《义务教育艺术课程标准(2022年版)》的出台对艺术新课程标准的理解和阐释具有极强的时效性和紧迫性.它清晰地体现了以美育人的艺术教育的根本思想,把新的课程标准落实核心素养作为主线,对学业质量评价提出了平和性的要求,有助于引导学生领会中华民族艺术的精髓,激发民族自信心与自豪感,拓宽了解人类文化多样性的视野.它的制定符合新时代国家教育发展战略需求,对青少年核心素养的培育具有积极的引导价值,将有效地推进中国基础教育阶段艺术教育的规范化发展和创新性改革.

随着新课标的逐渐实行和落实，从现阶段高中数学教学的实际情况来看，不难发现一些教学问题越发凸显，这些问题若是得不 到有效的解决，则容易对学生的数学学习造成不良影响，同时还会影响到高中数学教学整体效率与水平的有效提升。因此，为了保证高中数 学教学质量，以及不断提高高中学生的数学学习能力，需要及时针对其中存在的问题进行判断与分析，并提出具有针对性的应对策略。本文 重点分析了新课标下高中数学教学中存在的主要问题及提出解决的对策。

一、美国式教育理念下的大学舞蹈教育 王杰加瓦勒教授,您好!很荣幸能与您探讨舞蹈教育的话题.您是美国亚历山大舞蹈技法的核心创始人,也是高校舞蹈戏剧系的掌门人,又是教学一线的教师,您觉得在全球化视野下,美国大学的舞蹈教育的发展和形成受到了哪些先驱的重要影响?这些影响主要体现在哪些方面?

舞蹈批评针对舞蹈艺术教育的现状进行分析,以提升舞蹈艺术教育的功能.当下的舞蹈教育在功利性层面需要实现素质教育的任务,但从幼儿园到中小学舞蹈教育均存在需要改进之处.比照美国的舞蹈教育之人文素养教育经验,中国舞蹈教育的进一步发展需要艺术批评.

Humans can learn to abstract and conceptualize the shared visual features defining an object category in object learning. Therefore, learning is generalizable to transformations of familiar objects and even to new objects that differ in other physical properties. In contrast, visual perceptual learning (VPL), improvement in discriminating fine differences of a basic visual feature through training, is commonly regarded as specific and low-level learning because the improvement often disappears when the trained stimulus is simply relocated or rotated in the visual field. Such location and orientation specificity is taken as evidence for neural plasticity in primary visual cortex (V1) or improved readout of V1 signals. However, new training methods have shown complete VPL transfer across stimulus locations and orientations, suggesting the involvement of high-level cognitive processes. Here we report that VPL bears similar properties of object learning. Specifically, we found that orientation discrimination learning is completely transferrable between luminance gratings initially encoded in V1 and bilaterally symmetric dot patterns encoded in higher visual cortex. Similarly, motion direction discrimination learning is transferable between first- and second-order motion signals. These results suggest that VPL can take place at a conceptual level and generalize to stimuli with different physical properties. Our findings thus reconcile perceptual and object learning into a unified framework.SIGNIFICANCE STATEMENT:Training in object recognition can produce a learning effect that is applicable to new viewing conditions or even to new objects with different physical properties. However, perceptual learning has long been regarded as a low-level form of learning because of its specificity to the trained stimulus conditions. Here we demonstrate with new training tactics that visual perceptual learning is completely transferrable between distinct physical stimuli. This finding indicates that perceptual learning also operates at a conceptual level in a stimulus-invariant manner.

Higher education has become a major task in the development of China’s socialist modernization and improving its quality is the main goal. At present, obscurity and homogeneity exit in China’s dance education, especially in higher education. It thus becomes necessary to conduct a research on dance education development and explore the principles and concepts of dance education from various perspectives. It is consistent with our national education reform and serves as the guiding principle for arts education research and development. In order to raise the status of dance discipline in higher education, dance education should on one hand learn from advanced international educational philosophy and teaching experience, while on the other hand continue to keep unique Chinese culture.

National spirit expressed in Mr.Ma Yue's dance works is rooted in his national character and his love for his nation.His passion for life and open mind make his dance works able to reflect the time spirit and his artistic pursuit fully displays his life values.All these constitute spiritual and cultural characteristics of his dance works.

It is assumed that the brain relies on orientation detectors in the early visual cortex for orientation discrimination. Accordingly, perceptual learning of orientation discrimination is often interpreted as refined readout of inputs from these orientation detectors at a later decision stage. However, recent studies demonstrated that orientation learning can transfer completely across the hemispheres and to an orthogonal orientation, suggesting that orientation learning could occur in high-order brain areas. Therefore, there exists the possibility that, instead of direct readout of inputs from the orientation detectors, the high-level decision stage may rely on orientation inputs from later stages of brain processing. To test this hypothesis, we trained human observers to discriminate the explicit orientation of gratings, putatively detected by V1 neurons; or the implicit orientation of mirror-imaged dot patterns with a single axis of symmetry, unlikely detectable in V1 but most likely encoded by higher cortical areas. We compared the mutual transfer of learning between these two distinct stimuli. Learning in orientation discrimination of the symmetric dot patterns transferred completely to the gratings. In contrast, learning in orientation discrimination of the gratings transferred only partially to the dot patterns; but subsequent exposure to the same-oriented dot patterns in a suprathreshold irrelevant task ("which of the two patterns contains more dots?") (a Training-Plus-Exposure technique, Zhang et al., J. Neuroscience, 2010) further markedly reduced orientation thresholds for the dot patterns, achieving a complete learning transfer from the gratings to the dot patterns. The complete learning transfer, especially from the implicit orientation of symmetric axis to explicit orientation of gratings, is unpredicted if orientation discrimination and its learning rely on direct readout of inputs from early orientation detectors. Our findings pose the challenge of understanding the neural computations for fine orientation discrimination and its further refinement through perceptual learning in later cortical processing. Music can bring illumination and sentiment,especially to choreographers who are so sensitive towards music and whose desire to create dances is usually followed by an inspiration triggered by the music.The process of composing dances draws the attention of choreographers to focus on what the music is saying so that every part of the dance is developed along with the law of music.The paper takes for example Mr. Ma Yue's classic works,analyzing the relation between music and dance,and trying to find out the unique way in which Mr. Ma deals with music and dance.

The late 1980s is seen as a period of prosperity for dance production,during which MaYue is one of the most famous choreographers.Mr.Ma has choreographed more than 30 dance works,most of which have won him top prizes and general popularity at various dance competitions in China.When analyzing most of his works,the author is deeply impressed by his distinguished ideas and ways of dance composition.Through induction the author generalizes the key to his successful creation,that is,capturing the starting point.Here the starting point refers to the theme-based dance thoughts,produced when choreographers work with both reason and inspiration.The starting point can emerge instantly or shows up after long time preparation.The acute observations,unbounded personality,abundant experiences and information as well as strong desire to create can all help with its formation.The staring point is also formed at the beginning of time and space of creation.Successful capture of starting point is the key to outstanding works.Starting point is composed of numerous elements.In terms of capturing the starting point,Ma Yue has set good examples when creating dance works.The essay intends to analyze Ma Yue's dance works together with his application of capturing starting point in dance creation,thereby summarizing regular and typical ways of dance composition by means of capturing starting point.Elevation of dance works could be achieved by theoretical and stringent analysis of the works.

作为一名思想家,戴震在批判、借鉴、总结前人思想的基础上,提出了一种新的伦理价值观.戴震赋予天理、人欲不同于程朱理学的新内涵,认为天理就存在于人欲之中,并从自然与必然的层面,进一步深化了其理欲思想.戴震的新伦理观是通过对程朱理学主张的"存天理,灭人欲"的无情批判而得以阐释的,它一方面表现了戴震新伦理观的进步倾向,另一方面也显示了戴震新伦理观的现实价值和启蒙意义.
