ObjectiveTo observe the antipruritic effect of electroacupuncture (EA) at antipruritic acupoints “Quchi” (LI11) and “Xuehai” (SP10) on skin itch in urticaria (UR) rats, so as to analyze the mechanism underlying the antipruritic effect of EA based on transient receptor potential vanilloid subtype 1 (TRPV1) channel-related proteins. Methods Anti-ovalbumin (OVA) serum was prepared by combined injection of the mixture of OVA and aluminum hydroxide immune adjuvant in 3 male SD rats. A total of 16 male SD rats were adopted to establish UR models via passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA): diluted anti-OVA serum was intradermally injected into the rat back, followed by antigen challenge via tail vein injection of diluted OVA and Evans blue solution 48 h later, and model evaluation was conducted 0.5 h after challenge. Successfully modeled rats were randomly divided into a model group and an EA group, with 8 rats in each group; another 8 rats were set as the normal group. Starting from the 2nd day after model establishment, rats in the EA group received EA stimulation at bilateral LI11 and SP10, once daily for 5 consecutive days. The scratching frequency of rats on sensitized back skin before and after EA intervention was recorded, and the area of blue spots on sensitized back skin was measured. Sensitized back skin tissues were harvested for subsequent detections: colorimetric method was used to quantify Evans blue exudation in blue spots of sensitized skin; hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining was performed to observe skin pathological lesions; transmission electron microscopy was applied to examine the ultrastructure of skin mast cells (MCs); toluidine blue staining was adopted to observe MC morphology and calculate the MC degranulation rate; ELISA was used to detect serum levels of immunoglobulin E (IgE), histamine (HIS), 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-5 and IL-6; immunohistochemistry was conducted to count phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PIP2)-positive cells in skin tissues; Western blot was utilized to detect the protein expressions of protein kinase C (PKC), phosphorylated PKC (p-PKC) and TRPV1 in skin tissues. Results Compared with the normal group, the model group exhibited significantly increased scratching frequency, enlarged area of blue spots on sensitized skin and elevated Evans blue exudation (P<0.01), accompanied by severe inflammatory infiltration in sensitized skin. MCs showed increased basophilic secretory granules in cytoplasm, damaged granule membranes and decreased internal granule density, with a markedly elevated MC degranulation rate (P<0.01). Serum levels of IgE, HIS, 5-HT, IL-1β, IL-5 and IL-6 were significantly up-regulated (P<0.01). In addition, the number of PIP2-positive cells, protein expressions of PKC and TRPV1, as well as the p-PKC/PKC ratio in skin tissues were all increased (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the EA group displayed reduced scratching frequency, smaller blue spot area and lower Evans blue exudation (P<0.05, P<0.01). Skin inflammatory lesions were alleviated; MCs presented fewer cytoplasmic basophilic secretory granules, restored intact granule membranes and higher internal granule density, alongside a decreased MC degranulation rate (P<0.01). Serum contents of IgE, HIS, 5-HT, IL-1β, IL-5 and IL-6 were notably decreased (P<0.01). Meanwhile, the number of PIP2-positive cells, expressions of PKC and TRPV1, and the p-PKC/PKC ratio in skin tissues were down-regulated (P<0.01, P<0.05).ConclusionEA at antipruritic acupoints LI11 and SP10 can relieve skin itch and wheal lesions in UR rats. Its therapeutic mechanism may be associated with inhibiting TRPV1 channel-related proteins in skin tissues and suppressing mast cell degranulation, thereby mitigating local inflammatory responses in lesioned skin.
OBJECTIVES:To observe the effect of "Tiaoshen Tongluo"(mind regulation and meridian-collateral dredging) electroacupuncture (EA) on the nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2)/triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 (TREM2) signaling pathway and hippocampal microglial polarization in rats with learning-memory impairment induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion/reperfusion (MCAO/R). METHODS:Male SD rats were randomly divided into 7 d sham group (n=10), 14 d sham group (n=10), and pre-model group. The MCAO/R model was established by Koizumi intraluminal filament MCAO method. Rats meeting the criteria of learning-memory impairment due to MCAO/R, identified by the Morris water maze tests, were randomly assigned to 7 d model, 7 d EA, 14 d model and 14 d EA groups, with 10 rats in each group. Rats of the EA groups received "Tiaoshen Tongluo" EA stimulation at "Baihui" (GV20), "Yintang" (GV24+), and bilateral "Taichong" (LR3) and "Hegu" (LI4) for 10 min per session, once daily, for 7 or 14 consecutive days. The modified neurological severity score (mNSS) was used to assess the neurological deficits before and after the intervention. Morris water maze test was conducted to evaluate learning and memory abilities. HE staining was used to observe histopathological changes, and Nissl staining was applied to examine neuronal morphology and Nissl bodies in the hippocampal CA1 region. Immunofluorescence double staining was employed to determine the proportions of CD68+/Iba1+ (M1 type) and CD206+/Iba1+ (M2 type) positive cells in the hippocampal tissue. Western blot was used to measure the relative protein expression levels of Nrf2, TREM2, DNAX activator protein 12(DAP12), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) in the hippocampal tissue. RESULTS:Compared with the 7 d and 14 d sham groups, the 7 d and 14 d model groups had a significant increase in the mNSS (P<0.01), and an obvious down-regulation in expression levels of hippocampal Nrf2, TREM2, and DAP12 proteins (P<0.05, P<0.01), and loose arrangement of neurons and reduction in the number of Nissl bodies in the hippocampal CA1 region. In contrast to the 14 d sham group, the 14 d model group had a notable increase in the escape latency, the number of CD68+/Iba1+ dual labeled cells, and the expression level of TNF-α in the hippocampus (P<0.05, P<0.01), and a striking decrease in the number of original platform crossings and time spent in the target quadrant (P<0.01). Compared with the 7 d and 14 d model groups, the 7 d and 14 d EA groups exhibited reduction of mNSS and TNF-α expressions (P<0.01, P<0.05), up-regulation of expression levels of Nrf2 and TREM2 proteins (P<0.05, P<0.01), alleviated arrangement of CA1 neurons, and increased Nissl bodies. Compared with the 14 d model group, the 14 d EA group showed a decrease in the escape latency and the number of CD68+/Iba1+ dual labeled cells (P<0.01), and an increase in the number of original platform crossings and time spent in the target quadrant, number of CD206+/Iba1+ dual labeled cells, and the expression of DAP12 and TGF-β proteins(P<0.05, P<0.01). Compared with the 7 d EA group, the 14 d EA group showed a further reduction in mNSS score (P<0.05), and a further up-regulation of expression of TREM2 protein (P<0.05), a more compact neuronal arrangement in the CA1 region with the morphological structure being close to the normal. CONCLUSIONS:"Tiaoshen Tongluo" EA can improve learning-memory ability in MCAO/R rats, which may be associated with its functions in activating the Nrf2/TREM2 signaling pathway, inhibiting microglial M1 polarization and promoting M2 polarization. In addition, the therapeutic effect of 14 d EA is better than that of 7 d EA.
Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture(EA)on knee function and symptoms,intestinal flora and TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB signaling pathway of articular cartilage in rabbits with knee osteoarthritis(KOA),so as to explore its potential mechanism underlying improvement of knee function by regulating the gut-joint axis response of KOA.Methods Thirty-two Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into blank,model,glucosamine and EA groups,with 8 rabbits in each group.The KOA model was reproduced by using modified Hulth method.The rabbits in the EA group were given EA(2 Hz/100 Hz,0.5-1.5 mA)at bilateral"Xuehai"(SP10),"Yinlingquan"(SP9)and"Dubi"(ST35)for 15 min,once daily,5 times a week for 4 weeks.The rabbits of the glucosamine group received glucosamine solution once daily,5 times a week for 4 weeks.The knee function was evaluated by Lequesne MG index of severity for osteoarthritis(total scores of pain,swelling,range of motion,and gait)after modeling and treatment.H.E.staining was used to observe the histopathological changes of the knee cartilage tissue.Immunofluorescence histochemical method was used to detect the expressions of MyD88 and NF-κB p65,and Wes automated protein blot quantitative analysis technique was employed to detect the protein expressions of TLR4,MyD88 and NF-κB p65 in the knee cartilage tissue.Analysis of the species structure changes of intestinal flora was detected by 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing.Results After modeling,compared with the blank group,the Lequesne MG score,immunofluorescence intensity of MyD88 and NF-κB p65,and the protein expression levels of TLR4,MyD88 and NF-κB p65 were significantly increased in the model group(P<0.05).H.E.staining showed thin and rough surface of the knee cartilage,clusters and disordered arrangement of chondrocytes,a few cellular nuclei being dark blue-purple in staining,with some nuclei being shrank,ruptured,and disappeared in the model group.In comparison with the model group,the Lequesne MG score,fluorescence intensity of MyD88 and NF-κB p65,and the protein expression levels of TLR4,MyD88 and NF-κB p65 were significantly decreased in both EA and glucosamine groups(P<0.05).The effects of EA were significantly superior to glucosamine in down-regulating the protein expression levels of TLR4,MyD88 and NF-κB(P<0.05).H.E.staining showed relatively complete surface of the knee cartilage,slightly hypertrophic chondrocytes with relatively clear nucleus and relatively complete tide line in both EA and glucosamine groups.Results of 16S rDNA sequencing showed that compared with the blank group,the Shannon index was obviously increased(P<0.05),the relative abundance of Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria,Escherichia coli-Shigella and Clostridium UCG-014 was elevated,and the relative abundance of Firmicutes,Verrucomicrobia,Comamonas and Acmea bacteria was decreased in the model group.In comparison with the model group,the Chao1 index and Shannon index were increased(P<0.05),the relative abundance of Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria and Escherichia coli-Shigella was decreased,while the relative abundance of Firmicutes,Comamonas and Nobilus was significantly increased in both EA and glucosamine groups.Conclusion EA can significantly improve the symptoms and function of knee joint in KOA rabbits,which may be associated with its functions in inhibiting cartilage injury and inflammation reaction by regulating TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB signaling pathway and intestinal flora diversity through the"gut-joint"axis.

BackgroundThe autonomic nervous system (ANS) plays a pivotal role in maintaining physiological homeostasis, and its dysfunction is implicated in various chronic disorders. Current pharmacological and neuromodulatory interventions are constrained by limitations such as adverse effects and invasiveness. Acupuncture, a cornerstone of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM), demonstrates potential for bidirectionally modulating ANS function, yet systematic evidence remains scarce.MethodsA meta-analysis was conducted on randomized controlled trials (RCTs) retrieved from PubMed, Embase, CNKI, Wanfang, and CENTRAL databases from their inception until 1 August 2025. Data on baseline characteristics, heart rate variability (HRV) parameters (standard deviation of normal-to-normal intervals (SDNN), low frequency (LF), high frequency (HF), LF/HF), and adverse events were extracted. Analyses were performed using random-effects models.ResultsTen RCTs comprising 744 patients were included. Acupuncture significantly improved SDNN. True effect sizes for LF and HF suggested potential differences, but considerable uncertainty was evident. The incidence of adverse events was low, with no serious events reported.ConclusionAcupuncture may confer modest improvements in ANS function, particularly evidenced by SDNN enhancement, and exhibits a favorable safety profile. However, the evidence is constrained by heterogeneity and methodological limitations, necessitating further validation through high-quality studies.
Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture(EA)preconditioning at"Quchi"(LI11)and"Xuehai"(SP10)in prevention of urticaria.Methods Twenty-four male SD rats were randomly divided into control,model and preconditioning of EA(Pre-EA)groups(8 rats/group).The urticaria model was established by intradermal injection of dilute allogeneic antioalbumin serum at the spots of the bilateral symmetry of the spine on the back,and followed by tail venous injection of mixture solution of egg albumin diluent,plus 0.5%Evans blue and normal saline.Ten days before the end of modeling,rats of the pre-EA group received EA stimulation of LI11 and SP10 for 20 min,once a day for 10 consecutive days.The times of rat's scratching the sensitized skin were recorded.HE staining method was used to observe the pathological changes of skin tissue,and toluidine blue staining method was used to observe the morphology of mast cells(MCs)in the skin,blood,mesentery,and peritoneal fluid,and calculate the degranulation rate.Immunohistochemical stainning was used to detect immunoglobulin E(IgE),histamine(HIS),and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)expressions in subcutaneous tissue.NOD like receptor thermal domain associated protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome,apoptosis related granule protein(ASC),and cysteine aspartate aminotransferase 1(Caspase-1)protein expression levels in skin tissue were detected by Western blot.The contents of serum interleukin(IL)-1β and IL-18 were detected using ELISA method.Results Compared with the control group,the scratching times,amount of Evans blue exudation of the sensitized blue spots,degranulation rate of MCs in skin,blood,mesentery and peritoneal fluid,the expression levels of IgE,HIS,5-HT in subcutaneous tissue,protein expression levels of NLRP3,ASC,Caspase-1 in skin tissue,and the contents of serum IL-1β and IL-18 were significantly increased(P<0.01,P<0.05)in the model group.In comparison with the model group,the scratching times,amount of Evans blue exudation of the sensitized blue spots,degranulation rate of MCs,the expression levels of IgE,HIS,5-HT in subcutaneous tissue,protein expression levels of NLRP3,ASC,Caspase-1 in skin tissue,and the contents of serum IL-1β and IL-18 in EA group were significantly decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion EA preconditioning at LI11 and SP10 can prevent and treat UR by inhibiting inflammatory response,which is related to the regulation of pyroptosis.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) pretreatment at "Quchi "(LI11) and "Xuehai "(SP10) on expression of interleukin (IL)-33, suppression of tumorigenicity 2 (ST2) and mast cell degranulation in sensitive area of skin tissue in rats with urticaria, so as to explore its mechanisms underlying prevention of urticaria.METHODS:A total of 32 male SD rats were randomly divided into blank control, model, EA preconditioning and medication groups, with 8 rats in each group. The urticaria model was established by topical injection of the prepared anti-ovalbumin serum (foreign serum, 0.1 mL/spot) along the bilateral sides of the spinal column on the back, followed by injection of mixture solution of ovalbumin, 0.5% evans blue and normal saline via the tail vein 48 h later. EA intervention (2 Hz/15 Hz, 1 mA) was applied to bilateral LI11 and SP10 for 20 min, once daily for 7 d before modeling.Back sensitization was started from the 5th day on. Rats of the medication group received gavage of loratadine, and those of the model group received gavage of the same volume of normal saline. The diameter of evans blue spots at the back skin tissue was measured; the histopathological changes of the blue spot tissues were observed by light microscope after H.E. staining. The state of degranulation of mast cells in the subcutaneous loose connective tissue was observed by using toluidine blue staining. Serum IgE and histamine contents were detected by ELISA, and the immunoactivity of IL-33 and ST2 in the skin and subcutaneous tissues of the sensitized spots (evans blue exudation spots) was observed by immunohistochemistry.RESULTS:Compared with the blank control group, the diameter of evans blue spot, degranulation rate of mast cells, serum IgE and histamine contents, and the immunoactivity of IL-33 and ST2 in the evans blue exudation spot tissues were significantly increased in the model group (P<0.01). In comparison with the model group, the increase of the above-mentioned indexes was reversed in both EA and medication groups (P<0.01,P<0.05). No significant differences were found between the EA and medication groups in down-regulating the levels of the 6 indexes. H.E. staining of the blue spot tissues of rats in the model group showed incomplete structure of the epidermal layer of the skin, unclear interface of tissues, incomplete keratinization, chaotic epidermal cells, disorderly arrangement of fibers in the dermis, and infiltration of inflammatory cells and edema, which was relatively milder in the EA and medication groups.CONCLUSION:EA preconditioning can prevent urticaria (reduce size and sensitive reactions) in rats, which may be associated with its functions in lowering the level of IgE through inhibiting IL-33 and ST2.
急性缺血性脑卒中是临床常见的脑血管疾病,超过半数患者会出现肢体运动功能障碍.急性缺血性脑卒中发病后,脑髓失养,神不导气,脉络不通,形神失调,患者肢体活动不利,"形""神"互累进一步加重肢体运动功能障碍,显著降低患者的生活水平."调神通络"针法在"形神一体观"理论指导下,将"形神同调"理念贯穿于急性缺血性脑卒中的诊疗过程中,通过针刺达到益髓通络、养神治形的目的,提高临床疗效.本文结合急性缺血性脑卒中肢体运动功能障碍的病因病机,探讨"调神通络"针法治疗该病的选穴思路及针刺机理,以期为针刺治疗该病提供理论依据.
为贯彻落实教育部关于加快建设高水平本科教育,全面提高人才培养能力的意见,提升刺法灸法学思政建设水平,落实三全育人大格局,作者提出了课程思政视角下的刺法灸法学教学多维设计建议.此文探讨了大纲相应章节的思政元素设计,总结了思政元素呈现原则与具体操作建议,初步规划了课程思政元素的考核办法.此文可能对针灸推拿学专业课程思政教育的开展具有一定的借鉴意义.
中医养生是集中医文化与调养身心为一体的中医分支学科.诸多的养生方法在人体的治疗与保健中发挥着重大作用.在缺乏专业教材、学生重理论轻实践、人文意识薄弱的情况下,编写符合中医养生人才培养目标的校本教材对提高学生临床实践能力、培育人文精神则尤为重要.因此本研究根据本校的实际情况及在工作中教学经验,对《中医养生基本方法》课程进行有效教学改革,希望本研究的成果在今后的教学中可被不断推广应用.
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) preconditioning of "Quchi" (LI11) and "Xuehai" (SP10) on mast cell (MC) degranulation, and expressions of inositol triphosphate(IP3), reactive oxygen species (ROS), transient receptor potential (TRP) M2, calmodulin (CaM) in rats with urticaria, so as to reveal its molecular mechanism under-lying improving urticaria.METHODS:Thirty-two male SD rats were randomly divided into blank control, model, preconditioning of EA (Pre-EA) and medication groups (n=8 rats/group). The urticaria model was established by intradermal injection of dilute allogeneic antioalbumin serum at the spots of the bilateral symmetry of the spine on the back, and followed by tail venous injection of mixture solution of egg albumin diluent, plus 0.5% Evans blue and normal saline. The expression levels of IP3, ROS, TRPM2 and CaM in the skin tissue were measured by immunohistochemistry and western blot, respectively.RESULTS:Compared with the blank control group, the scratching times, diameter of the sensitized blue spots, degranulation rate of MCs, and the expression levels of ion channel related proteins (IP3, ROS, TRPM2 and CaM) were significantly increased (P<0.01) in the model group. In comparison with the model group, the scratching times, diameter of sensitized blue spot, degranulation rate of MCs, and the expression levels of IP3, ROS, TRPM2 and CaM in both pre-EA and medication groups were significantly down-regulated (P<0.01, P<0.05). No significant differences were found between Pre-EA and medication groups in down-regulating the levels of the above-mentioned 7 indexes.CONCLUSION:EA-LI11 and SP10 preconditioning can reduce the cutaneous anaphylaxis in urticaria rats, which may be related to its effects in inhibiting the degranulation of MCs, and the expression of TRP channel related proteins.
黄元御"一气周流"理论源于古代哲学理论,其认为宇宙本为混沌,阴阳交互,气机交融,故衍生天地万物.气机升降,万物生克,循环始终.追溯古籍,研读《四圣心源》知脏腑、经络皆为一阴一阳交互而成,人体之气如环无端,周流不息,气失周流,则生逆乱,诸症始生."一气周流"从气机变化的角度阐释机体脏腑生理功能维系的内在本质,运用中气的升降周流变化,将难以理解的医学理论进行多层面、全方位、细致性地阐释.通过对文献典籍的整理和学习,总结不寐病因有三:一为升降失常,肝肺失调;二为斡旋失常,脾胃失调;三为既济失常,心肾失调.以"一气周流"理论为指导,针刺治疗不寐应遵循疏肝肃肺畅气血,升脾降胃合营卫,交通心肾宁神志.
Under the guidance of the theory of vibrating needling method, this study explored the idea of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for asthma. Vibrating needling method, first seen in Spiritual Pivot, is an acupuncture treatment method for a class of diseases with specific manifestations. The symptoms are similar to the acute attack of asthma. Asthma belongs to the category of ‘Yang disease’ discussed by vibrating needling method in terms of disease location and characteristics. By identifying pathogenesis and location of the disease, the syndrome differentiation of channels and collateral, as well as the syndrome differentiation of Zang-Fu organs are combined to analyze the location of the disease. It is emphasized that acupoints should be taken from the twelve meridians on limbs and superficial skin. At the same time, combined with dredging local meridians and Qi and blood, the shape and spirit of Qi and blood can be adjusted together, so as to quickly alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients. In terms of manipulation, shallow needling is carried out according to the needling location, emphasizing the necessity of filiform needling and searching points before needling.
目的 通过CiteSpace可视化分析,研究针灸治疗荨麻疹的研究现状与发展趋势,对针灸治疗荨麻疹这一特色领域进行归纳总结,旨在为临床提供新思路与新方向.方法 检索中国知网数据库 1992 年 1 月 1日至2022年12月20日的文献,导入CiteSpace数据库进行可视化分析,研究分析高频关键词、作者、机构等.结果 最后纳入文献 520 篇,在作者可视化分析中,马铁明、王艳君、何立发文量≥5 篇;机构可视化分析中,辽宁中医药大学、成都中医药大学、山东中医药大学发文频次≥10 次;年度总发文量呈上升趋势;高频关键词分别为荨麻疹、针刺、针灸、针刺疗法、拔罐等;研究热点主要集中在针刺疗法、针灸疗法、临床经验等方面.结论 近年来,针灸治疗荨麻疹成为临床研究热点,望日后各团队、机构之间加强学术合作,以促进临床、基础及实验研究工作的开展.

肠易激综合征是临床常见的功能性胃肠病之一,以腹痛、腹泻、便秘为主要症状,发病机制复杂,临床采用单一治疗方法多难以奏效,其发病与情志因素密切相关,临床上二者常合而为病.本病病位虽在胃肠,但发病与肝、脾关系密切,且受心、肾等脏腑功能状态的影响,证属本虚标实."调神与调形针法"是马铁明教授在"形神一体观"理论指导下,结合现代医学模式提出的针刺方案,在缓解临床症状的同时又注重调节患者情志,形神共调提高临床疗效.该文拟对肠易激综合征合并情志病进行分析阐述,理清疾病脉络,并从"形神一体观"的角度探讨"调神与调形针法"治疗该病的取穴思路及针刺作用机制,以期为针灸临床诊治该病提供借鉴.
Female infertility is a reproductive disorder caused by a variety of factors.It is an adverse event of reproductive health of women of childbearing age, which not only affects women′s mental health, but also affects the emotional life of couples.With the development of the current society and the changes in people′s cultural concepts, living environment, and work rhythm, the prevalence of female infertility is increasing year by year, which seriously affects the reproduction of human beings.At present, female infertility, as a global reproductive health problem, has attracted more and more attention from domestic and foreign medical researchers.With the continuous in-depth research of female reproductive physiology, medical researchers have a more profound and microscopic understanding of the causes of infertility, and the clinical treatment of infertility has gradually shifted from Western medicine to safer traditional Chinese medicine.In this study, the etiology of female infertility and the research progress of acupuncture treatment are reviewed as follows.
针灸止痒效应确切,但因涉及病种较多,导致选穴多样、用穴复杂.本文以"皮肤瘙痒"这一关键症状为主要关注点,阐明"营卫失和"为瘙痒发生的共同病机,结合针灸止痒高频用穴,认为曲池、血海穴对组成的处方是针灸"调和营卫"发挥止痒效应的基本方.并从临床研究角度充分论证了曲池、血海穴对止痒效应的普遍适用性,进一步综述了曲池、血海穴对止痒效应机制研究进展,认为未来应该完善针灸止痒效应的循证医学证据,同时深化止痒效应的机制研究.
此文以卒中后常见并发症痉挛为着眼点,对中医学关于痉挛病因的认识进行了分析,认为阴阳失衡、湿邪侵袭及阴虚血虚是痉挛的主要病机;在痉挛的针刺治疗方面,从针刺取穴的以痛为腧、特定穴、张力平衡针法及关键点区域取穴等角度,在经脉的整体性、联络性等方面,探讨了针灸缓解痉挛的选穴思路及理论依据,对于临床有一定指导意义.
