Purpose – This study examines factors shaping culinary MSME consumers’ purchase decisions under food price pressure in the MBG era. Design/methodology/approach – A quantitative exploratory-confirmatory survey design was used. Data were collected in two stages, involving 203 valid responses for EFA and 228 valid responses for CFA. Reliability and validity were assessed using Cronbach’s Alpha, CR, AVE, and model fit indices. Findings/Results – EFA identified six factors: perceived price fairness, perceived value, product quality, consumer trust, pricing strategy adaptation, and purchase commitment. CFA confirmed that the six-factor model met acceptable loading, model fit, reliability, and convergent validity criteria. Originality/Value – This study positions culinary MSME purchase decisions under food price pressure as multidimensional evaluations, highlighting pricing strategy adaptation as a consumer-evaluated dimension.
Evaluation of student satisfaction with campus facilities is one important aspect in improving the quality of college services and infrastructure. However, this satisfaction evaluation process has a gap between student expectations of the facilities provided by the campus. This research aims to design a Decision Support System (DSS) that can help the campus in assessing student satisfaction levels using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This method was chosen because of its ability to conduct an assessment based on criteria that have certain weights so as to produce the best alternative ranking. The criteria used in this study include cleanliness, maintenance, comfort, completeness, condition, service, and level of satisfaction. Data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to students in various study programs, focusing on various aspects of campus facilities such as classrooms, laboratories, libraries, hall areas, and podcast studios. It was then processed using SAW steps, including matrix normalization and final score calculation. The result showed that the final results of the evaluation of student satisfaction with campus facilitiesf from 100 respodents obtained a fairly high score of 44 which was said to be quite good. This SAW method is able to provide a clear ranking of the level of student satisfaction, as well as identify areas that require improvement or enchancement at the college.
Higher education institutions are increasingly required to reposition strategically in response to evolving market demands and financial constraints. Executive education has emerged as a key avenue for institutional diversification; however, many universities encounter challenges due to insufficient organizational readiness rather than lack of strategic intent. This study develops an institutional transformation and readiness framework to explain how universities prepare for executive education as a strategic initiative. Using an exploratory qualitative multi-perspective design, data were collected from 14 informants comprising institutional leaders and industry stakeholders through in-depth interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicate that readiness is a multidimensional construct shaped by four interrelated dimensions: governance and strategic commitment, organizational capability configuration, ecosystem and market responsiveness, and structural–infrastructural readiness. Governance flexibility and leadership commitment determine strategic direction, while capability configuration reflects the institution’s ability to integrate resources and knowledge. External alignment is captured through industry engagement and market responsiveness, and sustained implementation depends on adequate infrastructure and administrative systems. This study contributes by advancing organizational readiness beyond traditional psychological perspectives toward a systemic capability-alignment framework tailored to executive education development. The proposed framework offers a structured approach for institutional leaders to assess preparedness, align internal capabilities with external expectations, and manage transformation more effectively
This study aims to examine the influence of individual and organizational factors on work-life balance (WLB) as well as the mediating role of organizational factors, and the relationship between individual factors and WLB. This study uses a quantitative method with a total of 165 respondents working in Jakarta during December 2025. Data analysis using PLS-SEM. The results showed that individual factors had a significant effect on WLB (β=0.570) and organizational factors (β=0.650). Organizational factors also had a strong direct effect on WLB (β=0.518). This study also proves that organizational factors function as significant partial mediators with indirect effects = 0.337. This update in the research understands and confirms the mediation mechanism of organizational factors. Implicitly, organizational policies and culture need to be developed to reinforce individual factors towards WLB.
