缝面张开量、管片表面粗糙程度对接缝气密性能的影响。基于粗糙表面密封间隙气体流动的PC模型,建立了盾构管片接缝处气体泄漏率理论计算方法,并将计算结果与模型试验结果进行对比,证实了理论计算方法的可行性与适用性。最后,结合模型试验与理论计算方法,提出了降低接缝气体泄漏率的措施。
截至2019年,中国已成功投运多个特高压交流输变电工程,在广阔的三华(华北、华中、华东)地区已经初步建成特高压交流电网骨干网架.中国2004年底提出发展特高压输电技术,首个特高压交流输电工程——晋东南–南阳–荆门特高压交流试验示范工程于2009年1月投运,至今已陆续建成多个工程,经历了技术突破、规模化建设和完善提升3个阶段.依托工程实践,中国全面掌握了特高压交流输电从规划设计、设备制造、施工安装、调试试验到运行维护的全套核心技术,成功研制了代表国际电工装备制造最高水平的全套特高压交流设备,具备了国际上功能最全、试验参数水平最高的高电压、强电流试验能力,建立了特高压交流输电技术标准体系.该文从特高压交流工程设计、设备研制、施工建设和标准体系建设等方面介绍了中国特高压交流输电技术及其工程应用成果.

Dynamic characteristics of 1∶10 model of spring vibration isolated turbine-generator foundation are obtained from modal analysis of the random excitation method.Natural frequency and vibration mode of the structure are obtained from the test.Dynamic characteristics of prototype are obtained using the similarity theory.The experimental result is compared with the theoretical result of ANSYS and dynamic computation results of STARDYNE.The experimental result is in good agreement with that of the numberical analysis.

2011年9月27日,国家发改委核准了皖电东送淮南至上海特高压交流输电工程。自工程取得“路条”以来,公司各有关部门和单位超前准备,全力以赴、攻坚克难,稳步推进皖电东送工程各项建设准备工作。目前,工程关键技术深化研究取得重要成果,初步设计全面完成,特高压钢管塔应用获得重大突破,建没管理和现场施工准备就绪,基本具备开工条件。
The ±800 kV UHVDC transmission system now is the main project for the state grid corporation of China (SGCC) to fulfill the mission of delivering the clean hydropower from Southwest China to East China (the load center), and it is an essential part of China's national energy strategy of "West-East Power Transmission". In the process of design and construction of the Xiangjiaba-Shanghai ±800 kV UHVDC project, new design philosophy and technologies are introduced, different from those used in the former HVDC projects by SGCC. All these new design features will be of good reference value for the future HVDC projects. In this paper these features are studied in detail, such as the main circuit design, insulation coordination and external insulation design, main DC equipment (including thyristor valve,converter transformer, smoothing reactor, etc.), control and protection, measures for the high reliability and availability,optimization design of the valve hall and converter transformer yard, features of the DC filter design and DC yard layout,audible noise control, innovative features of the ground electrode, design innovation of the de-icing.
Considering actual design conditions of turbine-generator foundation of Huainan Pingwei No.2 Power Plant,optimized foundation design that combines advantages of European and US designs is proposed.It is analyzed theoretically and validated by tests.The designed foundation not only passed 1∶10 model vibration test,but also passed 168 h fully loaded operation test.
中国电网目前已基本实现了全国互联。国民经济发展的客观需要决定了未来中国的电网将在现有同步电网格局的基础上建设以特高压为骨干网架的同步电网。特高压同步电网为实现长距离、大容量输电,促进跨大区、跨流域水火互济和更大范围资源优化配置提供网架支持。特高压输电具有较好的经济和社会效益。采取综合应对措施,可以提高特高压电网的安全稳定性水平。
Using a large turbo generator foundation design as an example, this paper discusses research, design and calculation of foundation dynamic characteristics by following manufacturer’s STIM standard, China’s “Powered Machine Foundation Design Code”, and DIN 4024 standard. It also gives envelop curves of vibratory translational displacement control, which provides guidance for dynamic design of future large turbo generator foundations.
Power market reform makes the original vertical integrated electricity utilities restructured into different parts.For this reason,coordinated expansion planning is proposed in this paper.Firstly,a mathematical model for investment and its solving method are presented.Some suggestions on implementing coordinated expansion planning in a deregulated environment are given considering the characteristics of power market,such as the separation of generation and transmission, bidding for sale,and so on.At the same time,the organization setting,implementation steps,profit evaluation and some special problems are expressed in detail which are useful for other developing countries.
The paper provides an analytic and appraisal method for optimization of coordination between transmission grid investment and power grid reliability.A cost function is deduced,which reflects the change of uplift cost of transmission constraint with the change of the transmission constraint value.A mathematical model is established for optimized reliability analysis of transmission grid in a whole year and experimental verification is carried by a practical example.The subject of establishing market mechanism for financing of transmission expansion project is studied and relevant plans and suggestions are proposed.
随着区域电力市场的建设,电网输电阻塞费用的计算这一问题已提上议事日程。文中研究了在华东区域电力市场下,安徽电网及其与华东联网线路上输电费用、阻塞费用的计算方法,详细描述了该定价方案的具体内容和具体步骤。采用这种方法,能够精确地将各条输电线路上的输电、阻塞成本分配给市场参与者,使得发电公司、电网公司都能够接受该方案。安徽电网的实际计算结果表明该方法符合公平、公正、公开的原则,是有效可行的。最后对未来将要研究的问题做了展望。

This paper considers the actuality that it can not be enforced for electricity power bidding at nowadays, brings forward change of mutual relation economics optimize model between entered-network pricing and selling pricing and analyzes to that for inspiring power supply coiporation to enforce selling side use time pricing. The calculation method of selling side use time pricing is discussed, based on it, the disproportion problem of economy advantage between selling side (power supply corporation) and generating side (generating corporation) is analyzed. The quantity relation (mathematic model) of use time pricing between selling side and generating side is studied and established. The study example has made, the advices of change of mutual relation are presented.
