Prompt gamma rays neutron activation analysis is an analytical technique useful to detect compounds made with low atomic number elements, like narcotics. In this work, Monte Carlo methods were used to estimate the gamma-ray spectra produced when 252Cf and DT (14.1 MeV) neutrons interact with 12.70 and 20.32 cmdiameter spheres made with methamphetamines, heroin, cocaine and fentanyl. Pulse height spectra show 2.22, 4.44, 5.11, and 6.13 MeV photopeaks induced in 1H, 12C, 14N, and 16O. Narcotics are compounds with H, C, N, and O, and the area under the induced gamma rays 1H gamma (2.22 MeV), 12C gamma (4.44 MeV), 14N gamma (5.11 MeV) and 16O gamma (6.13 MeV) were calculated. The 1H gamma/12C gamma, 1H gamma/14N gamma, 12C gamma/14N gamma, 1H gamma/16O gamma and 12C gamma/16O gamma gamma-ray ratios were calculated aiming to distinguish the narcotic. In addition, the linear attenuation coefficients, the effective atomic numbers, and the macroscopic fast neutron removal cross section were calculated. In the interaction between 252Cf neutrons with the 12.70 cm-diameter narcotic sphere the largest 12C gamma/14N gamma ratio is noticed with cocaine (2.650); the largest 1H gamma/12C gamma ratio is with heroin (16.409), while the largest 1H gamma/14N gamma ratio is with fentanyl (33.587). In the interaction between 252Cf neutrons with the 20.32 cm-diameter narcotic sphere the largest 12C gamma/14N gamma, 1H gamma/12C gamma, and 1H gamma/14N gamma ratios are with methamphetamine (2.833, 26.971, and 76.418 respectively). In the interaction between DT neutrons with the 12.70 cm-diameter narcotic sphere the largest 1H gamma/14N gamma and 12C gamma/14N gamma ratios are with methamphetamine (8.611 and 20.00 respectively), while the largest 1H gamma/12C gamma ratio is with heroin (0.6450). Also, in the interaction between DT neutrons with the 20.32 cm-diameter narcotic sphere the largest 1H gamma/14N gamma and 12C gamma/14N gamma ratios are with methamphetamine (15.922 and 18.700 respectively), while the largest 1H gamma/12C gamma ratio is with heroin (0.991). Induced gamma-rays and their ratios can be used to identify the narcotic.
The general objective of this research was to propose a human resource management model to optimize the performance and well-being of employees in large-scale organizations. An applied methodology was required for this research with a predominantly quantitative approach and a qualitative approach using a non-experimental and transactional (descriptive) design of projective scope, that is, the research focuses on formulating a proposal after an analysis of the situation. current. The results were such that shortcomings in the main variables; in hiring, training and risk management were evident, indicating that the majority of respondents feel that human resource management is not up to par, which presents an area for improvement to make management more effective. and efficient. Therefore, to resolve this problem, it is suggested that activities be evaluated and monitored institutionally, which would facilitate the identification of new opportunities and the continuous optimization of processes at the time.
Objective: To establish the frequency of epidemiological and physiotherapeutic characteristics in hemiplegia in patients treated at the San Juan de Dios Clinic, Chiclayo, 2018-2019. Material and methods: A descriptive observational study was carried out in 90 patients with hemiplegia admitted to the San Juan de Dios Clinic, Chiclayo, during the year 2018 to 2019. Results: The population was characterized by the predominance of the age group 60 years and over (50.0%), male (58.9%), origin from the province of Chiclayo (70.0%) and urban home area (73, 3 %). 65.5% had an ischemic cause, 52.2% had spastic-type hemiplegia; and the most frequent comorbidities were aphasia (95.6 5), headache (91.1%), arterial hypertension (86.7%) and diabetes mellitus (60.0%). 100% had a partial recovery and received five physiotherapeutic techniques in an interdaily frequency in 92.2%. Conclusions: In the hemiplegic population studied, the age over 60 years, the male sex, the urban home area and the ischemic cause predominated. Likewise, the majority presented arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus; all received five therapeutic technicians on an Interday frequency.
Objective. To determine the frequency and factors associated with dyslipidemia in patients treatedin a Medical Center of Chiclayo, July to December 2020. Material and methods. An analytical crosssectionalstudy was conducted on secondary data (retrospective) in a population of 1,120 patientsadmitted to the “Inkamay” Medical Center in the city of Chiclayo, during March to June 2020. Thestudy was census. The data were collected by documenting the clinical records and record books ofthe clinical laboratory. Results. The population was characterized by a median age of 53 years (IQR= 41-64), weight of 65 kg (IQR = 58-74), BMI of 26.2 Kg/M2 (IQR = 24.0-29.4) and predominance of thefemale sex (68.5%). 59.9% had dyslipidemia with high levels of cholesterol or triglyceridemia; likewise,32.6% and 42.0% had high levels of HDLc and LDLc, respectively. The bivariate analysis showed anassociation of age older than 30 years (p<0.001), overweight and obesity (p <0.001), and glycemiagreater than 126 mg/dL (p=0.007) with the higher frequency of dyslipidemia. The association of sexwith dyslipidemia was not demonstrated. Conclusions. More than half of the patients in the studypopulation had dyslipidemia with abnormally high cholesterol or triglyceridemia levels, which wererelated to older age, higher BMI, and hyperglycemia.
For which the general objective is: Propose a digital government management model for the modernization of electronic services in a district municipality of Chiclayo; To achieve this objective, it is necessary to develop the specific objectives a) Identify the level of modernization of electronic services in a district municipality of Chiclayo, through the use of a questionnaire; b) develop the methodological and theoretical foundation that supports the digital government management proposal for the modernization of electronic services in a district municipality of Chiclayo; c) design a digital government management model for the modernization of electronic services in a district municipality of Chiclayo; In such a way that the formulated working hypothesis is: If a digital government management model is designed and implemented, then the electronic services of a district municipality of Chiclayo would be modernized by the year 2022. In the results: The level of modernization of electronic services in a district municipality of Chiclayo was determined, according to the opinion of internal and external users, finding that the majority homogeneously distribute their responses of level of satisfaction in low satisfaction in the first place, followed by medium satisfaction, with a small proportion having a high level of satisfaction.
