目的 观察灌耳疗法联合穴位贴敷治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的效果.方法 选择2019年4月—2020年4月就诊于保定市第一中医院妇产科门诊的90例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组各45例.对照组给予穴位贴敷治疗,研究组联用穴位贴敷与灌耳疗法治疗,持续治疗3个月经周期.比较2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、痛经症状量表(CMSS)评分、中医症状积分(肛门坠胀、肢体畏寒、腰骶酸痛、小腹冷痛),评估2组治疗结束后3个月临床疗效.结果 2组治疗后VAS评分、CMSS评分、中医症状积分均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05),且研究组治疗后VAS评分、CMSS评分、中医症状积分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05).研究组治疗后总有效率为97.8%(44/45),对照组为82.2%(37/45),研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 灌耳疗法联合穴位贴敷治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经效果显著,可有效降低患者痛经程度,减轻中医症状.
以某旧桥扩建项目为例,建立有限元模型,分析了已有T梁结构发生拼宽情况时,拼宽部分对老桥受力的影响,以及拼宽后桥梁整体的受力及稳定性能,指出拼宽后结构受力最不利的部分、可能发生脱空的支座位置,并对其成因进行了简单分析.最后提出相应的建议以保证结构安全,为以后类似的项目提供借鉴.

精原干细胞的鉴定对于精原干细胞的体外研究非常重要.本研究证明1月龄巴马小型猪睾丸没有启动精子的发育,而2月龄的巴马小型猪已经启动了精子发育,在其精细小管中发现了精子细胞和精子.免疫荧光染色的结果证明1月龄巴马小型猪精原干细胞表达UCHL1,可以与植物凝集素DBA结合,个别的精原干细胞表达CDH1,但不表达C-KIT.2月龄巴马小型猪精原干细胞只表达UCHL1,不表达CDH1和C-KIT,也不能与DBA结合.这些生物标志物的发现为体外培养的精原干细胞的鉴定奠定了基础.
精原干细胞(spermatogonial stem cells,SSCs)指位于曲精细管基膜上的一类原始精原细胞,近年来因其在生产转基因动物方面有广阔的应用前景,受到了极大的关注.在胚胎发育前期,一小部分细胞分化形成原始生殖细胞(primordial germ cells,PGCs),并迁移至生殖嵴,PGCs随后增殖分化形成生殖母细胞并迁移至睾丸基底膜,随着雄性动物出生,生殖母细胞迁移至细精管并转化成SSCs.本文概述了近年来SSCs的研究进展,主要包括SSCs的分离、鉴定、体外培养体系以及SSCs诱导精子.此外,本文重点阐述了SSCs的研究前景.
【Objective】Differ ent expression profiles of polypeptides in follicle fluid from superovulated cattle and calves were studied in order to provide references for further research on follicle fluid of calves and in vitro oocyte culture system of calves.【Method】The matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS)was used to analyze the peptide fragments in follicular fluid of superovulated cattle and calves.Based on signal peak information of polypeptide,protein search was conducted in MASCOT database.【Result】The models of polypeptide expression profiles of the two groups were successfully established,respectively.There were 30-40 peak signals in cattle group,and 60-80 peak signals in calves.By comparing the peak lists from the two different samples,it was found that 2 specific peaks of 1218.58 and 1509.77 m/z appeared in cattle group,similarly,and 1 specific peak of 953.54 m/z in calf group.At last,MASCOT library was used to search the information of polypeptides,and then some proteins related to these polypeptides information were gained.The results showed that 18 kinds of proteins existed in cattle group,and 11 kinds of proteins in calves.【Conclusion】The results showed that the polypeptide information peak quantity of calf follicular fluid protein was higher than that of adult cattle,while the total number of proteins in follicle fluid from the calves was less than that of the adult cattle group,which could be one of reasons why the developmental competence of oocytes from calves was poorer than that of adult cattle.
In order to estabilish and optimize a two dimensional gel electrophoresis(2-DE)technique for proteome analysis of calf follicular fluid,effects of two different IPG strips and 4 kinds of loading volumes(150 μg,250 μg,350 μg,450 μg) on the quanty of the 2-D maps were studied.The results showed that one perfect and clearly 2-DE map was obtained when pH 4~7 IPG strip with 24 cm and loading volume of 350 μg were used.About 319 spots in the 2-DE map were detected by the Image Master 2-D platinum software.Our established 2-DE technique of calf follicular fluids can be effectively applied in different peoteins between calves and adult cattles.
According to the feature of maintenance work for long-span cable -stayed bridges,aiming at the excellent performance of the bridge in the life cycle,this paper optimized the maintenance plan for long-span cable -stayed bridges considering bridge's life cycle, and proposed a set of strategies for some extreme events in resent years to minimize the lost for the future.The framework of maintenance and management manual for long-span cable -stayed bridges is proposed.This paper provides convenience for the maintenance work for similar bridges.
Predictive channel reservation(PCR) scheme for handover prioritization is applied in road vehicle communication system,which is based on radio over fiber technique,to solve the problem of the channel allocation.According to the theory of M/M/c queue model,the network traffic load and the speed of vehicles are ajusted by numerical analysis method to obtain the best size of the pre-reservation area under different situations.Also,the improvement of the probability of dropping handovers is anlyzed,which dues to the PCR scheme.The results show that the PCR scheme is not only suitable for urban area with high traffic load and low mobility,but also can significantly reduce the probability of dropping handovers for the freeway system,of which the traffic load is considerably high.
