针对Suzanne纸飞机的折叠特点,研究纸飞机投掷角度和重心位置对飞行时间的影响.首先,利用公式求其质心位置,并用针顶法对质心位置进行检验;其次,对一些条件进行假设与模型理想化处理,利用流体力学、空气动力学等相关知识,建立数学模型;最后,构建状态函数方程,并用MATLAB软件对模型数据进行了分析,得到了理想的结果.
本文主要总结了我国高校网球零基础学生的学习技巧,并就高校网球零基础学生学习内容体系的构建进行了详细的探讨.现如今,伴随着时代经济的快速发展以及人们对网球运动的青睐,为了更好地适应当今时代发展的需求,我国的高校逐渐也开设了网球这门课程.目前就其根本而言,网球是一项相对较为时尚高雅的一种运动,一些高校往往有很多学生并没有接触过网球这项体育运动,而对于现如今高校的网球学习现状而言,无疑就是一个很大的难题,因此本文对高校网球零基础学生的学习策略进行探讨有一定的现实意义.
本文研究则选取部分学生应用多媒体组合学习法开展学习效果研究,结果显示采用这一学习方法我们能快速掌握技术动作,符合网球基本特点,有利于提高学生学习效果和学习兴趣.在新时期,广大高校也开始积极推广现代新兴运动项目和迎合学生兴趣,通常会根据场地、师资配备及器材等条件开展受我们学生喜爱的运动项目,以能够"以人文本"的教育理念,也可以体现学生体育权利.网球作为我们喜爱运动项目之一,但是在学习过程中通常效果不佳[1].影响学生网球学习效果的因素,主要是受到受传统学习方式和网球基本技术动作构成要素等的影响.因此在新环境下将全新的多媒体组织学习法融入网球基本技术学习中对提高网球学习质量起着积极的促进作用.

品管圈活动(QCC)由日本石川专馨博士于1962年所创[1],是指同一工作现场的人员自动自发进行品质管理所组成的小组,这些小组作为全面质量管理环节中的一环,在自我启发、相互启发的原则下,活用各种统计工具,以全员参加的方式不断进行维护和改善自己工作现场的活动[2].QCC组建的目的是通过定期的选题会议和活动提出、讨论、解决和改善工作中的重要问题[3],静脉留置针因具有减少血管穿刺次数、减轻患者痛苦、操作方便、易于固定和能有效满足输液、输血等临床抢救需要的特点近年来已广泛应用于临床,但由于老年患者血管壁增厚、管腔狭窄、弹性差、脆性增加、皮下组织松弛、血管不易固定及回血缓慢、凝血较快等特性[4],导致留置时间常常达不到国外资料显示的96 h.针对这一现状,本科开展了以“降低老年患者套管针非预期拔管率”为主题的QCC活动,取得满意效果,现报道如下.
The column chromatographic techniques were applied to isolate the constituents.The spectroscopie methods were used to identify the structures.Six compounds were isolated from the methyl hydroxide extract of Rhynchotechum ellipticumrbus,whose structures were elucidated as β-sitosterol(1),ursolic acid(2),stigmasterol(3),3-hydroxy-12-oleanane-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),β-daucosterol(5),octadecanoic acid(6).Compounds 1-6 were isolated for the first time from Rhynchotechum genus.
This paper,employing the classical electrostatic theory to solve the laplace equation,presents a potential distribution of the cold cathode of carbon nanowall.It obtains the electric field intensity distribution according to the gradient relationship of potential and electric field intensity and finds the electric field intensity increased obviously near the top of the carbon nanowall compared with the background field.Accordingly,the electric field intensity reduced drastically to the background electric field intensity along the vertical direction of the carbon nanowall.Along the direction of the top of the carbon nanowall to the anode,the electric field intensity decreased quickly to a fixed value with increasing the distance from the field point to the top of carbon nanowall.Finally,the present theoretical analysis shows that the higher the nanowall,the larger the field enhancement factor and the more obvious the point effect.The results of this paper provides a theoretical reference for the carbon nanowall or carbon nanotubes to be an ideal field emission materials.
This paper reviewed the chemical components and pharmacology of Psammosilene tunicoides,and would estabalish a foundation for further study and utilization of the resource of Psammosilene tunicoides.
Nutritional and functional components were analyzed in different tissues of Coix lacryma-jobi grown in Guizhou.Results showed that nutritional factors from different tissues exhibited a difference.Higher contents of proteins and polysaccharides were determined in coix seed kernel,which were up to 19.33 g/100 g and 2.26 g/100 g,respectively.The content of vitamin E in coix seed kernel was 8.66 mg/100 g.Higher contents of total fiber were determined in coix coat and coix shell.Coix root had the highest content of VB1 and VB2,which were up to 0.61 mg/kg and 2.96 mg/kg,respectively.Higher contents of potassium,sodium,calcium and magnesium among minerals were also determined.Meanwhile,7 essential amino acids and 10 non-essential amino acids were detected in coix seed kernel and coix leaf;in addition,7 essential amino acids and 9 non-essential amino acids were detected in other locations.The contents of eoixol and polyphenols revealed the highest levels in root,which were 1.26 mg/g and 4.53 mg/g,respectively.The highest content of flavonoids was determined in coix seed kernel at the level of 2.26 mg/g.The contents of unsaturated fatty acids in coix coat,stem and leaves were more than 70%.Therefore,Coix lacryma-jobi has high nutritional value and healthcare function so that it has promising prospects for further development and utilization.
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents in Ainsliaea bonatii.METHODS The column chromatographic techniques were used to isolate the constituents in A.bonatii.EI-MS and NMR were used to identify the constituents structures.RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified from the extract of A.bonatii,whose structures were elucidated as taraxasterol(1),β-sitosterol(2),nodakenetin(3),1,4-benzenediol(4),daphnetin(5),apigenin(6) and β-arbutin(7).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-5 and 7 were isolated for the first time from this plant,and 1,3-5 were isolated for the first time from Ainsliaea genus.
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Lycopus lucidus Turcz.var.hirtus Regel.Method: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column,RP C18and sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.The structures were elucidated on the basis of physic-chemical properties and spectral data.Result:Eight components were isolated and identified as betulinic acid(1),arjunetin(2),oleanolic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(3),apigenin-7-O–β-D-glucopyranoside(4),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(5),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide methyl ester(6),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide buthyl ester(7),dibutyl phthalate(8).Conclusion: Compound 2,3,4 and 7 are isolated from Lycopus lucidus Turcz.var.hirtus Regel for the first time.
Objective:To study the antioxidant activity Psammosilene tunicoides in vitro.Method:Antioxidant activities of P.tunicoides were evaluated by the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) radical scavenging,[2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline)-6-sulphonic acid]diamonium salt(ABTS) radical scavenging and ferric reducing antioxidant power(FRAP) assay.Results were compared with that of positive controls PG,BHA and BHT.Result:Antioxidant activity of three extracts from P.tunicoides was weaker than that of the positive control PG,BHA and BHA.In the three extracts,Antioxidant activities of ethyl acetate extract was good.ABTS radical scavenging(IC50=40.54 mg·L-1) and ferric reducing antioxidant power 2.42) μmol·g-1] of ethyl acetate extract were strong,followed by the ABTS radical scavenging(IC50=83.38 mg·L-1) and ferric reducing antioxidant power ·g-1] of n-butanol extract,petroleum ether extract was the weakest.Conclusion:Ethyl acetate extract of P.tunicoides had strong antioxidant activity.
To study the volatile constituents from leaves of Piper betle L.,the volatiles were analyzed by head-space solid micro-extraction,coupled with GC-MS and Kovats indices for the first time.A quantitative analysis in percent was performed by peak area normalization measurements.The results showed that 27 compounds were identified from the leaves,accounting for 97.53% of the total essential constituents.The structure types of volatiles compounds included aldehyde,acids,esters,phenols,alkenes,aromatic hydrocarbons,and alkanes.2-Methoxy-5-methylbenzaldehyde(42.89%),4-(2propenyl)-phenol acetate(12.49%),2-methoxy-4-(1-propenyl)-phenol(13.42%),4-allyl-1,2-diace-toxybenzene(9.47%),4-(2-propenyl)-phenol(2.89%),γ-cadinene(2.74%),eugenol(2.66%) and 2-methoxy-4-(1-propenyl)-phenol acetate(2.06%) were the main volatile constituents.
Objective To investigate the effects of four different nasal feeding methods on aspiration in elderly patients receiving long-term enteral nutrition with mechanical ventilation. Methods Twenty five elderly patients receiving mechanical ventilation were fed for long-term enteral nutrition with 4 nasogastric feeding methods as follows: 1) The patient took semi-recumbent position, with the nasogastric tube inserted at the distance from the earlobe, across the tip of nose and to ensiform cartilage plus 10cm and the feeding speed of 15 mL /min; 2) The patient took supine position, with the nasogastric tube inserted at the same length and the same feeding speed as in the first method; 3) The patients took decumbent position, with the nasogastric tube inserted at the same length and the same feeding speed as in the first method; 4) The patients took the decumbent position, with the nasogastric tube inserted at the same length as in the first method but with the feeding speed of 25 mL /min. Results The differences in aspiration rates among the four methods were statistically significant (P < 0.01). The aspiration rate in the first group was the lowest (P<0.01) compared with other three methods. Conclusions The method of feeding the elderly patients at semi-recumbent position with feeding speed of 10 ~ 15 mL /min may be meaningful for preventing aspiration in mechanically ventilated elderly patients receiving long-term enteral nutrition.
A new method for rapid determination of brilliant blue in drink by fluorospectrometry was established.The fluorescence efficiency of brilliant blue was better in aqueous solution,the fluorescence intensity of brilliant blue was determined with 397.0nm as excitation wavelength and 456.0nm as emission wavelength.There was a linear relationship between fluorescence intensity and concentration of brilliant blue in the range of 5.00×10-7—2.00×10-5mol/L.The equation of linear regression was F(%)=2.82×106C(mol/ L)+20.6(r=0.9943),and the detection limit was 0.396.The method is applied to determining of brilliant blue in two kind of drink with recoveries from 98.6% to 110.5%.

A electrochemical sensor of Quercetin was prepared based on the molecular imprinting technique,Quercetin as the template molecules,o-pheny-lenediamine as a functional monomer.As molecular imprinting film of Quercetin,poly-o-pheny-lenediamine was coated on the surface of graphite electrode by cyclic voltammetry.A sensitive oxidic peak of Quercetin was observed at 0.37 V(VS.SCE) on the sensor by differential pulse voltammetry in the buffer solution of HAc-NH4Ac(pH 4.0),and its peak current was linear with the concentration over the range of 8.00×10-8~1.00×10-3 mol/L,with a detection limit of 5.00×10-8 mol/L.The new method was applied to the determination of Quercetin in two Ginkgo biloba drug with the recovery rates ranging from 99.2% to 102%.
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the effective proportion of Psammosilene tunicoides.Method:The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography,and the structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic studies.Result:Seven compounds were obtained,and five of them were identified as 16-isoquillaic acid(1),gypsogenin(2),α-spinasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(3),α-spinasterol(4),daucosterol(5).Conclusion:Compound 1-3 were isolated from this plant for the first time as natural products.
Forty-five healthy Jinjiang cattle at the age of 6 months weighed at(196.20±16.08) kg were selected to study the energy requirements and metabolism rules.All tested cattle were divided into five treatments,each treatment had three replication cattle,each replication had three cattle.Energy single factor variable design was used in this study.Diets' nutrient levels were made according to the Feeding Standard of Beef Cattle(2004),based on the level at 200 kg weight,1.2 kg daily weight gain,five levels as follows: 80%,90%,100%,110%,120%.The result showed that high energy advantageous to the daily gain of the tested beef cattle,and the digestibility of DM,OM,CP,EE,NDF,ADF,Ca and P were 83.61%,74.80%,82.75%,82.58%,83.16%,79.46%,63.27% and 64.67% respectively.Energy requirements of Jinjiang cattle of 6-7 month-old can be estimated by the factorial models as follows: DER = 35.535△W+66.989;MER = 33.194△W+32.849.
