In digital rural governance,modern technology has improved the rural governance efficiency by empowering traditional rural social fields and elements.But various problems emerge in this governance technicalization in terms of system simplification and process standardization.A fusion dilemma occurs with what should otherwise be characterized by flexibility and complexity.This study analyzes an exploratory technology-system synchronization model in rural digital governance in City B.Sample villa-ges successfully embed digital technology into their formal and informal constitutions,resulting in a synchronous technology-con-stitution connection.Their practice casts significant light on technology-system fusion in rural digital governance.

In recent years,the Communist Party of China and the state attach great importance to the ideological teaching staff construction for university courses.Driven by both external and internal factors,great achievements have been made in university ideology faculty development and ability enhancement,contributing significantly to the fundamental task implementation of virtue-based cultivation.As is required by the new situations,university ideology teachers'qualifications are characterized by their skillful applications of internet information technology,popular discourse,rational interpretation,and sharp vision in current hot issues.At the same time,there are also many shortcomings in their abilities,such as inadequate practical teaching ability,weak academic accumulation,and occupational acedia.University ideology teachers'qualifications construction is a comprehensive project.To solve the above-mentioned problems,it is necessary to make an overall and strengthened plan in terms of promoting a sustainable development of ideological courses,enhancing the teaching staff's social recognition,improving their professional literacy,and enhancing their innovations.
