为了准确预测机床的加工空间动态特性,首先,建立双转台五轴机床不同加工空间的动力学模型和Kriging预测模型;其次,根据试验模态分析结果,修正了机床滑动结合面的刚度,分析了81个工作位置的机床模态;最后,选取机床动态特性变异函数,基于三维Kriging预测模型分析了双转台五轴机床不同加工空间的系统固有频率.结果表明:随着摆台摆角的变化,双转台五轴机床加工空间中的系统固有频率变化范围为46.2~52.9 Hz;当摆台摆角为0°时,系统固有频率最小;当摆台摆角为45°时,振动幅值最大;机床的加工空间动态特性预测能够为加工路径规划和刀具姿态选择提供技术支持.
五轴数控机床的几何误差和热误差是影响工件加工精度的两个重要因素,对这些误差因素进行分析可以有效提高薄壁件工件的加工精度.本文首先基于齐次坐标变换法,建立了双转台五轴数控机床的旋转轴几何误差模型;然后基于对标准球进行在机接触测量,辩识得出两旋转轴的12项几何误差,这些误差考虑了两旋转轴之间的相互影响和其热误差的影响;最后分析五轴数控机床加工空间的几何误差场,在该加工空间内几何误差从中心到外侧逐渐增加,当A轴旋转角度增加时,误差的最大值也随之增加.与其它位置误差辨识方法相比,本方法的测量精度符合加工要求,测量时间只需要30 min.
Objective To observe the efficacy of omeprazole combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule in treatment of functional dyspepsia in college students. Methods One hundred college students with functional dyspepsia were enrolled in the study, among whom 50 were treated with omeprazole plus Shugan Jieyu capsule (study group) and 50 were treated with omeprazole alone (control group). The clinical efficacy, the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of the two groups were compared, and serum levels of ghrelin and motilin were measured before and after treatment. Results The overall effective rate of treatment in study group was higher than that in the control group (88.0% vs.72.0%, P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of ghrelin and motilin in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P >0.05). The recurrence rate was significantly lower in study group than that in control group (6.2% vs.22.4%, P<0.05). Conclusion Omeprazole combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule is more effective than omeprazole alone for treatment of functional dyspepsia in college students. It can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate with less adverse reaction.
Objective To explore the value of umbilical cord related projects for early detection of neonatal jaundice through the analysis of total bilirubin in serum of umbilical cord blood(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),indirect bilirubin(IBIL),total protein(TP),albumin(ALB) and blood red blood cells(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(Hct),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),hemoglobin concentration (MCH),mean hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)and correlation index for clinical diagnosis of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods 361 cases of newborn umbilical vein blood collection of 3ml in our hospital,which took 1ml umbilical cord blood routine test,2ml cord blood separated the serum liver function were measured. Retrospectively collected clinical data of neonates and their mothers,according to neonatal jaundice within 24 hours and whether with the diagnosis of hyperbilirubinemia,unqualified data was eliminated,200 cases of random sampling was divided into two groups. The pathological jaundice group 100 cases and temporary jaundice group 100 cases,comparison between the two groups of umbilical cord blood of above index Results ,Analysis of umbilical cord blood between these indicators,and the concentration of early neonatal jaundice.Results TP and ALB reduced significantly. Hb,MCV,MCH,TBIL and IBIL increased significantly in Cord blood.Conclusions Combined analysis of TBIL, IBIL,TP,ALB,Hb,MCV and MCH levels in umbilical cord blood can be used to predict pathologic jaundice in early neonates.

In this study,the characteristics of soil albedo,soil temperature gradient,soil heat flux and the relationship between soil heat flux and net radiation were investigated based on the data of soil thermal regime and solar radiation in the typical agricultural ecosystem of Changwu Tableland in 2008.Results indicated that (1) the minimum temperature at different depths occurred in February,whereas the maximum temperature at the depths of 2,10,20 cm occurred in July and at the depths of 40,80 cm,in Aug.Frozen layer may come to the depth of 30 cm in winter.(2) The direction of temperature gratitude was inverted between February and March and between August and September,respectively.The average temperature gratitude in the layer of 2-10 cm was much higher than that in the layer of 2-80 cm and both of them reached the maximum between May and June.In the cold months,the temperature gratitude of the two layers increased to the maximum at the end of November.(3) The change tendency of soil heat flux was opposite to that of soil temperature gratitude.(4) Soil albedo reached the maximum value of 0.66 in January,kept steady between March and September,and decreased to the minimum value of 0.14 in September.After that,soil albedo was enhanced obviously.(5) The daily change of net radiation may be divided into two stages:continuous increase stage and continuous decrease stage.The values of soil heat fluxes with the same radiation intensity were different and the delay of soil heat flux was not evident.The correlation coefficient (R 2 =0.76) between soil heat flux and net radiation during continuous increase stage was less than that (R 2 =0.79) during continuous decrease stage.

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect and side effect on NSCLC patients treated with cisplatin combined with paclitaxol and paclitaxolalone.Methods:Forty nine NSCLC patients were randomized into two groups.TP group:cisplatin 30mg/m2,d1-3,paclitaxol 75mg/m2,d1,repeated every 4 weeks.TAX group:Paclitaxol 175mg/m2,d1,repeated every 4 weeks.Results:The overall response rate were 48.1%vs 43.3%(P=0.716);and the disease control rate were 88.8% vs 86.7%(P=0.799)in TP and TAX groups.Side reactions of TP group were less than TAX group.Conclsion:Cisplatin combined with paclitaxol is an effective treatment regimen for NSCLC patients compared with regimen with paclitaxol the response rate was similar.Cisplatin regimen shows superiority in side effect.
In order to minimize the breakage of cut tobacco of low grades during the process of pneumatic feeding,the temperature and relative humidity setting in cut tobacco storing room was optimized,its effects on the long strands reduction before and after pneumatic feeding were analyzed,and the cut tobacco reduction and cigarette quality before and after optimization were compared,the results showed that: 1) the optimal temperature and relative humidity were 28 ℃ and 71%,respectively;2) after optimization,the long strands reduction before and after pneumatic feeding for two cigarette makers reduced by 1.53% and 1.45%,respectively,and the moisture content variations of cut tobacco decreased by 0.2% and 0.11%,respectively;the average long strands reduction before and after rod forming section dropped by 0.675%;the average tobacco loss from cigarette end decreased by 0.4 mg/cig.,the average individual cigarette weight decreased by 0.01g,the average draw resistance dropped by 6 Pa,and the cigarettes' smoking quality became better.
Objective To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),treponema pallidum particle agglutination assay(TPPA) and rapid plasma reagin test(RPR) in clinical diagnosis of treponemal infection.Methods Sera from 4825 syphilis patients were detected by ELISA,TPPA and RPR.The results obtained with ELISA and RPR were compared with those obtained with TPPA.The positive and false positive rates of different methods were calculated.Results The positive rate detected by ELISA and RPR and the method of superposition of TPPA and RPR were 95.06%(385/405),70.12%(284/405) and 67.90 %(275/405) respectively.The false positive rate of the above three methods were 0.66%(29/4 420),0.45%(20/4 420) and 0.11(5/4 420) respectively.Conclusion ELISA is a highly sensitive and specific serological method and can be used as confirmatory test for the diagnosis of treponemal infection.The result of ELISA and TPPA is well correlated.RPR can only be used as supplementary test.Combined analysis of the results of the three methods will decrease the false positive rate.
Objective To investigate the best blood plasma and duration of the tube method staphylococcus coagulase test and decrease the rate of false-negative and missing.MethodsUse the citric acid to dilute the blood plasma of different blood donators and common patients,conducting blood plasma clotting enzyme experiment on standard golden color staphylococcus germ bead,observing the concretionary situation in 4 h,24 h and 36 h.ResultsThe positive rate of the blood donators was higher than that of common patients,whereas the false-negative rate of the blood donators was lower than that of common patients.The highest positive rate and the lowest false-negative rate were obtained after 36 h.ConclusionsThe blood plasma from different source has direct influence on the diagnostic efficiency of the tube method staphylococcus plasma coagulase tests.The blood plasma of donators is obvious better than that of common patients.
