For the coordinated development of regional logistics, there is a need to break down the administrative barriers between cities and build an efficient and smooth regional logistics network. Integrating regional logistics resources to achieve cross-regional optimal allocation is essential for efficient logistics networks. The accessibility and high capacity of the railway transportation network make it possible and necessary for the coordinated construction of railway transportation and logistics networks. This paper studies a bilevel programming model to analyse the collaborative network planning process of railway transportation and logistics. The objective is to take into account the existing layout of regional railway traffic network and the future needs of regional logistics. For the upper level of the bilevel programming model, the social, economic, and logistics service index of regional railway traffic nodes is considered to determine the numbers and locations of radiation of the cities. Meanwhile, the lower programming model uses a logistics gravity model, 0-1 integer programming model, and logistics membership degree to calculate the logistics correlation between node cities and the radiation range of the hub cities. An empirical study of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in China shows the process and effectiveness of the bilevel programming model. Four distinctive logistics radiation circles, five trunk lines, nine hub-spoke branch lines, and six branch lines are suggested. A railway traffic-oriented regional logistics network provides a reference for regional railway traffic planning, thereby optimizing the allocation of regional logistics resources, improving the level of regional logistics services, and contributing to the development of the regional logistics industry.
铁路物流是物流系统的重要组成部分,其网络结构反映了铁路物流系统内部要素间相互联系、相互制约的内在性.应用PageRank算法测算铁路物流网络节点重要程度,应用首要流分析法提取网络主体结构,应用多重流分析法确定显著流数量,设计组合算法识别铁路物流网络空间结构特征.研究结果表明铁路物流对外联系密切省份集聚,形成了7个数量和规模不同的铁路物流圈,铁路物流圈呈现出地理相邻、产业相关和中心辐射的特征.根据铁路物流圈层特征提出推动铁路物流高质量发展的建议.
"双循环"新发展格局的推出对我国物流业发展提出了更高的要求,研究京津冀区域物流发展特征,有利于促进"双循环"格局下区域经济发展进程.基于2011-2019年的物流发展数据,运用DEA-Malmquist指数从静态、动态角度研究京津冀区域物流效率,采用泰尔指数从空间角度探究物流结构差异.研究得出:(1)京津冀区域物流效率差异性明显,北京主要受产业规模影响,河北天津主要受技术因素影响.(2)区域内部差异性比区域间差异性明显,要加强物流薄弱区域的发展建设,促进区域内物流小循环.(3)技术和管理能力是影响京津冀区域物流发展的最主要因素,新发展格局下区域发展应以物流业为突破口,打破物流发展的不均衡现象,构建高效的物流运输网络.
高铁促进了区域科技创新的发展,基于高铁服务驱动和高铁建设引致两条路径,采用SD模型研究不同路径对科技创新产出的影响.研究认为:高铁服务对科技创新的驱动存在延迟现象;高铁服务驱动对科技创新具有持久促进作用,而高铁引致创新对科技创新具有一定的阶段持续推进作用,利用不同高铁促进路径对科技创新存在不同影响.
新文科建设是新时代背景下高校教育创新改革的重要指引,全面落实新文科建设是当前我国高校学科改革与发展的重要举措.以学生为中心的课程教育是课程改革的立足点.基于Citespace的文献分析表明新文科背景下课程改革包括增加课程思政、促进学科交叉融合、改进教学模式、培养模式和教学内容、推进各单位协同育人及与企业相配合、增强专业实践等研究方向,改革趋势聚焦专业的智能化,以数字化技术为基础驱动课程发展问题.基于文献整理和《仓储管理》课程调研,本文认为管理类专业和相关课程致力于培养应用型人才,迫切需要从课程改革入手,关注课程教学效果,以新文科思维指导课程教学,融合课堂思政元素,深化产教融合,创新教学模式,优化考核机制.
The core of the construction of new development pattern is circulation, the circulation of economy cannot be separated from the support of modern logistics, digital logistics is an important driving force to promote the high-quality development of regional economy, and regional economy is the cornerstone of the development of digital logistics. This paper analyzes the mechanism of the coupling and coordinated development of digital logistics and regional economy, integrates the new development concept, and constructs the coupling and coordinated rating index system of digital logistics and regional economy from six dimensions of logistics capacity, employees, development environment, digital scale, economic development and ecological environment. Based on the panel data of 13 cities in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei from 2016to 2020, entropy weight TOPSIS method and coupling coordination degree model were applied to calculate the coupling and coordinated development degree of digital logistics and regional economy in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region. According to the degree of urban coordinated development, the paper puts forward development suggestions by types.
文章基于绿色发展理念,设定物流业增加值作为期望产出、区域二氧化碳排放量为非期望产出指标,引入考虑非期望产出的SBM模型,分析2014-2018年中国各省区物流发展效率,并通过对数平均迪氏指数分解法(LMDI)分解,验证分析区域人口、经济活动、物流交通基础设施等对区域物流碳排放的影响.通过分析提出了基于碳排放约束的区域物流效率相对较高的省区市,物流需求高发展快,同时由于对绿色发展理念的践行,整体效率较高.各省区市人口、经济发展程度、交通基础设施等对区域碳排放的影响程度存在明显差异等相关结论,以期为开展新形势下碳达峰和碳中和研究提供参考.
科技协同创新需在政府引导之外发挥金融机构作用.本文通过引入金融机构并整合创新主体博弈的两个阶段分析,构建并演绎金融投资机构介入下的双主体两阶段演化博弈模型,通过灵敏度分析验证收益增加系数、政府支持概率及金融机构投资概率、维护合作决心等变量调整对协同创新主体决策行为和策略选择的影响.研究结果表明:(1)金融机构投资概率增加,会促使创新主体选择协同创新、维护合作,并对创新主体的策略选择起到约束作用.(2)金融机构介入的多主体维护合作的决心不仅促成协同创新过程的成功性,也能提升企业以及学研机构在初始达成合作的概率,即第二阶段影响第一阶段策略选择.(3)协同创新收益、有金融机构投资时的收益增加系数增加,企业及学研机构决策最终会选择协同创新并维护合作.
研究目的:纵横交错的高铁网络是要素联通的重要支撑,是区域协同创新的脉博.论文通过修正后的引力模型和社会网络分析法研究高铁与非高铁方式下京津冀科技创新联系特征,在此基础上应用系统动力学仿真高速铁路属性对京津冀区域科技创新的影响.研究结论:(1)高铁条件下的京津冀区域间科技联系明显有所加强;(2)加入延迟函数的SD模拟结果显示高速铁路服务随着时间变化,对区域的科技创新能力的促进效果逐渐提升,说明高速铁路在促进区域科技创新的作用上存在着一定的延迟性特征.但延迟性对科技创新系统存在着负向作用,可能会弱化区域科技创新成果的即时效应;(3)加入阶跃函数表明增加高铁里程密度,对科技创新有促进作用,使得科技创新数量增加,并且增加的百分比逐步提高;(4)本研究结果可为高铁建设资源的空间配置和优化管理提供决策参考.
科技创新是推动经济发展的动力源泉,基于改进的引力模型构建区域科技创新联系矩阵,并通过社会网络分析法研究了我国区域科技创新联系的网络特征.研究结论认为我国区域科技创新能力差异性大,区域科技协同创新有待推动.
电子商务背景下网络购物的消费习惯增加了对快递物流服务业的需求,而物流效率也会影响电子商务的发展.本文分析制约物流效率提高的因素是分拣系统的有效性.基于原有基础设施,提出建立半自动分拣系统的思想.以SF锦州中转场为例,应用Flexsim软件仿真快递分拣过程,仿真结果表明,改善后的模型系统运行时间减少,瓶颈明显改善,结构布置更加合理,工作人员的工作强度有所下降,大大提升了电子商务条件下快件分拣系统的整体效率.
研究目的:高铁工程项目物资需求量大、施工工艺复杂、后续影响范围广,施工物资库存控制的有效性需要系统分析、动态管理.本文基于高铁施工项目的资金、库存以及施工进度的关系,通过系统动力学的方法构建高铁项目施工物资库存控制流图,通过因果关系图及流图定性分析各因素之间的影响关系.研究结论:(1)高铁施工项目较为特殊,施工建设中的物资供应以及物资库存是否合理直接影响工程施工进度、质量和施工效率;(2)高铁工程项目的库存控制主要受物料采购、资金流、施工进度的影响,各影响因素间又相互制约、相互影响,构成一个完整的动态反馈系统;(3)仿真结果表明,在考虑资源库存时应考虑项目的运作形式与工程进度,资源订货应与施工进度以及现金流相匹配;(4)本研究结论对高铁工程施工有效预警资源闲置或资金浪费等有一定的借鉴,也可为库存控制的进一步研究提供理论参考.
研究目的:“八纵八横”高铁线路的全面贯通改变了区域旅游发展的空间格局,提升了沿线区域旅游发展的质量.本文以京沪高铁沿线10个旅游城市为研究对象,建立通达度模型、旅游经济联系模型和耦合协调度模型,分别测度高铁运营前后通达性、旅游经济联系量以及二者的协调发展程度.研究结论:(1)高铁大大压缩了沿线旅游城市的时空距离,通达性提高幅度显著,沿线旅游城市通达性提高幅度均在50%以上,其中济宁通达性提高幅度最大,达到70.37%;(2)高铁开通前后,沿线旅游城市旅游经济增长幅度差异很大,交通基础设施相对较弱的城市高铁驱动影响显著;(3)从时空变化来看,协调度变化呈现出协调度增长、协调度下降和协调度先降后升三种状态,其中协调度先降后升现象显著;(4)本文研究从理论视角完善了高速铁路的区域旅游效应测度方法,从实证的视角验证了高速铁路区域旅游协调的表征,可为高速铁路与区域旅游规划管理的进一步研究提供借鉴.
从高等教育现存问题分析入手,分别对参与式互动教学的认知、参与式互动教学的设计、参与式互动教学的实施等问题进行论述,指出参与式互动教学存在的问题,并以工程建设法规课程为例,建立了一个行之有效的参与式互动教学系统.
Research purposes:High-speed railway affects population mobility and raises the demand for land products and services,and thus leads to the increase of land use intensity and renovation of land use patterns.Taking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as an example,this paper studies the relationship between high-speed railways and regional land use intensity,as well as the influence of high-speed railways on regional land use forms.In the analysis,social network efficiency index and regional land use efficiency index are constructed,and Pearson correlation coefficient and grey correlation analysis are adopted.Research conclusions:(1) Since the operation of high-speed rail,the efficiency of railway transportation network structure has changed obviously among urban nodes,and the connection degree among each node has been quite different in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.(2) It is found that,along with the growth of regional high-speed railway lines,the most significant changes of land use types in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region occur in commercial land use and high-grade residential lands.In the meanwhile,the impact of the growth of high-speed railway lines on changes in land use type is relatively minor with respect to affordable housing,low-cost housing,and public administration and service lands.(3) The improvement of high-speed rail network is changing land use pattern in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and construction land use starts putting more emphasis on commercial service lands and high-end industries.(4) The research conclusion can provide decision-making basis and guidance for the spatial orientation of high-speed railway planning and construction.
Research purposes:High-speed railway network is constantly enhancing the regional economic ties while also realizing its own value.In the context of the whole area tourism,high-speed railway has realized the efficient spatiotemporal integration.Based on the principle of the behavioral decision process and utility function of tourists,the model of value utility function of tourists is constructed,the share ratio of ordinary railway,high-speed railway and highway is obtained by Logit model,the number of tourist and the demand for high-speed railway travel in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in the future are calculated using the regression prediction method.Research conclusions:(1) The main factors that influence the travel decision of tourists are the resource level,transportation cost,trip distance,influence of tourism and time of travel,which constitute the basis for the evaluation of the value of tourists'transportation.(2) The Logit model assumes that the traveler's choice of transportation accord with normal distribution,considering the main factors influencing the tourists travel,integrated into a linear equation containing characteristic function variable.The share rate of high-speed railway in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region compared with other transportations can be obtained.In terms of the share rate and the return forecast of tourists by high-speed railway,high-speed railway line in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region share rate is between 20% and 30%,high-speed railway has become one of the most important means of transportation for tourists in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.(3) Since the opening of the high-speed railway in 2009 ~2016,the number of tourists in the BeijingTianjin-Hebei region is highly correlated with the years.Further regression prediction shows that,by 2020,the highest speed rail travel will reach 209 million 130 thousand and 200 passengers,with a minimum of 6 million 710 thousand and 900 passengers.(4) The research conclusions can provide effective references for the planning,operation and management of high-speed railway network.
高速铁路改变着旅客的时空观念,影响旅客的出行理念和置业选择.本文基于消费者行为学的相关理论,构建高速铁路旅游的影响要素体系,并通过问卷调查总结旅客出行方式和特征,在此基础上,通过层次分析法,构建基于主体和客体、多种交通方式选择的层次结构体系,以判断旅客出行决策特征和影响过程.研究认为已开通高速的出行线路中,高铁是大多数旅客首选的出行方式.运行速度快、在途时间短、安全快捷准时、环境设施先进、乘坐环境舒适等是旅客选择高速铁路出行的主要目的.未来高速铁路的发展还需要从规划建设层面和运营管理层面进行有针对性的服务提升,以满足旅客个性化的出行需求.
突破以往研究旅游地居民“感知—态度—行为”的传统思路,直接从关系、付出、回报、期望和公正知觉等满意度发生逻辑的核心要素角度并结合深度访谈内容,运用语义网络分析和结构方程构建形成过程的内在机理视角下民族村寨旅游地居民满意度影响因素概念模型和结构模型,通过多(跨)样本可靠性和区别有效性检验,并以贵州上郎德苗寨、西江苗寨和天龙屯堡为不同力量导向模式进行实证分析.结果表明:①“社区认知—发展期望—社区参与—增(去)权感知—满意态度—支持行为”是民族村寨旅游地居民满意度的发生逻辑路径,之间的作用动力主要有“认知驱动”、“获益驱动”、“行为驱动”和“中介感知”.②居民地方依恋、居民民族认同、居民发展期望、居民社区参与对社区、政府和企业核心力量导向模式的居民满意度产生直接或未直接影响效应;社区核心力量的居民社区增权感知对4个影响因素产生部分中介影响效应,而居民社区去权感知未对其产生中介影响效应;政府和企业核心力量均不同程度地受居民社区增权感知与居民社区去权感知的中介效应影响,其中前者的去权感知影响效应稍强于增权感知效应,后者则反之.③根据概念模型的逻辑路径,结合影响因素的关联效应及其程度性二维因素差异,综合分析社区、政府和企业核心力量导向模式的民族村寨旅游地居民满意度影响机理存在差异.
依据1996-2013年我国铁路发展特征指标和旅游总收入指标数据,利用协整理论,采用脉冲响应函数自向量回归模型和方差分解法对铁路与旅游业发展的关系进行研究.研究结论显示,旅游总收入和铁路建设投资、铁路营业里程、列车旅行速度具有长期稳定均衡的关系.脉冲响应结果表明,铁路建设投资的增长并不能持续推动旅游业收入的增长,旅游总收入的增长对铁路营业里程增长率冲击的响应一直保持幅度较小的正响应.方差分解结果表明,旅游业发展的动力首先是源于自身的内在爆发力,其次是列车旅行速度、铁路营业里程和铁路建设投资的冲击.
基于高铁的基本特性,总结了高速铁路对区域科技创新过程的作用机制;基于“投入-产出”理论,构建了高铁作用力强度和密度指标,结合区域科技创新指标因子分析法,形成了 DEA 分析的投入和产出因子,对2012年高铁作用下中国省域科技创新效率作出了判断。研究表明,高铁既是区域科技创新的重要投入,也是区域科技创新的重要产出。因此,在高铁建设和发展过程中,应结合区域科技发展需要进行合理规划,并根据区域科技创新发展结果,进行高铁设施和服务的配套升级。
