Based on the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between China and Russia in the new era, and based on a large number of first-hand data, through a comprehensive investigation and study of Russia’s Chinese education, this paper finds that in Russia, Chinese education has developed rapidly, Chinese teachers and teaching resources are highly localized, and Chinese talent cultivation has prominent characteristics. Under the framework of the latest development of Sino-Russian relations, opportunities and challenges coexist in Russian Chinese education. The upgrading of Sino-Russian relations, the solid foundation of public opinion, and the inclusion of Chinese into the unified national examination in Russia have brought new opportunities for the development of Chinese education. At the same time, they are also faced with many challenges, such as insufficient support for Chinese education policies, the overall weakness of Chinese teachers, and overexploitation of teaching resources in the lower learning stage and lack of teaching resources in the higher learning stage. It is necessary to strengthen Sino-Russian policy communication, optimize the local faculty, enable Chinese education through science and technology, develop vocational Chinese education, deepen Sino-Russian academic cooperation, and promote the high-quality and sustainable development of Chinese education in Russia.
The construction of the Yellow River National Cultural Park is faced with many complex problems demanding prompt solution, and there is an urgent need to carry out relevant systematic research work. This study takes prefecture-level cities and cities above that the main and tributaries of the Yellow River flow through as the research object, analyzes the time and spatial characteristics of the development efficiency of A-level scenic spots from a multi-scale perspective, and discusses its influencing factors. The results show that: The development efficiency of A-level scenic spots is generally low and in a “wavy” slow growth state. There is a significant difference between the efficiency values of the five major cultural areas and the provincial capital cities. The number of cities in prefecture-level high-value areas increases and gradually concentrates on the Han nationality cultural tourism areas. The development efficiency is affected by such as the level of economic development, the level of marketization, the level of scientific and technological information, the level of transportation, the regional reception and service capacity and the industrial structure. Finally, All A-level scenic spots need to adapt to local conditions, take the quality and efficiency intensive road relying on scientific and technological innovation, and give full play to the role of scientific and technological empowerment in protecting the Yellow River culture, which is of great significance to the construction of high-quality Yellow River National Cultural Park.
Through the adaptation and reconstruction to Shakespeare’s The Merry Wives of Windsor and Romeo and Juliet, Jilin Opera shows construction significance from textual intertextuality to cultural intertextuality. Implicit or explicit intertextual relationships between the internal connotation of “funny” and “noisy” of Jilin Opera and the plots, characters and jubilant artistic atmosphere of Shakespeare’s original plays constitute the key links between “localized” intertextual adaptation and reconstruction. The combination with the spirit of the times of “the beauty of harmony” and identification of the secret passage to “decanonization” constitute the deep driving force for “localized” adaptation and reconstruction between Jilin Opera and Shakespeare’s plays. The rewriting and replacing to language with strong regional characteristics, the transforming to the unique musical and dancing factors and the application of defamiliarization show the specific artistic forms of “localized” intertextual adaptation and reconstruction from Jilin Opera to Shakespeare’s plays.
In the construction of modern state, the construction of political identity is extremely important. The communication construction of political identity is an important part of the construction of political identity. And differs his philosophy with Confucianism of Han Dynasty which regards freedom as the obedience to the divine order. For Ji Kang, freedom comes into being due to the existential relationship between individuals and the natural world, the tension between naturalness and Confucian ethical code, and between natural landscapes and capitals of nations.
In the context of multiple crises facing the publishing industry, Chinese book publishers, as a professional community, have produced a lot of professional discourse around the survival, development and practice of the book publishing industry. It is found that in the face of crisis issues, publishers generate four dominant response discourses of nostalgia, farewell, persistence and innovation, which together constitute the complex response discourse pedigree of China’s publishing professional community. The cause of this discourse pedigrees is the four-fold structural tension within the publishing industry, which is about farewell time and unfulfilled ideal, path dependence and institutional innovation, market logic and aesthetic logic, boundary demarcation and boundary bridging. The process of discourse construction and the structural tension behind it all represent the efforts of publishing practitioners to reposition their social roles, rebuild their professional significance and cultural practices, and their determinants.

In the current international context, “telling Chinese stories well” so that the world can better understand and accept China is a national strategy related to the construction of China’s national image. When it comes to narrative construction of foreign news discourse, especially that involves sensitive issues such as national territorial and border disputes, narrative positions of different propagandists tend to be polarized or antagonistic; in other words, political and ideological competitions of territorial or border disputes are often embodied in narrative competitions of discourse. In construction of foreign news discourse, narrative competitions are reflected from three levels of events, perspectives and structures. Journalists should pay enough attention to narrative competitions in foreign news discourse and resort to various narrative techniques, so as to enhance narrative effects.
There are three discourse systems:“big data evidence”“artificial intelligence evidence”and“algorithm evidence”, which are formed after the research of evidence related to big date, to some extent, the development of related theories is hindered by the confusion of concept definition. Algorithm is the core characteristic and the main regulatory object of evidence related to big date. We should explore evidence related to big data under the concept of algorithm evidence. Algorithmic evidence refers not only to the algorithm related to the case when the case occurs, but also to the result of the analysis of the big data inside and outside the case by the algorithm. The former belongs to electronic evidence, which can directly prove the facts of a case, while the latter is unique in that it generates related machine opinions with the help of algorithms to prove the facts to be proved. Different methods of examination should be adopted for different types of algorithmic evidence. In order to ensure the rational use of algorithm evidence, our country should make clear the legal status of algorithm evidence and the rules of examination, and optimize the generation and supervision of algorithm evidence.

There has long been a confusion of the substantially equivalent between environmental philosophy and environmental ethics. From the perspective of philosophical tasks, however, the both are two different philosophical disciplines, each of which bears different discipline tasks on the relationship between human and nature. On the question of the relationship of human to nature, environmental philosophy is a systematic and comprehensive evaluation philosophical study that contrasts with ecology as a whole, and forms a subject group of continuous development based it as common philosophy foundation, in terms of the interspecific and intraspecific relations. Environmental philosophy in this subject group is in the foundational position of discipline. Because environmental ethics studies only the ethical relationship between human and nature, there is no equivalence relationship between it to environmental philosophy. On the contrary, the philosophical discipline that has a truly parallel relationship to environmental ethics is environmental aesthetics.

Online learning burnout is the negative psychological experience and improper behavior of learners in online learning. Based on the sample survey and data statistics of 396 students from three universities in H province, the results show that the phenomenon of online learning burnout of college students in MOOC environment is widespread, and more than half of the students are experiencing moderate and more serious degree of learning burnout; online learning burnout is significantly positively correlated with learning requirements（academic load, role ambiguity, content value conflict）. It is significantly negatively correlated with learning resources（external resources and individual resources）. And the negative impact of learning requirements on online learning burnout is much greater than the positive impact of learning resources. The governance of online learning burnout should mainly optimize or intervene in the relevant influencing factors of learning requirements, external learning resources and individual learning resources.

Essentially, researchers focus more on the overt plot of the story, that is, the individual resistance and collective political resistance caused by the tyranny of Panem, which constitutes the ethical narrative storyline of resisting to tyranny. However, most researchers neglected the covert narrative which runs through the overt plot. What it is behind the resistance is the redistribution of power. The authorities force individuals to make ethical choices against their free will by publicizing the moral ambiguity in the war, thus causing permanent mental trauma to individuals. With the help of the subversive relationship between the plot and the covert progression, The Hunger Games trilogy intends to convey the ethics of peace to readers, condemn any form of war, and appeal to people to cherish peace.
Analyzing the integration development of the logistics industry and the information industry and its effect on energy consumption has important practical significance for building a sustainable green economic system. This paper uses the system coupling theory to calculate the integration development level of the logistics industry and the information industry in 30 provinces and cities in China from 2010 to 2019, and empirically studies the integration level of the two industries and its impact on the energy consumption of the logistics industry by using the threshold regression model. The results show that the integration level of China’s logistics industry and the information industry is generally low, and presents the distribution characteristics of strong in the east and weak in the west. There is a significant threshold effect between the level of integration and the energy intensity of the logistics industry. As the level of integration increases, its positive impact on the energy intensity of the logistics industry continues to weaken. Based on the research conclusion, this paper discusses the policy recommendations to promote the integrated development of China’s logistics industry and information industry, and reduce energy consumption in the logistics industry.
The newspaper reading room is a kind of public welfare place in modern times. In the period of Nanjing National Government, the implication of discipline exceeded enlightenment gradually. During the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, newspaper reading room aimed to enlighten the public, so they provided newspapers, organized lectures and speeches, attached half-day schools and midnight schools. At the same time, as a public reading space, with access to reading provided, newspaper reading room became a bridge between newspapers and the public. However, the Nanjing National Government tried to use the newspaper reading room as political education place by providing reading materials, controlling the managers, holding exhibitions and lectures, etc. The process of politicizing public reading activities and the change of educational purpose reflect that the understanding of public reading had been changed and all forces tried to control and discipline it.
Virtue and mandate of Heaven have always been important topics in Shang shu, and the discourse about virtue is often scattered in the text discussing the mandate of Heaven. The emphasis on virtue in Shang shu could form a complete discourse system, that is, using historical language to summarize the achievements of the monarch in moral education and repeating. The discussion of the tradition of virtue could prove the righteousness of the successors and absorb the predecessors’ experience of virtue to assist the practical political governance. The tradition of virtue has been applied in the symbolic expression of various political occasions, with the monarch, his subjects and the people all involved. And the cultivation of moral character and the implementation of moral government have become a major problem of political governance. The concepts of diligent administration, selection and appointment of the virtuous and capable, and fine governance for the people and so on were combined with the propagation of “applying practical virtues to the people”as the practical value of the moral tradition, which were regarded as the standard by the later generations.
In the process of building China of rule of law and a peaceful China in a new era, the generation logic of the security value of law needs to be taken seriously. The generation of law’s security value includes three links: the subjective logic, the theoretical logic and the system logic. Its subjective logic shows that the expression of the people’s will under the rule of law leads to the People’s subjectivity of the value of the rule of law, which leads to the People’s subjectivity of the security value of the law, and the people constitute the subject of the security value of the law. Its theoretical logic is: The ontological demand for security provides the inherent power for the generation of the value of security of law, the urgent demand for security in risk society makes security prominent in the legal value system in the evolution of the connotation of the value of security. The transformation of the concept of security provides abundant meaning for the generation of the security value of law. Its system logic is shown as follows: in the relations between security and order, freedom, equality, efficiency, human rights, justice and other legal values, there are both relations and differences, the relative independence of security in the legal value system is presented. With the change of social values and legal value system, the legal value of security is in a dynamic adjustment. These three logical links link up with each other and construct a complete logical chain of generation of law’s security value.
