Considering the challenges faced by organizations in identifying and structuring tacit knowledge, especially in the subjective processes of Knowledge Management, this research aimed to promote a discussion on memory narratives, highlighting the practical perceptions of storytelling as a Knowledge Management method. The research was guided by the following question: how does storytelling contribute to the discursive construction of memory narratives and Knowledge Management in organizations? The study was conducted from a theoretical, conceptual, and analytical perspective, through a bibliographic literature review, with a basic nature, qualitative approach, and descriptive objective, aiming to examine how the topic has been explored in different fields of knowledge. By exploring the role of information in decision- making and the conceptual and practical possibilities of storytelling as an integrated methodology for Knowledge Management in organizations, it was possible to conclude that storytelling has been recognized as a powerful organizational communication tool. It has the ability to integrate memory narratives, validating their scientific nature and recovering experiences lived by people in the organization, recorded in different media (physical or digital), to be used as a reference in retrospective, current, and prospective contexts. Finally, it was identified that this approach can promote the socialization of knowledge, providing the recovery and systematization of the organization's intellectual capital, with a special focus on strategic potential, knowledge generation for innovation, and competitive advantage, aimed at organizational development.

Terminology as science, practice and product has been relevant in the expansion and communication of human knowledge throughout its history and the different theoretical approaches have contributed to its development both epistemological and methodological. Thus, from a bibliographic review, the main concepts involved in Terminology and Socioterminology are addressed, as well as a search in the BRAPCI bibliographical database and the E-LIS with the objective of recovering the works with socio-terminological approach developed and published in Information Science, between 1990 and 2023. In this sense, the results show a variety of publications such as communications, articles and dissertations, but the amount of work developed with this topic in the area is low. It is concluded that the Socioterminology, since its beginnings, it has been used for the development of linguistic policies in regions with presence of minority languages and that the potential methodological contributions of this discipline have been few explored in the scientific production of Information Science.
