Hypertension (HT)-related erectile dysfunction (ED), a condition secondary to HT, is characterized by a persistent inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual performance. This study aimed to systematically analyze and visualize publications related to HT-related ED using bibliometrics to identify key topics, research hotspots, and knowledge gaps, and to explore the underlying causal relationship between HT and ED using Mendelian randomization (MR). Literature was retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection, and publishing trends were profiled by country, institution, author, journal, and collaboration networks. For the MR analysis, single-nucleotide polymorphisms considerably associated with HT were selected, followed by pruning, filtering, and adjustment for potential confounders. The inverse variance weighting method was used as the primary analysis, complemented by MR-Egger and weighted median approaches, along with sensitivity analyses including heterogeneity and pleiotropy assessments to ensure robustness. Between 2001 and 2025, 1,661 articles were published in 1,099 journals, reflecting the evolving global research status and future directions. Academic institutions in Europe and North America have played a dominant role. The most prolific country, institution, journal, and author are the United States, University of São Paulo, Journal of Sexual Medicine, and Faix, A., respectively. Common keywords include nitric oxide, metabolic syndrome, and endothelial dysfunction. MR results confirmed that HT has a significant positive causal effect on ED risk. Research hotspots primarily involve impotence, oral sildenafil, vardenafil, safety, inhaled nitric oxide, international index, predictor, late onset hypogonadism, testosterone, obesity, oxidative stress, and phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitor. Two-sample MR provides robust causal evidence that supplements observational findings, offering a comprehensive framework for understanding HT-related ED.
BACKGROUND AND AIM:As a classical formula to invigorate blood circulation, Huoxue Tongluo Qiwei Decoction (HTQD) can effectively treat hypertensive erectile dysfunction (ED), but its exact mechanism of action is not yet clear. The goal of this research was to explore the potential mechanism of HTQD in improving hypertensive erectile dysfunction in rats through transcriptomics, network pharmacology, and associated animal experimentations. METHODS:The HTQD chemical constituents were screened using high-performance liquid chromatography- tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). Furthermore, transcriptomics analysis was performed via mRNA sequencing to identify significantly differentially expressed proteins. Moreover, the key target proteins of HTQD in the treatment of hypertensive ED were screened by network pharmacology and transcriptomics. In addition, the endothelial cells of the corpus cavernosum were assessed using hematoxylin-eosin staining. The transcript and protein expressions were evaluated via western blotting and Real-time reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR). RESULTS:The network pharmacology and transcriptome mRNA sequencing revealed that KCNE1 may be the target protein of HTQD in improving hypertensive ED. After HTQD treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure (BP) of hypertensive rats decreased, the number of erections increased, and the pathological structure of the penis was improved. Moreover, HTQD downregulated the protein and mRNA expression of AngII, AT1R, DAG, and PKCε, whereas it upregulated the transcript and protein expression of KCNE1. CONCLUSION:HTQD may activate the PKCε pathway through AngII, inhibit the expression of KCNE1 protein, relax vascular smooth muscles, and improve erectile function.
Asthma is associated with chronic systemic inflammation, and inflammatory factors can damage vascular endothelial cells, thus impairing erectile function (ED). Xuefu Zhuyu decoction (XFZYD) can inhibit inflammation and promote angiogenesis, which in turn improves asthma as well as ED, but its exact mechanism of action is not yet clear. This study investigates the mechanism underlying the beneficial effect of XFZYD on asthma-associated ED. High-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) was used to analyze the constituents of XFZYD, and network pharmacology analysis was used to predict the target genes of XFZYD. Sprague–Dawley rats in the asthma model with erectile dysfunction were divided into the model, XFZYD low-, medium-, and high-dose group (3.09, 6.17, and 12.34 g/kg), with drug intervention for 8 weeks. We assessed the interleukin 6 (IL-6), vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA), and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) protein levels in the penile tissue. We discovered that after treatment with XFZYD (3.09, 6.17, and 12.34 g/kg), the number of erections significantly increased (1.17 ± 0.41, 1.50 ± 0.55, and 1.67 ± 0.52), the density of endothelial cells in the corpus cavernosum of the penis increased, the expression level of IL-6 was reduced (7.5%, 21.2%, and 24.4%), the expression level of VEGFA was reduced (7.8%, 25%, and 28.4%), and the expression level of TNF was reduced (13.5%, 30.6%, and 32.4%). The in vivo experiments indicate that XFZYD may improve ED in asthma model rats by inhibiting inflammation and reducing vascular permeability. This study provides new insights into the mechanism of action of XFZYD in the treatment of asthma leading to ED.
探讨网络药理学在中药治疗男科疾病中的应用现状,网络药理学在中药治疗男科疾病内在机制研究方面应用广泛,如五子衍宗丸、右归丸、八正散等均被研究通过"多成分-多靶点"机制治疗男科疾病,但目前也存在预测多且缺少验证等问题,需要开展更深入的实验与临床研究加以验证.
目的 观察广嗣育麟汤对肾精亏虚型男性少弱精子症患者的影响.方法 120例少弱精子症患者冲服广嗣育麟汤免煎颗粒,疗程12周.观察和比较治疗前后患者精液常规检查、配偶受孕情况、中医证候评分及胞内磷脂酰肌醇激酶(PI3K)、磷酸化蛋白激酶B(p-AKT)、B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因(Bel-2)蛋白及mRNA的表达.结果 临床总有效率为92.7%(101/109);治疗后患者的精液液化状态、精液量、精子浓度、精子活动力均较治疗前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后中医证候评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗后的PI3K、p-AKT、Bcl-2蛋白及mRNA的表达明显上升(P<0.05).结论 广嗣育麟汤治疗肾精亏虚型少弱精子症患者具有较好的疗效,值得临床推广,深入研究.
基于"络风内动"探讨冠心病合并勃起功能障碍的病因病机及诊疗策略.从冠心病与勃起功能障碍的临床表现、中医病机、现代医学研究以及诊治策略4个方面阐述冠心病合并勃起功能障碍的"络风内动"病机,为临床治疗冠心病合并勃起功能障碍提供新思路.
Background Overactive bladder, a syndrome marked by an urgent need to urinate, is a globally prevalent ailment. Human health and quality of life are seriously affected. Therefore, it is essential to investigate the current progress and trends in this field. Objective No bibliometric analysis of overactive bladder has been conducted. Through the use of bibliometrics and visualization, this study intends to examine the current progress and development trend of this field. Methods Global publications on overactive bladder between January 2004 and August 2022 were extracted from the Web of Science core collection database. A bibliometric and visual analysis was carried out using VOSviewer software and CiteSpace. Results Over the last 20 years, publications have grown rapidly, but after 2019, they started to fall. According to the collaboration network, the United States, Univ Pittsburgh AND NEUROUROLOGY AND URODYNAMICS are the most active countries, institutes AND journals in the field, respectively. All keywords were categorized by the symbiosis analysis into four categories: experimental study, symptoms, clinical use, and quality of life. The most prevalent keyword across all clusters is “overactive bladder.” Conclusion Year after year, there have been more publications in the field of overactive bladder research in many countries, and there has been a deeper level of cooperation and exchange. Researchers will still be interested in overactive bladder in the future. Currently, the clinical application of the disease and the safety and effectiveness of medications are being investigated. However, radical innovation in relevant experimental technologies is a significant obstacle in this field.
Background Penile cancer is a malignant tumor of the genitourinary system that mostly occurs in middle-aged and elderly men aged 50–70 years, which can seriously affect physical, psychological, and sexual health. Hundreds of original articles and reviews on penile cancer are published each year. However, a bibliometric analysis of these publications has not been performed. Objective This study aimed to systematically analyze and visualize penile cancer-related publications through bibliometrics and reveal identified topics, hotspots, and knowledge gaps in related fields. Methods Based on the Web of Science core collection database, we first analyzed the quantity and quality of publications in the field of penile cancer. Second, we profiled the publishing groups in terms of country, institution, author’s publication, and cooperation network. Then, we systematized and summarized the hot topics of research. Results This bibliometric analysis was conducted from 2001 to 2022. The analysis identified 1,687 articles and reviews, which were published in 432 journals. The number of publications and citations on penile cancer-related research has steadily increased over the last two decades. Furthermore, academic institutions in Europe and the United States play a leading role in penile cancer research. The country, institution, journal, and author with the most publications were the United States (507), H Lee Moffitt Cancer Research Center (96), Journal of Urology (83), and Spiess P (87), respectively. The most frequently used keywords were penile cancer (743), squamous-cell carcinoma (717), cancer (380), carcinoma (232), lymphadenectomy (229). 16 keyword clustering information was obtained, including #0 male circumcision, #1 lichen sclerosus, #2 chemotherapy, #3 penile neoplasms, #4 targeted therapy, #5 resection margin, #6 cervical cancer, #7 lymph node dissection, #8 prognostic factor, #9 prostate cancer, #10 inguinal lymph node dissection, #11 human papillomavirus DNA, #12 gene, #13 penile intraepithelial neoplasia, #14 male sexual function, and #15 penile cancer. Conclusion More and more scholars are devoted to the research on penile cancer. This bibliometric analysis revealed that the main research topics and hotspots in penile cancer included risk factors and surgical treatment plans.
BackgroundThe causal relationship between hypertension, antihypertensive drugs and the risk of erectile dysfunction is still uncertain. We performed a univariable and multivariable Mendelian randomization study to investigate whether they are causally related to erectile dysfunction. MethodsGenetic variants associated with blood pressure were derived from the genome-wide association study meta-analysis of the UK Biobank and International Consortium of Blood Pressure (N = 757,601). Summary association data for hypertension were obtained from the UK Biobank (N = 463,010) and the FinnGen study (N = 356,077). The summary statistics of erectile dysfunction were obtained from the European ancestry with 223,805 subjects. The SNP instruments used to assess the effect of the protein targets of antihypertensive drugs on erectile dysfunction were obtained from previous studys. Causal effects were estimated using the univariate Mendelian randomization method (inverse variance weighted, MR-Egger, weighted median, MR-PRESSO and Wald ratios) and the multivariate Mendelian randomization method. Sensitivity analyses were implemented with the Cochran's Q-test, MR-Egger intercept test, MR-PRESSO, and leave-one-out analysis. ResultsUnivariate MR found that elevated diastolic blood pressure may increase the occurrence of erectile dysfunction (odds ratio [OR] = 1.012; 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.000-1.024; P = 0.047). Genetically predicted hypertension is also associated with ED (For the FinnGen, OR = 1.106; 95% CI: 1.027-1.191; P = 0.008. For the UK Biobank, OR = 3.832; 95% CI: 1.410-10.414; P = 0.008). However, after adjusting for systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and hypertension using multivariate Mendelian randomization, only hypertension was causally associated with ED occurrence (For the FinnGen, OR = 1.103; 95% CI: 1.018-1.195; P = 0.017. For the UK Biobank, OR = 5.037; 95% CI: 1.601-15.846; P = 0.006). We found no evidence that the use of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, and thiazide diuretic increased the risk of erectile dysfunction. ConclusionsGenetically predicted hypertension increases the risk of erectile dysfunction, but we found no causal relationship between elevated systolic/diastolic blood pressure and erectile dysfunction. We speculate that the relationship between elevated blood pressure and erectile dysfunction risk may be nonlinear. We found little evidence that antihypertensive drugs increase the risk of erectile dysfunction.
目的 探讨牛膝-王不留行对肺纤维化模型大鼠精子质量的影响及其相关机制.方法 在生物信息分析的基础上,首先预测了牛膝和王不留行治疗肺纤维化导致的生精功能障碍的关键信号途径.对肺纤维化大鼠模型进行了精液质量测定,并对其睾丸的病理变化进行了分析,采用实时定量聚合酶链反应(Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction,RT-qPCR)和免疫印迹法(Western blotting,WB)检测大鼠睾丸组织中磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(Phosphatidyli-nositol 3-kinase,PI3K)、磷酸化蛋白激酶B(phosphorylated protein kinase B,p-Akt)和B细胞淋巴瘤2(B-cell Lymphoma 2,Bcl2)的蛋白质和mRNA表达水平.结果 牛膝-王不留行中共得到24 种有效活性成分,412 个靶点,与肺纤维化和男性不育症相关重叠靶点18 个,在构建核心靶点PPI网络后得到包括苏氨酸蛋白激酶1(Threonine proteins Kinase 1,AKT1)、肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor necrosis factor,TNF)、白细胞介素-2(Interleukin-2,IL-2)等核心靶点,它们参与的生物学过程包括聚合酶II启动子转录的正调控和基因表达的负调控,以及细胞凋亡的负调控.KEGG 通路分析表明,PI3K-Akt信号通路、癌症信号通路和雌激素信号通路可能与上述生物过程有关.动物实验表明,治疗组的精子浓度和总精子活力明显提高(P<0.05),而空白对照组的精子浓度和总精子活力明显下降(P<0.05).治疗组睾丸组织中PI3K、p-Akt和Bcl2 的蛋白质和mRNA表达水平均高于模型组(P<0.05).结论 牛膝-王不留行能激活PI3K/Akt通路,增强睾丸细胞的抗凋亡能力,进而改善大鼠的生精功能.
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Cuscuta chinensis Lam.and Lycium barbarum L.(SC-FL)improving Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides (GTW)-induced oligoasthenospermia model.Methods:Forty male SD rats were randomly divided into blank group (NC group),model group (GTW group),model+L-carnitine treatment group (GTW+LEV group) and model+SC-FL treatment group (GTW+SC-FL group),10 rats in each group.The model of spermatogenesis disorder was established by giving GTW 40 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 for 4 weeks.After modeling,the GTW+LEV group was given L-carnitine (LEV)suspension 0.2 g·kg -1 ·d -1 ,and the GTW+SC-FL group was given SC-FL suspension 0.45 g·kg -1 ·d -1 for 4 consecutive weeks.The sperm quality,testis histological changes and related protein and m RNA expressions were detected in each group.Results:The sperm concentration and the ratio of forward motility grade+non-forward motility grade sperm in GTW+SC-FL group and GTW+LEV group were significantly higher than those in GTW group (P<0.01).And the sperm concentration in GTW+SC-FL group increased more significantly than GPW+LEV group (P<0.01).The results of hematoxylin-eosin staining showed that compared with the GTW group,the structures such as seminiferous tubules in the testis tissue of the rats were restored to a certain extent after treatment.The protein and m RNA expressions of Phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase (PI3K),AKT Serine/Threonine-protein kinase (AKT) and B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2 (Bcl-2) were up-regulated compared with GTW group and GTW+SC-FL group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:SC-FL can effectively alleviate the spermatogenic dysfunction caused by GTW,and its mechanism may be related to the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.
The impact of depression on spermatogenic function and protein expression was investigated by reference to a bioinformatics database for the prediction of key targets and pathways. Experimental validation was performed using a rat model established using the chronic restraint stress method. Organ coefficients and semen parameters were measured. Hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining was performed to compare testicular tissue between model and control rats. Western blotting and RT–qPCR were conducted to evaluate protein and mRNA expression. As a result, depression and male infertility (MI) were found to share 81 common targets, and the PI3K/Akt/FOXO1 signaling pathway was involved in both conditions. Animal experiments showed testis and epididymis coefficients to be lower in the model group. HE staining showed damage to the seminiferous tubules of model rats. PI3K and p-Akt mRNA and protein were present at lower levels and FOXO1 at higher levels in the model group. Depression led to reduced spermatogenic function in rats and might be associated with differential expression of the PI3K/Akt/FOXO1 signaling pathway.
目的 明确通络熄风汤改善糖尿病心肌损伤大鼠的治疗效果及机制.方法 本实验将大鼠分为正常组、模型组以及治疗组,利用STZ注射法将大鼠统一构建为糖尿病模型.治疗组予以中药配方颗粒通络熄风汤悬浮液灌胃治疗.采用Western blotting方法检测心肌细胞中P62、Mst1、Sirt3蛋白的含量,运用HE染色观察大鼠心肌组织结构变化,以评价通络熄风汤对糖尿病心肌损伤改善效果及机制.结果 与模型组相比,治疗组显著改善糖尿病大鼠的体重及血糖指标,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).同时与模型组相比,通络熄风汤治疗后大鼠心肌细胞的排列情况与坏死状态均有明显改善.与模型组相比,治疗组大鼠心肌组织中的Mst1、P62蛋白含量明显减少,Sirt3蛋白含量明显提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 通络熄风汤可以对心肌组织细胞自噬水平进行调整,并保护心脏功能,上述机制通过Mst1通路发挥作用.
BackgroundBladder cancer is one of the most common urological cancers. Non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) accounts for about 75-85% of all newly diagnosed bladder cancers. Globally, there are many NMIBC-related publications. However, a bibliometric analysis of these publications has not been performed.ObjectiveThis study aims to systematically analyze and visualize NMIBC-related publications through bibliometrics, and to reveal identified topics, hotspots, and knowledge gaps in related fields.MethodsBased on the Web of Science core collection database, we firstly analyzed the quantity and quality of publications in the field of NMIBC, secondly profiled the publishing groups in terms of country, institution, author’s publication and cooperation network, and finally sorted out and summarized the hot topics of research.ResultsThis bibliometric analysis was conducted from 2001 to 2022. The analysis identified 2,185 articles and reviews, which were published in 402 journals. The number of publications and citations on NMIBC-related research has steadily increased over the last two decades. Furthermore, academic institutions in Europe and the United States play a leading role in NMIBC research. The country, institution, journal, and author with the most publications were the United States (559), Radboud University Nijmegen (88), Urologic oncology: Seminars and Original Investigations (141), and Witjes J (74), respectively. The most frequently used keywords were Bladder cancer (793), Recurrence (671), Urothelial carcinoma (593), Progression (523), Bacillus-calmette-guerin (411), Transitional-cell carcinoma (401), Carcinoma (366), Risk (297), Transurethral resection (286), and Non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (280).ConclusionMore and more scholars are devoted to the research of related NMIBC. This bibliometric analysis revealed that the main research topics and hotspots in NMIBC included pathological staging, clinical diagnosis and treatment, and bladder perfusion.
近年来,中医男科发展迅速,中医男科人才培养逐渐走向正轨,男科就诊患者越来越多,科研成果越来越多,学术交流也日益密切.然而冷静思考,中医男科仍存在精华与糟粕并存,疗效突破少,理论创新不足,机制难说清等问题.中医男科想取得更好发展,应努力做到以下三个方面:疗效需突破,理论有创新,机制要说清.
目的 探讨菟丝子-枸杞子中药药对对雷公藤多苷诱导的生精功能障碍精原细胞增殖、凋亡的改善作用及机制研究.方法 将SPF级6周龄(200±20)g的雄性SD大鼠20只,按照随机数字表法分为空白组、雷公藤多苷组、左卡尼汀组、药对组,每组各5只,用以制备含药血清.将精原细胞分为空白组、模型组、左卡尼汀组、药对组,空白组用10%空白大鼠血清进行干预,模型组、左卡尼汀组、药对组首先用10%雷公藤多苷灌胃大鼠含药血清制备生精功能障碍模型,随后左卡尼汀组、药对组再分别予以左卡尼汀、菟丝子-枸杞子10%含药血清干预.观察各组细胞增殖、凋亡、超微结构、线粒体膜电位等变化.结果 与空白组比较,模型组细胞凋亡率显著升高(P<0.01).与模型组比较,药对组细胞凋亡率显著降低(P<0.01).与空白组比较,模型组细胞的G0/G1和G2/M期百分率显著降低、S期百分率显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.05).与模型组比较,药对组细胞的G0/G1和G2/M期百分率显著升高、S期百分率显著降低(P<0.01).与空白组比较,模型组细胞中线粒体膜电位显著升高(P<0.01).与模型组比较,药对组细胞中线粒体膜电位显著降低(P<0.01).空白组细胞的各细胞器形态结构正常,模型组细胞膜大面积破裂,细胞基质大面积密度减低,空泡变.左卡尼汀组和药对组细胞膜结构完整,细胞基质大面积密度正常.结论 菟丝子-枸杞子药对能调节精原细胞生精功能,改善作用可能与调节细胞增殖、凋亡及细胞周期和线粒体膜电位有关.
Ethnopharmacological relevance: Huoxue Tongluo Qiwei Decoction is a classical herbal formula, which can improve the symptoms of erectile dysfunction (ED) patients and has a good therapeutic effect on patients with diabetic erectile dysfunction (DIED). The main function of Huoxue Tongluo Qiwei Decoction is to stimulate the blood circulation and dredge collaterals, remove blood stasis, and calm wind. Rationale: To further explore the mechanism of Huoxue Tongluo Qiwei Decoction in the treatment of DIED, related animal experiments were designed. Materials and methods: The chemical constituents of Huoxue Tongluo Qiwei Decoction were identified with the help of high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). A rat model was induced by streptozotocin (STZ) and screened by apomorphine (APO). Serum sE-selectin, lysyl oxidase-1 (LOX1), malondialdehyde (MDA) and other markers of vascular endothelial injury and related indicators of oxidative stress were studied through enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The endothelial cells and ultrastructure of the corpus cavernosum were examined by electron microscopy and HE staining. The expression of protein and mRNA was detected by western blotting (WB) and real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RTqPCR). Results: The results of the study revealed that the sE-selectin, LOX-1, intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM1), endothelial microparticles (EMPs), P-selectin (CD62P), and MDA levels in the serum of group M rats were considerably higher than rats of group K, while the superoxide dismutase (SOD) level showed a significant decrease. In addition, the PKC pathway was activated, and the expression of related proteins and mRNA was increased. After 8 weeks of intervention with Huoxue Tongluo Qiwei Decoction and LY333531, serum level of sEselectin, LOX-1, sICAM-1, EMPs, CD62P and MDA in L, D and G groups were remarkably lower than group M while SOD level increased significantly, protein kinase C (PKC) pathway was inhibited with the improved erectile function of rats. Conclusion: Huoxue Tongluo Qiwei Decoction can inhibit the expression of protein and mRNA of the PKC beta signaling pathway related molecules in DIED rats to cure the injury of vascular endothelial, enhance antioxidant capacity, and prevent the activation of platelet, thus improving erectile function in rats with DIED.
勃起功能障碍( Erectile Dysfunction,ED) ,中医常称之"阳痿"或"筋痿"等[1].作为常见的男科疾病之一, ED对夫妻双方生活质量以及感情状况带来了巨大的考验.高血压病( Hypertension)是指以体循环动脉血压(收缩压和/或舒张压)增高为主要特征的临床综合征[2].高血压病起病较为隐匿,通常患者因为体检发现血压升高或部分患者因为头痛、眩晕等症状就诊时发现患有本病[3].传统医学文献未直接对其记载,根据头晕、心悸、气短等首发症状,历代医家将其归纳为"眩晕"、"心悸"、"中风"等.有调查显示在高血压患者中,伴有ED的发病率约为36% ~45%,远高于非高血压患者群体[4] ,二者的发生具有一定的关联性[5].传统中医认为阳痿主要病机为肾虚,故治疗上多从补肾壮阳为主,但高血压伴有ED的患者单纯从肾虚病机角度治疗临床疗效往往欠佳.本文以"络风内动"为病机探讨高血压合并勃起功能障碍的诊疗,希望能够为临床提供新的思路.
目的 研究药对菟丝子-枸杞子(SC-FL)治疗少弱精子症的作用机制,为相关实验研究提供理论依据.方法 采用高效液相色谱串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)检测药对SC-FL的活性成分,并结合网络药理学预测SC-FL治疗少弱精子症的关键活性成分和靶点.结果 共获得863个SC-FL相关靶点,500个少弱精子症相关靶点,SC-FL与少弱精子症共同靶点68个.SC-LF治疗少弱精子症涉及到的细胞生物学过程有44个,细胞成分有8个,分子功能有9个,信号通路有51个.结论 药对SC-FL治疗少弱精子症的机制可能是通过Luteolin(木犀草素),Kaempferol(山奈酚),Adenosine monophosphate(一磷酸腺苷)和3-Methoxy-5,7,3',4'-tetrahydroxy-flavone(3-O-Methylquercetin(3-O-甲基槲皮素))等化合物作用于AKT1、ESR1、CASP3、EGFR、MAPK1、TNF、AR、PTGS2、NR3C1、TLR4等靶点,调控PI3K/AKT等信号通路实现的.
