E-bike tourism has become an increasingly popular and sustainable mode of travel. A significant concern for riders is managing battery range and mitigating range anxiety during extended journeys. Battery swapping has emerged as an innovative solution to these challenges. However, existing e-bike route planning systems fail to account for the need for battery swapping. To bridge this gap, we present PETravel, a personalized e-bike travel recommendation system that integrates battery-swapping strategies directly into route planning. In addition, it enhances the tourism experience by accommodating diverse personalized requirements across various scenarios. Evaluations demonstrate PETravel's effectiveness in providing tailored solutions for personalized and sustainable tourism while supporting a variety of e-bike travel scenarios. Correlation is an important information resource, which is often used as a fundamental quantity for modeling tasks in machine learning. Since correlation between quantum entangled systems often surpasses that between classical systems, quantum information processing methods show superiority that classical methods do not possess. In this paper, we study the virtue of entangled systems and propose a novel classification algorithm called Quantum Entanglement inspired the Classification Algorithm (QECA). Particularly, we use the joint probability derived from entangled systems to model correlation between features and categories, that is, Quantum Correlation (QC), and leverage it to develop a novel QC-induced Multi-layer Perceptron framework for classification tasks. Experimental results on four datasets from diverse domains show that QECA is significantly better than the baseline methods, which demonstrates that QC revealed by entangled systems can improve the classification performance of traditional algorithms.
Virtual try-on (VTON) aims at fitting target clothes to reference person images, which is widely adopted in e-commerce. Existing VTON approaches can be narrowly categorized into Parser-Based (PB) and Parser-Free (PF) by whether relying on the parser information to mask the persons’clothes and synthesize try-on images. Although abandoning parser information has improved the applicability of PF methods, the ability of detail synthesizing has also been sacrificed. As a result, the distraction from original cloth may persist in synthesized images, especially in complicated postures and high resolution applications. To address the aforementioned issue, we propose a novel PF method named Regional Mask Guided Network (RMGN). More specifically, a regional mask is proposed to explicitly fuse the features of target clothes and reference persons so that the persisted distraction can be eliminated. A posture awareness loss and a multi-level feature extractor are further proposed to handle the complicated postures and synthesize high resolution images. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our proposed RMGN outperforms both state-of-the-art PB and PF methods. Ablation studies further verify the effectiveness of modules in RMGN. 目的 观察补肾活血协定方治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)(肾虚血瘀证)的疗效.方法 选取2018年2月—2020年2月医院收治的KOA患者186例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=93例)和观察组(n =93例).对照组给予依托考昔片口服,观察组在对照组基础上加用补肾活血协定方口服,连续治疗2个月.分别以疼痛视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)、美国特种外科医院量表(hospital for special surgery scores,HSS)评价膝关节疼痛程度与膝关节功能,用膝关节高频超声检查软骨厚度、滑膜厚度,检测关节液中肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necro-sis factor-α,TNF-α)、Toll样受体-4(Toll-like receptor 4,TLR-4)、P物质(Substance P,SP)含量及血清中脂联素(ad-iponectin,APN)、低氧诱导因子1α(hypoxic induction factor-1α,HIF-1α)水平,对比两组治疗效果.结果:观察组的有效率93.55% (87/93),与对照组82.79% (77/93)的有效率比较,以观察组显著升高(x2 =5.155,P<0.05);两组患者的VAS评分在治疗治疗2周、治疗4周后均降低,HSS评分在治疗2周、治疗4周后均升高,以观察组VAS评分显著高于对照组,HSS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组在增加关节软骨厚度、降低滑膜厚度等方面均具有一定效果,以观察组软骨厚度增加程度、滑膜厚度降低程度更明显(P<0.05);观察组患者经治疗后关节液中TNF-α、TLR-4、P物质水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);血清APN水平显著升高,HIF-1α水平显著降低(P<0.05).结论 补肾活血协定方利于减轻膝骨性关节炎患者的关节疼痛,提高膝关节功能,其机制可能与调节关节液、血清中相关因子水平以减轻滑膜炎症、调节软骨代谢有关,值得进行临床推广.
In this demo, we present an online multi-modal community query engine (MQE) on Alibaba's billion-scale heterogeneous network. MQE has two distinct features in comparison with existing community query engines. Firstly, MQE supports multimodal community search on heterogeneous graphs with keyword and image queries. Secondly, to facilitate community understanding in real business scenarios, MQE generates natural language descriptions for the retrieved community in combination with other useful demographic information. The distinct features of MQE benefit many downstream applications in Alibaba's e-commerce platform like recommendation. Our experiments confirm the effectiveness and efficiency of MQE on graphs with billions of edges.
目的:探讨ERRα/SOX9信号通路在绝经后妇女不同证型膝骨关节炎(KOA)关节软骨中的作用.方法:选取2018年6月至2019年4月广州中医药大学第三附属医院收治的绝经后KOA患者,根据中医证型标准分为风寒湿痹证、风湿热痹证、瘀血闭阻证和肝肾亏虚证4组,采用RT-PCR和Western Blot检测ERRα/SOX9信号通路表达情况.结果:各组间膝关节软骨组织ERRα、SOX9和Col2α1表达量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与风寒湿痹组比较,风湿热痹组ERRα、SOX9和Col2α1表达量之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);瘀血痹阻组ERRα表达量升高,SOX9、Col2α1表达量降低(P<0.05);肝肾亏虚组ERRα、Col2α1表达量降低(P<0.05),SOX9表达量升高(P<0.05).与风湿热痹组比较,瘀血痹阻组ERRα表达量升高,SOX9、Col2α1表达量降低(P<0.05);肝肾亏虚组ERRα、Col2α1表达量降低(P<0.05),SOX9表达量升高(P<0.05).与瘀血痹阻组比较,肝肾亏虚组ERRα、Col2α1表达量降低(P<0.05);SOX9表达量升高(P<0.05).结论:绝经后妇女不同中医证型KOA患者关节软骨组织ERRα/SOX9信号通路存在差异,揭示不同证型ERRα/SOX9信号通路的差异将为中医药辨证施治绝经后KOA提供理论基础.
Recommendations based on sequential User behaviors have become more and more common. Traditional methods depend on the premise of Markov processes and consider user behavior sequences as interests. However, they usually ignore the mining and representation of implicit features. Recently, recurrent neural networks (RNNs) have been adopted to leverage their power in modeling sequences and consider the dynamics of user behaviors. In order to better locate user preference, we design a network featuring Attention with Long-term Interval-based Gated Recurrent Units (ALI-GRU) to model temporal sequences of user actions. In the network, we propose a time interval-based GRU architecture to better capture long-term preferences and short-term intents when encoding user actions rather than the original GRU. And a specially matrix-form attention function is designed to learn weights of both long-term preferences and short-term user intents automatically. Experimental results on two well-known public datasets show that the proposed ALI-GRU achieves significant improvement than state-of-the-art RNN-based methods.
目的 观察用补肝肾活血协定方治疗肝肾亏虚型膝关节病的临床效果.方法 选择该院收治的90例膝关节病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组45例和观察组45例.对照组患者给予玻璃酸钠关节腔注射+硫酸氨基葡萄糖片口服,观察组在对照组基础上加用补肝肾活血协定方口服,连续治疗8周.通过观察膝关节痛感、功能、肿胀程度变化评价临床效果,监测治疗前后血清中致痛因子[β-内啡肽(β-endorphin,β-EP)、环氧合酶(Cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)、前列腺素E2(Prostaglandin E2,PGE2)]、炎症相关因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α[(Tumor necrosis factor-α[,TNF-α)、基质金属蛋白酶-3(Matrix metalloproteinase-3,MMP-3)、白细胞介素-1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)]水平,评价用药安全性.结果 观察组的临床有效率高达93.33%(42/45),相比对照组的75.56%(34/45)明显升高(x2=5.414,P<0.05).两组患者治疗后的膝关节疼痛程度均有所缓解,观察组患者从坐位站立时疼痛、行走时疼痛、起床后疼痛、夜卧休息疼痛等视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)显著低于对照组(P<0.05).两组患者治疗后膝关节功能均有所提高,肿胀程度有所减轻,观察组膝关节功能评分(Lyshom评分)、肿胀评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组治疗后血清中致病因子β-EP水平显著高于对照组,COX-2、PGE2水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05).两组患者治疗后血清中炎症相关因子TNF-α、MMP-3、IL-1 β水平较治疗前有所降低(P<0.05),观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患者的不良反应相对较少,仅出现便秘1例,不良反应率为2.22%,但与对照组的不良反应率8.89%相比,差异无统计学意义(x2=1.906,P=0.167>0.05).结论 加用补肝肾活血协定方治疗膝关节病有确切的疗效,在减轻关节疼痛、肿胀程度及恢复患膝关节功能方面优于常规西药治疗,其作用机制可能是通过调控血清中致痛因子水平、降低关节的炎性反应状态而实现的,本法安全可靠,值得进一步研究.
Nowadays, people have an increasing interest in fresh products such as new shoes and cosmetics. To this end, an E-commerce platform Taobao launched a fresh-item hub page on the recommender system, with which customers can freely and exclusively explore and purchase fresh items, namely, the New Tendency page. In this work, we make a first attempt to tackle the fresh-item recommendation task with two major challenges. First, a fresh-item recommendation scenario usually faces the challenge that the training data are highly deficient due to low page views. In this paper, we propose a deep interest-shifting network (DisNet), which transfers knowledge from a huge number of auxiliary data and then shifts user interests with contextual information. Furthermore, three interpretable interest-shifting operators are introduced. Second, since the items are fresh, many of them have never been exposed to users, leading to a severe cold-start problem. Though this problem can be alleviated by knowledge transfer, we further babysit these fully cold-start items by a relational meta-Id-embedding generator (RM-IdEG). Specifically, it trains the item id embeddings in a learning-to-learn manner and integrates relational information for better embedding performance. We conducted comprehensive experiments on both synthetic datasets as well as a real-world dataset. Both DisNet and RM-IdEG significantly outperform state-of-the-art approaches, respectively. Empirical results clearly verify the effectiveness of the proposed techniques, which are arguably promising and scalable in real-world applications.
Fraud sellers in e-commerce usually promote their products via fake transactions. Such behaviors damage the reputation of the e-commerce platform and jeopardize the business environment in the platform. The search engine of existing e-commerce platforms mainly focuses on generating transactions by matching users' queries and sellers' products. The most common method to defense fraud sellers is to set up a blacklist based on fraud detection and manual investigation, and then punish those sellers in the list, which is inefficient and can only cover a small fraction of potential fraud sellers. In this paper, we propose the first fraud aware impression regulation system (FAIR) which is data-driven and can work in large-scale e-commerce platforms. Its main function is to actively regulate the impressions received by all potential fraud sellers in a real-time fashion. It utilizes the reinforcement learning architecture to dynamically adjust the impression regulation strategy under different reward settings, which can not only promote the impression regulation effects, but also improve the revenue of the platform simultaneously. We deploy FAIR on the Taobao platform of Alibaba, one of the world's largest e-commerce search platform, and perform an A/B test for two weeks. The results show that FAIR can effectively reduce the fraud impressions and improve the overall platform revenue at the same time.
目的 探讨针刺四关联合塞来昔布在全膝关节置换(TKA)患者围术期中超前镇痛的临床疗效.方法 行人工TKA患者60例,随机分为针药组及对照组各30例,分别在手术前2 d及术后2 w对患者进行镇痛治疗,并用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及膝关节协会评分(KSS)评定,观察治疗后的近远疗效.结果 治疗后,手术前1 d、术后1、2 d及术后7 d的静息/活动VAS评分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后7 d及术后14 d两组KSS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针药组总体镇痛满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 针刺四关联合塞来昔布用于全膝关节置换术患者,可以获得比单用塞来昔布更好的镇痛效果.
Fraud sellers in e-commerce often promote themselves via fake visits or purchases to increase sales, jeopardizing the business environment of the platform. How to regulate the exposure of these sellers to buyers without affecting normal online business remains a challenging problem, since blocking them entirely without discrimination may kill the normal transactions and could potentially decrease the total transactions of the platform. To address this problem, we introduce a regulating valve which blocks fraud sellers with a certain probability. To learn the optimal blocking policy, we model the regulating valve as a contextual bandit problem with a constraint on the total transaction decline. Since existing bandit algorithms are unable to incorporate the transaction constraint, we propose a novel bandit algorithm, which decides the policy based on a set of neural networks and iteratively updates the neural networks with online observations and the constraint. Experiments on synthetic data and one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the world both show that our algorithm effectively and efficiently outperforms existing bandit algorithms by a large margin.
Objective: To study the effect of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue recipe( BSJPHX) on bone morphogenetic protein2( BMP2)/Smad signaling pathway in ovariectomized rats. Method: Seventy-two female SD rats aged 6 months were randomly divided into sham group( 24) and operation group( 48). The rats were ovariectomized to reproduce the model of osteoporosis. After 3 months,12 rats were randomly selected to measure bone mineral density,so as to verify successful modeling in each group. The remaining 36 rats in the operation group were randomly divided into ovarietomized( OVX) group,BSJPHX( 2. 979 g·kg;) group and alendronate sodium and vitamin D3 tablets( ALN,1. 02 mg·kg;) group. After 12 weeks,bone mineral density in lumbar vertebrae was measured by dual energy X-ray. Biomechanical test was performed to tibia. Expressions of BMP2,Smad1,Runt related transcription factor 2( Runx2),and osteoprotegerin( OPG) genes were detected by Realtime PCR. Expressions of BMP2,p-Smad1,Runx2,OPG protein was detected by Western blot. Result: After 3 months of modeling,compared with sham group,the BMD of rats in OVX group was significantly lower,both the maximum load and rigidity reduced( P < 0. 05); after 3 months of administration,compared with OVX group,the bone mineral density of BSJPHX and ALN groups was significantly higher,both the maximum load and rigidity increased,and expression levels of BMP2,Smad1,Runx2,and OPG genes significantly increased( P < 0. 05).Conclusion: BSJPHX can not only regulate BMP2/Smad pathway,but also up-regulate the expression of OPG,which may be one of the mechanisms of BSJPHX in prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.

Nephrotic syndrome is a clinical common disease,which has the characteristics of refractory and repeatability. At present,traditional Chinese and western medicine treatments have their advantages and deficiencies respectively and combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the disease has a unique advantage and exact curative effect. In this paper,the progress of the clinical use of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of nephrotic syndrome was reviewed for the past five years.
Matrix vesicles (MVs) are membranous nanovesicles released by chondrocytes, osteoblasts, and odontoblasts. They play a critical role in modulating mineralization. Here, we present a manually curated database of MV proteins, namely MVsCara to provide comprehensive information on MVs of protein components. In the current version, the database contains 2,713 proteins of six organisms identified in bone, cartilage, tooth tissues, and cells capable of producing a mineralized bone matrix. The MVsCarta database is now freely assessed at http://bioinf.xmu.edu.cn/MVsCarta. The search and browse methods were developed for better retrieval of data. In addition, bioinformatic tools like Gene Ontology (GO) analysis, network visualization and protein-protein interaction analysis were implemented for a functional understanding of MVs components. Similar database hasn't been reported yet. We believe that this free web-based database might serve as a useful repository to elucidate the novel function and regulation of MVs during mineralization, and to stimulate the advancement of MV studies.

Pattern genes are a group of genes that have a modularized expression behavior under serial physiological conditions. The identification of pattern genes will provide a path toward a global and dynamic understanding of gene functions and their roles in particular biological processes or events, such as development and pathogenesis. In this study, we present PaGenBase, a novel repository for the collection of tissue- and time-specific pattern genes, including specific genes, selective genes, housekeeping genes and repressed genes. The PaGenBase database is now freely accessible at http://bioinf.xmu.edu.cn/PaGenBase/. In the current version (PaGenBase 1.0), the database contains 906,599 pattern genes derived from the literature or from data mining of more than 1,145,277 gene expression profiles in 1,062 distinct samples collected from 11 model organisms. Four statistical parameters were used to quantitatively evaluate the pattern genes. Moreover, three methods (quick search, advanced search and browse) were designed for rapid and customized data retrieval. The potential applications of PaGenBase are also briefly described. In summary, PaGenBase will serve as a resource for the global and dynamic understanding of gene function and will facilitate high-level investigations in a variety of fields, including the study of development, pathogenesis and novel drug discovery.
