以高职农学专业植物保护技术课程为例,围绕农作物植保员的职业守则,确定教学目标和素质目标,深挖与植物保护技术课程相关的思政元素,列出课程思政案例,形成课程思政矩阵,利用翻转课堂、线上线下混合式教学方法,把思政教育与专业教学有机融为一体,实现"三全育人"的终极目标,为相关学科的思政育人提供参考.
通过多年教学积累与生产实践,该文总结了新时代对植物医生即植物保护专业人才的专业素养要求,阐述了掌握植物生长规律知识、气象与土肥知识、植物栽培知识、农药与药械使用知识、植物病虫害识别与综合防治技能等是植物医生必备的专业素养.
明确黄脉爵床棒孢霉叶斑病病原菌及其生物学特性,为防控提供理论依据.通过病原菌分离、形态特征观察、致病性测定、rDNA-ITS序列分析、生物学特性及寄主范围测定等研究,证明该病病原菌为山扁豆生棒孢Corynespora cassiicola;菌丝生长及产孢适宜温度20℃~28℃,孢子萌发适宜温度24℃~32℃,菌丝致死温度49℃处理10 min;菌丝生长适宜pH 6~10,产孢适宜pH 4~8,孢子萌发最适pH 8;光暗交替适合菌丝生长与产孢,连续光照可抑制菌丝生长;菌丝生长量由少到多培养基顺序为CA、PCA、PDA、CMA、OA,而PDA上产孢最多;刺伤接种,病菌可侵染喜树(Camptotheca acuminata)等植物.黄脉爵床棒孢霉叶斑病病原为山扁豆生棒孢C.cassiicola,病菌易产孢,寄主广,潜育期短.该病菌侵染黄脉爵床为首次报道.
To establish protoplast mediated genetic transformation,preparation and regeneration of protoplasts from Sporisorium reilianum f.were studied.The results showed that the optional condition for the protoplast preparation was that,mating type strains SR1 were incubated in the mixed enzyme liquid consisting of 5 mg / mL lysing enzymes,50 mg / mL driselase,50 mg / mL snailase at 28 ℃ with shaking at 100 r / min for 10 min,and the yield of protoplast reached 1.35×108mL and the highest production rate of protoplast reached 99.36%.The protoplast was regenerated on the CM plates containing 1.0 mol / L D-sorbitol and the highest regeneration rate could reach 35.63%.
【Objective】The present study was conducted to study the effects of different kinds and concentrations of plant growth retardants on hedge plants and their influence on ornamental quality, and to provide scientific basis for reasonable application of the plant growth retardants and reduction of conservation costs. 【Method】 The effects of foliar spray of paclobutrazol (PP333)(50,100,150,200,250,300 and 400 mg/kg) and chlorocholine chloride (CCC)(100,200,300,400, 500,600 and 800 mg/kg) on Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L. and Carmona microphylla (Lam.) G. Don was investigated at seedling and fully developed stages. 【Result】The growth retardant CCC and PP333 significantly inhibited the growth of Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L, especially at the concentration of 400-500 mg/kg CCC, without affecting the plant's uniformity and vitality. PP333 retarded the growth of Carmona microphylla, and the effects were found to be the best at the concentration of 400- 800 mg/kg PP333, without affecting the plant's uniformity. The CCC was not found to be suitable for Carmona microphylla plants and showed the worst effects. 【Conclusion】The results revealed that spraying CCC @ 400-500 mg/kg on Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L. at developed stage and PP333 on Carmona microphylla twice inhibited the hedge growth without affecting the plant's general development and ornamental quality, and may reduce the frequent cutting operations and the maintenance cost.

The bacteria could remedy the pesticide-contaminated soil through enzymatic action,biochemical action and metabolism.Here the paper summarized the remediation mechanism of bacteria and its study status,and listed common bacteria varieties used for soil remediation,and at last pointed out the problems and development prospect of the method.
作者于2006~2009年在南宁市区的广西现代农业技术展示中心、动物园、青秀山公园、五象广场等主要景点对主要绿化树种木蠹蛾的发生为害进行调查,发现南宁市绿化树木上木蠹蛾种类有荔枝拟木蠹蛾(Arbela dea Swinhoe)、相思拟木蠹蛾(Arbela bailbarana Matsumura)和咖啡豹蠹蛾(Zeuzera coffeae Nietner);很多树种如荔枝、龙眼、台湾相思、黄槐、火焰木、人面子等都受到不同程度的危害,被害的树种达22种;受害与树种及其树皮结构、树干的围径大小有一定的相关性。
The present study has been conducted to investigate the kinds and degree of damages caused by disease and insect pests in seven medicinal plantations during 2007-2009.The Hibiscus sabdariffa L.,Rhinacanthus nasutus(L.) Lindau,Gaillardia pulchella Foug and Herba Salviae Plebeiae plantations were found to be damaged by 10,5,4 and 3 kinds of disease and insect pests,respectively,while Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc,Sarcandra glabra(Thunb.) Nakai and Adhatoda vasica Nees each has 2 kinds of disease and insect pests.Currently,most of the disease and insect pests amongst the investigated ones did not showed severe degree of damages,but some diseases occurred seriously,the control measures for which must be taken into account in order to sustain the productivity.Some pests damaged lightly could be killed artificially combining with cultivation management.
为了解扶芳藤栽培过程中的病虫害发生情况,以有效控制病虫害危害,保证扶芳藤健康生长,于2007-2009年在广西南宁市对其病虫害进行了系统调查。结果表明,危害扶芳藤的病虫害共16种,其中害虫13种,软体动物1种,病害2种。危害最严重的是稠李巢娥,其次为八点广翅蜡蝉,其余均为轻发生或零星发生。扶芳藤病虫害发生情况属首次报道,并针对病虫害发生特点提出了防治建议。
随着除草剂的广泛使用,很多杂草已产生抗药性,防治效果变差,而通过混配防治是一种较好选择。通过对精稳杀得与高效盖草能两种除草剂混配对禾本科植物进行室内药效试验,结果表明对根长作用盖草能:精稳杀得=1:2时共毒系数(CTC)最高,达到678.2299,为最佳配比;对芽长最高CTC为138.5418,配比为1:4。
广西农业职业技术学院植物保护专业在学院的大力支持下,开展新一轮的教学改革,增加投入,构建适于工学结合的高职植物保护实践教学体系,在05、06、07级植物保护专业逐步实施。实行工学结合后,全面提高了教学质量,突出了学生的实践能力培养,学生的实践能力、创造能力、就业能力和创业能力得到了很大提高,取得了较好的教学效果。文章对广西农业职业技术学院植物保护专业在工学结合模式下的实践教学体系进行探讨。
The outside and inside microclimate in plastics greenhouse with three common structures in southern area of Guangxi in winter were studied for providing scientific guidance to agricultural production and greenhouse management. The results indicated that the relative illumination of the three big awnings were in the range of 70%~80% which were negative correlation with the volume of big awning. The increased daily mean in awnings were 1.3~3.2℃, but a minor temperature reversal in single-shelf at 18:00 to 6:00 with 0.3~0.9℃ was observed. The daily range of inside was 2.3~7.9℃ higher than that of outside. The ground of 0~20cm soil layer raised 3.2~3.5℃, but the inside ground daily range of at 0 cm was warmer than that of outside in -11.4~1.4℃ which was also negative correla- tion with the volume of big awning. The daily range of inside was normally lower than outside, except in single or 3 multi-span awing with cloudy weather. The daily average relative humidity in the awning was 3%~23% higher than outside which was a positive correlation with the volume of big awning. The relevance equation about the illumination, and air humidity inside and outside of awning at 150 cm height was established by the data analysis.
富贵菜是近年人工栽培的保健野菜,为了解其生产中病虫害危害情况,保证富贵菜的栽培产量和商品品质,作者于2003年至2008年在广西3个种植区对其病虫害进行了跟踪调查,结果发现危害富贵菜的病虫害共21种,其中病害7种,害虫、害螨与软体动物共14种。文中记述了病害症状、害虫为害特点等。
To study the optimum preservation conditions of plant disease samples,six typical plant disease samples were stored in different temperature,humidity and light,and mildew exponential growth rate,corruption exponent and germ rate were observed.The optimum temperature was between 2℃,the optimum humidity was 100%,and the optimum light was under 3000lx.For plant disease samples,the best preservation condition was under 2℃,100%RH and 3000lx,which prolonged 5.20 to 11.50 times preservation time than preservation at normal atmospheric temperature.
为了了解广西罕见冰冻灾害后桑园病虫害发生情况,笔者对广西部分桑园进行了调查;采用抽样调查和踏查相结合的方法;调查表明灾后桑树病虫害主要是蓟马、叶螨、蚜虫、白粉虱、桑白蚧、毒蛾、花叶病、紫纹羽病等,大多数发生情况较轻,均未达到防治指标。文章针对调查结果提出相应的应对策略。
扶桑Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L.是城市绿化的主要树种之一,当前病虫害是困扰其生产的重要问题.为了解其在栽培中遭受病虫害危害的情况,作者于2006~2008年在广西南宁市等几个主要城市对病虫害进行了系统调查,发现扶桑在生产过程中有21种病虫危害.调查结果对生产上控制病虫害的发生,保证扶桑的健康生长,提高绿化和观赏效果有一定的参考价值.
通过对南宁市道路旁、公园及苗圃等绿化植物介壳虫种类的调查,得到半球盔蚧、考氏白盾蚧等22种,其中桑白盾蚧、堆蜡粉蚧、考氏白盾蚧及椰圆盾蚧4种为害严重;对城市介壳虫的防治提出了建议。
Based on the analysis of Guangxi climate and the suitable condition for dragon fruit planting,it concluded that Guangxi climate is generally suitable for dragon fruit.Then some suggestions to defense the meteorological disasters and to promote the cultivation were discussed.
The microclimate characteristics of plastic greenhouse in the winter in southern area of Guangxi is studied. Mi- croclimate condition in the winter was observed in the plastic greenhouse. The microclimate characteristics in the inside and outside of the plastic greenhouse were analyzed. The results showed that transmittance was 70%-80% in the awning, and was high in the overcast days, low in the sunshine days. The daily average temperature increased 1.3-1.9℃ equally in the awning, The highest temperature increased 3.9-8.4℃, The lowest temperature increased 0.8-1.3℃, The diurnal range inside was 2.7-7.1℃ higher than outside, The temperature reversal is 0.2-0.9℃ inside the plastic greenhouse in the fair days and the cloudy days night. In awning 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 cm various soil layers ground temperature average warming 2.8-3.6℃. The surface maximum temperature in the cloudless days and in the greenhouse was 0.1-3.6℃ higher than out- side, while the lowest temperature was 2.2-5.2℃. The diurnal range inside was -5.1-2.2℃ higher than outside. There was temperature reversal at 12:00 p.m. Inside the plastic greenhouse in the fair days. The average relative humidity inside was higher than outside 10%-23%. The research provided the scientific basis for the instruction agricultural production and the big awning management in winter.
