A low latency high throughput Dynamic Virtual Output Queues Router for On-Chip interconnect networks is proposed in this paper, which can reduce the router latency to two cycles by leveraging look-ahead routing computation and virtual output queues scheme. Compared to wormhole router and virtual channel router, Simulation results show that network throughput on a 4×4 mesh increases by up to 46.9% and 28.6% respectively, and outperforms doubled buffer virtual channel by 1.9% under same input speedup. Network zero-load-latency also decreases by 25.6% and 41% respectively under random traffic. Synthesis results in TSMC 65nm technology indicate the frequency of router with 0.404mm2 area can reach 2.5 GHz.
目的:为提升海军小型舰艇手术室照明效果,设计一种基于平面LED阵列的舰用手术无影灯.方法:舰用手术无影灯采用二维平面布局的LED阵列结构,阵列行数为19行,行间距为120 mm,单行LED数量为8或者9,行内LED间距为80 mm.单个LED灯以小尺寸、功率为2 W的灯珠为光源,以形成圆形光斑或椭圆形光斑的全内反射透镜作为二次光学元件.结果:舰用手术无影灯的LED数量为161个,总功率为322 W,形成的光斑能够覆盖整个手术床平面,且椭圆形光斑的无影灯中心照度优于圆形光斑的无影灯.结论:舰用手术无影灯的LED阵列布局合理、机械结构简单,能够有效提升舰艇手术照明.
Objective:To investigate the optical design effect of a new type of LED surgical light on navy ships.Methods:With Lighttools, an optical simulation software, the design of the total internal reflection (TIR) lens was optimized, the lighting characteristics of the surgical light on navy ships were analyzed, and the lighting effect of such design in the onboard operating room was simulated.Results:A TIR lens can efficiently collect 78% LED light. After secondary design, the central illuminance of the light spot of the LED lamp beads reached 9.1 klx, that of one single light was 42.5 klx, and that of the lighting system was 200.0 klx. The spot diameter of the surgical light used on navy ships was 238 mm with a uniform spot distribution.Conclusion:The lighting indicators of the new LED surgical light with TIR lens designed for navy ships can meet the industry standards.
从基本分类、工作原理、结构组成、应用场景等方面系统介绍了基于无线电测量、无线通信、全球定位和无线通信及北斗导航系统的4类报警定位装置,分析了报警定位装置当前存在的问题.提出了建立统一的协议和标准,用户机向智能化、多功能、低功耗、小型化发展等建议,指出了基于北斗导航系统的海上落水人员定位装置由于其定位精度高、具备短报文功能、技术自主可控等优势,在未来军事的应用中前景广阔.
Objective To explore the medical care and evacuation equipment at sea in China.Methods The present situation of the medical care and evacuation equipment at sea in China was discussed from the aspects of equipment system,medical service support,mechanism for utilization,management and maintenance as well as informatization.The problems were analyzed in equipment system,support ability,equipment integration and update as well as equipment performances.Results Some measures were put forward from the aspects of equipment system,support ability,equipment integration and update as well as equipment performances.Conclusion The development of medical care and evacuation equipment at sea has to take considerations on medical service requirements at sea,integrated civilian and military uses,personnel,innovation and etc.
Objective To establish the evaluation index system of ship habitability,and the main factors affecting ship habitability were analyzed,which could provide guideline for the design of naval vessels. Methods The evaluation index system of ship habitability was established by retrieving information data and Delphi method (expert consultation ).Weights affecting various evaluation factors were calculated and a comprehensive evaluation on the habitability of a large warship was performed by the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Results The main factors affecting the habitability of the ship were temperature,cabin layout, workflow and harmful gases.Evaluation results indicated that the habitability of the ship was on the whole good. Conclusions In the designing process of a ship,special emphasis should be paid to the air conditioning system,layout of living cabins,strict control of the sources of harmful gases,so as to effectively improve the habitability of the ship.
研究了舰船伤员现场急救的勤务范围和现场急救装备的功能需求,从箱体的材料、成型工艺及结构形式方面介绍了国内外急救类装备的技术形式,并综述了国内外箱囊类卫生装备的配置品量.在此基础上分析提出了我国海军舰船伤员现场急救装备的勤务定位和装备研制对策,对该类装备的研制和配备具有参考意义.
随着各种新技术、新材料的不断应用,各军事强国的海军卫生装备发展日新月异。作为舰艇转运衔接的基本装备--伤员搬运装备,在可预见的未来仍具有广阔的应用和发展空间。近些年出现了多种设计新颖、结构轻巧的新式急救搬运装备,如国外的真空固定担架(又称软担架),使得担架的设计思维摆脱了原有的范畴,进一步提高了救治的质量可满足多样化的卫勤需求。
目的:验证生物发光断层成像技术(bioluminescence tomography,BLT)成像的可行性并克服其成像的病态性.方法:采用BLT的前向数学模型和仿真实验结果进行分析.结果:仿真实验结果表明,基于多角度、非接触BLT成像系统(multi-view non-contact BLT imaging system),自发光源在成像体内的分布能够获得较为精确的解析,定位误差小于1 mm.结论:基于多角度、非接触的BLT成像系统,结合稀疏重建算法,能够在较少(6个)的角度下,获取较好的重建结果,有望为疾病早期诊断及药物研发等研究提供有力工具.
Objective Medical system requirements of a large naval ship are presented in this paper to provide refer -ence for ship design and construction .Methods The relations between health service missions of a large naval ship and naval strategic needs were analyzed .According to the naval strategies in the new era , the health service mission of the ship was given.Results The medical system configuration scheme and ship design requirement related to the medical system were proposed .Conclusion The medical system design requirements and configuraion scheme can effectively improve the patient-treating capability in defensive combat on high seas and in diverse missions .They are also of great significance for maintaining troop strength and promoting a country′s ability to provide humanitarian aid .
目的:在海上平台医疗系统设计中引进排队系统仿真分析技术,提高系统的保障能力.方法:利用排队系统仿真分析技术定量分析医疗系统的运行指标.结果:采用该项技术优化设计后,海上平台医疗系统的运行指标得到改善,系统性能进一步优化.结论:排队系统仿真分析技术可作为海上平台医疗系统设计的有效分析手段.
随着海军的战略转型和维护海洋权益任务的日益繁重,海军舰艇远洋航行日趋常态化。现代海战由于高新武器的大量使用,战斗减员具有伤员大批量发生,伤情复杂,休克、多处伤和烧冲复合伤多,减员率、死亡率高的特点。针对战斗减员的特点,海军舰艇加强了舰船医疗功能建设,逐步配备了技术含量高、功能复杂、保养要求高、针对性强的先进医疗设备。一方面这些先进的医疗设备极大地提高了舰艇上伤病诊治能力,另一方面对舰艇军医的能力提出了更高的要求。
针对心电图机在各型舰船上使用时故障频出的实际问题,结合舰船环境特点,分析了此环境下各种干扰源对心电图机故障成因的影响,提出了采取增配电源滤波器、电磁屏蔽以及电路板三防处理等舰用化改进措施,确保了心电图机适应舰船环境的使用要求.
A flit-switch bufferless router based on encoding allocation(FBEA-BLESS),was proposed,which can reduce the delay of critical path through two stage switch allocation with non-deflection allocation and deflection allocation.The go-stop-steer(GOSS) strategy was used to avoid livelock in the network.The simulation results show that the average delay decreases about 29.4% in the FBEA-BLESS compared with the baseline bufferless router(BLESS).
目的:设计一种基于Android平台的多参数家用监护仪.方法:硬件电路采用主板加参数板的模块化设计方式.主板为以ARM为核心的中央模块,负责和参数板通过串口进行通信,实现测量数据的显示、存储和传输;参数板负责具体参数的测量,并把测量结果通过串口提交给中央模块;软件开发采用Eclipse最新版开发工具,用Java语言编制应用软件程序.结果:经过硬件和软件的开发验证,成功实现了心电、血压、体温的测量,达到了预期目的.结论:硬件电路的模块化设计显著降低了开发成本并加快了开发进度;由于Android平台的开放性、稳定性且不需版权费用等特点,未来很可能成为医疗电子产品开发的主流系统平台之一.
应用程序运行时典型行为特征分析的一种重要方法是SimPoint,但是为SimPoint生成基本块向量剖析(basic block vector profile,BBV profile)文件非常耗时.首先提出了一个利用动态二进制翻译技术生成BBVprofile的通用框架DBT-BBV,然后详细分析了几种降低开销的优化技术,最后基于DBT-BBV和提出的优化技术设计实现了一个高效的BBVProfile收集工具QPoint.利用SPEC2006测试程序集评估了所提出的优化技术和QPoint的性能和开销.与现有工具相比,QPoint有两个优势:①QPoint的性能高于现有工具,在普通PC机上最高速度为292MIPS,平均速度为109MIPS,BBV Profile收集的平均开销小于4%,在同类工具中最低;②QPoint支持众多体系结构平台,包括x86/x86 6 4,ARM,POWER,SPARC,MIPS等,并且可跨指令集收集BBVProfile.结果显示,动态二进制翻译技术在应用程序行为特征分析加速方面具有非常好的效果.
在密码算法电路中寄存器翻转时刻随机化对芯片抗DPA( differential power analysis)攻击能力有很大影响,因此提出了一种基于寄存器翻转时刻随机化的抗DPA攻击技术,其核心是利用不同频率时钟相位差的变化实现电路中关键寄存器翻转时刻的随机变化.针对跨时钟域的数据和控制信号,提出了需要满足的时序约束条件的计算方法,同时还分析了不同时钟频率对寄存器翻转时刻随机化程度的影响.以AES密码算法协处理器为例,实现了所提出的寄存器翻转时刻随机化技术,通过实验模拟的方法验证了理论分析的正确性.实验结果显示,在合理选择电路工作时钟频率的情况下,所提出的技术能够有效提高密码算法电路的抗DPA攻击性能.
With the technology scaling down , relative to the gate delay , the global wire delay increa- ses and hence a flit transmission between routers requires several cycles on Network-on-Chips ( NoCs ) . Registers in pipelined channels cannot buffer flits when the congestion occurs in the credit-based flow control scheme.Therefore , an adaptive Channel Double Buffer ( CDB ), which can buffer flits , is proposed in the paper.With detailed design and analysis of the gate-level circuit , the delay model of the CDB is derived based on the theory of the logical effect.It is validated by Synopsys Prime Time in a TSMC 65 nm technology and found the difference within oneτ4.Experimental results show that the depth of the CDB is the same with the SPLS for a 1mm semi-global interconnect wire in a 32nm technology.
Dual-rail pre-charge logic is an effective technique to counteract differential power analysis(DPA) attacks.The key problem is to guarantee the symmetrical capacitive loads between true and false logics.A dual-rail signal parallel routing method based on commercial placerouting EDA is proposed in this paper to get symmetrical capacitive loads.Firstly,the single-rail nets are routed in odd routing tracks by EDA and then dual-rail wires are obtained by duplicating and moving the routed wires to the even routing tracks.As a result,each pair of dual-rail signal wires has the same routing structure and capacitance.The parallel routing method is implemented in an AES(Advanced Encryption Standard) coprocessor.The experimental results indicate that the capacitances of the dual-rail signal wires are perfectly balanced.
