Producer service enterprises are part of the process of the three industrial productions and service to provide intermediate service. In the era of mobile Internet, producer service providers need to accelerate the development of manufacturing industries, business models and innovation. This paper discussed the collaborative innovation mechanism and path of producer service enterprises from the perspective of socialization in the perspective of connotations and characteristics, in order to provide implications for producer service enterprises.
The present study investigated the effectiveness of Life Analytic Counseling on freshmen’s academic adaptation. 64 university students were assigned to experimental group and control group. The experimental group received a six-week intervention while the control group remained un-intervened. The Academic Adaptation to College Questionnaire and Autonomy in Learning Rating Scale were used to measure all participants at three time points, before and after six-week intervention, and on the sixth week after the intervention. After six-week intervention, the experimental group showed significant increase in academic adaptation and learning autonomy, with scores of learning motivation, self regulation and mode of teaching higher than the control group. Life Analytic Counseling may be effective to improve freshmen’s academic adaptation, especially to learning motivation and self regulation.
Law, a practical discipline, is characteristic of applied education of practicality and professionalism. However, an applied law education practical teaching system needs to be perfected in the aspects of faculty, students' recognition and teaching content. This research aims to highlight the essential factors of observable programs, controllable process and stable results in the perspective of systems theory. It suggests that the observable programs, a prerequisite factor, require detailed and programmed practice teaching, clear content and trained skills; the controllable process requires a sound quality assessment and feedback mechanisms to detect and resolve problems; and the stable results aim at consistent quality and continuous upgrade in the cultivation of practical law teaching.
The main purpose of constructing big data analytics platform of library contributing to students’ academic achievements is to explore the relationship between college students using library services and the students’ academic achievements. The platform sets up a theoretical stage on which decision making for library services can be evaluated. Through using big data analytics and building a unified big data analytics platform based on Hadoop distributed computing storage platform and MapReduce framework, a big data system is proposed in this paper.
The purpose of this research is to explore the joint status of governments and colleges in formulating university charts in terms of the charter proposed background, diversified subjects of college establishment, legality of charters, autonomous function, contents and applicable scope. In China, however, it is a common practice that universities apply for the authorities to approve of college charters, which needs to be renovated. To jointly formulating charters, such measures should be taken as establishing the legal status of public higher learning institutions, perfecting relevant laws and regulations, constructing university financial autonomy, building the negotiation process of issuing charter, improving the legal validity, and strengthening the supervision and legal liability.

Given the micro-tourism market demands, Ningbo should implement the paid annual leave system actively, guide citizens to avoid rush hours in traveling, improve public services environment for micro-tourism, innovate local micro-tourism products, and use micro-marketing means effectively by considering the characteristics of tourists so as to promote the further development of micro-tourism.
Landscapes, as a substantive symbol of rich cultural elements in a university, are of particular educational significance. This paper focuses on an analysis of the cultural meaning and educational function of campus landscapes, and it comes to the conclusion that campus landscapes not only serve as a hardware environment and practical contents of teaching and learning, and more importantly, as a cultural function in education. For an attractive campus landscape is a good carrier of ideology, behavior, thanksgiving and environmental education, which plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating individual good taste, and creating a unity in harmonious cultural atmosphere. It, thus, proposes the principles and measures for universities to make full use of campus landscapes in education.
A novel turbidimetric immune method is engineered by transmission of poly-chelate enzyme linked antibody cross-linked magnetic nano emulsion to determine adiponectin in serums. Polymeric chelate enzyme contains a large amount of HRP enzyme, which significantly facilitates the signal amplification. Under the optimized conditions, the immune turbidimetric signal intensity changes in the range of 0.005~0.2 ng·mL-1 adiponectin, with the detection limit of 2 pg·mL-1. It has been successfully applied to the detection of adiponectin in serum samples.

The central governmental schools gradually developed a set of perfect and strict management system, with clearly-specified responsibility and authority of management departments. Educated and supervised by knowledgeable teachers, students devoted themselves to academic performance. The administrative, academic and routine management activities formed a historical picture of the education of the central governmental schools.
This paper conducted a survey on the validity of the established TBI mode in reading teaching by means of teaching experiment, questionnaire and interviews. The results showed that the mode is effective in cultivating students’ enthusiasm for English learning, improving students’ reading skills and reading proficiency while issues await resolutions in language form and excessive reading. It suggested that students need assistance in vocabulary and sentence learning techniques as well as articles index and literature research.
As one of the most important figures of Eastern Zhejiang School in Qing Dynasty, Quan Zuwang wrote a lot of prefaces and postscripts covering the time, place, background, version and textual criticism of his works. At the same time, his prefaces and postscripts conveyed the academic ideas of the fusion of classics and historiography and literature. Discussing on his prefaces and postscripts, we can not only know his literature achievement and academic accomplishment, but also provide a unique perspective to the study of Eastern Zhejiang School in the Qing Dynasty literature.
The cell wall WPG of Nocardia seriolae was extracted and purified as follows: bacteria were collected by centrifuge after culture expansion. The bacteria cells were treated with trichloroacetic acid in order to remove the wall teichoic acids as well as nucleic acid. The residues were degreased with methanol and acetone. Then we digested the defatted residues with trypsin and neutral protease. They were cleaned by centrifugation and lyophilization. It has been proved by lysozyme and UV-visible absorption spectra that the extracts were peptidoglycan. The transmission electeonmicroscopic observation of WPG showed that WPG was in sacciform and still held the physically intact cell wall structure of the whole cells, which certified the peptidoglycan we obtained was whole peptidoglycan.
In recent years, college students of varied nationalities in coastal areas have presented challenges to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, a significant channel for harmonious interactions of various national students. Personal fate such as parties' union to dissolution and interpersonal connections are the external factors of individual choices.
This paper focuses on the governmental responsibilities for the school-enterprise cooperation in the higher vocational education in the perspective of public product and polycentric governance. It examines the major issues of unclear-specified responsibilities and laws, deficient policies and supervision, and authorities relax participation that are caused by backward conceptions, imperfect systems, misplaced roles, and left-behind guarantee mechanism. It, thus, suggests that government may play its role in updating the ideas, perfecting the laws, charting the policies, increasing the investment, and strengthening the supervision and guidance from the viewpoints of idealistic guidance, legislation, systematic designation, finance and tax policy, industry organizations’ roleplay, investment, standard design and supervision.
This experiment is conducted to study the effects of L-Methionine (L-Met) or Methionine hydroxy analogue calcium (MHA-Ca) on growth performance, plasma biochemical indices and protein metabolism of juvenile giant freshwater prawn (Macrobrachium rosenbergii). A fish meal diet was included as a control. 2×3 factorial arrangement with two methionine resources (L-Met and MHA-Ca) and three fish meal replacement levels (16.67%, 33.33% and 50.00%) was used. L-Met and MHA-Ca were supplemented respectively to the experimental diets in order to match the methionine profile of the control diet. Each diet was fed to juvenile giant freshwater prawn (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) (average initial weight (0.29±0.04) g) for 10 weeks. The results are presented as follows: At the level of 16.67% fish meal replacement, there is no significant difference between MHA-Ca supplemental diet and basal diet in prawns final weight, so are among weight gain, special growth rate and protein efficiency ratio. For the same level of fish meal replacement, prawns fed with MHA-Ca has the significantly higher weight gain, special growth rate and protein efficiency ratio than prawns with fed L-Met (P<0.05). The serum total protein content is significantly influenced by L-Met and MHA-Ca among all experimental diets (P<0.05). Prawns fed with the basal diet has the lower aspartate aminotransferase and glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase activity than prawns fed with MHA-Ca or L-Met (P<0.05). Given the same fish meal replacement level, prawns fed with MHA-Ca has lower aspartate aminotransferase and glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase activity than prawns fed with L-Met. In conclusion. Due to the low release rate and the function of sustained-release, MHA-Ca can more effectively improve the growth performance, feed utilization and the synthesis of body proteins than L-Met in juvenile giant freshwater prawn.
The e-commerce industry cluster of new-model taobao villages is featured by spontaneity, collaboration, on-line and reproduction. This paper centers on three aspects of industry clusters, i.e, motivation, structure and capacity and discusses the influential factors of competitiveness in the cluster. According to the researches and interviews on typical taobao villages, the paper tries to build index system of taobao village competitiveness by using analytic hierarchy process. Based on the analysis of the dynamic model of taobao village and its competitiveness factors, the paper forwards some strategies to upgrade the competitiveness of industry cluster of taobao villages along with the thriving government and market.
