绿佳人来源于野生软枣猕猴桃资源,属于中熟品种.果实倒卵形,果皮深绿色,光滑无棱,果皮呈深绿色,果肉为黄绿色,硬溶性质,果实外观和品质都属上乘;平均单果质量17.6 g,最大单果质量25.6 g,果形指数在1.37左右,每个果实内含有种子数量100~140粒.平均可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)18.1%,最高可达22%,总酸含量1.07%,糖酸比为16.9,每kg鲜果含维生素C 1100 mg.从坐果到果实成熟约100 d,丹东地区(E 124°23',N 40°07')成熟期为9月10日前后;每个果序有1~3个果.萌芽率为60%~80%,结果枝比率为50%~70%.该品种对蝇粪病和煤污病的抗性较强.常温条件下,其货架期较长,最多可达10d,而在温度1~3℃条件下,至少可贮藏8周.适合无霜期在120 d以上、生长季没有晚霜和强风危害、年平均降水量450~1200 mm、休眠期最低气温不低于-30℃、有效积温超过2500℃的地区栽培;土壤要求排水良好、pH值6.5~7.0的壤土或沙壤土.
以"新丹336"玉米新品种为试验材料,采用二因素裂区试验设计,肥料运筹做主区,设3个水平,种植密度做副区,设4个水平,主区重复3次,研究密度与肥料运筹对"新丹336"玉米叶面积指数、冠层透光率、产量及产量构成因素的影响.结果表明:肥料运筹和种植密度的互作对玉米品种"新丹336"主要生育期叶面积指数、冠层透光率、产量、穗长和穗粒数有极显著的影响,当施用肥料纯N 220 kg/hm2、P2 O5110 kg/hm2、K2 O 140 kg/hm2,种植密度为6.75万株/hm2时"新丹336"穗粒数最多,产量最高,效益最好.
以丹玉405、新丹336、宏硕737这3个玉米杂交种作为试验材料,研究人工加速老化后玉米杂交种种子活力及生理特性的变化.结果表明:种子的发芽势 、发芽率 、发芽指数 、活力指数和玉米种胚中脱氢酶活性随着老化时间的延长均呈下降趋势,且活力指数先于发芽率和发芽指数表现出下降趋势;老化10 d时新丹336、宏硕737和丹玉405的脱氢酶活性分别下降了71.05% 、68.75% 、67.21%,相对电导率分别增加了30.77% 、30.84% 和17.27%,至老化8 d时丹玉405、宏硕737、新丹336的MDA含量分别增加了2.23倍 、1.44倍 、0.67倍.综合各项发芽指标及活力指标可知丹玉405的耐老化能力最强,其次为宏硕737,新丹336的耐老化能力最弱.
以铁丰31号、中粒芽豆、东农690 3个品种的大豆种子为试验材料,研究大豆种子萌发过程中含水量、可溶性总糖、可溶性蛋白质和粗脂肪含量的变化规律,为加强大豆产品深加工提供理论依据.结果表明,萌发过程中3个品种的大豆种子含水量随萌发时间的延长呈增加趋势,并且遵循“快-慢-快”的规律;可溶性总糖含量除第1天外,随萌发时间的增加逐渐减少,与未发芽种子相比,分别减少了0.91%、0.92%、0.97%,且3个品种的大豆种子变化规律基本一致;粗脂肪含量随萌发时间的延长逐渐降低,分别减少了10.35%、9.88%、10.14%,且3个品种的大豆种子变化总趋势一致.而随萌发天数的增加,3个品种的大豆种子可溶性蛋白质含量先降低后逐渐增加,分别增加了3.10%、2.79%、2.91%,且变化趋势一致.
试验选用"新丹336"玉米新品种为试验材料,钾肥用量设5个水平(0、90、100、120、150 kg/hm2),采用单因素随机区组试验设计,研究钾肥不同施用量对"新丹336"玉米产量及产量构成因素的影响.结果表明:钾肥不用施用量各处理间产量构成因素有显著差异,随着钾肥施用量增加,"新丹336"玉米品种产量先增加后减少,在钾肥施用量为100kg/hm2时产量最高,效益最好.
Four kinds of mycorrhizal fungi were inoculated in the seedlings of blueberry to investigate the coloniza-tion and the influence on low temperature-stressed in vitro branches 90 days later. All four mycorrhozal fungi colonized in blueberry in vitro branches;Coprinus sp. showed the highest colonization rate, and Tricholoma sp., the lowest. Under low temperature stress, the activities of SOD, POD and CAT were increased in mycorrhizal fungi-inoculated blueberry;the highest enzymes activities were presented in Boletus sp. treated blueberry, and the lowest, in Tricholoma sp..
以耕层棕壤(0~20 cm)和犁底层棕壤(20~40 cm)为试验材料,采用盆栽的方法模拟翻耕、旋耕模式及不同层次容重对玉米根系生长的影响。结果表明:下层土壤容重增加导致玉米总根量显著或极显著降低,表层根量的占比升高;中层土壤容重有差异,但根量差异不显著。拔节期模拟的翻耕与旋耕模式对玉米根干质量无显著影响,拔节期至生育期末模拟翻耕处理根量高于或显著高于模拟旋耕处理。表层土壤容重为1.2 g/cm3、下层土壤容重为1.4 g/cm3时最适合玉米根系生长。
以玉米自交系XL21和PH6WC组成的6世代群体为材料,调查各群体同一穗位处果穗数量.利用P1、P2、F1、F2、BC1和BC2多世代联合分析法,研究控制玉米一节多穗性状的基因分离规律.结果表明,该性状在F2分离世代表现为斜率负值的直线分布,BC1群体主要呈类似于偏正态分布,BC2群体呈类似于反比例函数分布.通过群体AIC值进行适合性检验,该性状符合一对加-显主基因+加-显-上位性多基因遗传D模型,主基因效应大于多基因效应,且加性效应大于显性效应,主基因遗传率为49.5%~ 60.2%,多基因遗传力为27.4%~41.1%,两者累加贡献率达到87.6%~90.6%.控制玉米一节多穗性状以加性效应为主,在遗传育种中针对该性状对早代试材进行重点选择和淘汰.
With Danda-17 maize which is the commonly -cultivated variety in Dandong as an example , the effect of application amount and method of potassium fertilizer on maize quality was studied by rotation composite design of quadratic regression .The results showed that 183.3-214.2 kg/hm2 potassium sulfate as the base fertiliz-er and 32.7 -69.08 kg/hm2 as the additional fertilizer can significantly improve the 100 -seed weight of the maize.
It was proposed that identification chilling injury mechanism of blueberry by measuring free water,bound water and electrical conductivity in branches and flower buds in this paper.Bluecrop,Berkeley,M7,Northcountry and Northblue which grown in open ground and greenhouse were used to be the samples.It showed that free water and bound water in branches grown in open ground are lower than those in greenhouse between the same varieties.Relative electrical conductivity of the plants in open ground was significantly higher than that in greenhouse in 2011,while the difference was few in 2010.The results indicateed that water loss of branches and flower buds was the main reason for chilling injury,and low temperature was one of important reasons in some years.
With Danda17,the commonly cultivated maize variety in Dandong district,as material,the effect of application amount and method of potassium fertilizer on maize quality was researched by quadratic regression rotation composite design.The results showed that the perfect application amount of potassium sulfate was 183.33-211.00 kg/ha as base fertilizer and 32.75-65.76 kg/ha as additional fertilizer.Under the application mode,the protein content in maize grain increased by 0.99%,the fatty content increased by 0.50%,and the starch content increased by 5.06%.Potassium fertilizer used as base fertilizer in sowing period and additional fertilizer in big trumpet period could improve maize quality obviously,and all the quality indexes reached the best.
