2019年12月5日,于宁夏银川市海宝公园拍摄到1只小太平鸟(Bombycilla japonica,图1); 2020年1月1日,于贺兰县岩画景区观察到1只欧亚鸲(Erithacus rubecula,图2); 2020年6月9日,于宁夏盐池县双猫头湖发现1只长尾鸭(Clangula hyemalis,图3).经查阅资料鉴定以上3种鸟为宁夏鸟类分布新纪录[1-14].

Many quinoline (QL) derivatives are present in the environment and pose potential threats to human health and ecological safety. The acute toxicity of 30 haloquinolines (HQs) was examined using the photobacterium Vibrio fischeri. IC50 values (inhibitory concentration for 50% luminescence elimination) were in the range 5.52 to >200 mg·L−1. The derivative 5-BrQL exhibited the highest toxicity, with 3-ClQL, 3-BrQL, 4-BrQL, 5-BrQL, 6-BrQL, and 6-IQL all having IC50 values below 10 mg·L−1. Comparative molecular field analysis modeling based on the steric and electrostatic field properties of the HQs was used to quantify the impact of halogen substituents on their toxicity. QL derivative rings with larger substituents at the 2/8-positions and less negative charge at the 4/5/6/8-positions were positively correlated with acute toxicity towards V. fischeri.
为了探究近红外光谱分析技术(Near Infrared Spectroscopy,NIRS)在苜蓿常规营养成分预测中应用的可行性,建立苜蓿干草常规营养成分含量的近红外分析模型,实现苜蓿草营养成分快速测定,该试验采集苜蓿样本94份,结合改进最小二乘回归法(MPLS),使用4种数学处理方法与5种散射校正方法相结合共20种预处理方法对原始光谱进行预处理,分析不同预处理方法对苜蓿样本建模的影响,得出最佳光谱预处理方法和建模方法,建立苜蓿含水量(Moisture)、粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和粗灰分(Ash)6种常规营养成分近红外定量分析模型,并通过内部验证和外部验证对模型的预测能力进行评价.结果表明:苜蓿Moisture、CP、EE、ADF、NDF和Ash 6种常规营养成分预测模型的交叉验证标准误差(SECV)分别为0.2419、0.4615、0.1812、0.8848、1.4332,0.4227;定标决定系数(RSQ)分别为0.9632、0.9257、0.9879、0.9745、0.9511、0.9726;交叉验证相关系数(1-VR)分别为0.9614、0.8715、0.8554、0.9513、0.9218、0.8246;预测标准误差(SEP)分别为0.317、0.551、0.253、3.732、2.332、0.709;交叉验证相对分析误差(RPDV)分别为3.372、3.403、1.925、1.418、3.668、1.660.说明所建成的模型对苜蓿中Moisture、CP、NDF的含量能精准预测,对EE、ADF、Ash的含量不能精准预测,还需进一步调整优化.
以吡虫啉为代表的新烟碱类杀虫剂具有农业用量大、环境残留高和对非靶标生物毒性效应显著的特征,引发的生态环境问题日益凸显.光解是环境中有机农药的主要降解方式之一.根据近年来的文献报道,简述新烟碱类杀虫剂在环境中残留的潜在生态毒性风险和光降解转化行为,以期为正确评估该类化合物在环境介质中残留的环境健康风险提供科学依据.
In this experiment,Ningxia Haiyuan Pgrus ussuriensismaxim as material,using spectrophotometry to Pgrus ussuriensismaxim polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and different inhibitors and substrates on the dynamic characteristics of Tissue Browning were studied.Experiments showed that Pgrus ussuriensismaxim PPO activity was gradually increased with time change,just browning time consistent with Pgrus ussuriensismaxim appear;the catechol and pyrogallol two substrates and Pgrus ussuriensismaxim after PPO of full band (200 nm-650 nm) scanning,274 nm,275 nm of a peak, Can be inferred Pgrus ussuriensismaxim PPO ortho phenol and three yuan two yuan strong ability to phenol;Catechol as substrate,to determine the effects of different inhibitors on the activity of PPO inhibitory effect of Pgrus ussuriensismaxim,followed by VC>L-cysteine>resorcinol>EDTA.
The polysaccharides were extracted from the roots, stems and leaves of Anemone tomentosa (Maxim.) Péi with ul-trasonic and microwave extraction. The ultrasound-assisted extraction with ethanol was the best method. Polysaccharides were measured by phenol-sulfuric acid method. The effects of material-liquid ratio, extraction temperature and time on the extrac-tion of polysaccharides were studied with single-factor experiment and response surface methodology. The results showed that the temperature and the time were the main factors. The optimal condition of polysaccharides extraction was temperature of 80℃,extraction time of 50 min, material-liquid ratio of 1:100 (m:V). Under the optimal conditions, the contents of polysaccha-rides in roots, stems and the leaves were 5.16%,1.61% and 7.16%,respectively.
本文用生态学理论分析了影响民族院校毕业生就业的社会环境、个体环境等因素,指出民族院校毕业生应合理确定就业生态位,实现恰当的就业。
苦豆渣是生物制药厂生产过程中的废弃物,苦豆渣粗蛋白质含量为27.703%,粗纤维含量为3.656%,粗脂肪含量为5.386%,水分含量为5.727%,钙含量为0.509%,磷含量为0.278%。采用t检验对比,苦豆渣粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、磷的含量都极显著高于紫花苜蓿中的含量,粗纤维的含量与紫花苜蓿中基本相同,水分及钙的含量都极显著低于紫花苜蓿。表明苦豆渣是一种营养价值较高的蛋白质饲料。
以沙生植物牛心朴子为材料,对其细胞分裂过程进行跟踪观察并作染色体核型分析,结果表明,牛心朴子的染色体数目为2n=2x=24,染色体为二倍体,全组染色体总长度为51.75μm,核型公式为2n=24=24m,有1个随体,其染色体核型属于对称的1A型。
以苦豆子的茎尖、茎、根、上胚轴、下胚轴、胚根为外植体,以MS附加不同激素配比的培养基为基质,进行了诱导苦豆子愈伤组织的适宜外植体及培养条件的筛选。确定出苦豆子诱导愈伤组织的最佳外植体为胚根,最佳培养基为MS,适宜的细胞生长素2,4-D浓度范围为1.2~2.0 g/L,适宜的6-BA浓度为0.16 g/L。

The total flavonoids in Lycium barbarum L.flowers from Ningxia were ultrasonic extracted by H2O and 95%(V/V) ethanol,and then detected by Al(NO3)3 method.The results showed that the content total flavonoids was 2.95 mg/g.The results showed that the methods were convenient and fast for evaluating the level of total flavonoids in L.barbarum L.flowers
Objective:To extract and analyse the composition of fatty acid in Cynanchum komarovii Al.seeds.Methods:By soxhlet extraction from Cynanchum komarovii Al.seeds extract fat-soluble composition,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detecting its chemical composition.Results:the 15 fatty acid were separated and identified from Cynanchum komarovii Al.seeds,and amount to the total fractions of chromatographic peak area 99.39%.Mainly for linoleic acid(0.79%),linolelaidicacid(0.21%),oleic acid(Z)-(2.11%),elaidic acid(58.85%),linolenic acid(0.32%),Heptadecanoic acid(0.45%),Hexadecanoic acid,14-methyl-(2.17%),Octadecanoic acid(7.8%),Hexadecanoic acid(9.12%),palmitoleic acid(17.11%).Conclusion:In Cynanchum komarovii Al.seeds,fatty acid mainly was unsaturated fatty acid,and the main fatty acids was elaidic acid and palmitoleic acid.
The study took Ningxia Haiyuan fennel as material,observed the process of cell division and analysised its karyotype,the results showed that Ningxia Haiyuan cumin chromosome number was 2n=2x=22,the average total length of chromosome was 272.55+1.08 μm,the longest chromosome was 5.58 μm,the shortest length of chromosome was 1.48 μm.The longest and the shortest chromosome ratio was 3.78,the average length of chromosome was 4.55+1.79 μm,the average long arm 2.67+0.90 μm,the average short arm was 1.90+0.92 μm,the average arm ratio was 1.52+0.29,arm ratio between 1.01 to 1.70,the longest and the shortest chromosome ratio was 2.02.Its karyotype formula was K(2n)=22=20 m(2SAT)+2sm,with a pair of satellite.The relative length composition of chromosome was 2n=2s+8M1+10M2+2L,belonged to the "2B" symmetric karyotype.
The experiment optimized CTAB method to extractLycium barbarum L.NO.1and ruthenicum Murr.laminas genomic DNA.The concentration and purity of DNA were detected by UV spectrophotometer,agarose gel electrophoresis,and conducted a PCR amplification.12(10 bp)random primers were From 101 oligonucleotide primers on these two Lycium L.DNA samples amplified analysis,and 111 RAPD bands was detected,61 among which were polymorphic,the percent of polymorphic band was 54.95%.The results showed that the similarity factor ofLycium barbarum L.NO.1andLycium ruthenicum Murr.was S=0.618,the heredity was away from D=0.382.Therefore,the genetic relationship of barbarum L.NO.1andLycium ruthenicum Murr. was far.
对荒漠植物牛心朴子种子的生态适应特征进行了研究.结果表明,牛心朴子种子椭圆形或矩圆形,成熟呈棕褐色,扁平.种缨白色、绢状,伞形,长1.2 ~2.0 cm.牛心朴子种子大小差异不明显,长度平均为8.352 2±0.70044 mm/个,宽度平均为4.478 8±0.390 06 mm/个,厚度平均为1.279 6±0.148 16 mm/个,种子长、宽、厚比值为6.53:3.50:1.牛心朴子种子全重(含缨毛)为0.017 56±0.005 438 6 g/个,种子缨毛为0.002 085±0.000 555 62 g/个.种缨毛含量为11.873 6%.千粒重为17.131 2±0.3902 g.种子发芽率(%)为66.667±0.011 547;样方内种子数量为437.5 ~875粒/m2.种子水平传播距离D为0.9m,种子大多数散落于母株0~0.60 m范围内,只有少于1.2%种子可以散布到1 m左右的距离.
The paper aimed to analyze the principal factor of affecting dissolved oxygen in the shaking culture of Cordyceps sinensis mycelia.Signal-factor test was carried out by measuring the yield of Cordyceps sinensis mycelia on different shaker speeds,liquid volumes and sealing modes,and then three factors of orthogonal test was carried out.Results showed that the appropriate conditions of dissolve oxygen were as follows:the shaker speed was 140 r/min;the liquid capacity was 50% and the seal mode was to use sealing film of aseptic culture vessel.The influencing significance of factors was in order of shaker speed,liquid capacity and seal mode.Determining result of active ingredient content under different shaker speeds showed that the shaker speed had no significant influence on the polysaccharide and oxalic acid contents of Cordyceps sinensis.
