本试验旨在探究饲粮添加不同水平右旋糖酐铁对断奶仔猪生长性能、皮毛发育和机体铁代谢的影响.选用健康的28日龄"杜×长×大"三元杂交断奶仔猪[体重(7.12±0.75)kg]216头(公母各占1/2),随机分为6个组,每组6个重复(栏),每个重复6头猪.对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,硫酸亚铁组(FeSO4组)饲喂在基础饲粮中添加100 mg/kg 一水硫酸亚铁(以铁元素计,后同)的饲粮,各右旋糖酐铁添加组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加50(DexFe50组)、100(DexFe100 组)、150(DexFe150 组)和 200 mg/kg(DexFe200 组)右旋糖酐铁的 饲粮.试验期28 d.结果表明:1)与CON组和FeSO4组相比,DexFe100组断奶仔猪平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05).2)试验第7天,与CON组相比,饲粮添加不同水平右旋糖酐铁均显著提高断奶仔猪皮毛指数(P<0.05);与FeSO4组相比,DexFe50组和DexFe100组毛顺程度分数显著提高(P<0.05).试验第21天,与CON组相比,DexFe100组和FeSO4组皮肤红润程度分数显著提高(P<0.05),且上述指标2组间差异不显著(P>0.05).试验第28天,与CON组和FeSO4组相比,DexFe100组皮毛指数显著提高(P<0.05).3)与CON组和FeSO4组相比,DexFe100组断奶仔猪血液血红蛋白(HGB)含量和红细胞压积(HCT)显著提高(P<0.05).4)与CON组相比,DexFe100组、DexFe150组和DexFe200组断奶仔猪粪便和血清铁含量均显著提高(P<0.05);且与FeSO4组相比,DexFe150组和DexFe200组粪便铁含量显著提高(P<0.05),DexFe100组血清铁含量显著提高(P<0.05).与CON组和FeSO4组相比,各右旋糖酐铁添加组铁表观消化率均显著提高(P<0.05),且各右旋糖酐铁添加组间铁表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05).综上所述,饲粮添加适宜水平右旋糖酐铁可提高断奶仔猪平均日增重,降低料重比,改善皮毛发育状况,提高血液HGB含量和HCT及血清铁含量,并提高铁表观消化率;本试验条件下,饲粮右旋糖酐铁适宜添加水平为100 mg/kg.
以右旋糖酐工业废水培养产朊假丝酵母生产单细胞蛋白,对培养基和培养基条件进行了优化.结果显示,摇瓶培养基废水添加量为300 ml/L,初始pH值5.5,接种量5%,发酵温度25℃,培养时间72 h,在该条件下生物量为8.23 g/L,蛋白质含量为50.63%,COD去除率达到69.34%,和优化前相比,生物量提高了12.7%,蛋白质含量提高了10.6%,COD去除率提高了13.4%.
试验旨在研究不同剂量的木薯多糖铁对断奶仔猪生长性能、皮毛性状和血清生化指标的影响.选取240头21日龄体重(6.87±1.02)kg、健康的"杜×长×大"断奶仔猪,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复8头猪.Basal组(对照组)仔猪饲喂基础日粮,Dt Fe 50组、Dt Fe 100组、Dt Fe 150组、Dt Fe 200组分别在基础日粮中添加50、100、150、200 mg/kg木薯多糖铁(含量以Fe元素计).预试期7 d,正式试验期30 d.结果显示,Dt Fe 150组仔猪的平均日增重显著高于Basal组和Dt Fe 50组(P<0.05),Dt Fe 150组仔猪的料重比显著低于Basal组(P<0.05).各试验组仔猪Fe的表观消化率显著高于Basal组(P<0.05).第21 d,Dt Fe 200组仔猪皮毛指数显著高于Basal组(P<0.05);第28 d,与Basal组相比,Dt Fe 100组、Dt Fe 150组和Dt Fe 200组仔猪皮毛指数显著提高(P<0.05).与Basal组相比,Dt Fe 100组、Dt Fe 150组和Dt Fe 200组仔猪血液血红蛋白(HGB)显著提高(P<0.05).研究表明,添加木薯多糖铁可提高仔猪生长性能,改善皮毛性状,提高血液中HGB,预防贫血,推荐适宜添加剂量为100~150 mg/kg.

Bstract: The glyphosate mother liquid contained the large amounts of formaldehyde and CODCr,so it was difficult to disintegrate and drain off. The nanofiltration process was applied to recycled most of glyphosate from the glyphosate mother liquid. Then the nanofiltration concentrated solution reacted with calcium oxide. By this (nanofiltration recycling glyphosate + calcium oxide) treatment process, the wastewater treatment effect and the recovery rate of glyphosate got ideal result.
采用气相色谱法测定以4-氟苯基乙酮为原料经不对称加氢还原合成(S)-1-(4-氟苯基)-乙醇反应液中各组分的含量.采用Varian capillary column cp-chirasil-Dex CB毛细管手性色谱柱和氢火焰离子化检测器,以苯丙酮为内标物进行分析.反应液中的4-氟苯基乙酮,(S)-1-(4-氟苯基)-乙醇和(R)-1-(4-氟苯基)-乙醇能很好地分离,3种组分的峰面积与其质量浓度在一定范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)在6.5~18.8 mg·L-1之间.加标回收率在95.2%~106%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在1.0%~7.2%之间.
After concentration, the glyphosate wastewater reacted with quicklime for 60min. Hydrochloric acid was added into filter cake to make pH=2.0. The filtrate was crystallized by refrigerated overnight. After filtered, washing and drying, glyphosate powder was got. The glyphosate recovery was more than 85%.
采用气相色谱法测定苯丙酮不对称催化加氢制备标题化合物反应液中相关组分的含量.选择手性色谱柱、氢火焰离子化检测器及苯酚作内标物,在此条件下各物质能很好地分离.该方法的检出限为2.91 ~6.88 mg/L,相对标准偏差为3.61% ~4.99%,加标回收率为97.3%~101.5%,其精密度和准确度均能满足常规分析要求.
以28日龄杜长大三元杂交断奶仔猪为对像,以仔猪基础日粮中不添加外源铁为对照(CK),以在基础日粮中添加75、100、125、150 mg/kg蔗糖铁为处理,研究蔗糖铁对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响。结果表明,与处理1( CK)相比,日粮中以蔗糖铁形式添加铁元素125 mg/kg时,仔猪平均日增质量、平均日采食量分别提高18.18%和8.20%(P<0.05),料重比、腹泻率和死亡率分别下降8.65%、29.89%和43.18%(P<0.05);经济效益分析发现,与处理1(CK)相比,日粮中以蔗糖铁形式添加125 mg/kg铁元素时,毛利润提高23.17%(P<0.05)。因此,在断奶仔猪日粮中添加蔗糖铁能够促进断奶仔猪的生长,降低料重比,降低腹泻以及死亡率,提高经济效益,且以添加125 mg/kg铁元素效果最佳。
试验研究蔗糖铁对断奶仔猪生长性能和血液指标的影响.选择180头28日龄杜长大三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分成6个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复10头猪;在仔猪基础日粮中不添加外源铁构成处理1即对照组(CK),在基础日粮中以蔗糖铁形式分别添加铁元素75、100、125、150 mg/kg构成处理2、3、4、5,在基础日粮中以硫酸亚铁形式添加铁元素150 mg/kg构成处理6,试验正式期42 d.结果表明,与处理1(CK)相比,日粮中以蔗糖铁形式添加铁元素125 mg/kg时,仔猪平均日增重、平均日采食量分别提高18.18%和8.20% (P<0.05),料重比、腹泻率和死亡率分别下降8.65%、29.89%和43.18% (P<0.05);血红蛋白含量提高22.75%(P<0.05);与处理6(150 mg/kg硫酸亚铁)相比,日粮中以蔗糖铁形式添加铁元素125 mg/kg时,仔猪平均日增重、平均日采食量分别提高14.71%和6.45%(P<0.05),料重比、腹泻率和死亡率分别下降7.65%、29.1%和42.16%(P<0.05);血红蛋白含量提高16.56%(P<0.05).蔗糖铁对断奶仔猪有良好的促生长作用,也在一定程度上提高了仔猪血液中血红蛋白和IgG浓度.

Potassium diformate was synthesized from formic acid and potassium hydroxide.The optimum reaction conditions were determined. The results showed when the mole ratio (formic acid∶potassium hydroxide) was 2.5∶1,reaction time was 2h and reac-tiontemperature was 60℃,the yield was more than 90%.
The quantitative determination of acetochlor and oxyfluorfen by HPLC with Hypersil C18 column at 235nm was described.The mobile phase was acetonitrile+water(78+22).The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.0019% and 0.0017%,the coefficient of variation was 0.81% and 1.06%,and the recovery was 99.83%~101.68% and 97.27%~100.49%.
The dextran enzyme was a special enzyme for degradation of dextran.It could degrade dextran-20(average Mw 16000~24000Da) to super micro-molecular dextran(average Mw 3000~6000Da).The results showed that when the substrate concentration was 30%(w/w),the reaction time was 10min and enzyme dosage was 69U/g,Dextran-20 was degraded to super micro-molecular dextran.The product had excellent performance,stable quality and narrow molecule weight distribution.
本文研究了肠膜明串珠菌Lm-31208以蔗糖为底物发酵生产右旋糖酐的工艺条件,通过优化培养基的碳源、氮源、pH、温度、接种量等,实现较高的蔗糖转化率和右旋糖酐产率。结果表明:当培养基蔗糖浓度为210g/L、蛋白胨浓度为2.Ogre、接种量为10%时,在5L全自动发酵罐中发酵,控制pH6.5、温度为25℃、转速100rpm,发酵到20h时,蔗糖转化率达到90%左右。
