Against the growing prominence of the digital economy, leveraging corporate digital transformation (CDT) to foster corporate disruptive innovation (CDI) has become critical for enhancing firm resilience and long-term profitability. Despite this importance, existing research offers limited evidence on the relationship between CDT and CDI in modern market economies. Using panel data on Chinese listed firms from 2013 to 2022, we employ two-way fixed-effects and difference-in-differences (DID) models to examine the causal impact of CDT on CDI and to explore the underlying mechanisms. We introduce top management faultlines (fau) as moderating factors. The results show that CDT significantly promotes CDI, and this effect is further amplified in firms with stronger top management faultlines. Our findings provide new empirical evidence on the innovation consequences of digital transformation and offer important policy and managerial implications for advancing CDT and fostering disruptive innovation.
Green credit plays a crucial role in inducing enterprises towards green transformation and accelerating the achievement of “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals”. This paper uses Chinese A-share listed enterprises to empirically examine how the green credit policy facilitates the market-driven reversed transmission mechanism based on external constraints and internal governance perspectives and further explore the micro-environmental and economic effects. The results indicate that the Green Credit Guidelines (GCG) policy significantly promotes investment in green projects among green credit-restricted enterprises, mainly driven by external credit constraints and the internal environmental awareness of management. This reverse incentivizing effect varies systematically based on external constraints and internal governance factors, being most evident in state-owned enterprises, firms in competitive credit markets or under strong public environmental pressures, large firms, and those with strong internal controls or more independent directors. Further analysis reveals that firms mainly allocate green investments to develop environmentally beneficial products and technological upgrading. As a result, polluting firms witness improvements in economic performance, green innovation performance, and environmental responsibility. This research provides empirical evidence supporting the effectiveness of green financial systems and the improvement of green credit policy.
The development of the internet is of great significance for carbon reduction in the transportation sector. Drawing on panel data from 31 provinces in China spanning 2011 to 2021, we present novel evidence from the transportation sector. We construct an internet development assessment system comprising 18 indicators and compute an internet development index from four dimensions. Employing OLS, mediation analysis, and dynamic threshold panel models, we validate the relationship between the internet development index and carbon emissions in the transportation sector. Results indicate a significant increase in transportation sector carbon emissions with internet development, with a 0.072% rise in emissions for every 1% increase in the internet development index. This is primarily attributed to the influence of internet development on increasing internet shopping, vehicle ownership, and travel scale. Importantly, in regions with higher transportation sector carbon emissions, such as Shanghai, internet development may also lead to emission reductions. Thus, the Chinese government should pay particular attention to strategically employing internet technology in different regions, leveraging its technical advantages to promote carbon emission reduction strategies in the transportation sector.
Using panel data of Chinese cities from 2006 to 2020, this study constructs the carbon emission performance index from the perspective of the dual differences in the four stages of growth, maturity, decline and regeneration of eastern, central, western and resource-based cities (RBCs). This study employs the Dagum Gini coefficient and kernel density estimation to explore σ convergence and β convergence for understanding the dual differences, dynamic evolutionary trend and convergence. Results indicate that during the sample period, the carbon emission performance index of RBCs shows a fluctuating upward trend with regional and typological imbalance influenced by geographical location and division of labour. The carbon emission performance index of RBCs of different regions and types (Growing, Mature, Declining and Regenerative) shows a fluctuating downward trend. However, the carbon emission performance index gap between the 116 RBCs in China is gradually expanding, further corroborating the influence of “excellent but outliers”. The overall level of carbon emission performance index of RBCs exhibits σ convergence, absolute β convergence and conditional β convergence phenomena. Notably, growing and regenerative RBCs demonstrate a clear “catching-up” trend compared to mature and declining RBCs. Furthermore, the inclusion of control variables reveals varying degrees of increased convergence speed. Environmental regulation intensity (ERI), gross domestic product (GDP), energy consumption structure (ECS), technology development level (T), industrial structure (IS) and foreign direct investment demonstrate significant regional and type heterogeneity in the changes in the carbon emission performance index of RBCs. Finally, based on the analysis results, implications are proposed to enhance the carbon emission performance of RBCs of different types, as well as at the national and regional levels.
This paper investigates the impact of banking competition on corporate labor income share in China. Utilizing hand-collected unique data on bank branches within a certain distance of firms and a large sample of Chinese A-share list firms spanning the period 2000-2022, we find that banking competition significantly boosts corporate labor income share. A 10 percent increase in banking competition, the corporate labor income share increases by 0.06 percent on average. The results remain robust after replacing proxies, changing estimation methods, controlling for other shocks, and addressing endogenous concerns. Easing financing constraints, improving investment efficiency, and enhancing human capital are three essential channels through which banking competition promotes corporate labor income share. We also find that the impact of banking competition on corporate labor income share is more pronounced for firms with higher external financing dependence, higher financing gaps, more investment opportunities, higher governance efficiency, and higher information asymmetry. Our findings highlight the significance of enhancing banking competition to promote income distribution, foster common prosperity, and drive high-quality economic development.
Resource-based cities had an irreplaceable role in the process of the economic miracle in China. Advancing such cities’ carbon emissions reduction is a crucial aspect of the country’s steady realisation of the dual carbon peak and neutrality strategy. The reasonable implementation of environmental regulation and the efficiency of factor marketisation allocation are the key links for resource-based cities to improve carbon emissions performance, break the resource curse and reduce carbon emissions. Based on this, this study centres on the driving relationship between environmental regulation, the efficiency of factor marketisation allocation and carbon emissions performance as the core research problem. This study takes the panel data of 116 resource-based cities in China from 2006 to 2020 as the research sample; the non-radial meta-frontier total factor carbon emissions performance index is selected as the measurement index of carbon emission performance of resource-based cities based on the applicability analysis of the model. This study explores the characteristics of regional heterogeneity and type heterogeneity of carbon emissions performance driven by environmental regulation under the moderating effect of the efficiency of factor marketisation allocation and further explores the threshold effect, aiming to clarify the driving relationship between the three. The findings reveal that the driving effect of environmental regulation intensity on carbon emissions performance exhibits a fluctuating upward trend, the effect transformed by compliance cost and innovation compensation. The efficiency of factor marketisation allocation has a double threshold superposition effect on carbon emissions performance fluctuation that is driven by environmental regulation, indicating that market and government effectiveness can operate together to improve the carbon emissions performance. Based on these results, this study proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improving carbon emissions performance using environmental regulation and the efficiency of factor marketisation allocation.
文章以2006-2020年我国31个省份数据要素市场化配置基础数据为研究样本,将经典TOPSIS模型改进为PFHWD-TOPSIS模型对数据要素市场化配置效率进行测度,进一步运用Dagum基尼系数、核密度估计方法、σ收敛与β收敛模型对区域差异及其来源、分布动态演进及收敛性进行分析.研究发现:在样本期内,各省份数据要素市场化配置效率呈波动上升趋势,总体差异、区域内差异和区域间差异均呈现波动下降趋势;东部地区数据要素市场化配置效率差异的σ收敛特征并不显著,西部地区存在明显的"追赶效应";GDP、科技发展水平、城镇化率、产业结构、金融发展水平、开放水平对全国及三大地区数据要素市场化配置效率的影响呈现异质性特征.
Improving the efficiency of factor allocation, breaking the resource curse, and achieving high-quality economic development are an urgent concern in resource-based cities. Using the panel data of 116 prefecture-level resource-based cities in China from 2005 to 2020, this paper constructs the data envelopment analysis-Malmquist index model to measure the level of high-quality economic development; to construct a resource misallocation growth accounting model based on the total production function to measure the distortion coefficient, the threshold panel model is employed to explore the threshold effect of factor market distortion on high-quality economic development. The results yielded three important findings: (1) The green total factor productivity of resource-based cities in China presents spatial heterogeneity and type heterogeneity. (2) Factor market distortion gradient standards are proposed innovatively, and the factor market distortion level shows the spatial heterogeneity and type heterogeneity. (3) The influence of factor market distortion on high-quality economic development in resource-based cities presents a double threshold effect. According to the above research conclusions, this paper gives several policy recommendations to promote the factor marketization allocation and high-quality economic development of resource-based cities.
颠覆性能源技术是我国达成"双碳"目标、保证新旧能源有序衔接、实现绿色低碳高质量发展的关键所在.面对碳达峰碳中和的高标准和实现高质量发展的严要求,我国能源体系亟需有序转换衔接,但如何科学地对颠覆性能源技术全过程进行投资设计、进一步识别其盈利能力、市场风险等指标还有待进一步深入探究.本文梳理了颠覆性能源技术的相关研究,进一步依据不同生命周期阶段的特点设计了颠覆性能源技术投资规划方案、科学规划培育主体与支持方向,在此基础上运用SWOT模型与DELPHI法,建立"三类技术、四个阶段、三个步骤"的颠覆性能源技术投资规划设计方案,结合政治环境、经济环境、技术趋势、社会需求、现有竞争技术、潜在竞争技术、颠覆性能源技术的产业链能力、价值网络成熟度、技术类型、所处生命周期、EROI、CROI、NPV、内部收益率等形成指标体系,综合提出了匹配颠覆性能源技术投资方案的流程和范式,可为颠覆性能源技术的投资培育与市场推广提供参考,为相关政府部门制定配套政策提供参考建议.
产业结构偏重、能源结构偏煤的资源型城市是碳排放的重要特殊主体,同时肩负着国家能源资源安全保障的历史使命,其能否同步达峰对国家双碳战略目标实现至关重要,这其中碳排放配额分配是首要关键问题,也是环境经济学研究的热点问题.本文以我国116个地级资源型城市作为研究样本,创新性地提出H-CSW-DEA模型对城市碳排放配额的初始分配进行测度,运用PSM-LinkDEA进行桥接,从整体层面、典型资源型城市、区域异质性、类型异质性对结果进行深度对比讨论.研究发现,整体资源型城市碳排放配额均为正,且根据碳排放配额划分标准,资源型城市的数量大致呈现正偏态分布;不同地区的资源型城市碳排放配额分配存在异质性,即东部地区>中部地区>西部地区;资源型城市各类型碳排放配额分配存在异质性,即再生型>成熟型>衰退型>成长型.本文最后从推动产业结构能源结构优化升级、优化绿色低碳发展区域布局、因地制宜明确碳减排量化目标三方面提出了政策建议.本文结论对于环境经济学中关于碳排放配额的相关研究作出补充,对各资源型城市明确自身现状、制定科学合理的碳减排路径具有一定政策启示.
This research reviewed relevant literature and theories to analyze the influence of financing structure on enterprises' overseas direct investment and its influence mechanism. The panel data of 1,725 Chinese A-share listed companies from 2000 to 2020 was used. The debt-to-equity ratio index was used to measure the corporate financing structure, and the model was established combining the control variables at the enterprise level. The Probit model was used for benchmark regression, and the Logit and negative binomial panel model were used for robustness tests. At the same time, the influence mechanism was analyzed from the perspective of enterprise innovation research and development and productivity, as well as the heterogeneity analysis and endogeneity test. The conclusion is as follows: (1) The financing structure affected the overseas direct investment of enterprises. The high proportion of equity financing in the financing structure of enterprises was conducive to the generation of overseas investment projects and the increase in scale (2) The financing structure affected the overseas direct investment of enterprises through innovation, research and development, and productivity of enterprises. (3) According to the results of industry heterogeneity, the financing structure of manufacturing enterprises did not have a significant impact on their overseas direct investment.
从要素配置与产业经济学角度探讨了要素市场化驱动文化产业高质量发展的传导机制,以2005—2019年山东省17个地市文化产业为研究样本,构建基于总量生产函数的资源错配模型,测度其要素市场化水平,构建DEA-Malmquist指数模型测度其高质量发展水平,随后构建计量模型对二者的驱动关系进行探讨.研究发现:山东省17个地市文化产业要素市场的扭曲与结构性矛盾问题阻碍了其高质量发展,资本要素和技术要素整体使用不足,土地要素和劳动力要素过度使用;资本扭曲、劳动力扭曲、土地扭曲和技术扭曲都阻碍了山东省文化产业的高质量发展,产业结构与居民家庭人均文教娱乐消费支出对文化产业的高质量发展起到正向推进作用.
提升黄河流域资源型城市能源效率,保障能源安全是加快实现黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的关键途径.以黄河流域36个资源型城市作为研究对象,建立黄河流域资源型城市能源效率评价指标体系,基于2017—2019年能源效率投入产出指标的统计数据,采用C2 R模型和SBM模型测算并比较考虑环境污染产出和不考虑环境污染产出的能源效率值,并采用Tobit模型从经济发展水平、产业结构、进出口、外商直接投资、政府影响力和资源开发程度方面分析考虑环境约束下资源型城市能源效率的影响因素,结果表明:除庆阳市、鄂尔多斯市、洛阳市、濮阳市、三门峡市、东营市、宝鸡市、咸阳市和榆林市外,黄河流域大部分资源型城市能源效率处于非有效状态;根据不同分类标准,成长型、油气类、下游地区资源型城市能源效率水平最高;经济发展水平对全部资源型城市和下游地区资源型城市能源效率具有显著的正向影响,对上游地区资源型城市具有显著的负向影响;产业结构对上游地区资源型城市能源效率具有显著的正向影响,对下游地区资源型城市能源效率具有显著的负向影响;外商直接投资对上游地区资源型城市区和下游地区资源型城市能源效率具有显著的正向影响;政府影响力对全部资源型城市能源效率具有显著的正向影响;开发程度对全部资源型城市和上游地区资源型城市能源效率具有显著的正向影响.鉴于此,建议各地市寻求适合自身特点的发展模式,重视经济发展与环境保护协调发展,推进产业结构调整,加大外商直接投资力度,提升政府影响力和加大加快技术创新.本文研究为改善资源型城市资源开发利用提供参考.
资源型城市产业结构偏重、能源结构偏煤的发展方式引致了严重的高碳排放问题,优化产业结构可在一定程度上加快碳减排的进程.山东省作为能源消费和碳排放大省,其资源型城市产业结构与碳减排的关系有待进一步探究.以山东省资源型城市为研究样本,采用IPCC碳排放核算方法和EIO-LCA模型,分别测算分行业部门的直接碳排放强度和间接碳排放强度,构建碳减排潜力模型对分行业部门的碳减排潜力进行等级划分,深入剖析了产业结构与碳减排潜力的关系.研究发现:山东省资源型城市的直接碳排放强度和间接碳排放强度居于前列的部门多为能源供应和开采业;第一减排潜力梯队部门碳减排效应和碳减排量均较高,多为能源供应类部门;第二减排潜力梯队部门碳减排效应与碳减排量一高一低,多为服务业和交通业等生产链下游部门;第三减排潜力梯队部门碳减排量和碳减排效应均较低,且多为非传统工业.本文研究对山东省资源型城市产业结构优化与碳减排具有一定的理论借鉴与实践指导意义.
资源型城市在中国经济腾飞过程中做出了历史性的贡献,但随之而来的资源枯竭、生态破坏、环境污染也使其付出了沉重的代价.近年来,高质量发展逐步成为各专家学者的研究热点,资源型城市如何实现经济高质量发展是亟待研究的问题.本文从经济高质量发展内涵出发,以山东省资源型城市为样本,运用指标回路法完善资源型城市经济高质量发展指标体系,改进传统的耦合协调模型测度其2010—2019年经济高质量发展水平.研究发现:10年间,山东省资源型城市经济高质量发展水平整体呈现上升趋势,但仍处于低水平协调状态;所有地市均有跨等级提升,但整体差距仍较大,且不同子系统发展各异、阻力因素各异;规模以上工业R&D经费内部支出、第三产业增加值/第二产业增加值、万元GDP能耗、实际利用外资情况、人均可支配收入与人均GDP之比5个指标分别对创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享各系统的发展水平影响最大.
以我国126个资源型城市为研究对象,改进带有调整系数的综合指数模型来测算其在2004-2019年的环境规制强度,据此划分环境规制梯度标准并进行初步统计.随后从时间、空间、类型三个方面深度剖析环境规制强度的多重异质性,探讨中国资源型城市环境规制现状,为同领域专家学者对环境规制的相关研究提供参考.研究发现:2004-2019年间,我国126个资源型城市环境规制强度整体呈上升态势;从地区异质性来看,东部地区>中部地区>西部地区,分省份来看前三名依次为安徽、福建、甘肃;从类型异质性来看,衰退型>成熟型>再生型>成长型.在结果讨论过程中深度剖析多重异质性的诱因,并据此有针对性地提出了环境规制与资源型城市高质量发展的对策建议与研究展望.

黄河流域是我国重要的生态屏障和经济地带,是启动内循环、促进乡村振兴高质量发展的重要区域,研究中心城市及城市群高质量发展对促进黄河流域经济社会全面发展具有重要的指导作用.文章运用模糊综合评价法对沿黄地区中心城市进行界定,运用综合指数模型确定沿黄城市群,构建DEA?Malmquist指数模型对2003—2018年沿黄地区中心城市及城市群高质量发展水平进行测度,在此基础上运用系统GMM模型对影响其高质量发展的因素进行分析,旨在明晰沿黄地区中心城市及城市群高质量发展水平及影响因素,为其高质量发展政策制定提供参考,共同推动黄河流域高质量发展.研究表明:①样本期内,兰州市、西安市、济南市在沿黄地区中心城市空间维度上高质量发展水平位居前列,关中平原城市群、兰西白城市群高质量发展水平位居前列.②沿黄地区中心城市高质量发展水平在2012—2013年前后有明显的提升,不同约束下沿黄地区中心城市及城市群的高质量发展水平在梯度分布上呈"正态分布".③财政因素、技术因素、人均实际生产总值、人均可支配收入对沿黄地区中心城市及城市群高质量发展水平有正向推动作用,环境规制倒逼技术创新效应显现,但环境规制对高质量发展的影响呈现异质性特征.这意味着,在沿黄地区中心城市及城市群高质量发展现状基础上,需根据不同因素的异质性影响具有针对性的提出对策建议.最后,文章从政府引导、突出优势,点面结合、协同规划,综合治理、分类施策,系统提升、构建现代化经济体系四方面提出促进沿黄地区中心城市及城市群高质量发展的政策建议.
运用社会表征理论及结构化分析方法,以社会化政务的运用及效果为研究线索,通过访谈数据探索性地解析当前我国公众对政府运用社会化政务提升公信力的社会表征,以此为基础构建相似度矩阵,进行核心—边缘分析,深入剖析共同意识的形成机制,绘制社会表征图示,创新性地构建"GC-GPS"模型,从"GC-GPS"三位一体角度、政府角度、公众角度和社会化政府角度分别提出了研究贡献,研究发现:社会化政务作为电子政务服务的新模式已得到社会公众的认可,且对政府公信力的提升有着显著的促进作用;服务创新、信息及时、信息公开是政府应用社会化政务提高政府公信力的核心要素,是各级政府运用社会化政务的关注焦点.各级政府应努力做好主体公信力塑造、沟通和反馈等,运用社会化政务提升政府公信力.

Taking the opportunity of Dongying being rated as an “International Wetland City”, this article studies the construction of Dongying Wetland City during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period. Starting from the investigation of the current situation, it analyzes the current situation of Dongying City’s wetland and puts forward the problems in the construction of Dongying City’s wetland city. Combing the experience of Haikou, Berlin, Freiburg, and Vienna experience in wetland city construction at home and abroad, and analyzed the wetland foundation from the four perspectives of wetland protection, wetland restoration, wetland utilization, and wetland management, and proposed Dongying The city’s policy recommendations for wetland construction are designed to provide suggestions for the construction of Dongying wetland city during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, to provide a reference for the same type of regions, and to provide a reference for the research of experts and scholars in the same field.
