目的 研究三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运子A1(ABCA1)R219K基因多态性在2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的分布情况,探讨其与2型糖尿病患者血脂的关系.方法 选取2015年12月~2017年4月期间深圳市龙岗区人民医院收治的85例T2DM患者和90例健康体检对照组纳入研究,对两组研究对象进行血液标本采集,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)-限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)检测ABCA1 R219K等位基因和基因型频率情况,对比两组患者血脂水平以及研究组不同基因型患者血脂水平情况,进一步探讨T2DM患者ABCA1 R219K基因多态性及其与血脂水平的关系.结果 两组研究对象TC,TG,HDL-C和LDL-C水平对比差异均无统计学意义(t=0.191,0.853,0.755和0.597,均P>0.05).两组研究对象ABCA1 R219K等位基因和基因型频率对比差异均无统计学意义(t=0.860,2.393,均P>0.05).ABCA1 R219K等位基因三种基因型之间TC,TG和LDL-C水平差异无统计学意义(F=0.02,0.14,2.00和0.06,P>0.05);KK基因型HDL-C水平明显高于RR和RK基因型,差异有统计学意义(t=2.543和2.630,P<0.05);RR和RK基因型之间HDL-C水平差异无统计学意义(t=0.238,P>0.05).结论 ABCA1 R219K基因多态性并不是T2DM发病的遗传学标志,但其变异参与了T2DM患者脂代谢异常的调节.
目的:探讨结核菌感染过程中单核细胞miR-20a-5p的表达变化情况及其与肺结核诊断、治疗的关系.方法:选取健康人群(HD)、结核菌潜伏感染(LTBI)、活动性肺结核(PTB)各5例,采集外周血并分离外周血单个核细胞(PBMC),利用免疫磁珠分选外周血CD14+单核细胞,提取总RNA并采取miRNA芯片检测,将肺结核差异表达最为显著的miRNA分子筛选出来,采用定量PCR技术在大样本人群中进行验证(每组各10例),并对5例活动性肺结核患者进行动态随访,利用定量PCR技术检测抗结核治疗前、治疗3个月后、6个月后miR-20a-5p分子的表达情况.利用结核菌强毒株H37Rv、弱毒株H37Ra以及BCG分别感染分化的人单核细胞进行体外实验验证.结果:miRNA芯片显示PTB人群与LTBI、HD人群表达谱存在显著差异,TB人群中共发现14个下调的miRNA分子,包括miR-20a-5p.定量PCR技术证实miR-20a-5p分子在TB人群中的表达水平显著低于HD和LTBI,当服用抗结核药后,其表达水平逐渐上调.用H37Rv、H37Ra及BCG在MOI=10时感染分化的人单核细胞,不同菌株均显著下调miR-20a-5p表达,而以弱毒株下调最为明显.结论:无论是体内还是体外,结核菌感染均下调单核细胞miR-20a-5p表达,而抗结核治疗则显著逆转这种抑制状态.
目的 探究ABCA1基因功能性SNP对糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能的调控作用.方法 选取我院2015年12月-2017年4月收治的糖尿病患者332例,按胆固醇情况分为对照组和实验组,检测各生化指标并进行DNA提取和PCR测定,比较生化指标差异及其相关性,比较各功能性SNP基因频率.结果 TG、TC、HDL-C、INS、CP是与胰岛β细胞功能有关的独立影响因素,多态性位点rs2020927基因频率在对照组和实验组之间存在显著差异(P<0.05),而等位基因位点在两组之间无明显差异(P>0.05).结论 ABCA1基因多态性位点rs2020927可能与糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能缺陷有关.
Objective To investigate the value of the expression of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) binding cassette transporter A1 (ABCA1),peroxisome proliferator activated receptor γ(PPARγ) and sterol regulato-ry element binding protein (SREBP),adiponectin (ADPN) and liver X recepto α(LXRα) in type 2 diabetic pa-tients.Methods 71 patients with type 2 diabetes received in the hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were se-lected as the observation group,and 60 healthy persons who underwent the health assessment from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the control group.Peripheral venous blood was collected from patients with an empty stomach in the morning,serum was isolated and serum human ADPN content were measured by radio-immunoassay.The levels of serum ABCA1,PPAR γ,SREBP and LXR α were measured by Enzyme linked im-munosorbent assay.Results The serum levels of ABCA1 and ADPN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while serum PPARγ SREBP and LXRα levels were higher than those in the control group (P< 0.05);the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of ABCA 1+ PPARγ+ SREBP+ ADPN + LXRα were higher than those of single detection of ABCA1,PPARγ,SREBP,ADPN and LXRα.Conclusion The levels of ABCA1 and ADPN decreased in patients with type 2 diabetes,while the levels of PPAR γ,SREBP and LXR α was increased.The five joint diagnosis of ABCA1+ PPAR γ+SREBP+ADPN+LXR α has high sensitivity and specificity.It was of important clinical value and worth further application.
目的 对尿液视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)在肾功能早期损伤诊断中的诊断作用进行分析.方法 300例肾功能损伤患者,根据测得的微量白蛋白/肌肝比值(mAlb/Cr)将其分为正常组(152例)、微量组(78例)和大量组(70例).另取100例肾功能正常者为对照组.对各组患者RBP和蛋白含量的关系进行分析.结果 微量白蛋白(mAlb)在尿液中的含量越多,其余蛋白的含量就越多,呈现出正相关,大量组>微量组>正常组和对照组.正常组患者尿液中的mAlb、α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)和RBP的含量均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余三个指标两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);微量组的N-乙酰-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余指标均高于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).大量组各指标均高于微量组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).经过相关性分析可知,RBP和尿液mAlb、免疫球蛋白(Ig)、转铁蛋白(Tr)、α1-MG、NAG均呈正相关(r=0.903、0.706、0.700、0.391、0.302,P<0.05);正常组中RBP和mAlb、α1-MG、NAG呈正相关(r=0.745、0.177、0.221,P<0.05).微量组中的RBP和mAlb、Ig、NAG呈正相关(r=0.746、0.223、0.266,P<0.05).大量组中RBP和α1-MG呈正相关(r=0.372,P<0.05).结论 将尿液RBP作为肾功能早期损伤的诊断指标,准确率高,效果显著,实用性强,值得在临床上进一步推广使用.
Objective To assess the influence of pelvic floor muscle training in late pregnancy on labor on delivery and neonatal asphyxia. Methods 375 cases of unipara natural child birthing in obstetrics and Gynecology department of our hospital from May 2013 to August 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. 204 cases were divided into experimental group and treated with pelvic floor muscle training, and 171 were divided into control group and did not carry out the exercise. Routine physical examination and health care were equally guaranteed to both groups. Blood-gas analysis of umbilical arterial blood, and record the Apgar scores of the newborn children were dealt with. Results The pH-value, oxygen partial pressure and carbon dioxide partial pressure of umbilical artery blood of experimental group respectively were (7.15±0.09), (28.8±0.22)mm Hg, (53±3.5)mm Hg, while the corresponding specifications of the control group were (7.21±0.12), (36.5±0.36)mm Hg, (48±2.8)mm Hg. Differences spelt the statistical significance (P < 0.05). In addition, some statistical differences were clearly demonstrated by the proportion of the newborn, whose Apgar scores were less than 7 or more than 8, the labor time of the second stage, the postpartum hemorrhage volume, the proportion of neonatal asphyxia cases. Conclusion For the pregnant women on the third trimester, regular pelvic floor muscle training contributes to shorten the labor time of the second stage as well as decline the risk of neonatal hypoxia and asphyxia.
目的:探讨气传性变应原特异性 IgE 在慢性鼻‐鼻窦炎(CRS)炎性反应过程中的作用。方法选取本院 CRS 患者66例作为研究对象,其中慢性鼻‐鼻窦炎不伴鼻息肉(CRSsNP)32例,慢性鼻‐鼻窦炎伴有鼻息肉(CRSwNP)患者34例。血清中7种气传性变应原特异性 IgE 阳性情况并了解其哮喘病史,并与健康个体(42例)和变应性鼻炎(AR)患者(43例)进行比较分析。结果(1)户尘螨、蟑螂及真菌的变应原特异性 IgE 阳性率相对较高;(2)户尘螨、狗、真菌、树木变应原的特异性 IgE 的阳性率及总阳性率在健康对照组、CRS 组及 AR 组中差异有统计学意义(P户尘螨=0.000、P狗=0.034、P真菌=0.031、P树木=0.020、P总阳性率=0.000,P<0.05);(3)户尘螨的变应原特异性 IgE 阳性率及总阳性率在健康对照组、CRS 组与 AR 组中逐次增加(P<0.05);(4)健康对照组、CRS 组与AR 组的多重致敏模式差异,其多重致敏比例逐次增加(P<0.05);(5)健康对照组、CRS 组与 AR 组自报哮喘病史比例逐次增加(P<0.05);(6)CRSsNP 组与 CRSwNP 组相比较,各变应原的特异性 IgE 阳性率及总阳性率、多重致敏模式及哮喘自报哮喘病史的比例差异均无统计学意义(P户尘螨=0.957、P猫=0.726、P狗=0.811、P蟑螂=0.459、P真菌=9.3、P杂草=0.475、P树木=0.957、P总阳性率=0.652、P多重致敏=0.717、P自报哮喘=0.134,P>0.05)。结论户尘螨是 CRS 患者最主要的变应原;变应原致敏及特异性 IgE 与 CRS 存在相关性,但与 CRSsNP 与 CRSwNP 的表型差异无关,CRS 的变应性炎性反应与 AR 具有相似性。
[Abstract ] Objective The purpose of this study was to construct a short hairpin RNA (shRNA) interference lentiviral vector targeting the humanβ-COP gene and to evaluate its inhibitory effect on β-COP in THP-1 cells. Methods We designed and synthesized 4 humanβ-COP-specific oligonucleotide sequences and inserted them into the pGMLV-SC1 vector to construct a recombinant vector fol-lowed by transfection of HEK 293T cells with the recombinant vector and Lenti-HG Mix to produce lentiviruses and detect the viral con-tent.After infecting the THP-1 cells with the packaged lentiviruses , we analyzed the inhibitory effect of β-COP-shRNA on the β-COP gene by quantitative PCR and Western blot . Results Sequencing confirmed that the β-COP-specific oligonucleotide sequences were in-serted into the lentiviral vector and the lentiviruses were packaged in the transfected HEK 293T cells, with the final viral content of 1 × 109 TU/mL.Quantitative PCR showed that the 4 β-COP-shRNA vectors significantly decreased the mRNA expression of β-COP (P<0.01), with interference rates of 16.9 %,32.5%, 74.0%, and 50.3%, respectively.Western blot also indicated their inhibitory effect on the protein expression of β-COP, with an inhibition rate of 76.4% onβ-COP-shRNA3. Conclusion Lentiviral shRNA interference vectors targeting human β-COP were constructed successfully , which could suppress the expression of the human β-COP gene.
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determining the choles‐terol efflux from macrophage‐derived foam cells mediated by apolipoprotein A‐1(apoA‐1) .Methods Human THP‐1 monocytic cells ,pre‐treated with 160 nmol/L phorbol‐12‐myristate acetate (PMA) for 24 h to differentiate into adherence macrophages ,then incubated with 50 μg/mL acetylated low density lipoprotein (ac‐LDL) for 48 h to induce foam cells formation ,then added apoA‐1 for 24 h .THP‐1‐derived macrophage foam cells were identified by oil red O‐staining ,and the cellular cholesterol content by meas‐ured by HPLC method .Cholesterol efflux from macrophage foam cells was determined by HPLC analysis and liquid scintillation counting ,respectively .Results Oil red O‐stainable lipid droplet accumulation were observed in entire cytoplasm of THP‐1‐derived macrophage foam cells .Measuring cellular cholesterol content showed that free cholesterol ,total cholesterol and cholesterol ester content in macrophage foam cells were increased remarkably than PMA group macrophages (P<0 .01) .After treated with ac‐LDL for 48 h ,the macrophage foam cells accumulated 80 .25 μg/mg cell protein and 47 .65 μg/mg cell protein respectively ,and the cho‐lesterol ester accounted for 59 .38% of the cellular total cholesterol (P<0 .01) .The ratio of cholesterol efflux reached 5 .63% and 7 .08% respectively by HPLC analysis and liquid scintillation counting using apoA‐1 mediation (P<0 .01) .Conclusion Combina‐tion of an enzymatic catalysis and HPLC method for determining cholesterol efflux from foam cells is successfully established in this study , thus providing a technical foundation for the further study of cellular lipid homeostasis .
目的检测不同孕期妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者体内微量元素锌、镁、铜、铁、铅、锰的含量,探讨其与妊娠糖尿病的关系。方法回顾性分析76例GDM孕妇和125例正常孕妇血清中锌、镁、铜、铁、铅、锰的含量。结果孕早期及孕中期GDM组血中微量元素锌、镁、铜、铁、铅、锰的含量与正常对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),孕晚期GDM组血中微量元素铅、锰与正常对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),微量元素铜、铁的含量较正常对照组高,锌、镁的含量较正常对照组低,相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕晚期GDM组孕妇微量元素锌、镁、铜、铁的代谢失衡,适时监测微量元素的含量,纠正GDM患者微量元素代谢紊乱状态,对GDM的临床防治具有重要的价值。
Objective To observe the effect of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction combined with metformin on glucose and lipid metabolism of phlegm-heat type 2 diabetic patients (T2DM). Methods Totally 104 phlegm-heat T2DM patients were randomly divided into two groups (each contains 52 cases), and given the diabetes lifestyle intervention. Control group additionally took 0.5 g metformin twice daily. And treatment group, besides taking 0.5 g metformin, was given Xiaoxianxiong Decoction, one dose and three times per day warmly. After 12 weeks, FBG, HbA1C, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, 2 hPG of the two groups were determined, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 92.31%, and 76.92%in control group (P<0.01). The difference in symptom score, FBG, 2 hPG, TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C between the two group were significant, so as that between before and after treatment of both groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaoxianxiong Decoction combined with metformin can effectively lower the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid in phlegm-heat T2DM patients, enhance the therapeutic effect and improve the metabolism of glucose and lipid.
目的:探讨血小板计数(PLT)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板比容(PCT)、网织血小板比率(IPF)、D-二聚体(D-D)和脂蛋白a(Lp-a)与急性脑梗死的关系。方法对231例急性脑梗死患者(急性脑梗死组)PLT、PDW、MPV、PCT、IPF、血浆D-D和血清Lp-a进行检测及分析,选择健康人群50名作为对照组。结果与对照组比较,急性脑梗死组PLT、PCT明显减少(P<0.01);PDW、MPV、IPF、D-D和Lp-a明显升高(P<0.01)。结论血小板参数、D-D和Lp-a 水平的变化与急性脑梗死的发生发展密切相关,监测它们的变化对预防和治疗急性脑梗死具有重要的临床意义。
目的 研究糖类抗原-125(CA125)、恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)、癌胚抗原(CEA)以及可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)四种血清肿瘤标志物联合检测在卵巢恶性肿瘤诊断中的价值.方法 选取深圳市龙岗区人民医院2010年2月至2013年7月恶性卵巢肿瘤患者50例,良性卵巢肿瘤患者62例,同时选取门诊健康女性60例作为健康组,测定各组人群CA125、TSGF、CEA以及SIL-2R水平,评价四种血清肿瘤标志物的敏感度和特异度.结果 四种血清肿瘤标志物在恶性卵巢肿瘤患者中明显高于良性组和健康人群组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);四种血清肿瘤标志物诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤的敏感性依次为CA 125>TSGF>CEA>SIL-2R,特异性高低依次为SIL-2R>CEA>TSGF>CA125.四种肿瘤标志物进行平行诊断试验中敏感性高达100%,在系列诊断试验中特异性高达98.39%.结论 CA125、TSGF、CEA以及SIL-2R四种血清肿瘤标志物联合检测诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤具有较强的可靠性,临床上值得推广使用.
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of homocysteine(HCY) ,lipid and blood rheology indicator in patients with diabetic retinopathy .Methods A total of 121 patients with diabetes were divided into dia-betic retinopathy group(52 cases) and non-diabetic retinopathy group (69 cases) ,and 50 cases of healthy subjects were enrolled as control group .HCY ,fasting blood glucose(FBG) ,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) ,total cholester-ol(TC) ,triacylglycerol(TG) ,low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) ,high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and blood rheology indexes were detected in all groups .Results (1)Compared with control group ,levels of HCY , FBG ,HbA1c ,TC ,TG ,LDL-C and blood rheology indexes in diabetic retinopathy group and non-diabetic retinopathy group were obviously higher(P<0 .01) .(2)Compared with non-diabetic retinopathy group ,levels of HCY ,HbA1c , TC ,TG ,LDL-C and blood rheology indexes in diabetic retinopathy group were obviously higher (P<0 .01) .(3)The difference of HDL-C level between each group were not significant (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Patients with Diabetic retinopathy might be with hyperhomocystinemia ,metabolic disorder of lipid and abnormal blood rheology ,and detec-tion of HCY ,blood lipid and blood rheology indexes could contribute to early diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy .
Objective:Raising awareness of maternal HIV prevention,to reduce the rates of mother-to-child of HIV.Method:From January 2012 to December 2012 in The People’s Hospital in Longgang District of Shenzhen City,we randomly selected 400 cases for the study,taking the questionnaire and maternal and neonatal pathogen detection.Result:400 cases studied there for HIV mastery of knowledge were not very satisfactory,there were 25.00%of the people do not understand,grasp a basic understanding of the main stage crowd at 190 cases(47.50%).4 cases were HIV-positive pregnant women,pregnant women testing positive rate was 1.28%,newborn testing HIV positive two cases,mother-to-child HIV transmission rate was 50.00%.Conclusion:Strengthen prevention and control of maternal awareness can effectively control the rate of mother-to-child of HIV,the control of HIV incidence and prevalence has a very important significance.
Objective To investigateand analyze of AIDS virus,hepatitis C virus and syphilis infection in Longgang district of Shenzhen city from 2012 to 2013,and provide the scientific basis for the prevention and intervention of drug addicts.Methods Questionnaire investigation survey of the health condition and HCV, HIV, TP and serological test of the drug users were performed in 2012-2013. Results 227 HCV antibody positive cases, 15 HIV antibody positive cases and 65TP antibody positive cases were detected among 801 drug users.The infection rate of HCV of male(29.58%) was significantly higher than that of female(17.28%)(χ2=16.3, P0.01); male and female HIV infection rates were 1.87% and 2.47%,respectively, without significant differences; male TP infection rate(7.50%) was lower than that of female(13.58%)(χ2=7.90, P0.01).The infection rate of HCV of 41~ years old age group was the highest, accounted for 50.00%, the second was the 31~ years old age group(37.80%).HIV antibodies positive cases were mainly 21~ years old age group(2.67%) and 31~years oldage group(1.22%); TP antibodies positive cases were mainly 31~(15.04%) and 41~(18.75%) years old age group.Co-infection rates of HCV and TP, HCV and HIV, HIV and TP were 3.37%, 0.62%, and 0.12%, respectively. HCV and HIV and TP mixed infection rate was zero. Conclusions In recent years, HIV, HCV and TP infection rates among the drug users in Longgang district of Shenzhen city were high. Health education and effective prevention and treatment interventions should be strengthened toreduce the infection rate among drug users in infectious diseases.
Objective To study the differential diagnostic value of joint determination of pleural effusion /serum CEA and NSE ratio for malignant pleural exudates.Methods There were 79 cases composed of 47 patients with malignant pleural effusion(malignant group) and 32 patients with tuberculous pleural effusion (tuberculous group) in this study.The content of CEA、NSE were detected by terminal reaction of enzymology. Pleural effusion/serum CEA and NSE ratio were calculated.The optimization critical value was determined with ROC curve.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and Youden index were determined respectively.Results The Pleural effusion/serum CEA and NSE ratio in the patients with malignant pleural effusion were higher than that with tuberculous pleural effusion,on the condition that the optimization critical value was P/S(CEA)≥1.1 or P/S(NSE)≥1.3,the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and Youden index of joint determination of pleural effusion/serum CEA and NSE ratio were 91.49%,62.50%,79.94%,0.54 respectively by parallel test.And the sensitivity,accuracy and Youden index was higher in pleural effusion/serum CEA and NSE ratio significantly compared with the single test.Conclusion The joint determination of pleural effusion/serum CEA and NSE ratio,has great practical value in diferentiating benign from malignant exudates because of raising the sensitivity,accuracy and Youden index.
Objective:To discuss the correlation and prognosis on the levels of plasma coagulation factorⅩⅢ(FⅩⅢ)and IL-17in patients with cerebral infarction.Method:①According to the infarction size of CT or MRI of head,50patients with cerebral infarction were divided into three groups:great dimension infarction group(infarction size>10cm3),middle dimension infarction group(infarction size 4to 10cm3)and small dimension infarction group(infarction size<4cm3).Healthy control group included 20cases.Damage degree of nerve function was evaluated according to NIHSS score.Anticoagulant specimens of cerebral infarction group were collected within 24h,at 3rd day,7th day and 14th day respectively.The levels of FⅩⅢ and IL-17were measured by enzyme linked immune double antibody sandwich assay.②According to NIHSS scores within 24hand 14th day of cerebral infarction group,recent prognosis was compared.Result:①The levels of FⅩⅢ and IL-17of great dimension infarction group within 24hwere obviously higher than those of control group(P<0.01),the levels of FⅩⅢand IL-17of middle dimension infarction group and small dimension infarction group within 24hwere higher than those of control group(P<0.05).②Compared with small dimension infarction group,the levels of FⅩⅢ and IL-17of great dimension infarction group were different(P<0.05).③Along with the state of illness improved,the levels of FⅩⅢand IL-17had decline tendency(P>0.05).④The level of FⅩⅢ was positively correlated with the recent prognosis in patients with cerebral infarction groups(r=0.33),the level of IL-17was positively correlated(r=0.31).Conclusion:The levels of FⅩ Ⅲ and IL-17in patients with cerebral infarction would have positive correlation with course and prognosis,and their changes could be used as diagnose indexes of treatment and prognosis.
Objective To investigate mechanism of effect of toll-like-receptors(TLR) in acute pancreatitis(AP) enabling,transformation from acute edematous pancreatitis(AEP) into acute necrotic pancreatitis(ANP),and G_bacteria invasion into damaged intestinal mucosa in ANP with detection of expression of TLR in AP of large mice.Methods 42 Wistar mice were randomly divided into normal control group,AEP group,ANP group and TLR4 antibody handling group.Morphological changes in rat pancreatic tissue,TLRs distribution expression rule,pancreatic amylase of serum and ascites,pancreatic tissue wet and dry weighing,the level of TNF-a,IL-1b,IL-6 were measured and analyzed.Results Compared with the ANP group,pancreatic necrosis area of TLR4 antibody handling group significantly increased.The inflammatory extent was significantly aggravating.Difference of the pancreatic amylase level in serum and ascites,TNF-a,IL-1βand IL-6 were statistically significant(P 0.05) between normal control group and AEP group,between AEP group and ANP group,between ANP group and TLR4 antibody handling group.Difference of expression number of TLR protein signal expression of Wistar mice was statistically significant(P 0.05) in between normal control group and AEP group,between AEP group and ANP group,between ANP group and TLR4 antibody handling group.Conclusion TLR expressed in pancreas and vessel of normal Wistar mise,upregulation in acute pancreatitis.TLR is a natural immune receptor and plays an important role in enabling of early imflammation of AP.TLRs take a part in signal transfer of endotoxin.TLR4 plays an important promoting role in ANP development.Further blocking of signal transfer of endotoxin possibly improves ANP prognosis.
Objective To investigate the characteristics of the carotid artery wall motion in patients with hyperlipidemia before and after treatment by using velocity vector imaging(VVI) technique.Methods Thirty patients with hyperlipidemia took atorvastatin for 12 months.The maximum velocity(Vmax),maximum strain(Smax) and maximum strain rate(SRmax) of the anterior wall,internal wall,posterior wall and lateral wall of left short-axis section of carotid artery were measured with velocity vector imaging technique before treatment,and 3,6 and 12 months after treatment,and were compared with another 30 healthy volunteers.Results The Vmax((1.89±0.21)×10-2 cm/s),Smax((3.43±0.99)%) and SRmax((0.31±0.02)s-1) of lateral wall of left short-axis section of carotid artery were significantly higher 3 months after treatment than those before treatment(Vmax(0.90±0.28)×10-2 cm/s,Smax:(1.80±1.04)%,SRmax:(0.10±0.06)s-1)(P0.05).The Vmax,Smax and SRmax of anterior,internal and posterior wall of left short-axis section of carotid artery were significantly higher 6 and 12 months after treatment than those before treatment(P0.05).Conclusion VVI technique can evaluate the biomechanical characteristics of the carotid artery in patients with hyperlipidemia before and after treatment,which plays an important role in the prevention and therapy of cerebrovascular disease.
